Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..

The issue of plastic waste has become a global environmental challenge, with Indonesia being one of the largest contributors. This study aims to analyze the business opportunity of eco-friendly custom tote bags as an innovative solution to reduce plastic waste in society. The research adopts the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework to design strategies for a business that encompasses nine key elements. Findings reveal that custom tote bags made from eco-friendly materials such as muslin and canvas offer added value through personalized designs, effective digital marketing, and market segmentation targeting environmentally conscious youth. This study provides guidance for entrepreneurs to capitalize on the market potential of eco-friendly products and suggests optimizing social media for marketing efforts.

ABSTRACT In the digital era, technological advancements have transformed the coaching landscape, requiring coaches to develop more adaptive and innovative skills. This research discusses various innovative approaches that can be used to enhance coaches' competencies, particularly through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and e-learning platforms. The focus of this research is on how technology can enhance training effectiveness, program personalization, and better communication between coaches and athletes. Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang bijaksana, pelatih dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan mengoptimalkan performa atlet di tengah perubahan lingkungan olahraga yang semakin kompleks.

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) provides innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility in the Islamic finance sector. Islamic finance, based on Islamic principles, faces challenges in financial inclusion, high operational costs, and limited access to financial institutions. This study aims to explore the application of fintech as a solution to these issues. The research method used is literature review and qualitative analysis of various fintech models based on sharia principles, such as peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding, and digital payments. The results indicate that fintech has significant potential in enhancing operational efficiency and expanding accessibility to sharia-compliant financial services. By utilizing technologies such as mobile applications and blockchain, fintech can reduce transaction costs and offer solutions for underserved communities. However, challenges related to sharia compliance and clear regulations need to be addressed to ensure the successful implementation of fintech in this sector.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Lumio By Smart untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan keefektifan siswa dalam mempelajari materi “Adab Seorang Muslim Terhadap Orang Tua dan Guru” pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak untuk siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Tahap pendefinisian (define) mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk proses pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan menarik. Tahap design menghasilkan storyboard dan template untuk presentasi dan game edukasi. Tahap develop menghasilkan prototipe media pembelajaran berdasarkan rancangan. Validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi media. Media presentasi terdiri dari  PowerPoint yang berisi materi dan game edukasi yang menarik. Media permainan edukatif dirancang sebagai bahan refleksi siswa. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan kelayakan sebesar 70% untuk aspek media dan 79% untuk aspek materi, keduanya masuk dalam kategori “layak”. Media pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan keefektifan siswa dalam mempelajari materi melalui presentasi interaktif dan permainan yang mudah diakses. Media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Lumio By Smart ini layak untuk disebarluaskan dan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, peningkatan kesempatan pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21.

The implementation of creative and innovative learning models based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the digital era is a must in an effort to improve the quality of education that is relevant to the challenges of the times. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of creative and innovative learning models based on HOTS in the digital era and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis was carried out in stages, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the creative and innovative learning mode approach based on HOTS is very important to improve students' critical and creative thinking skills, which are the main needs in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

The results of the research are that this business converts waste into high-value goods through the use of natural materials and biochemicals to ensure safety and sustainability. Commitment to quality is realized through team training, strict quality control and responsiveness to customer feedback.

In the era of globalisation and rapid technological advancement, education faces increasingly complex challenges, especially in terms of innovative learning development. This study aims to provide human resource management strategies in creating an innovative learning environment amidst the rapid development of education. The method used in this study is a literature study and qualitative analysis of various relevant sources, including journals and scientific articles. The findings show that there are three strategies: developing continuous professionals, integrating technology in the learning process, encouraging collaboration and creativity. This research is expected to provide insights for educational institutions in designing more effective development programme.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of learning simulations in the Pancasila Education subject in implementing creative learning strategies for grade 2 students at SD Negeri Cangkiran 01. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, where data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 2nd grade teachers and 28 students. The research results show that educational simulations are effective in increasing students' understanding of Pancasila values. This also helps students create more interactive and interesting learning strategies. Demonstrated by better critical thinking skills, better understanding of concepts, and increased student engagement in learning. Educational games based on Pancasila values, stories and role plays are one of the creative learning strategies used. This research shows that educational simulation can be an effective learning alternative in instilling Pancasila values in grade 2 elementary school students at SD Negeri Cangkiran 01.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengetahui peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk membangun karakter bangsa dalam pembentukan generasi berkualitas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur (literature study) yang bertujuan untuk menyusun dasar teoritis dan konsep problematika yang diteliti yang merujuk pada buku, artikel ilmiah, dan penelitian lainnya yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian berkaitan dengan peran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam membangun karakter bangsa, karena melalui pendidikan ini nilai-nilai dasar kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dapat ditanamkan sejak dini. Karakter bangsa yang kokoh dan tangguh dibentuk oleh internalisasi nilai-nilai seperti nasionalisme, tanggung jawab sosial, keadilan, serta toleransi. Hasil nyata dari pembangunan karakter bangsa adalah terciptanya generasi yang memiliki rasa kebangsaan yang tinggi, mampu menghargai keberagaman, dan memiliki semangat gotong royong. Selain itu, pembangunan karakter juga membentuk individu yang berpikir kritis, inovatif, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan global, tanpa kehilangan jati diri sebagai negara Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan dengan visi "Profil Pelajar Pancasila" yang menekankan pentingnya integritas, kemandirian, dan kemampuan untuk bekerja sama dalam menghadapi berbagai dinamika sosial dan global.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk layanan transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan proses pemesanan kendaraan dilakukan secara terintegrasi antara admin, penumpang, dan pengemudi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam manajemen transportasi. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan survei, desain sistem menggunakan metode prototyping, serta implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan tiga modul utama: (1) modul admin untuk mengelola data pengguna, kendaraan, dan jadwal, (2) modul penumpang untuk melakukan pemesanan kendaraan, dan (3) modul pengemudi untuk menerima dan memproses order. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, serta evaluasi kepuasan pengguna untuk mengukur efektivitas dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan kendaraan dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam manajemen layanan transportasi dan mendukung transformasi digital di industri ini. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti integrasi dengan teknologi geolokasi dan pembayaran digital.

In the accelerating digital age, video thumbnails have become an important element in attracting users' attention and encouraging further interaction. Video thumbnails play an important role as a visual attraction to attract the audience. Graphic design strategies focus on elements such as creativity, color, typography, and illustration to create interesting and informative video thumbnails. Experimental research methods are used to test the effectiveness of new video thumbnail designs in improving user retention. This research focuses on improving YouTube user retention through the introduction of an innovative graphic design approach to video thumbnails. Research results show that an innovative graphic design approach can significantly improve YouTube user retention, demonstrating the importance of the role of graphic design in the context of digital marketing and social media user interactions. This study contributes significantly to the practice of graphic design and digital marketers in optimizing the user experience through interesting and informative video thumbnails.

This study aims to analyze the difference in students' reading comprehension ability between innovative and conventional teaching methods. The research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The sample consists of 30 students, divided into two groups: the experimental group using innovative learning and the control group using conventional learning. Data was collected through a reading comprehension test and analyzed using an independent t-test. The results showed a significant difference between the two groups, with a t-value of 2.419 and a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.022, indicating that innovative learning is more effective in improving students' reading comprehension ability compared to conventional learning. These findings suggest that a more interactive and technology-based learning approach can enhance students' understanding. Therefore, innovative learning can be considered more effective in developing students' cognitive abilities.

This research explains the Village Innovation Program (PRO-IDe) which aims to combine creative economy and innovative agriculture in the development of the Green Education Tourism Village in Bakung Jaya Village. This program utilizes local resources to empower communities through training and mentoring in sustainable agricultural practices as well as the development of creative products based on existing natural resources. In this way, it is hoped that people can improve their welfare, open new jobs, and attract tourists. In addition, this study also examines the social and economic impacts of the implementation of PRO-IDe as well as the challenges that arise in integrating these two sectors. The results of this study are expected to provide useful inputs for the development of policies and practices in other villages that have similar potential.

The dynamic development of digitalization today increases the important role of digital leadership as a key factor to optimize employee performance. Research specifically through the development of creativity and innovative behavior in the workplace. This study aims to examine the indirect effect of digital leadership on performance through creativity and innovative work behavior of employees. The research was conducted at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The research approach used is quantitative with survey research design where data is collected through questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This study involved 74 respondents who were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The research findings explain that digital leadership does not directly affect the performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk employees, but has an indirect influence through innovative work behavior. Meanwhile, creativity is not proven to mediate the effect of digital leadership on employee performance. Digital leadership is able to increase employee creativity, but employee creativity is not able to improve the performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk employees. The research findings underscore the important role of digital leadership to drive employee performance. The results also imply that management can apply digital leadership as a strategy to increase creativity and innovative behavior in the workplace where innovative work behavior drives employee performance.

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Perilaku Inovatif memiliki efek mediasi pada hubungan antara Disiplin kerja , Budaya kerjam dan Pelatihan dengan kinerja. Data dikumpulkan dari 170 tenaga Kesehatan pada 10 Puskesmas yang berada di Wilayah Kabupaten dan Kota Madia Pekalongan, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Studi ini mengungkapkan: 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku Inovatif, 2) Budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 3) Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja , 4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 5) Budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif, 6) Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif 6) Perilaku inovatif mampu memediasi hubungan Disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, dan Pelatihan dengan kinerja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas di Pekalongan dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, dan Pelatihan melalui efek tidak langsung melalui variabel Perilaku Inovatif dari pegawai. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, Pelatihan, Perilaku Inovatif, Kinerja.   Abstract The main objective of this study was to determine whether Innovative Behavior has a mediating effect on the relationship between Work Discipline, Work Culture,  and Training with performance. Data were collected from 170 Health workers at 10 Health Centers located in the Regency and City of Pekalongan, Central Java Province. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data. This study revealed: 1) Work discipline has a significant effect on Innovative behavior, 2) Work culture has a significant effect on performance, 3) Training has a significant effect on performance, 4) Work discipline has a significant effect on performance, 5) Work culture has a significant effect on innovative behavior, 6) Training has a significant effect on innovative behavior 6) Innovative behavior is able to mediate the relationship between Work Discipline, Work Culture, and Training with performance. This study recommends that the performance of Health Center Employees in Pekalongan can be improved by improving Work Dicipline, Work Culture, and Training through indirect effects through the Innovative Behavior variable of employees.
