This study examines the phenomenon of creator teachers on TikTok as a form of digital professionalism that represents the integration of ethical values, aesthetics, and educational philosophy. The focus of the research lies in how teachers negotiate moral responsibility and creative expression in the algorithmic culture of social media. The aim of this research is to analyze the philosophical meaning behind teachers' digital representations as well as interpret how moral and aesthetic values are reflected in their pedagogical practices. The method used is digital netnography with four stages: online observation, digital documentation, audience interaction analysis, and researcher reflection. A total of eight teacher accounts were analyzed with a total of 80 videos using a categorization of themes that focused on ethics, aesthetics, and professionalism. The results showed that 62.5% of the content was educational and featured learning innovations, while the other 37.5% contained elements of entertainment and social interaction. High audience interaction shows public appreciation for the creativity and integrity of teachers. Popularity is not solely generated by algorithms, but by the appreciation of moral values and pedagogical beauty in the actions of teachers. Based on the framework of arete and phronesis from Aristotle and the concept of aesthetic experience from Dewey (1934), this study concludes that the digital professionalism of teachers is a form of reflective praxis that combines ethical responsibility and creative expression. This research makes a theoretical contribution by integrating digital netnography and educational philosophy, and shows that teachers in the digital era play the role of moral and creative agents who maintain the dignity of their profession in the algorithmic space.

This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to examine the role of social media in revitalizing Wayang Golek as a medium for cultural preservation and Islamic da'wah. The research results show that social media such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok play an important role in expanding access and public interest, especially among young people, through interactive and engaging educational content. However, limitations in technological proficiency and lack of support are major obstacles. Social media. It not only functions as a tool for communication and entertainment but also serves as a means of documentation and cultural education that can build virtual communities and a strong cultural identity. This study recommends strengthening digital training for artists, cross-sector collaboration, and creative content innovation to maintain the relevance and sustainability of Wayang Golek in the modern era. The digital transformation of education in Indonesia presents both strategic opportunities and significant ethical challenges. On the one hand, technological innovation expands access, effectiveness, and quality of learning; on the other hand, it risks creating social disparities, the commercialization of education, and the reduction of human values. In this context, Pancasila is considered relevant as an ethical paradigm that guides the direction of digital transformation to remain grounded in humanity, social justice, and sustainability. This study aims to analyze Pancasila as an ethical framework for directing the development of educational technology in Indonesia. The method employed is a literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach, drawing on philosophical sources, educational policy documents, and practices of digital technology implementation at various educational levels. The analysis reveals that the values of Pancasila, particularly the second and fifth principles, can serve as normative foundations for shaping policies, design, and practices of educational technology that are humanistic, inclusive, and equitable. The study concludes that integrating the Pancasila paradigm is not only ideologically essential but also strategically significant in ensuring that the digital transformation of education in Indonesia aligns with national objectives and human dignity.

Learning evaluation is an important element in the educational process because it allows us to determine the extent to which students have achieved their competencies and helps improve the quality of learning. Objective tests are considered relevant because they can measure students' thinking abilities efficiently and systematically. However, in PAI learning, there are challenges because what is assessed is not only knowledge, but also understanding, attitudes, and actions in religion. This study aims to analyze the application of objective test instruments in evaluating PAI learning at SMA Negeri 1 Jetis Bantul, including how teachers create questions, the difficulties they encounter, and the impact on students. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques, then content analysis is used to analyze the results. The findings indicate that teachers have applied HOTS-based questions in accordance with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. However, students still have difficulty understanding long narrative questions, and objective instruments are not appropriate for assessing affective aspects. In general, students respond positively, but their learning style tends to be instant, relying solely on question outlines. To achieve holistic educational goals in line with the Pancasila Student Profile, continuous innovation is needed in the development of objective testing instruments that are capable of comprehensively measuring cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

The rapid development of technology and the dynamic global labor market require young generations, particularly Generation Z, to possess career readiness that is determined not only by technical skills but also by non-technical competencies, or soft skills. This study aims to analyze the role of soft skills, particularly creativity, in shaping the career preparedness and success of Generation Z. Literature synthesis indicates that Generation Z excels in digital literacy and technological adaptability but still faces challenges in social and emotional competencies, such as effective communication, empathy, and cross-generational collaboration. The imbalance between hard skills and soft skills affects work effectiveness, career mobility, and the ability to build professional networks. Creativity emerges as a strategic soft skill that enhances motivation, innovation, and productivity, and can be developed through the integration of soft and hard skills, project-based learning approaches, educational technology, and the strengthening of self-efficacy. The study also identifies challenges in fostering creativity in real workplace environments, including hierarchical organizational cultures and limited mechanisms for rewarding new ideas. Based on these findings, it is recommended that educational institutions, industries, and policymakers collaborate to create a sustainable ecosystem for soft skills development, enabling Generation Z to become innovative and adaptive change agents in a competitive global career landscape.

This study examines the relationship between business environment dynamics and the sustainability of microenterprises in the culinary sector, focusing on a case study of dim sum businesses in Medan City. The business environment is conceptualized as a set of external factors, including competitive intensity, local economic conditions, regulations, shifts in consumer preferences, and the strategic role of business location. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study method, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and participant observation of operational activities. The findings indicate that high levels of competition, particularly from new entrants offering lower prices, directly influence the survival strategies of business owners. Adaptive adjustments were implemented through menu innovation, product quality maintenance, and strengthening relationships with loyal customers. Furthermore, the presence of educational institutions and socio-economic activities around business locations supports demand stability, especially from student segments. Strategic physical location enhances both visibility and accessibility but simultaneously intensifies competition. Conceptually, this study highlights that the sustainability of small-scale culinary enterprises is determined not only by internal management capacity but also by the ability to interpret, anticipate, and respond to external dynamics. Consequently, continuous adaptive strategies, product differentiation, and consumer network strengthening are essential prerequisites for culinary micro and small enterprises to maintain competitiveness in a highly competitive market.

This study examines the role of Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) in the formation of the Qur'anic generation in Indonesia, with a special focus on the Ar-Risalah boarding school as a case study. SIT, which integrates general education and Islamic religion, has been an important educational model since the late 1980s, although its roots date back to the early 20th century in various Islamic institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with field methods to understand how Ar-Risalah boarding schools contribute to forming students with strong Qur'anic values. This study uses a qualitative method. Data in this study were obtained by referring to existing literature in books, journals, questionnaires or interviews. The results of the study indicate that SIT, through programs such as memorizing the Qur'an and strengthening spiritual values, plays a significant role in shaping students' characters. However, challenges still exist in the internalization of Qur'anic values and the application of adab towards the Qur'an, with data showing that only a portion of students truly understand and practice these values. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in more applicable teaching methods and parental involvement and a supportive school environment in increasing the effectiveness of Qur'anic generation education.
