The Constitutional Court's decision not only affects individuals or certain groups, but also has significant consequences for the public and the country as a whole. The Constitutional Court's decision provides legal certainty for society and the government by determining the implementation or cancellation of a policy that can help create a stable and predictable legal environment. This research is a normative research by studying and basing it on secondary data. Then analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the interests recognized by law in Indonesia regarding legal standing still revolve around proving real losses as a form of interest recognized by the Constitution. The principle of erga omnes has an important meaning in the Constitutional Court's decision. An appropriate alternative is needed to ensure that the decision that then has an impact on everyone does not result in new constitutional losses for parties who are not in dispute. the implementation of the Constitutional Court's decision still faces serious challenges, ranging from delays in implementation to ignoring the decision by related institution.

This study observes how influencers sell sharia products through live selling on the TikTok platform and analyzes it from the perspective of muamalah fiqh and how it impacts the Islamic economy. This study shows that sharia-based direct selling can increase market access, expand the reach of sharia MSMEs, and encourage the development of a sharia-based digital economy. This can be seen from the transaction process and the sharia principles that must be adhered to. This study also emphasizes the importance of openness, honesty, and acceptance of contracts to ensure that the transactions carried out are halal and valid according to fiqh. Using a qualitative descriptive analysis methodology supported by literature and direct observation data, it was revealed that direct buying and selling practices can teach people the concept of Islamic economics and encourage ethical or sharia-compliant buying and selling behavior. However, violations of sharia principles such as marketing of illicit goods and fraudulent practices require ongoing supervision and training. This study shows that sharia live selling on TikTok can be an effective way to empower the people's economy and develop a sharia-based and ethical digital economic ecosystem.

Amidst the dynamic global economy that is often characterized by inequality, the development of an inclusive and equitable Islamic monetary system is a crucial urgency. An Islamic monetary system based on sharia principles and values can offer a promising alternative. In this context, blockchain can be utilized as a transformative technological innovation that can be aligned with the Islamic monetary system. This research utilizes a comprehensive literature review methodology from scientific journals and related books. This literature study analyzes the use of blockchain in the development of an inclusive and equitable Islamic monetary system, exploring the alignment of principles, potential applications and implementation challenges and implications. The findings of this study show that the core characteristics of blockchain such as decentralization, transparency, immutability and cryptographic security are aligned with the objectives and philosophical foundations of Islamic macroeconomics, such as the prohibition of riba, gharar, maysir, fairness of wealth distribution and financial inclusion. Potential applications include developing the efficiency of zakat, waqf and alms, issuing digital sukuk and developing Islamic crowdfunding. Although the opportunities are wide open, the implementation still faces significant challenges, such as sharia compliance issues related to digital volatility, fatwa fragmentation, scalability issues, data security, consumption of shariah-compliant digital assets, and the need for digitalization.

This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to examine the impact of social media on the honesty of teenagers toward their parents in Stabat Lama Barat Village. The aim of this research is to describe the extent to which the use of social media influences teenagers’ honest behavior in communication and interaction with their parents. In an increasingly advanced digital era, social media is not only a source of entertainment but also has a significant influence on character development and moral values, including honesty. The results show that some teenagers tend to hide their social media activities from their parents, either due to privacy concerns, fear of being scolded, or the desire to create a certain image online. This behavior leads to reduced openness and honesty in their daily lives. However, there are also teenagers who are able to use social media wisely while upholding honesty within the family. Factors such as moral education at home, parenting styles, and social environment play an important role in shaping honest attitudes among teenagers despite the rapid growth of digitalization.

This research aims to develop a pop-up book-based learning media to introduce local wisdom of Indonesian culture to the younger generation. Local wisdom, as an inheritance of knowledge and values from our ancestors, is a national identity that is increasingly poorly understood by the current generation. Therefore, an interesting, creative, and interactive learning media innovation is needed. Pop-up books were chosen because of their ability to present material visually, lively, and allow students to interact directly with the learning content. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The process starts from needs analysis, book design development, prototyping, to trials for grade XI students of SMK. The research instruments included validation questionnaires from material experts, media experts, teacher and student responses, and material comprehension tests. The validation results showed scores of 82.8% (material experts), 78.3% (media experts), and 75.5% (potential user responses), which overall fell into the very feasible category. The findings of the study show that pop-up book media is effective in increasing students' understanding of local wisdom in the context of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. In addition, this research contributes to the preservation of local culture through educational media innovation. Street-level bureaucracy refers to the role of frontline bureaucrats who directly engage with the public in the implementation of public policies, including stunting management. In Sidoarjo Regency, stunting remains a critical public health issue with long-term implications for human capital development, despite the government’s continuous efforts to reduce its prevalence. Actors such as posyandu cadres, health center personnel, and officials from the District Health Office serve as the front line in detecting stunting cases, delivering nutritional counseling, monitoring child growth, and connecting communities with essential health services. However, the effectiveness of these roles is often constrained by limited resources, excessive workloads, lack of adequate training, and insufficient incentives that do not reflect the complexity of their responsibilities. Furthermore, policy implementation is frequently hindered by weak inter-sectoral coordination, low community engagement, and the gap between administrative guidelines and the realities faced in the field. The discretionary power held by these street-level bureaucrats becomes both a strength and a challenge—allowing for flexible adaptation to local needs while raising concerns about accountability and service consistency. Addressing stunting effectively at the local level requires strategic capacity-building for implementers through continuous training, fair compensation, and strengthened collaboration among governmental actors and other stakeholders. These efforts must be integrated, holistic, and sustainable in order to truly tackle the root causes of stunting and generate meaningful improvements in public health outcomes.

This study examines the importance of strengthening institutional capacity at the sub-district level to improve the quality of human resources (HR) among government officials in order to enhance public service delivery in Banyuasin Regency. As the frontline in the implementation of public services, sub-districts play a crucial role due to their direct interaction with the community. The main issue in this research is the low effectiveness of public services caused by limited institutional capacity and inadequate human resource competencies at the sub-district level. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method focused on Rambutan Sub-district. The theoretical framework includes institutional capacity theory, New Public Management (NPM), and New Public Service (NPS). The research findings indicate that developing institutional capacity through human resource training and the application of modern management practices has a positive impact on service quality. Changes in public service delivery largely depend on the sub-district’s ability to maximize the empowerment of its personnel.

Semantics is a branch of linguistics that studies meaning in language, both at the word, phrase, and sentence levels. This study covers the relationship between linguistic signs and the meaning they contain and their implications for human understanding. This study aims to describe (1) the definition of semantics according to experts, (2) types of meaning in Indonesian, (3) forms of meaning change, and (4) the phenomena of ambiguity, homonyms, homophones, and homographs along with examples. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, namely examining various sources of literature such as books, journals, and scientific articles that are relevant to the study of semantics. The results of the study show that the types of meaning in Indonesian include lexical, grammatical, referential, non-referential, denotative, and connotative meanings. Changes in meaning are divided into generalization, specialization, amelioration, pejoration, and associative. In addition, linguistic phenomena such as ambiguity (double meanings due to sentence structure), homonyms (words with the same pronunciation and spelling, different meanings), homophones (same pronunciation, different spelling and meanings), and homographs (same spelling, different pronunciation and meanings) were also found.

This study aims to examine how university students perceive freedom of expression in Indonesia within the context of democracy and the digital age. A descriptive quantitative method was employed by distributing questionnaires to students from various universities. The findings reveal that most students view freedom of expression as a fundamental right in a democratic society. However, concerns were raised regarding potential restrictions through ambiguous regulations and the threat of legal sanctions. Social media platforms serve as the primary medium for expressing opinions, although risks such as digital harassment and criminalization persist. In conclusion, while students generally have a positive view of freedom of expression, they remain cautious about its possible repercussions. These findings suggest the need for stronger legal protections and improved digital literacy to ensure that freedom of expression remains safeguarded in a democratic system.
