Serah terima yang dilaksanakan dengan baik dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien, oleh karena itu perawat perlu melakukan komunikasi SBAR karena komunikasi tersebut dilakukan secara terstruktur dalam menyampaikan kondisi pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan keefektifan komunikasi SBAR dalam Pelaksanaan Handover Di RSUD Dr.M.M Dunda Limboto. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deksriptif, subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah 41 perawat di RSUD Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto dan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh komunikasi SBAR saat handover dalam aspek situation mayoritas efektif sebanyak 38 responden (93%), aspek background mayoritas kurang efektif sebanyak 38 responden (93%), aspek assesment mayoritas efektif sebanyak 27 responden (66%) dan aspek recommendation mayoritas efektif sebanyak 35 responden (85%). Kesimpulan komunikasi SBAR dalam aspek situastion, assesement dan recommendation sudah efektif dilakukan perawat, sedangkan aspek bacground kurang efektif dilakukan perawat.

Kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan adalah satu lembaga resmi pemerintah yang melakukan banyak survey. Untuk melakukan survey dibutuhkan perlengkapan lapangan seperti tas, rompi, aalat tulis kantor, papan untuk menulis, name tag dan masih banyak barang-barang yang dibutuhkan untuk lenacaran proses survey. Kebutuhan barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat pada sebuah buku. Terkadang barang yang ada di catatan tidak sesuai dengan stok barang yang ada. Informasi ketersediaan barang juga msih terbatas.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem persedian barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, pada tahap ini peneliti mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem dengan rinci. Dalam prosesnya, klien dan tim developer akan bertemu untuk mendiskusikan detail sistem seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh user. Tahap kedua adalah desain cepat, pada tahap ini peneliti membuat desain sederhana yang akan memberi gambaran singkat tentang sistem yang ingin dibuat. Tahap ketiga adlaah membangun prototipe, pada tahap ini peneliti membangun prototipe sebenarnya yang akan dijadikan rujukan tim programmer untuk pembuatan program atau aplikasi. tahap keempat adalah evaluasi penggunaan awal, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan presentasi pada klient untuk dieavaluasi. Tahap kelima adalah memperbaiki prototipr, pada tahap ini peneliti memperbaiki sistem jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian dengan keinginan klien pada tahap ke empat, jika tidak ada lanjut ketahap keenam. Pada tahap keenam adalah implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada tahap ini peneliti segera membuat sistem susai dengan prototipe akhir yang telah disepakati, kemudain peneliti pelakukan pengujian dan setelah selesai sistem diserahkan ke klien. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan.

Abstract. Market transactions work based on the price mechanism. However, overall. The effect of the ups and downs of supply on prices depends on the availability of goods. Prices of goods in the Soppeng central market often change or are unstable, sometimes rising and sometimes falling, these changes are not based on demand or supply factors but depend on situation and condition factors. This research was conducted to find out how Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism were realized or not in the Soppeng central market. The type of research used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, while the technique used to determine informants was purposive sampling. The data is using description and comparison techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The price mechanism in Ibn Khaldun's thought is influenced by supply and demand, labor value, purchasing power, and the government. 2). In setting prices, traders in the Soppeng central market are based on the quantity of goods demanded by consumers, the price of the goods themselves, transportation costs, the quantity of goods available, prices set by other traders, and according to the ability of the buyer. 3). Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism are appropriate or realized in the Soppeng central marke     Keywords: Price Mechanism, Ibn Khaldun's Thought.

Puskesmas merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang sudah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yang ada saat ini di bidang kesehatan. Kemajuan teknologi yang membawa manfaat sangat beragam untuk bidang kesehatan ini salah satunya digunakan pada rangkaian administrasi untuk mendaftar di puskesmas. Diantara seluruh kategori yang terdapat pada pelayanan rawat jalan, Caten merupakan kategori yang menghabiskan waktu cukup banyak. Selain itu, pengunjung dengan kategori Caten lupa membawa berkas dan datang terlalu siang, membuat mereka menunda pembuatan sertifikatnya. Sebagai wujud pemanfaatan teknologi yang ada, maka perlu adanya suatu sistem informasi yang dapat melengkapi kekurangan tersebut agar proses yang dilalui calon pengantin lebih mudah selain itu dapat mempermudah petugas puskesmas dalam mengarsipkan data para calon pengantin. Setelah melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan kajian literasi, maka terciptalah beberapa ide yang menjadi dasar dalam membuat perancangan sistem informasi sercaten (Sertifikat Calon Pengantin). Perancangan  aplikasi berbasis web ini dapat menyimpan berkas-berkas registrasi, memuat informasi seputar pemeriksaan kesehatan apa saja yang akan dilalui, pukul berapa saja para calon pengantin dianjurkan datang, dan beberapa manfaat lainnya yang dapat membantu para calon pengantin.

Penghargaan terhadap kinerja perawat memerlukan pengakuan sebagai penghargaan perbaik perawat di RSUD Balangan. Namun, evaluasi kinerja perawat RSUD Balangan dilakukan secara subjektif, yang menimbulkan masalah bagi organisasi karena evaluasi subjektif sering dianggap terlalu sederhana dalam merepresentasikan kemampuan sebenarnya dari seorang perawat. Perlu ada semacam aplikasi pendukung keputusan untuk membantu menghindari evaluasi subjektif (DSS). Penelitian ini menggunakan sepuluh kriteria, masing-masing dengan sub-kriterianya sendiri untuk memilih pengasuh terbaik, termasuk pengetahuan, kemampuan kerja, tanggung jawab pribadi, disiplin, keterampilan komunikasi, inisiatif, kerja tim, akuntabilitas, dan kecerdasan manajemen. Kriteria ini disempurnakan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Temuan penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa DSS dengan metode Profile Matching dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam memilih layanan terbaik untuk RSUD Balangan. Kesulitan dengan penelitian termasuk menggunakan kriteria yang tidak konsisten untuk menentukan faktor penelitian mana yang digunakan dan faktor penelitian mana yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan rangkaian hasil pertama. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan apakah penelitian masa depan harus mengadopsi pendekatan hibrida atau tidak.

Poetry is one of the literary works that has beauty in its composition. It is equipped with beautiful diction, a tone full of feelings such as disappointment, emotion, or even full of love. This research is motivated by the author's curiosity about the implied meaning of poetry. The purpose of this analysis is to find out in detail the meaning of each inner and physical structure. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a structural approach. The results of this study found the entire physical structure and inner structure in the poem "Sajak Atas Nama" by Mustofa Bisri. The structure the physical consists of diction, concrete words, style of language, and imagery. Meanwhile, the inner structure includes the theme, tone, atmosphere, and message.

This article discusses the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi through a semiotic approach. According to Tinarbuko (2008), semiotics is the study of signs in order to find out how these signs function and produce a meaning. Meanwhile, according to Christomy and Yuwono (2004), argue that semiotics is the study of signs (signs), sign functions, and sign production. In semiotics there is a signifier (signifier) ​​which is a sign that can be seen by the eye, visible form / physical form while the signified (signified) is the meaning contained in the message that has the concept, function, and value contained in the sign. So the purpose of this study is to find out the signs of meaning in the poem "Democracy" through the method. In this study using semiotic analysis. Semiotic analysis is a qualitative data analysis technique that aims to find or analyze symbols or signs in a text systematically. And the conclusion in this study is that based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi strongly ties its meaning to Indonesian political life. In discussing the poem, it tells about the people's struggle to burn and replace the rights they should have received for the hard work and sacrifices that have been made.

The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze, and describe language as a form of emotional expression, especially the joy of DTA students who feel the earthquake in the Cianjur Regency area. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of research is DTA students who touch the earthquake. All data was taken from the language process of DTA students during the research process which expressed joyful emotions. The results of the analysis showed that there were several emotional expressions of students' joy after being given several treatments in the form of traditional games. The actualization of students in expressing the emotion of joy is shown by verbal expressions and followed by gestures as a form of overflowing joy that is in them.

Poetry is a literary work that expresses thoughts and expresses the soul through aesthetic words. Poetry is also a literary work in which there are many signs, both in the form of meanings that need to be translated by the readers themselves and linguistic markers that do not require reinterpretation. Semiotics is a field of science that examines the role of signs in a literary work. The sign and everything related to the sign, both the way the sign is sent and received, will have meaning and significance. This study aims to determine the markers in a poem by Heri Isnaini entitled “Mata-Mata” using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theory. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Research on this poem is considered interesting because the use of diction in it only has slight differences and seems repetitive. Therefore, semiotics has an important role in analyzing a poem so that the poem can provide an overview and understanding to the reader.

Poetry is one of the literary works that has lines and stanzas consisting of several choices of words that contain meaning so as to produce a series of sentences that are beautiful, charming, heartfelt and contains deep meaning. Poetry is also a form of expression of feelings from the poet which is a description of the surrounding environment. This affects the poet in creating his work, one of which is about love, love is something human that is experienced by every person on this earth. Sometimes love does not always go as desired, everyone must feel lost for various reasons. In this case, how do we interpret love and loss from the perspective of a poet. This research will dissect Kahil Gibran's poem titled Cinta yang Agung which aims to find and explore more about love and loss by dissecting the structure in the poem. The research uses a structural approach which results in knowing how the concept of love and loss is viewed from the physical and inner structure of the poem. And from the poem we can learn how to learn to be sincere and let go to reach a free and spacious heart.

This study focuses on the Analysis of Code Mixing in the Video of Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura (Sociolinguistic Studies). The purpose of this study is to describe the code mixing contained in the video. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, that is, this method simply concludes narrative words. The data collection technique is; observing videos, obtaining data by recording speech included in code mixing, identifying data, then drawing conclusions. The results of the study describe that in the video that has a duration of 31.46, the researcher only recorded 23 code mixing. Because it is clear from some of the code mixing that has been described. In the podcast video, speakers use two languages when speaking. Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura are bilinguals, because they can use two languages in a conversation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that code mixing occurs in every speaker in communicating. The use of code mixing is due to the variety of languages and the bilingualism of speakers who master two languages. In the video it is clear that speakers use two languages, namely Indonesian and English when communicating.

Songs are included in the type of literary works of poetry. Song lyrics are written in poetic language so that they are classified as literary works of poetry. songs consist of many types. In this study the songs that became the object of research were J-Pop songs. J-Pop is a pop genre song originating from Japan. The song that is the object of research is a song that was famous at that time. Not only booming in their home country but covering many other countries as well. the fact that youth is the most turbulent period in the stages of human life is the inspiration for this song. The song, entitled Hitchcock by yorushika, was published to the wider community via YouTube in 2018. The theory that serves as the basis for this research is Riffatere's theory of semiotics. This theory combines heuristic theory and hermeneutic theory. This theory is used to find out the hidden meaning conveyed by the songwriter. This semiotic theory is carried out in the following stages. First, the researcher will read quickly without further analyzing the meaning, only the meaning of the lyrics (heuristics). In this case by translating from Japanese into Indonesian. Followed by analyzing the structure, figure of speech, and other in-depth meaning with repeated reading (hermeneutics). Then conclude the results of the analysis. This Hitchcock song has been watched approximately 73 million times by various groups.

The objective taken by the researchers was to find out what the BPOM's obstacles were in controlling the distribution of illegal cosmetics in Gorontalo City, one of the efforts made by the government to improve public health and carry out supervision by forming BPOM. Cosmetic products that do not have distribution permits or are illegal which do not comply with applicable regulations are still a problem for the people of Gorontalo. This can be seen from the existence of cosmetic distribution facilities that sell illegal cosmetics that have not been controlled by BPOM in Gorontalo City. This study uses an empirical juridical legal research method that aims to analyze the problems that are carried out by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. From research at the BPOM office, the authors found that there are still many unlicensed cosmetics business actors who commit fraudulent acts in producing cosmetics without a distribution permit with chemicals obtained at low prices without thinking about the impact on the consumers who use them, which causes BPOM's losses. obstacles in distribution monitoring. Illegal cosmetics due to lack of control over goods entering the city area, especially the city of Gorontalo, lack of public knowledge to distinguish genuine cosmetics from fakes, so that the circulation of illegal cosmetics is rampant. In general, people are only interested in cheap prices without being keen to know the basic ingredients for making these cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients that are easily and cheaply found on the market and counterfeiters' knowledge about the composition of counterfeit cosmetics are the contributing factors. Illegal distribution of cosmetics.                

Currently, Covid-19 is a major problem that is being faced by almost the entire world, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has multi-sectoral impacts from various aspects, namely health, education, social and economy, including what happened in Blora Regency. Synergy with various parties such as Babinsa, village midwives, village heads and village officials is needed to support health protocols, besides the active role of the National Police in this case Bhabinkamtibmas (Bhayangkara builder of security and public order) is very important in efforts to control the spread, minimize prevention and provide education as well as information to the public regarding Covid-19 in order to create a conducive security and social order situation. The empowerment of the Blora Police bhabinkamtibmas in the target villages or sub-districts has been going well considering the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic in Blora Regency is increasing every day but is not matched by public awareness to comply with the health protocols applied.

Criminal provisions in a statutory regulation are certain doses or remedies as a means of achieving the formulated goals. The purpose of this article is to examine and analyze the inconsistency of the material content of the criminal provisions against the formulation of the objectives of legal certainty in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2020 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining. The research method uses a normative juridical method. Secondary data in the form of primary legal data on laws and regulations related to the criminal provisions of the Minerba Law is elaborated so that the adequacy of the content of the criminal provisions is able to test the clarity of the objectives of legal certainty. The results found that there were inconsistencies in criminal provisions as a means of achieving goals in the formulation of guaranteeing legal certainty. The application of Article 162 of the Mineral and Coal Law is subjective and tends to criminalize members of the community around mineral and coal mining. This fact proves that the objective of legal certainty is objective, ambiguous with subjective criminal means. The main article of criminal provisions in the Minerba Law is Article 158 which is systematically constructed with Article 35. Basically, the criminal provisions are used as the legal regime for licensing in the strategies and techniques of government control and control in the mineral and coal sector.

This article has the aims and objectives to be obtained, namely to find out and analyze the importance of the existence of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on internet sites, and how forms of regulation based on positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research have shown that the existence of IPR on internet sites has basic values ​​and objectives, namely as legal protection for creators owned by individuals or groups. for his hard work in making copyrighted works with economic value contained therein and Anticipating and also preventing violations of IPR belonging to other people, HKI is also currently regulated in various legal constructions that apply in Indonesia, such as Law Number 28 Year 2014 concerning Copyright, Law no. 15 of 2001 concerning Marks and other implementing regulations. With the objectives and construction of the applicable law, it is actually important for the government to continue to optimize and review the application of the law periodically in order to prevent IPR violations on internet sites carried out by cybercrimes.

Birth Ball is a birth ball that can be used by mothers in labor in the first stage to a position that can help progress labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Birth Ball on reducing the intensity of labor pain during the first active phase. The type of research used in this study was a quasy experiment. The research was conducted at PMB Karmila, Bantan District. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women. The sample in this study were 20 pregnant women using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariately, bivariately using the T-Dependent statistical test (paired T-Test). The results showed that there was an effect of birth ball on the intensity of labor pain in the first stage. to the community, especially primigravida women who experience labor pain to be able to do birth ball therapy to reduce the level of pain in the first stage of labor.\      

Helminthiasis infection is one of the diseases that still occurs in the surrounding community. One type of helminthiasis disease that results in infection is the STH worm. Nutritional status problems are commonly encountered in various provinces of Indonesia which results in the quality of oneself for the future will be affected. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between helminthiasis infections and nutritional status in toddlers based on anthropometric measurements using weight and height indices. The type of research used is descriptive with a Cross sectional research design. Data that has been collected from 62 patients was described to link STH infection with Nutritional Status in Toddlers. The results of the study stated that there was no relationship between Soil Transmitted Helminth infection and gisi status in toddlers in Tesabela Village, West Kupang District with chis-quare test results, obtained a value of P=0.953 (P>a0.05).

Berbagai permasalahan terjadi di Indonesia, sebagian besar disebabkan oleh ulah manusia itu sendiri atau memang disebabkan oleh bencana alam. Maka dari itu peran-peran manusia atau sebuah organisasi turut andil dalam menangani permasalahan di Indonesia. CSR  merupakan komitmen usaha untuk beroperasi secara legal dan berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan tanggung jawab kemitraan dari karyawan dan keluarganya, pemerintah, perusahaan komunitas lokal, dan komunitas luas. CSR dapat melakukan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat secara nyata yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Contoh salah satu yang di implementasikan yaitu pemberian bantuan untuk korban bencana gempa cianjur yang dilakukan oleh PT Semen Baturaja. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah program bantuan untuk korban bencana gempa cianjur ini berdampak baik pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang dimaksudkan untuk menguji masalah secara lebih mendalam dan komprehensif. Ini mengacu pada cara mempelajari aspek kualitatif kehidupan sosial, mencakup berbagai dimensi sosial dari Tindakan dan keadaannya terhadap proses dan peristiwa, yang didasarkan atas konstruksi dan makna yang diorganisir oleh praktik social terkait masalah utama.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan potensi dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh individu atau masyarakat sehingga mereka dapat meningkatkan taraf hidupnya di masyarakat. Home industry merupakan suatu usaha rumahan yang bergerak dalam bidang industry tertentu yang memiliki tenaga kerja yang terbatas, yang dapat menyerap pengangguran dan memberdayakan masyarakat yang ada disekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan keberadaan home industry yang ada di wilayah Jln biin 1 no 41 rt 01/02 pondok jagung timur  , (2) Mengetahui proses adanya home industry yang ada di wilayah Jln biin 1 no 41 rt 01/02 pondok jagung timur  (3) Mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang di alami oleh pemilik usaha home industry dalam mengembangkan usahanya.  Home industry Busa Jok motor yang berada di wiayah Jln biin 1 no 41 rt 01/02 pondok jagung timur  serpong utara,Tangerang selatan , dapat memberdayakan masyarakat sekitarnya terutama bapak – bapak yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan serta ibu-ibu rumah tangga, dapat membantu masyarakat yang berekonomi rendah dalam meningkatkan taraf hidupnya dan juga dapat mengurangi penganguran.
