This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies in conducting accident risk analysis in the pharamaceutical industry and to fully and deeply understand the procedures for implementing Occupational Health and Safety at PT X. the technique used in this research is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Nased on the results of questionnaires from employees, it was concluded that PT X had implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures well. This is proven by the existence of socialization and training in Occupational Safety and Health procedures as an effort to protect all employees from the risk of accidents. The company also equips all employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect employees from the risk of work accidents. Apart from that regular monitoring and evaluation is also carried out, to ensure that the procedure is still suitable to be implemented. The work environment plays a role in the safety and health of workers. Worker attitudes and work procedures that have been implemented by all employees have a very important role in Occupational Safety and Health as an effort to minimize accidents.

Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. With data mining using the K-Means algorithm, losses for UD.Martua..speeding up decision making to restock goods that are selling well so that consumers who want to buy don't have to wait long. Providing information from sales data to find out what causes profits or losses at UD.Martua. The data sources with key informants are educators and student supporting informants. data collection techniques by observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the method of forming the honest character of students at the Al-munawwarah Islamic boarding school, Bangko Jambi, includes: exemplary, giving punishment, holding reflections, giving advice/lectures, direct, open learning and giving rewards. In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.

This research seek to show how social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere help class VII students develop an honest, disciplined, pious, and responsible character. This study employs a qualitative methodology and uses methods including observation, interviews, and documentation to gather data. According to the study's findings, teachers play a significant impact in influencing class VII students' character development, particularly when it comes to social studies instruction. Because teachers not only instruct students in moral principles on a theoretical level, but also set an example for them, their job in forming students' character has been optimally carried out.

This research aims to analyze how E-Trust and E-Service Quality influence E-Loyalty in mobile banking services, as well as the role of customer satisfaction as a variable that mediates the relationship between E-Trust, E-Service Quality, and E-Loyalty. This research was conducted as a case study on FEBI UINSU students in 2019 who used mobile banking services. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to FEBI UINSU students who had used mobile banking services. The questionnaire contains questions about their perceptions of E-Trust, E-Service Quality, customer satisfaction, and their level of E-Loyalty towards mobile banking services. The collected data is analyzed using relevant statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, path analysis, or other appropriate methods to test the relationship between the variables in this research.

The main objective of this research is to determine the role of turnover intention in mediating the adaptation of green culture on the work productivity of lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The population comes from 5 private universities in Medan City, totaling 728 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling, where 258 educational staff were used as research samples. The data analysis technique for this research uses statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which aims to carry out path analysis with latent variables. The results of data analysis show that the adaptation of green culture directly has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Then, turnover intention hurts employee work productivity. Finally, indirect turnover intention does not significantly mediate the adaptation of green culture on employee work productivity. The implications of the findings in this research show that green cultural adaptation currently needs to be carried out by private universities. The provision of green open space and green cultural values at the private higher education level in Medan City has yet to be consistently and sustainably implemented.

BMT is included in the Sharia Financial Institutions which are operated on the principle of profit sharing, trying to grow and develop micro, small and medium enterprises, in order to raise the level and dignity and defend the interests of the poor. The aim of this research is to determine the role of BMT in empowering micro businesses and the potential of businesses financed at Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT) to develop economic activities so that they provide positive, prosperous and of course more independent results. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive research type, and the research data is taken from first-hand data, namely customer perceptions and second-hand statements that can be trusted. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and information from books, articles, journals and theses. Research findings show that BMT plays an important role in empowering micro businesses by providing financing in accordance with sharia and cooperative work operational agreements. That way, MSMEs will become more advanced and able to absorb workers, which of course will help a lot in economic development and alleviating poverty due to reduced employment opportunities.

This article aims to discuss in detail the importance of language education in building a cultured character at the PGRI 9 SIDOARJO Junior High School level. Language education has a very important role in shaping the character of students, especially during adolescence which is a crucial period in the formation of their personality. Language education at Junior High School PGRI 9 SIDOARJO provides opportunities for students to develop language skills, both in speaking, writing, reading and listening. Students learn grammar, vocabulary, and language skills needed in everyday life. Language education is also important in building a cultured character. Students are exposed to literary works that represent diverse cultural values, develop empathy, tolerance and understanding of cultural diversity. Language education teaches good communication ethics, respect for the opinions of others, courtesy, and honesty. Students learn to respect and understand the perspectives of others and communicate effectively by taking into account social and cultural contexts. Good language skills open doors for students to acquire new knowledge and access broader information. Language education provides a strong foundation for students in studying other subjects, developing interests and talents, and facing challenges in an increasingly global world of work. In this case the company that wants information technology is PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi. The inventory system used at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi still uses notes in the form of spreadsheets which are summarized every day, making it prone to errors in planning raw material needs, and it is difficult to control the use of production raw materials such as dyes. From this phenomenon, of course, a capable raw material planning information system is needed to process data and create raw material reports automatically. The aim of this research is to provide report data regarding the amount and time of raw materials procured to smooth production activities. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this research conclude that with the existence of a computerized system at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi can assist the production process related to procuring the right materials, in efficient quantities and time.

Mekarmulya Village Park, Cinambo District, Bandung City is a park in the middle of the city and industry. This area is designed to provide green open space in the midst of urban density, so it plays an important role in improving the quality of life in the environment. This research aims to conduct a diversity study and risk analysis of invasive plants in the Mekarmulya Village Park area. Sampling was carried out by roaming throughout the park area. Data processing is carried out qualitatively and is descriptive. The research results showed that the invasive plants found consisted of 11 families, 16 genera, and 16 spesies with the dominant family being the Poaceae family (25%) and the co-dominant family being the Asteraceae family (18.75%). Various habits were obtained consisting of seedlings, saplings and poles, with the largest habitus being the seedling habitus. These invasive plants have an risk on biodiversity and the ecosystem around the park.

The podcast tv show program is an inspirational show for Muslims, especially Muhammadiyah members, but packaged in a more relaxed and creative way. The content broadcast is content that inspires the public from the sources presented. This research uses a qualitative method to explain the role of broadcasters of TV show podcast programs on tvMu. This research uses Boyd's theory that a broadcaster must have credibility, authority, clarity and clarity of voice volume, a strong personality, high professionalism, communicativeness and excellent appearance. The results of this research are that the TV show podcast program has experienced an increase in broadcast quality, such as innovation in developing broadcast themes. If previously it only discussed issues related to Muhammadiyah, now it has developed into discussing various economic, social, political and cultural issues. This has an impact on increasing the number of viewers or viewers on YouTube social media.

Abstrak. Teknologi input/output (I/O) memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer modern. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi I/O telah memungkinkan komputer menjadi lebih interaktif, lebih cepat, dan lebih efisien dalam memproses informasi. Pada proses I/O terdapat perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang berfungsi sebagai media menghasilkan data. Perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak saling terkait dan saling mendukung dalam operasi komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak berdasarkan perkembangannya. Teknologi I/O merujuk pada cara komputer berinteraksi dengan dunia luar melalui masukan dan keluaran. Data diperoleh beradasarkan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan referensi dari berbagai sumber. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kerangka pengetahuan yang sudah ada tentang judu, mengidentifikasi dan mendukung atau merinci argument. Berdasarkan literatur yang sudah ada, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangannya dapat dilihat dari kinerja perangkat keras yang lebih baik, inovasi dalam perangkat keras yang terus berkembang dan perkembangan perangkat lunak yang lebih maju.   Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of I/O technology in hardware and software based on its development. I/O technology refers to the way a computer interacts with the outside world through inputs and outputs. Data is obtained based on literature studies using references from various sources. This research method aims to understand the existing framework of knowledge about judu, identify and support or detail arguments. Based on existing literature, the results show the role of I/O technology in hardware and software is very influential on its development can be seen from better hardware performance, innovation in hardware that continues to develop and more advanced software developments.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research describe the role of the school principal as a leader in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The roles of the school principal as a leader involve providing guidance and supervision to all educators by holding joint meetings, enhancing the willingness and capabilities of educational staff through specific evaluations conducted three times a year to enhance the professional competence of teachers, establishing two-way communication by engaging in regular communication with all educators almost every day, and delegating tasks to all educators and educational staff, such as carrying out learning evaluations for all teachers, students, and all personnel serving at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of teachers.
