Tantangan dunia pendidikan diantaranya sistem pendidikan yang memungkinkan optimalisasi semua otak sehingga ia bisa merima, mengolah, menyimpan serta menggunakan informasi secara efisisen. Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengungkap edutainment Islam dalam joke "gitu aja kok repot": harmoni pendidikan dan hiburan. Edutainment Islam dianggap bisa mengatasi problem tersebut. Penelitian merupakan jenis kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode library research dianalisis dengan content isi. Penelitian menyimpulkan joke "gitu aja kok repot" lahir dari pikiran positif sehingga nuansa humor terasa menggiring meredakan ketegangan. Pesannya jelas. Jangan merumitkan yang sederhana. Paktek humor tersebut dapat diadaptasi menjadi model edutainment Islam dengan motede sikap lemah lembut dalam melarang perbuatan maksiat, dilakukan secara bertahap diawali dengan kemudahan untuk bisa memikat hati dan menambah rasa cinta. Dengan pendekatan yang menghibur menambah daya tarik bagi peserta didik. Penelitian merokemdasi agar temuan ini menjadi salah satu model edutainment Islam.    

Desa Pekutan khususnya di wilayah dusun 1,2,3 belum menggiat kegiatan bank sampah yang digunakan untuk mengelola sampah sehingga sampah dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi barang yang sedikit berguna dan bisa ditukar dengan nilai rupiah. Sehingga masyarakat harus bisa menyesuaikan dan memanfaatkan limbah ataupun barang yang sudah tidak terpakai khususnya yaitu limbah sampah organik maupun sampah non organik. Untuk Program kerja yang kedua yaitu pengadaan servis kunjung yang bekerja sama dengan astra honda purworejo. Permasalahan yang ada di Desa Pekutan, hanya terdapat sedikit bengkel sehingga warga sekitar kurang memperhatikan kondisi motor. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut kelompok KKN-T 36 memfasilitasi servis kunjung dengan harga yang terjangkau sehingga warga Desa Pekutan dapat memanfaatkan adanya acara tersebut. Program Kerja ketiga yaitu video profil. Teknologi informasi menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi manusia. Media yang paling efektif adalah melalui video profil Desa Pekutan, diharapkan informasi yang diperoleh semakin lengkap. Video ini berupa video profil desa meliputi informasi geografis, mata pencaharian warga desa pekutan serta keadaan yang ada disekitar desa Pekutan.

Salah satu upaya pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal yang ada di Desa Rantau Langsat yang optimal adalah dengan mengembangkan pariwisata dengan konsep ekowisata dalam hal ini wisata yang dilakukan memiliki bagian yang tidak terpisa kan dengan upaya – upaya konservasi, pemberdayaan ekonomi local dan mendorong rasa peduli yang lebih tinggi terhadap kultur atau budaya. Hal tersebut yang mendasari perbedaan antara konsep ekowisata dengan model wisata konvensional yang telah ada sebelumnya. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat bagaimana strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Indargiri Hulu dalam mengembangkan ekowisata di Desa Rantau Langsat dan factor – factor apa saja yang mempengaruhi strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Indargiri Hulu dalam mengembangkan ekowisata di Desa Rantau Langsat. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Rantau Langsat dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data nya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membuktikan bahwa dalam mengembangan ekowisata di Desa Rantau Langsat masih memiliki banyak kendala, serta factor penghambat dalam mengembangkan ekowisata yaitu sumber daya (anggaran), sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana serta partisipasi masyarakat.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan mekanik, lokasi perusahaan, garansi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Bengkel AHASS Galang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan Bengkel AHASS Galang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 91 responden. Dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner terbuka, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan mekanik, lokasi perusahaan dan garansi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Bengkel AHASS Galang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Supermarket Jumbo di Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana, untuk menguji tingkat hubungan dan pengaruh yang terjadi antara variabel kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Koefisien regresi b = 0,696 menyatakan bahwa untuk setiap penambahan nilai variabel (X) Kompensasi maka diprediksi nilai variabel (Y) Kinerja Karyawan pada Supermarket Jumbo Manado akan meningkat sebesar 0,696.    

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Cargill Indonesia di Amurang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana, untuk menguji tingkat hubungan dan pengaruh yang terjadi antara variabel supervisi dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Koefisien regresi b = 0,700 menyatakan bahwa untuk setiap penambahan nilai variabel (X) Pengawasan diprediksi nilai variabel (Y) Produktivitas Kerja pada PT Cargill Indonesia akan meningkat sebesar 0,700.      

Underpricing merupakan sebuah fenomena initial public offering yang sering terjadi di pasar modal dan telah dibuktikan oleh para peneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, reputasi undewriter dan jenis industri terhadap underpricing. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada sampel perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offering (IPO) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020-2021.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Eviews9. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, reputasi undewriter dan jenis industri mempengaruhi underpricing sebesar 55.35%. Secara parsial current ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap underpricing sebesar 0.0480 < 0.05 dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap underpricing sebesar 0.0002 < 0.05, sedangkan return on asset, reputasi undewriter dan jenis industri tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap underpricing.

Kecemasan adalah emosi yang tidak menyenangkan yang ditandai dengan kekhawatiran dan ketidakberdayaan terhadap sesuatu yang akan terjadi di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian itu adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa pendidikan biologi dalam menyusun skripsi. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 21 mahasiswa. Data dianalisis secara deksriptif. Hasil penelitian mengungkap tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa pendidikan biologi dalam menyusun skripsi berada pada kategori sedang. Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik sangat penting dimiliki oleh setiap guru yang tidak hanya berkewajiban memyampaikan informasi kepada siswa, tetapi dituntut untuk mampu menjadi teladan dalam ucapan atau pelafalan yang tepat. Artikel ini disusun dengan maksud memaparkan berbagai problematika pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kaitannya dengan pelafalan dalam tuturan guru dan siswa, solusi, dan juga berbagai kendalanya. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode pustaka yakni dengan cara mempelajari dan mengumpulkan data dari referensi yang relevan dengan topik. Simpulan dari hasil pembahasan (1). Problematikan yang timbul antara lain terkait siswa sebagai objek didik maupun guru sebagai subjek didik.(2) Tidak adanya rujukan yang jelas dalam hal penentuan bagaimana pelafalan bunyi bahasa sebab satu fonem bisa mewakili lebih dari satu cara pelafalan.

Kegiatan belajar dan mengajar bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits di MTs Negeri 2 Langkat belum menerapkan metode Haflah Qur’an. Melainkan kegiatan belajar berlangsung hanya sebatas dalam kegiatan belajar di kelas dengan dibimbing oleh guru bidang studi. Tidak terlaksananya program Tahfiz qur’an di MTs Negeri 2 Langkat, sehingga membuat guru bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits hanya dapat melangsungkan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan alokasi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diterapkan di Madrasah. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu penerapan metode Haflah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan memahami Al-Qur’an di MTs Negeri 2 Langkat Besitang yaitu memberikan pengajaran menggunakan metode Haflah dengan memanfaatkan media belajar yang inovatif yaitu guru membentuk kelompok belajar siswa dengan membentuk lingkaran kemudian melakukan tes membaca, mendengarkan, guru membaca murid menirukan, guru membaca bersama-sama murid, dan juga tehnik baca simak dan juga di dukung peran guru yang lain sehingga kemampuan memahami siswa yang sebelumnya kurang menjadi meningkat lebih baik dari sebelumnya.    

This study aims to describe students' learning barriers in solving SPLDV questions based on problem solving abilities. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted at Sungai Kakap 1 Public Middle School, the data used were the results of researchers to clarify students' obstacles in answering questions based on problem-solving abilities with data sources, namely class VIII students of SMP 1 Sungai Kakap. Data collection techniques used measurement techniques, direct communication techniques and indirect communication techniques with data collection tools in the form of test questions, interview guides and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study it was concluded that the students' barriers in the high group were wrong in determining the formula and wrong in the concept of completion, the students' barriers in the medium group were wrong in determining the formula, discrepancies in using the formula to answer a problem and did not re-examine the answers, and student barriers in the low group were unable to determine the formula and solve the problem on the question then also did not re-check the answer after completing the given question.    

This study aims to determine the application of problem based learning learning models with lottery game media in improving junior high school students' problem solving abilities. This research is an experimental research in the form of Pre-Experimental Designs. The design used is One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population in this study were class VIII A and class VIII B. The sample in this study was students of class VIII B consisting of 20 students with the selection of subjects based on the cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a measurement technique with a data collection tool in the form of test questions in essay form. The data analysis technique used was anava one line of dissimilar cells, with further testing using the Scheffe method. The research results obtained were that there was a significant increase in students' mathematical problem solving abilities before and after being given treatment through the problem based learning model using lottery media with high categories.  

This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model to mathematical communication skills in terms of independent learning on set material in class VII SMP Negeri 01 Tayan Hulu. The research form used is quasi-experimental designs, with a 2×3 factorial design. The population in this study were students of class VII A and students of class VII B. The sample in this study was one class selected by cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are direct communication techniques and measurement techniques with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and test questions in the form of essays. The data analysis technique used was the analysis of two dissimilar cell paths with the normality test using the Lilifors test, homogeneity using the Bartlett test and continued with the multiple comparison test using the Scheffe method. The results of this study are (1) the mathematical communication of students who follow the problem-based learning model is better than students who follow the conventional learning model, (2) the ability of mathematical communication between students who have high learning independence is better than moderate after the implementation of the model learning problem based learning. (3) students' mathematical communication skills in the moderate learning independence category were better than students in the low learning independence category after applying the problem-based learning model. (4) at the level of independent learning, problem-based learning models provide better mathematical communication skills than conventional learning models.    

This investigation aims to learn more about love and hatred in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. This research is qualitative since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. In collecting the data, the writer used primary and secondary sources. The primary source is the play, Romeo and Juliet. The secondary sources are books, the internet, and some relevant articles. In analyzing the data, the writer used a mimetic approach. The result shows that human beings are born to love each other. However, in Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare portrays not only love but also hatred that destroys the lives of human beings who are falling in love with each other. Shakespeare portrays a couple who are not allowed to continue their love relationship because their families are against each other. They are not allowed to meet each other because the families hate each other. Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare early in his career about two young star-crossed lovers whose deaths ultimately reconcile their feuding families.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage and Operating Costs on Tax Aggressiveness in Transportation and Logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011 – 2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that the number of samples used in the study were 15 companies. The data analysis method in this study uses panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage have a negative effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Meanwhile, operational costs have a positive influence on tax aggressiveness

This research intends to find out the struggle of Afro-American women against discrimination in Alice Walker’s The Color Purple. This research is qualitative, which means that the data are in the form of words; thus, the data came from the novel and other books that are relevant to this research. A mimetic approach is used in data analysis to unearth the literary work as an imitation or reflection of aspects of human life, such as sociological, historical, or psychological background that is related to the topic. The result shows that the Afro-American women that are pictured in Celie’s life should struggle against both white and black discrimination. The whites did not accept the existence of the blacks and treated them cruelly through violence, rape, and murder. On the other side, the black man oppressed the Afro-American woman through sex abuse, physical abuse, and economic depression. The black women were living under the protection of men. However, their protection is no better than dominance and subservience. Even though Celie was treated abruptly and disrespectfully by her father and her husband, she could face it bravely, increasing her knowledge and insights, achieving financial success, and being happy in her life. Therefore, she achieves self-esteem, self-acceptance, economic independence, and, above all, freedom for the whole of her life. This is the realization of African American women's desire to gain recognition as individuals who deserve fair and equal treatment.

This research is mainly intended to reveal the old southern pride reflected in the characteristics of Amanda, a southern lady. In conducting this research, the writer uses qualitative research, in which the data are collected in the form of words and the writer is the key instrument. The data were taken from the work itself and other relevant books supporting the data. In analyzing the data, the writer uses a mimetic approach, which considers that literary work is a reflection and imitation of aspects of the universe. The result of this research shows that in the southern part of America before the Civil War, there was a custom called "southern gentility." This is one of the aristocratic values that consists of the manner of speech, the way of wearing the clothes, and the manner of treating the caller: the way to welcome and praise the gentleman caller, his wealth, and his beauty. This southern gentility represents old southern pride or honor. These values are reflected in Amanda’s attitude as an old southerner. However, a change in period is followed by a change in values; the aristocratic values mentioned above are no longer all relevant to the new South's way of life because they faded away after the Civil War in 1861-1865. Amanda, as an old southerner, has always held these values; however, realizing that they are no longer applicable in the present, she attempts to adapt the new southern values. Yet, she is too late to adjust because her son, who possesses new southern values, refuses to accept her advice, so he runs away.

The purpose of this research is to prove whether the snowball throwing technique is effective or not in developing students’ speaking abilities at SMA Negeri 3 Ratahan. It is a pre-experimental design. The instrument used in collecting data is an oral test. The results show that the lowest pretest score was 4 and the highest posttest score was 10. Pretest scores totaled 137, while posttest scores totaled 181. The mean of the pretest scores was 5.95, while the mean of the posttest was 7.86. The standard deviation of the pretest was 0.46, while the posttest was 0.95. The pretest results show that the students are still struggling to learn the snowball throwing technique. The posttest results show that the students' proficiency in learning to speak through snowball throwing has increased.

The purpose of the study is to find out the character of Ralph in William Golding’s Lord of the Flies. This is qualitative research since the data collected is in the form of words rather than numbers. Data are taken from a primary source, which is the novel itself, and secondary sources, which are other books and relevant references, to support the analysis. In analyzing the data, the writer applies an objective approach.The results show that Ralph, as the major character in the Lord of the Flies novel, shows how a good leader should be. He displayed specific characteristics that define a good leader. By possessing the ability to show initiative, responsibility, courage, and determination on the island, he becomes the remarkable leader he is. The character of Ralph also showed his morality. He does not forget that he is a human being. He kept fighting so he could survive with his friends. He knows that he has to be responsible for his friend and never turn his back on him. His character in this novel reminds us that we should have a good sense of responsibility for ourselves, especially for others.

The purpose of this research is to improve students’ reading comprehension through snowball throwing techniques at SMP Negeri 2 Tompaso. The students in the sample were all in first grade, and there were 22 of them. This is a quantitative study that used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-testing and post-testing. The instrument used in collecting data is a multiple-choice test. The result shows that the mean score of the students’ pretest was 6.9 and the mean score of the posttest was 7.9. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the softball throwing technique improved students’ reading comprehension.
