This community service was conducted at MI Darul Hidayah involving 17 fifth grade students as subjects. Making ecoprints is a creative effort to introduce environmentally friendly concepts to students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Hidayah. Ecoprint is a fabric dyeing technique using natural materials such as leaves, flowers and twigs, which produces unique patterns without using dangerous chemicals. This community service aims to provide innovative environment-based learning to students through ecoprint making activities, while increasing their awareness of the importance of environmental conservation. The methods used in this activity include planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Students are taught to choose natural materials, arrange patterns on fabric, and apply ecoprint techniques using a heating or pounding process. As a result, students were able to create simple ecoprint products such as tote bags with creative designs. Apart from that, this activity succeeded in increasing students' understanding of the concept of recycling, the use of organic waste, and the importance of protecting the environment. The conclusion of this community service shows that ecoprint activities not only strengthen students' fine motor skills, but also foster the values of love for the environment, creativity, and cooperation. It is hoped that this activity can become a sustainable educational program at MI Darul Hidayah to support environment-based learning.

In addition to the academic community (internal public), the community (external public) also contributes to public relations strategies, specifically the relationship between schools and the public (society) that is designed to foster cooperation in order to gain recognition from the community and improve the quality of education. Therefore, to develop the educational institution, SMK NU Tulungagung must manage public relations. Specifically, this means overseeing school activities and improving school achievements, which will then be shared on social media as an effort to attract the attention of a wider audience. This study aims to explain the public relations approach used to improve the positive perception of the institution toward SMK NU Tulungagung. The research uses a qualitative methodology and is classified as a case study. Three methods are used to collect data: documentation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis stages include data condensation, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. Based on the research findings, the public relations strategy of SMK NU Tulungagung consists of four main steps: program planning, organizing, implementation, and reporting/evaluation. Planning involves identifying issues and program planning based on problem analysis; organizing involves appointing administrators and granting authority to those involved in public relations program activities; communication with strategies is used to implement the program, and program assessment and reporting. Based on the findings of this study, educational institutions must establish and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the vision, mission, and objectives of their internal and external environment. When an institution implements a good and appropriate approach, it becomes part of its branding, giving it a reputation and advantage over other similar organizations. The obstacles in the public relations strategy to build a good institutional image at SMK NU Tulungagung include miscommunication, as some people in the surrounding community still lack concern for children's education due to a lack of motivation within the community. As a result, when school representatives come, they are less responsive in conveying information related to students. Every action taken by the educational institution will undoubtedly create challenges and consequences. The challenges of the public relations strategy in building a good institutional image at SMK NU Tulungagung include an increase in the registration of new students and public recognition of the school’s existence.

The application of technology-based human resource (HR) management in education is becoming increasingly important to enhance the quality of management and the development of teachers’ competencies. Technology, particularly through the use of Management Information Systems (SIM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), enables more efficient data management and flexible professional development for teachers. However, its implementation faces key challenges such as limited infrastructure and low digital skills among some teachers. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze relevant sources in order to identify the role of technology in HR management in education and the challenges faced in its implementation. The findings show that the application of technology in HR management in education has a positive impact on efficiency and teacher competence. However, the biggest challenges are limited infrastructure and digital skills of teachers. Policies supporting infrastructure improvements and digital training for teachers are necessary to ensure that technology can be optimally used to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

The implementation of Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in the Independent Curriculum is one of the important problems faced by educational institutions, including madrasas, in efforts to improve the quality of education. KKM is the minimum standard score that must be achieved by students to be declared complete in a subject. In the context of the Independent Curriculum which emphasizes learning based on the potential and uniqueness of students, the implementation of KKM faces several challenges, such as difficulties in more flexible assessments, differences in student ability levels, and limited resources available in madrasas. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by madrasas in implementing KKM and find solutions that can be applied to overcome these problems. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include a lack of understanding of the implementation of KKM in line with the principles of the Independent Curriculum, as well as difficulties in compiling fair and appropriate assessments. Several proposed solutions include training for educators, developing a more inclusive assessment system, and increasing cooperation between madrasas and other educational institutions. With the implementation of these solutions, it is hoped that KKM can be implemented more effectively, so that it can support the success of the Independent Curriculum in madrasas.

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) and Non-Formal Education (PNF) play a crucial role in human resource development, particularly during the early stages of individual growth. The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) are key components in ensuring sustainable educational quality. SPMI focuses on self-evaluation by institutions to meet the National Education Standards, while SPME involves external parties for evaluation and accreditation. This study employs a literature review approach to assess the concepts and implementation of SPMI and SPME, as well as their impact on improving education quality in the PAUD/PNF sector. Findings indicate that the combination of these two systems can systematically, strategically, and sustainably enhance educational quality, although challenges such as inadequate facilities and irrelevant educator standards still need to be addressed. These quality assurance systems are vital in delivering high-quality education that supports children’s optimal development.
