This study uses a quantitative statistical method through SPSS application calculations. The population in this study were 344 employees of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, the sampling method used was the purposive sampling method with the slovin formula, obtaining a sample of 77 respondents. The analysis used in this study includes data quality testing, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient testing. After conducting the hypothesis test, it is known that the t-test for motivation is 4.457> t-table 1.663 and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05, organizational culture t-test 1.341 <t-table 1.663 and the significant value is 0.184> 0.05, and the f-test is known that f- test 55.687> f-table 3.11 and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. This proves that motivation partially influences employee performance while organizational culture does not influence employee performance, motivation and organizational culture simultaneously influence employee performance.

The treatment of hypertension requires long-term therapy, making medication adherence crucial for controlling blood pressure and preventing complications. Sample: The sample in this study consisted of 76 pregnant women in Tangkil Tengah and Rengas villages. After screening according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 62 pregnant women were selected as respondents. Method: This study employed a correlational analytical method using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that included the variables to be studied. The analysis used was univariate analysis with frequency distribution and percentages, and bivariate analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Results: The knowledge of elderly individuals with hypertension about hypertension was categorized as high (9%), moderate (35%), and low (57%), while adherence to antihypertensive medication was categorized as high (24%), moderate (7%), and low (70%). The correlation analysis in this study, using the Chi-square test, showed a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of adherence to antihypertensive medication among the elderly, with a p-value of 0.00. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of adherence to antihypertensive medication among the elderly at RSU Bhakti Asih Ciledug.

The researcher found issues in teaching writing skill to students in the eighth semester of Islamic Education School Selaras Air, Agam. Teachers still explain the subject using the traditional teaching model, students have low motivation such as low desire to learn the Arabic language, low activity in following the teaching process, low enthusiasm in teaching the Arabic language, low effort in doing tasks independently, and students' laziness in following the teaching process. The researcher uses a quantitative research with a quantitative empirical research type. The research population is 47 students, and the sample size is 47 students. The researcher uses Purposive Sampling. The method of data analysis is statistical analysis using the SPSS program.  The results of the research are that there is an effect of using the Student Team Achievement Division model in teaching students' writing skills, and the effect size is about 64.53%. The mean score of the posttest in the experimental class was 84.06 and in the control class was 71.33. The researcher found that the significant result or Sig. (2-tailed) in the hypothesis test is 0.002, which is smaller than 0.005. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected (Ho) and the alternative hypothesis is accepted (Ha). This indicates that there is a mean difference between the experimental and control classes in teaching the skill of writing.

Background: Preterm labor (PTL) remains a major global health concern, contributing significantly to neonatal morbidity and mortality. Asymptomatic bacteriuria (ASB), has been implicated as a predisposing factor to PTL. This research investigates association between ASB and PTL, emphasizing inflammatory mediators such as high-sensitivity C-reactive protein along with tumor necrosis factor- α. Methods: This observational case-control study was conducted at Tikrit Teaching Hospital, Iraq, involving 100 pregnant women (50 PTL cases and 50 full-term controls). Demographic, clinical, and laboratory data were collected. Urine cultures identified bacterial isolates. In addition, levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in serum were measured using ELISA. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS.  Results: ASB was significantly associated with PTL, with 30% from PTL cases having a positive urine culture compared to 8% in controls (p = 0.009). Escherichia coli was the predominant pathogen (53%). TNF-α and hs-CRP levels were significantly elevated in PTL cases (p < 0.001), suggesting an inflammatory pathway in PTL pathophysiology. Conclusions: ASB is a significant risk factor for PTL, likely mediated by systemic inflammation. Routine ASB screening and targeted antimicrobial therapy may reduce PTL risk. Further study is required to explore the mechanistic connections amongst microbial infection and inflammatory responses in PTL.

In the current era, public interest in using public transportation in Indonesia has decreased significantly, people prefer to use private transportation. Therefore, further research is needed on the factors that influence public interest in using public transportation services in Indonesia. This study will examine the variables of Aggressive Driving, Brand Image, Equality, and Price Perception in their influence on interest in using public transportation services, a case study on the PO. Damri Bus route Ponorogo - Tulungagung. The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence there is between the variables Aggressive Driving, Brand Image, Equality, and price perception, on public interest in using public transportation. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were passengers of the PO. Damri bus route Ponorogo-Tulungagung. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 statistical tools. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, the regression equation was obtained as follows: Y = -1.631 - 0.273X1 + 0.266X2 + 0.243X3 + 0.339X4 + μ The results of multiple regression analysis show that aggressive driving has a negative effect on public interest, while the variables brand image, equality, and price perception have a positive effect on public interest. Of the 4 hypotheses proposed in this study, Hypothesis 1 is rejected (t-count <t-table), the other hypotheses H2, H3, H4 are accepted as indicated by the t-count value> t-table. Adjusted R Square value = 0.613, this shows that the four variables above influence public interest by 61.3%, while the rest (100% - 61.3% = 38.7%), this proves that public interest in using public transportation is influenced by other variables outside the study or outside the regression equation model by 38.7%.

Wings Air is a low-cost airline in Indonesia and is a subsidiary of the company PT. Lion Grub. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and brand image variables on passenger satisfaction with Wings Air at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques distributed through a questionnaire of 100 respondents. This research instrument uses a Likert scale with 22 statements according to the indicators of each variable. This research uses SPSS for descriptive analysis and testing classical assumptions and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression analysis tests. The service quality variable gets a t-count > t-table result of 2,809 > 1.984 with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05 and the brand image variable gets a t-count > t-table value of 2,313 > 1,984 with a significance value of 0.023 < 0.05. The results of this research indicate that the variables of service quality and brand image have a partial effect on passenger satisfaction. The variables of service quality and brand image simultaneously influence passenger satisfaction with an f-count > f-table value of 10,975 > 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 with an influence size of 16.8%.
