The Importance of Employee Performance in Company Development and the Role of Human Resources in Achieving Goals at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Various factors affect employee performance, such as education, training, a conducive work environment, motivation, and appropriate compensation. This article explains how providing appropriate compensation can influence work performance, motivation, and job satisfaction, as well as how an adequate work environment can improve employee performance. In conclusion, this article states that employee performance is a crucial factor in the success of a company, and companies must pay attention to employee needs to achieve organizational goals. The importance of human resources in improving company performance is also highlighted. The key factor in achieving success at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia is through the potential and performance of each employee. Companies can improve employee performance by providing education, training, and appropriate compensation and creating a conducive work environment and motivation. Compensation is part of the reciprocal relationship between the company and human resources. The work environment also plays a vital role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, the company must provide an adequate work environment, both physically and psychologically, to improve employee performance.

The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) stated that currently internet users in Indonesia have reached 82 million people. With this achievement, Indonesia is ranked 8th in the world (Kominfo, 2013). The development of technology today has shown tremendous progress. Many things from the life sector have used the existence of technology itself. Its presence has had a considerable impact on human life in various aspects and dimensions. Likewise, communication technology is a hardware device in an organizational structure that contains social values that enable individuals to collect, process and exchange information.

The essence of the work ethic is to see work as more than just it a way to seek income alone, but to find existence and dignity as a human being. Someone will be excited to work, if the workload given is in accordance with their abilities. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government? The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government. The hypothesis in this study is that work ethic and workload have a positive effect on work enthusiasm at the Sibolga Kota District Government Office. This type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.             The results of the determination test show that the variables of work ethic and workload can influence the variable of employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government, it is known from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) that is 0.547. Work ethic and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where tcount = (2.515) is greater than ttable value (1.992), Partially the most dominant workload affects morale, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in increasing employee morale compared to work ethic. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee morale shows a positive direction

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ethics and work experience simultaneously influence the work performance of employees at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office? The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether there is an effect of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The population is 108 people and the sample is 52 people. The results showed that work ethics and work experience simultaneously affect employee performance, where Fcount (86.578) is greater than Ftable (3.18) and Sig.á (0.000b) is smaller than α 5% (0.005). There is an influence of work ethics on employee performance, where the tcount value of 5.511 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 less than α (0.05). There is the influence of work experience on employee performance, where the tcount value of 2.780 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.008 less than α (0.05). 77.9% work ethics and work experience can affect employee performance. The positive sign in the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 4.825 + 0.552X1 + 0.314X2 indicates that employee performance will increase if work ethics and work experience are good.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions of job opportunities on employee turnover intention. The population used in this study were all employees working and the sample used is 70 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated sampling method (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variable Compensation has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Perception of Work Opportunities has a partial positive effect on Turnover Intention.

This study aims to determine what factors affect job satisfaction of online drivers in the city of Semarang. The population used in this study were all online drivers in the city of Semarang and the sample used was 352 employees with the Slovin formula, using probability sampling technique with random sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Welfare level has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Resilience has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Flexibility has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction Online Drivers in Semarang City.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and marketing mix through the Word of Mouth variable on interest in entering Islamic boarding schools (a case study at the Addainuriyah Dua Islamic Boarding School in Semarang) using the random sampling method on 167 students for the 2023 academic year. PLS-SEM (Partial) data analysis technique Least Square-Structural Equation Model) using the SmartPls 4.0 tool. The results showed that service quality had no effect on word of mouth, marketing mix had a significant positive effect on word of mouth, word of mouth had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, service quality had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, marketing mix had a positive effect Significantly on Intention to Enter, Service Quality mediated by Word Of Mouth has no effect on Intention to Enter, Marketing mix mediated by Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Intention to Enter.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan operator produksi (studi kasus pada karyawan PT Ilsung Utama Kabupaten Brebes). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer. Sedangkan untuk populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan operator produksi bagian sablon dan bordir dengan jumlah total sampel 88 responden. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran skala likert, proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kuesioner atau manual paper kepada 88 responden yaitu karyawan operator produksi bagian sablon dan bordir PT Ilsung Utama Kabupaten Brebes, dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling serta metode purposive sampling kemudian diolah menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistic version 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja, keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja secara parsial dan secara simultan.

This study aims to examine the effect of the quick ratio on return on assets at CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group, Central Tapanuli Regency. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis explained the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding the quick ratio (current ratio) to return on assets (Y). The results showed that there was a negative relationship between the quick ratio and return on equity on CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group Central Tapaanuli Regency is 0.333, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as low. The regression equation obtained Y = 0.500 - 0.206X which shows the effect of the quick ratio on return on assets on CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group, Central Tapanuli Regency. The t test shows that the hypothesis proposed is rejected (not significant), where t count is 0.612 > 3.18245, which means that return on assets is not necessarily reduced by the regression coefficient/slop (0.206) if the quick ratio variable is added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that the quick ratio only plays a role of 11.1% of the return on assets at CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group Central Tapanuli Regency and the remaining 88.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Liquidity issues are important in maintaining the smooth operation of the company as well as in short-term and emergency needs as well as the growth function (investment) to develop owned assets in accordance with the expectations desired by the company. Information about budgeted cash flows can produce relevant information, because from this cash flow it can be known the need for the company's operations from the source of the recipient. Given the large number of cash receipts and disbursements managed, a list is needed that contains all cash inflows and cash outflows presented in the form of a cash flow statement. The results of the discussion concluded that cash management plays a role in the liquidity of CV. PSP Group, this can be proven from the results of research by calculating liquidity with the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio, where the calculation results for 1 year, namely from January to December 2021 the calculation results for the liquidity ratio are > 1 as much as 75%, where with the existence of good cash management will have a positive impact, which means the application of cash management at CV. PSP Group is better, on company liquidity and financial conditions with a liquidity ratio of < 1 of 25%, which means that future conditions need to be improved in cash management to make it even better because there are still conditions that cash management in 2021 is not liquid or in the sense that CV. From July to September, the PSP Group was unable to pay its current debts in a timely manner, which resulted in obstacles to the company's payment of employee salaries and other important company expenses.

Along with the times, the establishment of the company will be more difficult to maintain its existence. This is influenced by the existence of intense business competition. As for one form of effort that can be applied by companies to improve their competence or performance in order to survive in the business competition that occurs and encouragement to have the ability to adapt to the business environment is in the form of implementing the concept of learning organization in which this concept can support the goal of maintaining the company's survival as expected. business actors and employees. The method used in this study is literature review with a qualitative approach using analytical techniques in the form of descriptive analysis. As for the research that has been done, the results show that there is a high level of urgency from the variables of HR Quality, Organizational Culture, Knowledge Sharing, and Technology for the Creation of a Learning Organization.

Transaction management at Hijab Nafisa used to be done manually, causing errors in record keeping and periodic inventory checks, resulting in inefficient service. The author designed an information system using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. This paper described the analysis and design of a store management information system (point of sales) that has successfully facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. After that, a system test was carried out and compared with the old method of manual and ineffective information transaction processes, resulting in a proposed system that facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. Additionally, there was also ease in data reporting that could be printed out for easy reading.

Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pendelegasian Wewenang Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga dengan penyebaran kuesioner berjumlah 35 (Tiga puluh lima) responden. Berdasarkan analisis Koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,761  hal ini berarti bahwa yang terjadi pada variasi variabel terikat Efektivitas kerja 76,1 % ditentukan oleh variabel bebas Kompetensi dan Pendelegasian Wewenang secara serempak dan sisanya sebesar 23,9% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji t pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung Kompetensi sebesar 3.029, dan Pendelegasian wewenang sebesar  6.706 > t tabel 2.03693 maka hipotesis yang diajukan ada pengaruh kompetensi  terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dan ada pengaruh pendelegasian wewenang  terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga terbukti dan dapat diterima. Sedangkan dari hasil uji F diketahui Nilai F hitung 50.849 > F tabel 3.29 dan signifikasi F hitung 0.000<0,05 sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh kompetensi dan pendelegasian wewenang terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga terbukti dan dapat diterima.

Struktur jalan yang lambat laun semakin disesaki oleh kendaraan pribadi membuat pemerintah bertindak cepat untuk bisa mengatasi persoalan ini. Suatu tindakan preventif bahkan kuratif sudah dicanangkan dan dilakukan untuk meminimalisir adanya penumpukkan kendaraan pribadi. Pemerintah memiliki suatu terobosan untuk menciptakan moda transportasi umum yang bertujuan untuk mengurai penggunaan kendaraan pribadi. Tentunya dibutuhkan sesuatu yang dapat mengintegrasikan masyarakat untuk digunakan sebagai wadah mereka untuk bisa mencapai tempat tujuan yang mereka inginkan. Bukan hanya yang dapat mengintegrasikan saja, akan tetapi suatu terobosan yang memiliki infrastruktur dan moda transportasi yang memadai, memiliki dimensi kualitas yang baik, kompeten, fleksibel, dan tidak mengganggu jalan yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, di Jakarta sendiri terdapat moda transportasi umum yang dinamakan Kereta Moda Raya Terpadu (MRT) yang dijadikan sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan tersebut. Menurut reputasi yang diperoleh dalam pengumpulan data yang diambil dari masyarakat menunjukkan kelebihan dari transportasi ini tidak hanya dapat mengintegrasikan saja, akan tetapi infrastruktur atau konstruksi yang memiliki konsep di bawah tanah atau underground dan beberapa fasilitas yang memiliki kualitas menjadi salah satu dari kelebihan yang dimilikinya. Kelebihan dari transportasi ini tidak hanya dapat mengintegrasikan masyarakat saja, akan tetapi infrastruktur atau konstruksi yang memiliki konsep di bawah tanah atau underground menjadi salah satu dari kelebihan yang dimilikinya.

Saat ini di dunia pendidikan terus mengalami berbagai perkembangan kurikulum, Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perubahan kurikulum 2013 kurikulum merdeka. Pada hal ini, kurikulum merdeka diartikan sebagai upaya pembaharuan pemebelajaran dengan kerangaka yang lebih mudah, materi yang disajikan lebih penting atau langsung pada inti, penegmbangan karakter, dan pengetahuan peserta didik. Pemerintahan menetapkan kebijakan implementasi kurikulum merdeka mulai tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 yang diresmikan pada keputusan menteri pendidikan, kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. Menindaklanjutkan bentuk implementasi merdeka belajar, Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi memberikan keleluasaan kepada satuan Pendidikan untuk menentukan kuriklulum yang akan digunakan yaitu Kurikulum 2013 secara utuh, Kurikulum Darurat (Kurikulum 2013 yang disederhanakan) dan Kurikulum Merdeka.

The finance position describes the company’s position so that it can assist in analyzing the company’s performance. Biological asset accounting policies must be presented so that interested parties can understand the performance of biological assets. This study aims to determine the effect of biological asset intensity, company size, and audit quality on the disclosure of biological assets. The result of this study indicate that the variables of biological asset intensity and company size have a significant positive effect on the disclosure of biological assets while audit quality has no effect on the disclosure of biological assets.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan mahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam kegiatan perkuliahan Pembelajaran Koperasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi semester enam FKIP Universitas Musamus sebanyak 25 orang mahasiswa. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kegiatan observasi awal dan pengisian angket kebutuhan terhadap bahan ajar yang diinginkan. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa pada materi perkuliahan Pembelajaran Koperasi akan lebih banyak melakukan praktik dalam membuat perhitungan SHU namun dikarenakan waktu perkuliahan yang terbatas hanya dua sks disetiap pertemuan membuat dosen kesulitan untuk memberikan penjelasan materi secara rinci kepada mahasiswa. Hasil analisis angket mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa lebih membutuhkan bahan ajar jenis digital berupa modul agar dapat menjadi penunjang dalam kegiatan perkuliahan mahasiswa dan dapat digunakan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan perkuliahan secara mandiri maupun dengan pendampingan dosen mata kuliah.

Pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan dasar setiap individu, namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak individu yang belum mengenyam pendidikan dengan baik karena permasalahan biaya pendidikan yang tergolong mahal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut pemerintan Indonesia mengeluarkan program beasiswa KIP-K. Kami melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner terbuka melalui google form, dengan kuesioner terbuka memungkinkan responden untuk mengemukakan pandangan pribadi mereka terhadap serangkaian pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang terdapat di dalamnya. Setelah data diperoleh kami melakukan pengolahan data dengan tiga tahapan yaitu, tabulasi data, deskripsi dan analisis data, serta pembahasan yang kemudian ditarik kesimpulannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini motivasi belajar mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) menggunakan 3 indikator yaitu perolehan IP per semesternya, motivasi dan prestasi belajar, serta hambatan dalam perkuliahan. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa beasiswa KIP-K memotivasi mahasiswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan IP yang stabil dan meningkat di setiap semesternya, motivasi tersebut disebabkan dengan adanya aturan IP minimum 2.75 yang harus diperoleh mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K. Mahasiswa penerima KIP-K juga harus bertanggung jawab pada program beasiswa dengan cara mengelola penggunaan dana hidup dengan bijak.

PT. Kali Jaya Putra is a manufacturing company that focuses on the production of wood floors. One of the products produced is solid flooring. In a series of production processes, product defects are still found up to 7.5% of total production, defects that often occur such as cracks, pinholes, roughness, and also twists which certainly affect product quality. The research conducted aims to determine the percentage of defective products, the causes of defects and the resulting impacts or effects, and to provide recommendations for improvements to minimize the percentage of defects in solid flooring products at PT Kali Jaya Putra. The method used is Six Sigma and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results of this study are that the most dominating defects are crack (53.75%), followed by pinhole defects (36.77%), twist (8.62%), and roughness (0.85%). The causes of defects in products are caused by several factors such as humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. Based on FMEA, it is known that the cause of the defect with the highest RPN is 384, namely operator negligence in material sorting. As for recommendations for improvement that can be given, namely conducting training on the grading of raw materials in the hope of minimizing operator errors in sorting raw materials.

Berpikir kritis adalah keterampilan yang memiliki banyak tujuan diantaranya memacu siswa, mahasiswa atau pun seorang pengajar dalam hal menumbuhkan inovasi baru. Kajian ini menggunakan content analysis terhadap sejumlah artikel yang telah dipublikasikan di jurnal Pendidikan ekonomi di seluruh Indonesia sejak tahun 2014 sampai januari 2023, dengan yang menjadi fokus utamanya adalah keterampilan berpikir kritis. Dari kajian analisis ini mengungkapkan bahwa jumlah publikasi yang berfokus pada keterampilan berpikir kritis mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2021 dengan desain penelitian yang paling dominan adalah kuantitatif. Selain itu, 38% siswa kelas sepuluh sekolah menengah menjadi subjek penelitian lebih tinggi dari subjek penelitian lainnya. Pre-tes dan post-tes serta T-Test secara serial merupakan instrument dan metode analisi yang paling umum digunakan. Sehubungan dengan temuan penelitian ini, beberapa saran dan rekomendasi telah diusulkan untuk penelitian mendatang yang mendasari keterampilan berpikir kritis sebagai fokus utama penelitian. Beberapa rekomendasi tersebut antara lain meningkatkan keragaman subjek dan jenis penelitian.
