Background: Children have become active consumers where many gadget products with various applications have made children their target market. Purpose: The purpose of the study to find out the impact of giving gadgets to children under five in Patemon Village, Seririt District. Methode: qualitative description, selected 5 respondents, 1 of them as key informant. Result: children under five in Patemon Village experienced symptoms of gadget addiction. This is due to the lack of time for parents for their children to play together. Conclusion: The impact that can occur when giving toddlers gadgets earlier is that children will tantrum if their cellphones are taken, there are disturbances in the sense of vision, children tend to shut themselves up when playing gadgets and parents' time with children is quite minimal.

Background: The discipline of health protocols is one of the first steps for the revival of tourism in Bali, which during the pandemic period experienced very difficult phases for tourism activists as well as local, domestic and international tourists. Bali Rise is Bali's tag line to re-open itself to accept tourists from abroad, of course with a health protocol that has become an absolute price. Purpose: The purpose of this article review is to evaluate the application of health protocol discipline, especially in Bali. Method: the method used in this article review is to search for articles with the keywords health and tourism protocols. The inclusion criteria are literature on health protocols during a pandemic with a range of publication years from 2019 to 2021, while the exclusion criteria are review articles. The results of the literature search carried out deletion of double articles, screening of titles, abstracts, and full-text obtained 20 articles. Result: tourism activists in Bali have increased their attention to support the recovery of Bali tourism by participating in training and socialization of health protocols and even some tourist objects that make strict SOPs regarding the implementation of health protocols. Conclusion: tourism in Bali is ready to rise with the application of health protocol discipline

Background: Corona virus disease 2019 is a disease caused by infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which generally attacks the respiratory system in humans, Corona Virus disease can cause different symptoms, be it mild, moderate to severe symptoms. The level of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients is influenced by various factors, both internal and external, and one of the influencing factors is the presence of comorbidities or comorbidities. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients with comorbidities at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City Method The research design used is descriptive analytic through a cross-sectional approach. The total population in this study was 129 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling.. Results: In this study, the results showed that of 129 Corona virus disease patients, most of them had comorbid cardiovascular disorders (hypertensive heart disease) and of all patients who had comorbidities, most of the respondents (48.1%) experienced severe symptoms. Conclusion: From this study it can be concluded that patients who have comorbid cardiovascular disease are more likely to experience severe symptoms when exposed to the corona virus.

Reaching souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong, Andeng Village in conjunction with reaching out to souls in GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation is very much needed by pastors who are serious and sincere in their ministry. The ministry of a pastor to reach the soul is a very important act today. The purpose of reaching out to souls is to save lost souls to live like Christ. In order for the pastor to be more enthusiastic in reaching lost souls, prayers and fasting are required to be carried out by the pastor, the church assembly, and all members of the Nek Kompong GPKdI, Andeng village and in the GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a data processing approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that some members of the GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala congregations already had an awareness of fellowship with God in places of worship and other spiritual fellowship carried out in the congregation. The conclusion is that pastors must be loyal in reaching out to souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation continuously and even ministry to reach souls must also be carried out by pastors/congregations in all interdenominational churches, both in Indonesia and elsewhere world.

Kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Kristen dalam membimbing kepribadian peserta didik sangat dibutuhkan pada setiap satuan pendidikan termasuk SMK Negeri 1 Parindu. Di SMK Negeri 1 Parindu telah memiliki empat jurusan yakni jurusan TKR, TKJ, TSM, dan DPIB. Fokus penelitian ialah peserta didik TKR dan TKJ. Di SMK Negeri 1 Parindu pada setiap tahun pelajaran selalu diadakan kegiatan bimbingan non-akademik selain akademik. Kegiatan bimbingan akademik dan non-akademik bertujuan untuk membimbing peserta didik agar mengetahui masing-masing kompetensi peserta didik dan tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan yang merusak kehidupan masa depan mereka. Metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil yang didapatkan ialah peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Parindu telah memiliki kompetensi sesuai jurusannya, di bidang non-akademik, dan perubahan karakter, moral, emosional, sosial maupun spiritual yang semakin baik.

Social Security employment is one of the government's programs to protect Indonesian workers because this is the mandate of Article 28H paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, after which the government established Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency. The regulations mentioned are an active form of the state to protect its people, one of which is from the labor sector. The authors took a study based on some of these rules by taking the title of the analysis of social security participation in employment for micro and small businesses. The formulation of this research problem is 1) what employment social security programs have been followed by job providers in micro and small businesses 2) What factors are the obstacles for job providers in micro and small businesses in participating in the employment social security program. This research is exploratory with a qualitative approach with research objects in small and small businesses, the use of data using primary and secondary data sources. The large number of participants who do not know and participate in BPJS Employment is an obstacle to the lack of participation of BPJS Employment.

Para mahasiswa dituntut untuk menyusun sebuah artikel ilmiah yang mereka refleksikan dalam sebuah publikasi. Keterampilan menulis dimunculkan melalui teori, dan fakta, serta mengkolaborasikan aspek-aspek tersebut mejadi sebuah gagasan ilmiah yang baik. Tantangan untuk meyusun artikel ilmiah membawa peluang bagi konsepsi pembelajaran secara mandiri (PLE). Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana keterlibatan mahasiswa dengan lingkungan belajarnya ketika mereka menyusun artikel ilmiah. Terdapat sembilan belas mahasiswa pascasarjana jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris di Indonesia sebagai peserta penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara mendalam untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki keterlibatan yang kuat dalam penggunaan teknologi atau perangkat digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran penulisan artikel ilmiah. Namun, kebutuhan untuk memanfaatkan perangkat atau sumber offline juga menunjukkan angka yang signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini ditujukan kepada dosen mata kuliah penulisan akademik sebagai refleksi pengajaran 2.0 dan peserta didik sebagai referensi dan pembelajaran di masa depan.

Pendidikan kehumasan diberbagai negara masih didominasi oleh negara barat. Pada kenyataannya perspektif barat ini tidak serta merta cocok digunakan, apalagi di  negara ataupun wilayah yang notabene memiliki kebudayaan yang berbeda. Salah satu penyebab yang menjadikan perspektif barat banyak digunakan adalah karena sedikitnya kajian tentang humas yang dilakukan oleh negara bukan barat. Akademisi melihat bahwa pengembangan perspektif lain di dalam pendidikan kehumasan memang diperlukan. Perspektif Islam menjadi salah satu perspektif yang dapat dimanfaatkan kesempatannya. Bagian pertama artikel membahas dominasi hubungan masyarakat AS dan kritik terkaitnya. Diskusi berikut menggunakan studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi cara memasukkan perspektif islam ke dalam kurikulum PR. Bagian akhir dari makalah yakni kesimpulan, menyoroti beberapa tantangan yang muncul dalam mengembangan pendidikan humas dengan perspektif islam.  

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Maregam Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is to copy the village budget realization report file. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with nonparametric test equipment using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of village financial management based on an average effectiveness ratio of 98.33% was included in the "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency level based on the average efficiency ratio is 88.19%, which is included in the "Enough Efficient" category.  

Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) and Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) are important sources of financing for developing regions and can make a significant contribution to development. As a component of capital flows, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is considered a relatively stable inflow compared to other capital flows, such as portfolio investment and foreign debt. A country's economy relies on investment to solve various problems, crises, and economic challenges. This is because investing in certain sectors of the economy can quickly change the various economic challenges facing a country. Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital contribution to Indonesian economy. It is characterized by a large number which can accommodate a large number of workers. However, many MSMEs face many internal and external challenges in improvising their business. The purpose of this study is identifying challenges faced by MSMEs in terms of external aspects which include technological turbulence and market turbulence as well as internal aspects which include fear of failure, anxiety, disappointment, distress, and tension; and Qualitative methods with interview techniques are used to explore information from the experience of SMEs as resource persons who have been selected with certain criteria. The research’s findings show that the external barriers arise from limited knowledge and resources while the internal barriers of entrepreneurs arise from the personal lives and demands of business consumers. The research’s contribution is to provide facts for MSMEs to be used as a basis for evaluating business performance so that they can prepare corrective steps in improvising. In addition, the measuring instrument used as an interview protocol can be used as a reference for further study in similar topics.

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.

Observation results, Partners have a good opportunity as evidenced by an increase in sales turnover every month. Partners have taken advantage of marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, OLX. Partner's understanding of banking digitalization is important to have, the problem is that Partners have not used internet banking. Community Service Activities carried out on Saturday 23 July 2022 in the form of a Workshop aimed at introducing internet banking as a strategy to improve sales performance. In practice, all partners are very enthusiastic about participating in the Workshop. By looking at the performance of Partners participating in simulations and doing exercises, it shows an increase in understanding where student partners have gained a good understanding of the use of internet banking to improve sales performance.

Competitiveness is important for MSMEs to be able to develop and survive in the midst of competition. Efforts to strengthen MSMEs can be done by collaborating with university service programs. In the service program carried out by STIE YPPI Rembang through the KKU (Business Work Course) program located at the Sambel Pecel MSME, Bu Heru. The problems that occur in the MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru are the marketing area is still limited, the marketing media is not maximized, does not have business legality and there are no clear directions for the location. Based on these problems, a service program was prepared, namely training and assistance in the creation and use of social media, expansion of marketing areas, facilitation of business legality management and the creation of google map features. The results of the KKU STIE YPPI Rembang are MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru has an Instagram social media account, has an MSME location on the google maps application, creates a photo catalog for promotion and has a business license.

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. The number of crimes that are currently rife during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Mandan community has made people restless. The patrol activity is seen as an activity that is quite effective in minimizing the crime of theft. However, these activities have begun to be abandoned because of the busyness of the community. This community service provides insight into the importance of preserving the ronda and jimpitan culture in improving the environmental security system. The patrol activity, which is followed by the ‘jimpitan activity, provides the benefits of maintaining environmental security and the results of the pinch can increase cash to support social activities. Social activities that are supported from the results of collecting jimpitan, for example. community service activities, procurement of street lighting lampposts, tirakatan 17's and other activities that are for the common interest.

A healthy and well-maintained environment is a shared responsibility. However, problems often occur in the environment because many people do not care. Especially in the upstream part of the river which is always used as a place for laying the results of river backfill every year. Another problem is the narrow area due to the dense population of the area. Narrow land occurs everywhere, not familiar with urban areas or semi-urban villages. In carrying out community service activities, the service team uses the following activity methods: 1. Observation 2. Project planning 3. Evaluation and sharing. In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.
