This study aims to examine the contribution of historical science in the effort to revitalize museums as educational institutions and preserve cultural heritage. Museums, as public spaces that store and exhibit historical collections, have an important role in facilitating public understanding of the nation's history. However, in the context of the development of the times and changes in public preferences, museums often face challenges in attracting visitors. The contribution of historical science in museum revitalization includes a more interactive approach, technology integration, and storytelling based on in-depth historical research. Thus, historical science not only functions as a source of information, but also as a basis for creating educational experiences that can connect the current generation with relevant historical values. This study suggests various revitalization strategies that can be applied to increase the attractiveness and function of museums as centers for learning and preserving culture, as well as strengthening historical awareness.

This research discusses how Indonesia can integrate Pancasila values in anti-terrorism policies, amidst international pressure which often leads to harsher approaches based on the standards of Western countries. An approach that prioritizes security can conflict with Pancasila principles, such as respect for human rights and social justice. Pancasila as the basic ideology of the state emphasizes the importance of balance between individual rights and the interests of society. In facing the threat of terrorism, Indonesia needs to adopt policies that not only strictly enforce the law, but also prioritize prevention through education, community empowerment and strengthening human values. This research aims to analyze how Pancasila values are implemented in Indonesia's anti-terrorism policy and the challenges that arise in harmonization with international norms. Globalization and technological developments pose new challenges in the spread of radical ideology, so policies are needed that are responsive but still based on Pancasila. Indonesia's anti- terrorism legal policy must be able to balance tough law enforcement with a humanist and dialogical approach, in line with the spirit of Pancasila which upholds just and civilized humanity. It is hoped that this research can contribute to more humane and effective policies.

However, amidst the dynamics of the digital market, the application of sharia economic principles in managing social media-based MSMEs is very important to maintain business sustainability and ensure fair and transparent transactions.. By implementing business models such as mudharabah and musyarakah, social media-based UMKM can optimize financing potential without dependence on interest, as well as strengthen relationships with customers through ethical transactions. The research results show that the application of sharia economics in managing social media-based MSMEs not only improves business performance, but also has a positive impact on brand strengthening, customer loyalty and social empowerment. This service program aims to provide introduction and understanding to the community as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Palangka Raya City in using non-cash payments or QR, because the QR payment method is considered very effective in modernizing the payment system and can increase the efficiency of the payment process in the MSME business world. The process of implementing this service uses a qualitative activity method with a type of interactive training that involves MSME actors directly, where MSME actors are given a brief understanding of the introduction and procedures for using QR technology as one of the payment methods in Business. The results of the implementation of this service activity show that there is a lot of interest from MSME actors to use QR as a means of payment, because of the minimal risk of errors from the administration of financial calculations, as well as the ease of use and can reduce the circulation of banknotes. By adopting QR in business, it can help MSMEs to have a wider market reach and can increase their selling competitiveness in the wider digital era. The circulation of the use of QR as one of the payments for MSME actors, proves that community empowerment through the use of QR Codes in Palangka Raya City is a success of the empowerment program.

Community development programs are very important in reducing poverty and enhancing societal prosperity by improving quality of life, fostering economic empowerment, and promoting inclusivity. However, not all the programs have success as expected. This study examines ten evaluation studies of community development programs across various areas and tries to find common weaknesses. A qualitative analysis of evaluation studies identifies shortcomings in three domains i.e. program design and management, stakeholder engagement and participation, and external resource constraints. It is argued that these shortcomings are largely predictable and highlight the need for proactive strategies. The paper suggests that embedding risk management into the conception and implementation of community development programs can mitigate these challenges. A simplified framework adapted from project management practices is proposed, encompassing risk identification, measurement, assessment, evaluation, and control. By systematically integrating risk management, community programs can anticipate obstacles, strengthen accountability, and enhance their likelihood of success. Recommendations include applying risk management throughout program cycles and conducting post-implementation evaluations to inform future initiatives.

Rural economic transformation is a strategic step in improving the welfare of rural communities, especially in the era of globalization that drives intense market competition. One important aspect of this transformation is education and the implementation of halal production labeling. The application of halal labels not only increases consumer trust but also opens up opportunities for local products to be exported to global markets that increasingly emphasize product halalness. Education about the importance of halal certification at the village level becomes crucial in enhancing the quality and competitiveness of local products. Moreover, empowering communities through training and mentoring in the halal certification process can accelerate economic transformation. This research aims to analyze the impact of education and the implementation of halal certification on rural economic growth and identify the challenges faced in the process. The findings reveal that villages that have implemented halal certification experienced increased income, wider market access, and improved product quality. However, obstacles such as a lack of knowledge and high certification costs need to be addressed through more inclusive policies and government support.
