This research aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service. The sample in this research was 45 ASN employees with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study, data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously workload and motivation affect employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service.

Air transportation is the primary choice due to its speed, safety, and comfort. Airports are places where aircraft land and take off and conduct various activities related to passengers and cargo, categorized into domestic and international. The Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at PT Angkasa Pura I oversees movements in the apron area and provides services to airport users. Strict supervision is required to maintain safety and discipline on the apron. However, observations at the AMC at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar show a lack of discipline among staff, such as oil spills on the apron, which pose a safety hazard. This research aims to understand the role of AMC in enforcing employee discipline and the challenges faced at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the phenomena in the Apron Movement Control unit at PT Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar, from June 1 to July 31, 2024. Primary data were collected through interviews and direct observations, while secondary data were obtained from company documents and literature studies. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source, technique, and time triangulation. Research steps include interviews, observations, data analysis, and conclusion drawing.The results show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar plays a crucial role in maintaining security, order, and discipline on the apron. They control the movements of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel and ensure operations follow safety procedures. AMC also acts as disciplinarian and educator through regular training. However, they face challenges such as a lack of employee understanding of procedures, limited communication equipment, communication challenges due to noise, and high operational pressure. To overcome these challenges, AMC needs to strengthen training, improve communication and coordination, enhance facilities, and increase employee welfare. These measures are expected to improve AMC's performance and instill a strong work discipline culture, making them the front line in maintaining airport security and operational efficiency.    

Language is a set of communication tools humans use to facilitate human life and carry out social interactions through oral and written communication. Pragmatics as a branch of semiotics and as a field of linguistic study, has one of the topics in the form of deixis, which is always present in communication and needs to be understood to answer confusion and obscurity. This article describes the use of deixis in literary works in the short story collection Setangkai Melati di Sayap Jibril. This study will analyze four titles of short stories for the use of deixis language: Sebatang Kayu, Mengapa Ayah Selalu Membuat Ibu Menangis, Matahari Menari, Rembulan Bergoyang, and Belimbing. Then, the approach used by researchers to analyze the short stories is theoretical in the form of a pragmatic approach and a methodological approach in the form of a descriptive-qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data collection used in this research is the literature study, listening, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is a split technique, while the method of presenting the results of data analysis uses the informal method. Based on the analysis that has been done, 1.108 deixis data are obtained in the form of social deixis (204), discourse deixis (187), persona deixis (520), place deixis (115), and time deixis (82). Therefore, writing the short stories in Setangkai Melati di Sayap Jibril is inseparable from using deixis.

Airplane Accident Assistance and Fire Fighting (PKP-PK) is a unit at the airport that is responsible for handling aviation emergencies and fires. This research discusses the influence of work discipline and work safety on the work effectiveness of PKP-PK unit employees at airports. Work discipline itself means attitudes and behavior that show compliance and adherence to the rules, norms, procedures and work ethic established in the workplace. Meanwhile Occupational safety itself is a series of actions, policies and procedures implemented to protect the health and safety of employees in the workplace. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee work discipline and work safety on the effectiveness of the PKP-PK work unit. This research also aims to determine the effectiveness of the work of firefighters regarding obstacles and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles.The method used in this research is library research, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature sources. This research focuses on previous studies regarding work discipline and work safety on work effectiveness in the PKP-PK unit. The research results show that good work discipline and safety have a positive effect on the work effectiveness of the PKP-PK firefighting unit employees. Discipline that is embedded in the souls of every employee increases work effectiveness and enthusiasm for work, so that responses to emergency situations can be carried out quickly and effectively. Therefore, there is a need for better personnel training and more detailed safety equipment readiness to improve operational performance.

VSAT Sailor is a communication aid in KRI that is able to support communication by working directly with satellites, so that KRI can still communicate with other ships and contact bases on land even though it is in the middle of the sea, but in its use, there are still several obstacles that make the VSAT performance itself not optimal so that communication in KRI becomes disrupted and not real time. In this research, the author tries to find out the source of the problems from the obstacles that are often encountered by VSAT users, one of which is KRI, and tries to provide suggestions so that in the future VSAT at KRI can be used optimally and minimize the obstacles that occur. In this study the authors took the problem formulation "How to optimize the use of VSAT Sailor at KRI?". This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. From the research data, the relevance of the literature review, and various theories used as a reference. The data taken for this study came from several KRIs that use VSAT Sailor in the ranks of Koarmada II. With data taken from several KRIs and processed using management theory, it shows that there are still several obstacles in the use of VSAT Sailor that make its performance not optimal. To optimize the performance of the VSAT Sailor at KRI, steps are needed in the form of routine maintenance and maintenance.    

Quality education is one of the points in sustainable development or Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's). So strategic efforts or steps are needed to improve the quality of education in Musir Kidul Village which is realized by providing education through outreach and teaching activities. The aim of implementing the activity is to improve the quality of education in Musir Kidul Village and create a generation that cares about the environment, the main of which is waste management. The partner invited to work together is TK Dharma Wanita 2. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation and study literature. Observations were carried out to determine the conditions and problems in the education sector in Musir Kidul Village which were carried out at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten 2. Next, a literature study was carried out using available documents such as journals, internet sites, etc. so that appropriate efforts could be determined to overcome them. problems. The results of the implementation of activities show that students who are young children have a great curiosity about zero waste and the knowledge and abilities they have are increasing. It is hoped that socialization activities will be carried out continuously with various materials for character building and the number of teaching staff at Dharma Kindergarten Female 2 can be added.

Prompt return of patient medical records is an important step in the health records processing workflow. Speed is the key to meeting quality processing standards. The hospital sets a deadline for returning medical records within 2x24 hours after the patient is discharged. Delays can be caused by various factors, which are classified under the 5M management elements: man, materials, machines, methods, and money. The aim of this research is to identify aspects that are the root of the problem in delays in the process of returning medical records to the hospital. The methodology used is a literature review, with analysis of 17 journal articles from the Google Scholar database. The study results showed that human factors such as staff shortages, incomplete doctor signatures, and inadequate staff educational qualifications were the main causes of delays. Material factors often result in incomplete documents. The machine factor is related to the significant distance between the inpatient department and the medical records department. Meanwhile, the method factor, namely SPO socialization has not been carried out and the implementation of job descriptions has not been maximized.

Entrepreneurship is strongly being touted as the way out of underdevelopment in low income countries. Joblessness, poverty and social instability are some of the main issues that have haunted least developed countries since the end of colonialism, however, political independence without economic freedom is not freedom at all. There are fears that nations may fail due to underdevelopment and high levels of unemployment. Studies have been conducted elsewhere and in Malawi too about how the SMEs sector has been performing over the years and results show that the performance has not been encouraging at all. Nevertheless, the search still is on regarding how best developing countries in general and Malawi in particular can utilise the models such entrepreneurial ecosystems that are working well in developed economies to try to change the local fortunes. The findings of the studies done locally compared to those done in developed economies have shown that Malawi is not doing well at all more especially policy wise. The Government is supporting MSMEs wholesale without properly scrutinizing the business that are high growth oriented because it lacks such a policy. The study based on literature review hence recommends appropriate steps that can address the lack of positive dividends from the funds that are being invested in these underachieving MSMEs.

This research aims to analyze the various types of figurative language found in William Shakespeare's poem titled "Let Me Not to the Marriage of True Minds." The research focuses on the analysis of figurative language used in the poem. The objective is to identify the types of figurative language and understand their functions within the poem. The results of this study reveal that there are three types of figurative language found in the poem: metaphor, personification, and hyperbole.

This paper discusses the education policies of the Old Order government and their influence on Islamic education in Indonesia. In an ever-changing and developing business world, PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya faces constant pressure to remain competitive and grow. Optimal employee performance is a key factor in the success of the company, influenced by job training and work motivation. This study aims to: Determine the influence of job training on employee performance, determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and determine the simultaneous influence of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through surveys, interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation during the period of April - June 2024. The population in this study is 150 employees, with a sample of 110 employees taken based on the Slovin method. Data were analyzed using SPSS with data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that: Partially, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, job training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya.

Teachers are a key element in the education system, especially in schools. All other components, ranging from curriculum, infrastructure, costs, and so on will not mean much if teachers who hold strategic positions are unable to maximize their performance. The purpose of the literature review is to review how teachers perform as strategic human resources in the education system in Indonesia. Methods: The literature review was conducted based on issues, methodology, similarities and further research proposals. The 5 studies used were qualitative research methods. The results of the 5 studies showed that teacher performance as a strategic human resource in the Indonesian education system is strongly influenced by work motivation factors.

The educational environment is needed in the educational process, because the educational environment functions as a supporting the teaching and learning process. Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation which functions as a foundation for acting, having a perspective and living in the Indonesian nation and state. The Pancasila principles contain important values ​​that must become the foundation and formation of national character; This is in accordance with the ideals of education in Indonesia, namely forming Pancasila Indonesian people. Pancasila values ​​should also be taught in every learning activity, including when teaching Christian Religious Education to students. The aim of this scientific work is to discuss the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in Christian Religious Education. This research uses a library study paradigm, where data collection efforts use various scientific literature. The data was analyzed descriptively to reveal the results that as Christians, every student must realize that as Indonesian citizens who are synonymous with diversity, they must live in unity and harmony based on the values ​​of Pancasila. The aim of this research is to find out and understand the role and duties of the parish pastoral council in pastoral work and church services in the Catholic Church. The method used in this article is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques using literature reviews, observation, documentation and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative methods through data analysis techniques. Communication has a role in building an organizational climate, which has an impact on organizational culture, namely the values ​​and beliefs that are the central point of the organization. In short, so that there is equality in terms of reference and experience. Lecturer communication refers to patterns and forms of communication that occur in the context of organizational networks. This research aims to determine the communication patterns of lecturers in improving the interpersonal quality of students majoring in government science at Pancasakti University, Makassar. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis. The research results show that good communication between lecturers and students will certainly result in better quality students, one of which is marked by increased student academic achievement. On the other hand, poor communication between lecturers and students will actually have an impact on decreasing the student's academic achievement. The indicators for the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, have worked well.
