In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

The Relationship between Work Shift and Work Fatigue in the Emergency Room Nurses and the Ward Room of RSUD Piru, West Seram Regency in 2020. Therefore, shift work every day, namely the morning shift starting at 08.00-17.00 WIT while the night shift starts at 17.00-08.00 WIT. The health of nurses is very important so that health services in the community can be optimal, considering that nurses are human resources who play an important role in the hospital for 24 hours. And one of the efforts to improve the quality of service with work shift regulations. Work shifts need to be considered the time or biological clock that corresponds to our body for work accidents. Work fatigue contributes to the occurrence of work accidents caused by fatigue factors. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design (cross-sectional) where measurement of the variables can be done at the same time so that it is quite effective and efficient. Research subjects were taken 30 nurses from the ER and Ward at PIRU Hospital. The measurement results show the relationship between work shifts and work fatigue of nurses in the ER and Ward there are 8 respondents (26.7%) who have a morning shift schedule and experience fatigue and 7 respondents (23.3%) respondents who have a night shift schedule and do not experience fatigue. The statistical test results show a significant value α <0.003, which means that Ha is accepted by Ho is rejected.  

This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.

Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Dates milk tempe is an alternative drink for health, which is made from tempe extract with natural sweetener honey and enriched with dates, so it is safe and healthy for consumption by all ages. The research objectives were to determine: 1) the organoleptic quality of date palm tempe milk; 2) community acceptance of date palm tempe milk; 3) determine the content of carbohydrates, protein and fat. The research method of making date palm milk is carried out in accordance with the procedure for making tempe milk. Organoleptic tests to determine acceptance were carried out on 30 semi-trained and untrained panelists. The nutritional content of date palm tempeh is calculated using the Gizipro application. The results showed that date palm milk has sensory characteristics of sweet and savory taste, aroma of soybean tempeh and dates, thick texture and dark brown color. Contains 5.31 g carbohydrates; 0.11 g protein; 0.14 g fat; and 2.14 mg of calcium. It has low carbohydrates, low fat content compared to tempeh milk, so it can be drunk by all ages and can prevent degenerative diseases.

Public speaking skills are one of the most important soft skills in various aspects of life. This study aims to find out how far 12th-grade students at SMK Darussalam Cilacap understand the importance of these skills and how educationals programs can improve their abilities. Through this study, is expected to be a reference for schools in developing similar programs and improving the quality of graduates.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

Pada ranah pendidikan, setiap sekolah mengharapkan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu. Kemampuan setiap pendidik tentunya berbeda-beda hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya di MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. Peserta didik di MI tersebut sudah kuliafied dan mampu membimbing dan membina siswa-siswanya, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang aktif dan menurun dalam hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, melalui kajian peran pendidik diharapkan dapat diketahui dan dijabarkan secara deskriftif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga melalui analisis data berdasarkan teori-teori dan kajian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa peran pendidik sangat penting terhadap motivasi siswa melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan kinerja pendidik dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, konseling siswa, dan pendekatan terhadap orangtua siswa.   AbstractIn the scope of education, every school expects to have quality human resources in accordance with the field being taught. The ability of each educator is certainly different, this is interesting to study, especially at MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. The students are already educated and able to guide and nurture their students at MI, but there are some students who are less active and decline in student learning outcomes. Based on these conditions, aim of study in the role of educators, it is expected to be known and described in a qualitative descriptive manner through interviews and documentation. The data analysis based on theories and previous studies, it is known that the role of educators is very important to student motivation through improving the ability and performance of educators by participating in training, workshops, student counseling, and approaches to parents.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of hexagon fraud which is proxied by financial stability, financial targets, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, ineffective monitoring, turnover of auditors, the ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the company's existence towards fraudulent financial statements in banks listed on the BEI 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 29 companies with 145 data. The type of data used is secondary data from annual banking reports. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results prove that financial stability, financial targets, and ineffectiveness of monitoring have an effect on fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, change of auditors, ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the existence of companies have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, komitmen organisasi, dan insentif terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual pada kantor dan instansi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 perangkat daerah yang terdiri dari 104 pegawai yang bekerja pada 26 Perangkat Daerah dan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, namun data yang berhasil dikembalikan dan diisi hanya 95 responden dan disusun secara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 2.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual, dan insentif terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual.

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.

The stages of the activities carried out are the identification of potentials and problems; Gathering Information; Model Development; Model Validation; Model Revision; Model Trials; Model Revision; Wider Trial; and Final Model Revision. Based on the results of the research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that there is no difference in the learning discipline of students between those who live with their parents and students who live in the dormitories. This is because students are adults and can be independent, and already have responsibilities even though they are not with their parents. The results of the calculation of the average score of learning discipline of class X students at MAN 3 in the 2016/2017 academic year Bantul is 96.2466 and is included in the high category.

The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

Background: Population. To realize healthy and quality elderly, health promotion must be carried out as early as possible, one of them through the formation and development of elderly posyandu groups. Purpose: This study aims to study the relationship of family support and the role of health volunteer with the use of posyandu for the elderly in the working area of ??Karangnanding Health Center, Karang Tinggi District, Bengkulu Tengah Regency. Methods: This research uses analytic survey design with cross sectional approach. The population in the study were all elderly people who participated in the Posyandu for the elderly in the working area of ??Karangnanding Health Center as many as 53 people. Sampling in this study using a total sampling technique. Data collection in this study uses primary and secondary data. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately. Results: The results obtained: (1) There is a relationship of family support with the use of posyandu for the elderly in the working area of ??Karang Nanding Health Center, with a moderate relationship category; (2) There is a relationship between the role of health volunteer and the use of posyandu for the elderly in the working area of ??Karangnanding Health Center, with the category of moderate relationship; (3) There is a relationship between the role of health volunteer and family support with the use of posyandu for the elderly in the working area of ??Karang Nanding Health Center, with a very close relationship category. Conclusion: The role of health volunteer and family support are factors related to the utilization of posyandu for the elderly. With the support from their families, the elderly tend to be more active in participating in posyandu activities for the elderly. Latar Belakang: Indonesia termasuk negara yang akan masuk ke penduduk struktur tua dengan persentase penduduk lansia mencapai 7,6% dari total penduduk. Untuk mewujudkan lansia sehat dan berkualitas, harus dilakukan pembinaan kesehatan sedini mungkin salah satu melalui pembentukan dan pembinaan kelompok posyandu lansia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan dukungan keluarga dan peran kader dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia lansia  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karangnanding Kecamatan Karang Tinggi  Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain  survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh lansia yang mengikuti posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karangnanding sebanyak 53 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan: Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karang Nanding, dengan kategori hubungan sedang;  Ada hubungan peran kader dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia lansia  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karangnanding, dengan kategori hubungan sedang; Ada hubungan kategori peran kader sedang dan dukungan keluarga dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia lansia  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karang Nanding, dengan kategori hubungan sangat erat. Simpulan: Peran Kader dan Dukungan keluarga adalah faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Dengan dukungan dari keluarga para lansia cenderung lebih aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan posyandu lansia.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui  pengaruh  e-service  quality  terhadap  niat  penggunaan  ulang,  untuk  mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. Pendekatan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling yaitu teknik untuk menentukan sampel dari populasi yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu sampai jumlah (kuota) yang diinginkan yaitu 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan pengguna dapat mediasi atau menajdi penghubung antara variabel e-service quality terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. dapat dilihat dari nilai pengaruh tidak langsung e-service quality terhadap niat penggunaan ulang melalui kepuasan pengguna lebih besar jika dibandingkan pengaruh langsung e-service quality terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. Artinya bahwa kepuasan pengguna dapat menjadi variabel intervening. Kepuasan pengguna dapat mediasi atau menajdi penghubung antara variabel kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. dapat dilihat dari nilai pengaruh tidak langsung kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang melalui kepuasan pengguna lebih besar jika dibandingkan pengaruh langsung kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of web site quality, security and online shopping confidence in purchasing decisions on shopee e-commerce in Gunung Pati District, Semarang.
