The use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in higher education in Indonesia offers great opportunities, but faces significant challenges related to copyright. The technology is capable of generating new content that supports more adaptive learning, but raises questions regarding the ownership of intellectual works, especially in the context of “fair use” and copyright protection. This research aims to examine the legal challenges in the integration of GenAI in Indonesian higher education learning as well as opportunities for its development. The method used is juridical-normative research, by analyzing secondary data from relevant regulations, books, and journals. The results show that the lack of clarity in copyright regulations in Indonesia can hinder the optimal utilization of GenAI. Nevertheless, this technology offers significant potential to improve the personalization of learning and the quality of higher education in Indonesia, provided that comprehensive and specific regulations are developed soon.

The use of standard Indonesian is one of the key aspects of the learning process, particularly in higher education settings, which involve interactions between lecturers and students. This article aims to examine the extent to which standard Indonesian is applied in academic communication during the learning process. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the application of standard Indonesian by lecturers and students still faces several challenges, such as a lack of awareness about the importance of using standard language and the influence of informal or regional languages. However, the study also highlights that consistent use of standard Indonesian can enhance communication effectiveness, clarify the delivery of materials, and foster a more professional learning atmosphere. The article recommends training and socialization efforts on the use of standard Indonesian for lecturers and students to improve the quality of academic communication in higher education.

The MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) program is mandatory for every student at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira Kupang. The program aims to share new knowledge and provide direct experience through field activities that can enhance the competence of prospective teachers. One of the MBKM activities outside the classroom is choir training. The community service is conducted through assisting choir practice for students of SMPK St. Theresia Kupang at the Catholic Church of Santo Fransiskus Aisi BTN Kolhua, located at JL. Fetor Funay No. 8, Kolhua, Maulafa Subdistrict, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Choir training is a form of musical art that requires good teamwork and coordination among members to achieve perfect harmony. This article aims to explore effective methods in choir training, with the church as the venue for the students’ activities to fulfill the KKN or MBKM program based on extracurricular activities to enhance vocal quality and harmony. This research was conducted through observation, interviews with the choir trainer, and active participation in training sessions, focusing on Vocal techniques (Pitch, Phrasing, Harmonization, Articulation, and Intonation) and Expression (Tempo, Dynamics, Interpretation, Rhythm, and Resonance). The results of the study show that vocal warm-ups, clear voice division, and regular evaluations play a crucial role in the success of choir practice. By applying these methods, the choir group was able to achieve better musical quality. Additionally, this program successfully fostered social responsibility and teamwork. In conclusion, this extracurricular activity positively impacts the development of vocal skills and social awareness within the learning environment.

The Community Service carried out at this school aims to provide a direct contribution to the quality of education and skill development for students and teachers in the school environment. This activity is focused on empowering and increasing the competence of students and teaching staff in facing educational challenges in the modern era. The methods used include education, sharing sessions and mentoring based on real needs in the field .This service activity is carried out with the aim of increasing the quality of the learning process through the application of methods that are more effective and enjoyable for students. It is hoped that, through this activity, a more inclusive and innovative educational environment can be created, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education in schools and encourage active community participation in supporting educational progress in the area.

This study aims to analyze the quality of Grade XI SMA/MA chemistry textbooks, aligning with the standards set by the National Standards Agency for Education (BSNP). This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method, specifically the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that the textbooks scored: 3.37 for content validity, 3.87 for language, 3.85 for presentation, and 3.69 for graphics, categorizing them as highly valid.

The code of ethics for Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers plays an important role in increasing teacher professionalism in Indonesia. In the educational context, professionalism does not only include teaching skills, but also the moral and ethical attitudes that must be applied in carrying out their duties. Codes of ethics provide guidelines for teachers to act in accordance with established standards, which include responsibilities towards students, society and educational institutions. This research aims to analyze how the application of a code of ethics in the practice of Christian religious education can contribute to the development of teacher professionalism, as well as its impact on the quality of learning and the formation of student character. Based on a literature review, it was found that consistent application of a code of ethics helps teachers to maintain their integrity, improve relationships with students, and set a good example in everyday life. Therefore, increasing understanding and implementing a good code of ethics is very necessary to realize quality education that is beneficial for students' spiritual and moral development.

Faith and moral education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) plays an important role in shaping students' moral character in accordance with Islamic principles. Amidst the explosive growth of digital technology, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Misbahul Adhim implements faith and moral assessment using various digital platforms, namely Moodle and Quizz. This study aims to explore the implementation of faith and moral assessment in the digital era at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Misbahul Adhim, and to identify its benefits, challenges, and impacts on student learning. By applying case study methodology, qualitative approach, and data collection strategies that include document analysis, observation, and interviews, the following study found that although technology makes it easier to carry out assessments, challenges such as accessibility, content supervision, and interaction quality must still be considered. Therefore, this study suggests the need for stricter supervision of digital content and training for teachers to optimize technology in faith and moral assessments.

The use of technology in academics is one of the important factors in supporting learning and research activities, especially among students. This community service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of students of the PSDKU Mathematics Education Study Program, Pattimura University, Southwest Maluku Regency in using Mendeley as a reference management tool. The method used in this study is an experimental approach with a direct practice-based training model. Participants consisted of students of the PSDKU Mathematics Education Study Program, Pattimura University, Southwest Maluku Regency. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and skills in managing academic references using Mendeley, including in the aspects of compiling bibliographies, automatic citations, and organizing documents. These findings indicate that training in the use of scientific reference software such as Mendeley can have a positive impact on the quality of students' academic results.

Paulo Freire’s concept of liberal education is still not implemented in the world of education in developing countries. Educational actors still adhere to the banking system to oppress students. This study raises a social correlation between educators and students called school family kinship. The education curriculum needs to be used as an indicator of success in terms of the intelligence of the children. The curriculum has continued to transform since 1947 to 2022 but has not found its identity.  Now, the independent learning curriculum is intensively grounded, but there are gaps between regions and between socio-economic groups in terms of learning quality. The implementation of the independent learning curriculum is considered not to have a significant positive effect in the outermost and marginalized areas. Therefore, the old pattern called banking system of education is still used. Students are considered empty piggy banks that must be filled by the teacher. Teachers are still recognized as the all-knowing in knowledge that must be poured into the brains of students. As a result, students can only follow what is transferred by the teacher. This is the basis for the author to try to provide briefings to Catholic teachers and education personnel in Wini and Wekfau parishes regarding the implementation of an independent curriculum in Catholic Schools. This study uses qualitative methods with observation techniques carried out in coastal parishes (Wini) and in the mountains (Wekfau) in terms of geographical location to find out the similarity of perceptions of the independent curriculum. This study aims to examine the application of artificial intelligence technology in the transformation of education management in Junior High Schools to improve learning effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, as well as analysis of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence-based digital learning. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify the challenges, opportunities, and impacts of artificial intelligence technology in learning in junior high schools. The results of the study show that the application of artificial intelligence can increase the effectiveness of learning, especially in terms of personalization of learning and management of student learning time. The contribution of this research provides insight into the importance of artificial intelligence technology-based education management in improving the quality of learning at the junior high school level.

This study aims to examine the role of academic guidance and counseling in helping SMA Negeri 1 Lembang students overcome mathematics learning difficulties. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with the main data obtained through in-depth interviews with students. The results show that academic guidance can improve students' understanding of math learning strategies, although its effectiveness depends on the quality and frequency of guidance. In addition, counseling guidance is proven to help students manage learning stress, especially through a personalized and empathic approach. Individual guidance approaches are more effective in meeting the needs of students with specific learning styles, while group guidance encourages collaboration and self-confidence. Teachers play an important role in creating a supportive learning environment, although some students still face challenges due to cognitive constraints and low motivation. This study concludes that quality mentoring can improve students' confidence, concept understanding and academic performance.

Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid faces challenges in developing limited Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning. The main problems faced are inadequate ICT infrastructure, lack of teacher ICT knowledge and skills, and lack of structured ICT curriculum. To overcome these problems, community service was carried out using the Community Partnership Program (PKM) method. This PKM includes ICT teacher training, improving ICT infrastructure, and preparing an integrated ICT curriculum. The implemented solutions successfully increased the use of ICT in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, improved teacher competence in teaching ICT, and provided a strong foundation for further development in ICT learning. In conclusion, community service with the PKM approach is effective in increasing ICT capacity and infrastructure in madrasahs, supporting the improvement of the quality of education in the digital era.ICT infrastructure

The quality of educators is something that must always be considered by the government. The quality can be seen from how the characteristics of educators when providing learning in the classroom. This Mini Research will look at the Learning Characteristics of IAT Lecturers at UIN Raden Mas Said Surkarta. In this case, the researcher wants to examine two IAT lecturers only, the two lecturers are: Dr. H. Abdul Matin bin Salman Lc,.M.Ag and Dr. Hj. Ari Hikmawati S.Ag. M.Pd. This research includes descriptive qualitative research analysis. The data collection methods used are questionnaire method and RPS analysis. Respondents of this method are 2 students in each batch. In this case the researchers took from the class of 2016 - 2023, so that the respondents were 16 students. After the data is collected, then the researchers describe, and then the researchers compare and analyze using Permenristekdikti Article 11 Number 44 of 2015 related to “Learning Process Standards”. The conclusion: (1). The learning of IAT lecturers at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta is in accordance with the Learning Process Standards in Permenristekdikti Article 11 Number 44 of 2015 which is Integrative-Interconnective. (2). Learning Characteristics of Dr. H. Abdul Matin bin Salman Lc, M.Ag is more about Interactive, Holistic, Scientific, and Contextual learning. (3). Learning Characteristics of Dr. Hj Ari Hikmawati S.Ag. M.Pd is more about Integrative, Thematic, Effective, and Collaborative learning.

The training and mentoring program for Canva-based learning media development aims to enhance teachers' competencies in creating creative, interactive, and technology-adaptive learning media. This program is designed to equip participants with fundamental knowledge of visual design and technical skills in utilizing Canva as a user-friendly and flexible design platform. The program's methods include theoretical training sessions, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring to ensure participants can produce learning media relevant to students' needs. The outcomes of this training indicate that participants can effectively utilize Canva's features to create various types of learning media, such as presentations, infographics, posters, and videos. Canva-based learning media has been proven to increase the appeal of learning materials, boost student motivation, and enhance the overall teaching and learning process.In conclusion, this training successfully improved teachers' ability to design innovative, technology-based learning media, which is expected to contribute to the overall improvement of education quality.

The Code of Ethics is very important for the professionalism of an PAK teacher in carrying out the learning process and advancing the world of education. The quality of a student in the world of education is very dependent on the quality of a teacher. Therefore, a PAK teacher who is professional should have competence in accordance with national education standards so that he can carry out his duties and roles with good competency standards, which results in students becoming knowledgeale human beings and possessing skills. Not only that, before educating a PAK teacher, he must be equipped with the values of truth that are in accordance with god’s word. Being a teacher is not only as a teacher but as a guide for the character of students to become characters that are pleasing to the lord jesus. A PAK teacher before educating is able to study the teachers code of ethics well according to a Biblical perspective. If an PAK teacher can master and understand the correct code of ethics then in every teaching and guidance that is done to students it can run according to the truth of God’s Word.

A university considered excellent in this century is a global university. Universities across Indonesia have also taken the initiative to move in this direction by improving various facilities and infrastructure. The desire to implement, develop, and enhance education, research culture, and community service programs aims to improve academic quality by advancing superior knowledge that benefits societal transformation for a better life. Additionally, universities strive to continuously improve the quality of learning management to achieve excellence in national and international competition and collaboration. This vision, mission, and goal are generally shared by campuses throughout Indonesia. The aspiration is to create students capable of applying knowledge, technology, arts, and humanities while producing outstanding human resources who excel not only academically and professionally. According to Law No. 12 of 2012, Article 14, Paragraph (1), students need to develop their talents, interests, and abilities through co-curricular and extracurricular activities as part of the educational process. Therefore, facilities that support students' development and innovation within the campus environment are needed. One example is the construction of a Student Activity Center.  

This research aims to decrypt the implementation of Morning Spiritual Gathering (MSG) activities as an effort to increase the spiritual intelligence (SQ) of teachers at the Darul Ilmi Muhammadiyah Tarakan Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documents. The results of the study show that the Morning Spiritual Gathering has a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and interaction between teachers and students, as well as strengthening Islamic ukhuwah between teachers. In addition, this activity also increases teachers' sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy in teaching. MSG encourages teachers' self-reflection and creates a more Islamic environment, supporting the development of students' character. Some teachers proposed a variety of learning methods to increase participant engagement. Overall, MSG activities contribute to improving teachers' spiritual intelligence and a more conducive learning atmosphere in Islamic boarding schools.

This research aims to explore the role and strategy of community relations at SMA Antartica Sidoarjo in improving internal and external collaboration. Effective public relations can strengthen communication between schools, students, parents and communities, and create an environment that supports the teaching and learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that Antarctica High School has implemented various public relations strategies, such as organizing collaborative events, utilizing social media, and partnership programs with external institutions. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for developing further strategies to strengthen collaboration and improve the quality of education at Sidoarjo Antarctic High School.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

This article discusses the significance of educational psychology in enhancing the teaching and learning process. Educational psychology provides insights into students' characteristics, including their needs, motivations, and diverse learning styles. With this understanding, educators can design more effective and responsive teaching methods tailored to individual students. Additionally, the article explores various psychological theories, such as behaviorism and cognitivism, that can be applied in educational contexts to improve learning outcomes. Emphasis is also placed on the importance of positive relationships between students and teachers in creating a conducive learning environment. Through the integration of psychology into the educational curriculum, it is hoped that the quality of learning in Indonesia can be improved, supporting the holistic development of students' character and potential.
