Education plays an important role in shaping a child's character and personality. Schools as formal educational institutions are not only tasked with imparting knowledge, but are also a place for the formation of social values, morals and behavior. (Cahyani et al., 2021) However, the reality shows that schools are often places where negative behavior emerges, one of which is bullying. The method used in this community service activity uses a participatory method by involving the school in the continuity of socialization activities. The approach taken is to direct and explain efforts to deal with the implications of bullying through the elementary school environment. The place of service was carried out at SDN Penikenek, Nagawutung District, Lembata Regency involving research subjects consisting of the Principal, teachers, students, grades 1-6. Community service activities with the title "educational services in overcoming the implications of bullying at SDN Penikenek in Penikenek Village, Nagawutung District, Lembata Regency". Penikenek Elementary School is an elementary school with 39 students and 11 teachers. This service activity takes place by providing material through outreach and donating wall magazines in the form of magazines related to bullying prevention. Implementation of the outreach program at SDN Penikenek is a strategic step designed to increase students' awareness and understanding regarding the dangers of bullying. In this activity, material about the definition, impact and ways to prevent bullying is delivered using a participatory method involving all elements of the school. This method has proven effective in creating open dialogue, building empathy, and increasing collective commitment to overcoming bullying.

This community service activity was carried out to answer the challenges of modern education, especially in designing assessments that are inclusive and responsive to the diverse learning needs of students. The program involved 25 teachers from five elementary schools in Gunung Anyar Sub-district, Surabaya. The training method includes preparation through a needs survey, exposure to the basic concepts of differentiated assessment, collaborative practice, implementation simulation, and ongoing mentoring. The results of the training showed a significant increase in teacher competence, especially in understanding the concepts of formative, summative, and diagnostic assessments, as well as the ability to design flexible rubrics and assessment formats. As many as 85% of participants understood the objectives of the activity well, 78% felt that they understood the material very well, and 82% felt helped by simulations and hands-on practice. In addition, the training created a culture of productive collaboration between teachers, which was felt by 88% of participants. However, there are challenges in the form of the need for more time for technical deepening of rubric development and implementation assistance in the classroom. Collaborative practice-based training proved effective in improving teachers' competence in differentiated assessment. For the sustainability of the program, further training, the establishment of teacher learning communities and increased school support are recommended. This program is expected to create a more inclusive, innovative and responsive basic education for students' diversity.

In the world of education, teachers have a very large and important role in teaching and learning activities because teachers are educators who are directly in contact with students, so teachers are required to have good performance in order to teach students who also have good quality. One of the educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation is the quality of education at every level and education unit, especially elementary and secondary education. Various efforts have been made to improve the quality of education, including through various training and improving teacher qualifications, procuring books and teaching tools, improving facilities and infrastructure, and improving the quality of school management. The research method used in this study is quantitative through path analysis and SITOREM analysis. The results of this study are that there is a positive relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable when viewed from the path analysis, then the relationship is a functional relationship where teacher performance (Y) is formed as a result of the functioning of organizational culture functions (X1), transformational leadership (X2), self-efficacy (X3) work motivation (X4)

This study aims to develop and implement Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PJBL) learning models in mathematics learning at SD Negeri No. 18 Bababulo, Majene Regency. The main objective of implementing these two models is to increase student involvement, as well as critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills in solving mathematical problems. The implementation procedure began with an introduction to the theme of the impact of plastic waste on the environment. Students were divided into six groups to discuss problems, develop project plans, and conduct observations. The results showed that students were actively involved, with significant increases in motivation and critical thinking skills. Enthusiasm was seen during discussions and presentations, although there were challenges related to self-confidence during presentations, which were overcome through practice from the teacher. The conclusion of this study states that the implementation of PBL and PJBL is effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts and social skills. This research aims to improve students' Mahārah Al-Kitābah (writing ability) through learning calligraphy. The problem raised was the low writing skills of students in elementary schools, which had an impact on their ability to convey ideas and information effectively. This research used an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving two groups of students: one group who were taught to write using calligraphy techniques and a control group who followed conventional learning. Research findings showed that the group that received calligraphy learning experienced significant improvements in Mahārah Al-Kitābah compared to the control group. The average post-test score of the calligraphy group increased by 30% compared to the pre-test, indicating the effectiveness of this method in improving writing skills. The implications of this research indicate that integrating calligraphy learning in the curriculum can be an effective strategy for improving students' writing skills, as well as fostering their interest and love for the art of writing. In addition, the results of this research can be a reference for educators in designing more innovative and interesting teaching methods to improve Arabic language skills in schools.

Worm infections are a health concern in Indonesia and all other tropical nations. A number of species, including roundworms (Ascaris lumbricoides), whipworms (Trichuris trichiura), hookworms (Hookworms), Necator americanus, Ancylostoma duodenale, and Strongyloides stercoralis, are members of the Soil Transmitted Helminth nematodes. Children in elementary school are among the age groups most vulnerable to Ascaris lumbricoides. Without a clean and healthy lifestyle, an Ascaris lumbricoides infection might have major repercussions. Research on the correlation between Ascaris lumbricoides infection and total immunoglobulin E levels in primary school students is therefore required. This study uses a cross-sectional, observational analytical design. Children at Lifuleo Village's elementary schools served as the research subjects. The ECLIA method was used to assess total immunoglobulin E levels, and the Kato-Katz method was used to diagnose Ascaris lumbricoides infection under a microscope. An aberrant total immunoglobulin E level of 12.5% was observed in 42.5% of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs, according to the examination results.

This research is based on the limited use of learning media among teachers, although the media is important to support 21st century learning that should utilize technology. The lack of special media for multiplication materials in grade III of elementary school causes learning to be less in line with the stage of cognitive development of students. Usually, teachers use lecture methods and multiplication tables, which makes students tend to only listen and memorize. As a solution, researchers developed the Interactive Multiplication Stacking Board media, which aims to facilitate the understanding of the concept of multiplication through the repeated multiplication approach so that students can understand the concept of multiplication concretely. This research aims to design, develop, and test the feasibility of the learning media. The method used is Design-Based Research with the Reeves model, which includes problem identification, prototype development based on relevant theories, as well as product testing and improvement through validity tests and repeated trials. The final result of this research is the Interactive Multiplication Stacking Board learning media that is ready to be used to support multiplication learning in class III in elementary school.

This research aims to analyze the comparison of using contextual learning media (concrete) involving technology in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of first-grade elementary school students.  The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.  Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand students' interactions with creative learning media and its impact on their understanding of basic mathematical concepts.  The results of this study indicate that the use of learning media, both contextual (concrete) and involving technology, such as visual aids and educational games, can increase students' interest in learning, help them understand the material more easily, and have a positive impact on their mathematics learning outcomes.  It is hoped that the use of innovative and creative learning media can continue to be applied in mathematics education to support the cognitive development and interest of students in mathematics from an early age.  However, the use of concrete learning media involving counting boards and jumping frogs is hindered by time efficiency.
