This research aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in flat volume material through the application of the MESSAGE Type Accelerated Learning learning model (Mindset, Entrance, Switch-Ownership, Store, Act, Go-again, Engage) in grade 5 students at SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya . The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results showed a significant increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of student learning completion only reached 55%. After implementing the MESSAGE learning model in cycle I, the percentage of student learning completion increased to 70%. In cycle II, the percentage of student learning completeness further increased to 85%. This increase shows that the application of the MESSAGE Type Accelerated Learning learning model is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes regarding volume of plane shapes in class 5 students. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the use of the MESSAGE learning model can increase student involvement and facilitate better understanding of concepts, thus having a positive impact on their mathematics learning outcomes. It is recommended for educators to consider using this model as an alternative in teaching mathematics.

Premenstrual syndrome is a set of physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms that occur cyclically before menstruation, typically 1-14 days prior and disappear once menstruation begins. The COVID-19 pandemic can exacerbate this situation by increasing academic and social stress levels among adolescent girls. Through counseling and practical sessions, adolescents are provided with an understanding of the importance of reproductive health and physical skills to manage dysmenorrhea symptoms. This community service aims to reduce primary dysmenorrhea symptoms in adolescent girls at Al-Hidayah Middle School, South Jakarta, through the implementation of health and fitness education. The methods used include providing Health and Fitness Education with pre-tests and post-tests to measure their understanding of dysmenorrhea; teaching adolescents how to reduce menstrual pain through videos, guided by educators and accompanied by assistants; and conducting evaluations to ensure understanding and enhance their interest. The results showed an increase in knowledge and a reduction in PMS anxiety among the adolescent girls. A child's discipline plays a crucial role in shaping their character, academic success, social skills, and mental and emotional well-being. The formation of a strong character begins with the introduction of moral values and the development of independence, which is reinforced by consistent discipline. With a strong discipline, children can manage their time efficiently, develop good study habits, and achieve their maximum academic potential.Furthermore, discipline also positively impacts a child's social skills by helping them build healthy relationships, improve communication skills, and effectively manage conflicts. These abilities are essential in shaping individuals who can collaborate in groups and maintain positive relationships with others. Moreover, discipline also significantly affects a child's mental and emotional well-being. Children with discipline are more capable of managing stress, maintaining emotional balance, and building strong self-confidence. This equips them to face life's pressures with greater calmness and optimism. Thus, a child's discipline is not only a determinant factor in their life success but also a strong foundation for shaping individuals who are morally, intellectually, and emotionally sound. Therefore, it is important for parents, educators, and society as a whole to pay adequate attention to the formation of children's discipline from an early age, as an investment in their bright future.

The aim of this research is to provide information about how the implementation of inclusive education as a change in the educational paradigm in Indonesia can be carried out. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Library studies can be defined as a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. Based on the results of the literature study, the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia is an important paradigm shift in the education system. This aims to ensure that every individual, including those with special needs, has full access to quality education. There are several steps that can be taken in implementing inclusive education as a change in the educational paradigm in Indonesia, namely, policies and regulations; training and education for educators; inclusive curriculum development; inclusive physical facilities; community education; collaboration between institutions; as well as evaluation and monitoring. So in essence inclusive education is very important to create equality, participation and respect for diversity in the classroom. Even though its implementation is still faced with various challenges and obstacles, the efforts of the government and related stakeholders have produced policies, programs and best practice models in inclusive education. Thus, it is important for the government, educational institutions, teachers and society as a whole to continue to work together and commit to encouraging the implementation of better inclusive education.
