This research aims to find out whether purchasing decisions can influence product variety and customer trust in customer loyalty to SEVENTEEN's K-Pop album. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample used was 100 respondents and focused only on the SEVENTEEN fanbase. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the SmartPLS 4.0 software statistical method. The results of this research show that there are variables that influence each other, as in the following brief explanation: 1). Product variations do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2). Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 3). Product variety has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4). Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, 5). Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, 6). Purchasing Decisions are not able to fully mediate Product Variations on Customer Loyalty, 7). Purchasing Decisions are able to fully mediate Customer Trust towards Customer Loyalty.

This research aims to determine the influence of quality of work life, interactional justice on the performance of Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo employees through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this study were all employees of the Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo Hotel, with a saturated sampling technique totaling 41 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a five-graded Likert scale with data analysis using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS version 3 software. Based on the research results, hypothesis testing states that: 1) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Neo+ Waru Hotel Sidoarjo, 2 ) Interactional Justice has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 3) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction for employees of Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 4) Interactional Justice has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction for Hotel employees Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo Hotel, 6) Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between Quality of Work Life and Employee Performance at the Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo Hotel with a Direct-only mediation effect (no mediation ), 7) Job Satisfaction can mediate or there is an influence between the relationship between Interactional Justice and Employee Performance at the Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo Hotel with a Complementary mediation effect (partial mediation).

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin on share prices with Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share as mediating variables in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2012. The sample taken was based on a saturation number of 180 companies. The data collection method used in this research is documentation, and the analysis technique uses regression analysis (path analysis) and the sobel test. The research results show that the Current Ratio has no effect on Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin has a positive effect on Earning Per Share. Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin have no effect on Dividend Per Share. Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, and Dividend Per Share have no effect on share prices. Earning Per Share is unable to mediate the Current Ratio of Share Prices. Earning Per Share is able to mediate Net Profit Margin on Share Prices. Dividend Per Share is not able to mediate the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin on Share Prices.

The purpose of the following research to see the effect GCG represented in managerial share ownership, institutional share ownership, commissioner size as well as independent commissioners on financial performance in companies with CSR as moderating. The following research is quantitative, the data needed is financial statements of manufacturing companies in bei 2020-2022. data used is secondary. Sampling process uses purposive sampling techniques to obtain sample of 34 companies. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis and absolute difference value testing. The results illustrate that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no significant effect on financial performance in the company, commissioner size has a positive and significant effect on financial performance in company and independent commissioners have a negative and significant effect on financial performance in  company. While in absolute difference value test with the results that csr has not been able to moderate the effect of managerial share ownership and institutional share ownership on financial performance in company, but csr can moderate the effect of commissioner size and independent commissioners on financial performance in company.

The research conducted aims to test and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on financial performance with good corporate governance as a moderating variable in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The population used, namely LQ45 indexed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totals 62 companies in 2019-2022. The analysis uses purposive sampling with a total sample used in the study totaling 16 companies in 2019-2022. The research used secondary data in its annual reports and sustainability reports. Linear regression analysis and regression analysis with moderating variables are uses in analyzing data. The research shows that corporate social responsibility has a significantly positive effect on financial performance and good corporate governance cannot moderate the effect of corporate social responsibility on financial performance.

This research aims to analyze turnover intention at PT Maisya Makmur in terms of the social work environment and work discipline with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Maisya Makmur with 80 research respondents who were obtained using saturation techniques. This research data was processed using the SmartPLS software method version 3.2.9. The research results show that the social work environment contributes significantly to turnover intention, work discipline contributes significantly to turnover intention, and job satisfaction contributes significantly to turnover intention. The social work environment contributes significantly to job satisfaction, work discipline contributes significantly to job satisfaction. The social work environment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable contributes significantly to turnover intention. Work discipline through job satisfaction as an intervening variable contributes significantly to turnover intention.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi hubungan pengaruh transaction process dan seamless transaction terhadap perceived benefit. Pendekatan masalah menggunakan Teori Theory Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode pengumpulan data dengan purposive sampling data yang terkumpul 545 responden. Data dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan transaction process dan seamless transaction berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived benefit. Nilai original penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa teori TAM mampu menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel dari model penelitian yang dibangun.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of sales growth and liquidity on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The research population consists of 91 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 47 companies for this study. The analysis technique employed is panel data analysis using Eviews12 software. The results of the research indicate that: 1) Sales growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability. 2) Sales growth has a negative and significant effect on firm value. 3) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability. 4) Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value. 5) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and 6) Profitability can mediate the effect of sales growth and liquidity on firm value.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuh mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas dan growth terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kemampuan kemelikan manajerial sebagai variabel pemoderasi pada perusahaan consumer non cyclicals. Pengambilan sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling, terdapat 28 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data panel dan MRA dengan menggunakan software eviews12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Growth secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak mampu memoderasi growth terhadap nilai perusahaan. Koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,117940 atau 11,7940%. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari Struktur modal, Profitabilitas dan Growth mampu menjelaskan variabel Dependen (PBV) sebesar 11,7940%, sedangkan sisanya 88,206% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

The aim of this research was to determine whether there s an influence of scout activities on the formation of disciplined character at the tenth-grade students of SMAN Colomadu. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 324 students with a research sample of 36 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, t test, simple linear regression test,correlation coefficient test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS statistic 25. From the statistical result using the paired sample t- test, the conclusion was obtained that the t-count value was 6.592. And when compared between t-count and t-table, dk=N-1 then 36-1=35 at a significance level of 5%. So, it could be concluded that the t-table was 2.030. Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted so that the hypothesis stated that “ there is a positive and significant influence between scout activities on the formation of disciplined character at the tenth-grade students of SMAN Colomadu”.From the results of the multiple linear regression test analysis, the regression equation was Y=16.788 + 0.668. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the result was 0.555, which meant that the level of effectiveness of scout activities on the character of discipline was only 0.555 or 55.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 44.5% was influenced by other variabels .Keywords: Scout Activities, The Shaping of Disciplinary Character

This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Tanjungpinang city in 2023 stueis at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang, using descriptive method of qualitative approach, data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation, and recording secondary data related to research problems, then qualitative alaysis is carried out. The results showed that implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Tanjungpinang city in 2023 study at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang has been well implemented although there are several variabels that must be improved in the implementation of PIP in the future. Such as the lack of dissemination on information about PIP, there is no additional quita given, and the lack of use of funds obtained by recipitiens so that yhis can result in misuseof funds. Therefore, it is hoped that in the future the government can overcome the shortcomings in the implementation of PIP so that the implementationcan be more effective and efficient.

This study aims to examine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Third Party Funds (DPK) on Musyarakah Financing at Islamic Commercial Banks with Non-performing financing (NPF) as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach is used by utilizing documentary studies using secondary data from the annual financial statements of each Islamic Bank in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. Sampling was done purposively by selecting 11 banks as samples. The data analysis method used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The hypotheses in this study are: (1) FDR affects the distribution of Musyarakah financing in Islamic commercial banks, (2) DPK affects the distribution of Musyarakah financing in Islamic commercial banks, (3) NPF moderates the effect of FDR on the distribution of Musyarakah financing, and (4) NPF moderates DPK on the distribution of Musyarakah financing. The results showed that: (1) FDR has a negative and significant effect on Musyarakah Financing in Islamic commercial banks, (2) DPK has a positive and significant effect on profitability in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, (3) NPF does not moderate the effect of FDR on Musyarakah Financing, and (4) NPF moderates the effect of DPK on Musyarakah Financing in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

Brand image is a very important factor in marketing management, the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions by considering the role of consumer satisfaction as a mediator, if the brand image of a company is strong it will increase consumer satisfaction, which in turn will influence consumer purchasing decisions. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether brand image influences purchasing decisions, whether brand image influences consumer satisfaction, whether consumer satisfaction influences purchasing decisions, whether consumer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative research, the population in this research is students of the Faculty of Febi Uin Raden Intan Lampung. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SEM model using SmartPLS version 3.0. The research results obtained directly from each variable are that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. And for the test results passing the mediating variable, it was found that consumer satisfaction was able to mediate the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions through partial mediation.

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan yang sangat ketat, perusahaan harus selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan mereka. Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan, sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaanPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan. Metode ini memungkinkan analisis yang lebih dalam dan lebih spesifik terhadap variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. ParakanBerdasarkan hasil survei ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keandalan layanan di sini menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan di antara responden.Mereka merasa layanan tersebut konsisten dalam menunjukkan sikap yang profesional. Selain itu, keamanan transaksi juga penilaian tinggi dari semua responden, menunjukkan bahwa dianggap aman dan dapat diandalkan Hal ini menunjukkan fokus yang kuat dalam mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen respons yang cepat dan bantuan yang efektifterlihat bahwa layanan ini mendapat penilaian yang cukup positif dalam beberapa aspek kunci. Pertama, respons terhadap keluhan konsumen dan kesediaan untuk membantu dinilai sangat baik oleh mayoritas responden, menunjukkan fokus yang kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan melalui respons yang efisien dan bantuan yang efektif.

Companies can invest time and resources in developing, motivating, and nurturing the well-being of their employees. This not only has an impact on short-term success, but also on the company's long-term growth and sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The method used is quantitative in the form of explanatory research. The data was collected with a questionnaire that was distributed to all staff at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, totaling 80 people. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SEM with PLS as the analysis technique. The results of the study showed that work discipline had an effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. Work motivation affects employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects employee performance through work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The conclusion in this study is that work discipline includes punctuality, precision, and consistency in carrying out tasks. Meanwhile, work motivation is a key factor that encourages employees to achieve their goals and give their best performance.

SD Andir Mukti merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan swasta di Kota Bandung yang berada dalam naungan Yayasan Andir Mukti sangat membutuhkan teknologi informasi untuk memanajemen data inventory barang di SD Andir Mukti, yang mana pada saat ini masih menggunakan pengelolaan data inventory manual. Pengelolaan data yang bersifat manual tersebut dinilai kurang efektif bagi keberlangsungan kegiatan pengelolaan data karena sering terjadinya ketidaksesuaian dalam pengelolaan barang. Perancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP ( Hypertext Prepocessor ), HTML ( Hyper Text Markup Language ), CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap yang didukung oleh database MySQL serta dibantu Framework Codeigniter untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil dari keseluruhan pengujian dengan menggunakan blackbox menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini berjalan dengan baik secara fungsional dan non-fungsional, pengujian blackbox yang dilakukan secara non-fungsional yaitu dalam setiap pergantian halaman membutuhkan respon atau waktu kurang lebih 10 detik, dari hasil pengujian whitebox menunjukan status valid pada tahap pengujian unit dan pada pengujian UAT ( User Acceptance Testing ) dengan menggunakan variabel perceived usefulness menunjukkan hasil yang cukup signifikan yaitu mencapai 85% dengan status memuaskan.

Mining companies are one of the companies that have great prospects in the future. Mining companies are one of the corporate sectors that are targeted for investment, this causes investors to often calculate share returns for their investments in companies in this sector. Stock returns in companies tend to fluctuate or experience erratic increases and decreases in stock returns. The increase or decrease in stock returns is caused by internal and external factors, internal factors can be seen through financial reports and external factors can be seen from macroeconomic and other factors. This research is secondary data, namely it comes from financial reports of mining companies registered in JII70 for the 2018-2022 period. This research is included in the type of quantitative research, using Eviews as a statistical medium and the statistical methods used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, panel data testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. while the results of this research show that partially both Net Profit Margin and Price To Book Value have a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns as well as simultaneously Net Profit Margin and Price To Book Value together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns while inflation weaken the relationship Net Profit Margin and Price To Book Value on Share Returns in mining companies registered on JII70.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch. The population in this study is the company PT. Surabaya Wiyung Branch Pawnshop. The research method is assisted by the Partial Least Square program which is used with SmartPLS 4.0 software. This type of research used is quantitative research. Data taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and insignificant effect, and job satisfaction has employee performance has a negative and insignificant effect,work environment has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch, and workload has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch.

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. In this study, several employees of the Jambi Provincial Education Office were selected as samples using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis or Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is processed using Smart PLS. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Jambi Province Education Office employees. At the hypothesis testing stage it was also found that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jambi Province Education Office employees. Besides that, in testing the indirect effect, it can be proven that motivation is able to mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with the performance of Jambi Provincial Education Office employees.
