The effect of work facilities, work environment, and job satisfaction on study turnover intention of production employees of PT. Intimate Harmonic Food Sukorejo This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work environment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention in production employees at PT. Intimate Harmonic Food Sukorejo. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are production employees throughout PT. Intimate Harmonic food Sukorejo, the sample of this research is 150 Respondents. The data source in this research is primary data source. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 24 software. The results of this study show (1). Work facilities have a significant effect on turnover intention. (2). The work environment has a significant effect on turnover intention. (3). Satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention. (4). work facilities, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously influence turnover intention

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, workload, and compensation on employee turnover intention. This type of research is quantitative, and the analysis used involves associations with a quantitative approach. Research conducted at PT. Natura Laboratoria Prima. The study results show that leadership has a detrimental and important impact on the intention to change jobs. The superior leadership proportionally reduces the intention to change jobs. The workload level positively and significantly impacts the intention to change jobs. The greater the workload, the higher the intention to change jobs. Compensation has an adverse and important impact on the intention to change jobs employees of PT. Natura Laboratoria Prima, meaning that the higher the compensation, the lower the turnover intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, turnover intention on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 32 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and turnover intention (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. with an effect of 66.8%.

This study aims to provide insights and understanding of the importance of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment, as well as assisting organizations in designing more effective leadership development programs. The study utilizes a literature review method to compile research frameworks based on relevant previous studies. The findings of the study indicate that the quality of the relationship between leaders and members significantly influences organizational performance. A better relationship between leaders and members has positive impacts on employee performance, innovative attitudes, work ethics, employee loyalty, job engagement, employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior, effective communication, job satisfaction, and significant reduction in turnover intention. This highlights the importance for organizations to pay attention to the quality of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment. Additionally, organizations should also focus on leadership development that enhances the quality of the relationship between leaders and members.

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress and Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention in Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environment Office employees, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were 45 respondents at the Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environment Service Office. The multiple linear regression method of determining the sample in this study shows that partially this relationship is a linear and significant relationship. The influence of Work Stress and Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention at the Office of Housing, Residential Areas and the Environment in Sibolga City, is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.20. This shows that 20% of employee Turnover Intention is influenced by Work Stress and Organizational Climate and the remaining 0.80 or 80% is influenced by other variables not used in this study. The results of the research conducted, that Work Stress and Organizational Climate have a simultaneous relationship with Employee Turnover Intention, which means that the two variables have the same position in the influence of Turnover Intention on employees in the Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environmental Office. The writer's hypothesis is that it is known that the results of the F test have a simultaneous effect which based on the output it is known that the significant value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.009 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 5.284 > 2.18, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means there is an effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions of job opportunities on employee turnover intention. The population used in this study were all employees working and the sample used is 70 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated sampling method (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variable Compensation has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Perception of Work Opportunities has a partial positive effect on Turnover Intention.

Every company definitely wants good and adequate quality human resources, with the existence of quality human resources makes the company able to compete with other companies. According to Firdaus (Putra et al., n.d.). Therefore the welfare of employees is also very important to note.Especially in giving workload to employees. Each work unit has a different workload. A workload that is too high can cause an employee to become stressed, not to mention the job demands given by the company so that its employees give the best results. Each individual has different resilience to the workload and responsibilities given, the higher the workload given, the higher the stress level that will be experienced by the individual, conversely the lower the workload given, the lower the stress level. A high workload can make employees decide to quit or leave the company and look for a better company. This situation is also known as intensive turnover. In the case of Indonesia, the phenomenon of turnover intention is well recognized by both academics and practitioners. Every year there are around 10-12% of employees who turn over.

The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

This study aims to determine what factors influence Turnover Intention in Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City. The population used in this study are all marketing division imployess in the PT Musawa Land and the sample used is 112 employees with the slovin formula, using a probability sampling technique with a random sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. Testing the hypothesis with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Embeddedness has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention for Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work Life balance dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan Survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 48 orang Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Work Life balance memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik, Stress Kerja memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik sedangkan Turnover Intention memiliki klasifikasi Sangat Baik pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara bersama-sama Work Life balance Dan Stress Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Work Life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Stress Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya.

Maksud dari riset ini ialah guna mengetahui dampak kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention pada PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kuantan Singingi. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 114 orang dan untuk pengambilan sampel dengan mengaplikasikan persamaan Slovin sehingga banyak sampelnya adalah 89 orang. Pendekatan analisa data menerapkankan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Luaran riset menginterpretasikan bila: 1) Kepuasan kerja berdampak negatif pada turnover intention secara signifikan; 2) Kompensasi berdampak positif pada kepuasan kerja secara signifikan; 3) Kompensasi berdampak negatif pada turnover intention secara signifikan; 4) Kompensasi berdampak negatif pada turnover intention secara signifikan melalui kepuasan kerja.

This study aims to exam ine the effect of transformational leadership on turn over intention and OCB by considering the role of psychological empowerment and   affective commitment. Conducted at WS Warung Steak, this study involved 121  participants.  For the analysis of this study using SEM-PLS w ith SmartPLS version 3.0. The finding of this study is that  transformational  leadership  has  a  significant  negative effect  on  turnover intention. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee  OCB behavior. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment. Transformational leadership has a significant positive  effect on affective commitment. Psychological empowerment has a significant  positive  effecton employee OCB behavior. Psychological empowerment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Affective  commitment  has  a  positive  and  significant  effect on OCB. OCB behavior of  employees  has a negative  influence  on  turnover  intention. Psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership on employee OCB. Psychological empowerment has been shown to mediate the effect of transformational   leadership on turn over  intention. Affective commitment mediates transformational leadership in OCB . Further research is recommended to develop further research on the relationship of transformational leadership to turnover intention and OCB by considering other variables in order to obtain more in -depth results.

This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Turn Over Intention of Nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, namely by Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turn Over Intention Simultaneously, then Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect Between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Partially. The population in this study were 206 primary hospital nurses. however, as the sample in this study, there were 67 nurses using the slovin formula. The method used is by using purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS for windows version 20 application. The results of the study showed that job stress and job satisfaction had an effect on the turn over intention of nurses at the Pekanbaru Prima Hospital.

BPR BKK di Kabupaten Boyolali sebanyak 194 orang, adapun berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh 140 karyawan PD. BPR BKK di Kabupaten Boyolali. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster sampling (area sampling). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, adapun pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. Pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. Pengembangan karir dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.
