Background: The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in healthcare facilities still faces a high failure rate, with more than 50% of RME systems not being used optimally. Sawah Besar Hospital, which began implementing RME in August 2023, recorded 1,500 cases of errors in a year, with 60% of system errors and 30% of user errors. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the intention of using RME by nurses by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This quantitative research uses a census method by involving 70 nurses as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and attitude toward use simultaneously affected the intention to use RME (F=77.917, p<0.05). Attitude toward use acts as a mediator in the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to the intention to use RME. These findings have important implications for hospital management in optimizing the implementation of RME through improving technical aspects and forming positive user attitudes.

This study investigates the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) on firm value, with Green Innovation (GI) as a moderating variable. The research is based on secondary data from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, analyzed using path analysis with a moderated regression approach in SPSS. The findings reveal that ESG has a significant but negative impact on firm value, suggesting that ESG investments may be perceived as cost burdens in the short term. Meanwhile, EMA does not have a significant effect on firm value, indicating that its role in firm valuation remains unclear. The moderating role of GI does not significantly strengthen the relationship between ESG and firm value, while the interaction between EMA and GI negatively affects firm value, implying that green innovation strategies may introduce additional financial burdens. These findings highlight the complexity of sustainability investments and emphasize the need for a balanced approach to ESG and EMA implementation to optimize long-term firm value. The study contributes to legitimacy and stakeholder theories by demonstrating how sustainability strategies can influence financial outcomes. It provides practical insights for businesses to develop more effective ESG disclosure and EMA implementation strategies that align with investor expectations and long-term firm sustainability

Road maintenance is a strategic effort to support community mobility and economic development. This study aims to determine the optimal duration and analyze the cost impacts of implementing the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method. The method is applied through critical path analysis and adding overtime hours to reduce the project duration. Data is collected from project documents such as daily reports, S-curves, and cost budget plans, then analyzed using Microsoft Project software. The results show that the project duration can be shortened to 117 days with an additional cost of IDR 176,614,724.00, which is lower than the potential delay penalty of 1% per day. This adjustment leads to a time savings of 8.6% without causing significant changes to the project's organizational structure. The TCTO method proves to be a practical solution for addressing delays while maintaining a balance between time and cost.
