Penelitian dengan pendekatan inovatif melalui integrasi permodelan 3D dan analisa semiotika untuk dokumentasi dan pelestarian heritage industri gula di Jawa Tengah. Tema Konservasi menjadi hal penting karena pada dasarnya kehadiran Pabrik Gula di era kolonial tidak hanya sekedar memiliki nilai historis dan arsitektur saja, namun merupakan simbol identitas budaya lokal yang terancam kerusakan fisik dan kurangnya pendekatan pelestarian yang holistik. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan pemodelan digital dengan perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk memahami terhadap nilai-nilai semantik, sedang analisis visual untuk evaluasi elemen arsitektural pada model 3D. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan melalui pemodelan 3D dapat merepresentasikan elemen arsitektural pabrik : struktur atap, dinding, dan ornamen khas kolonial, dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Sedangkan melalui analisisi semiotika dapat diidentifikasi terhadap tiga hal utama, yaitu budaya, sejarah, dan identitas, yang melekat pada arsitektur industri tersebut. Dalam hal ini menekankan arti pentingnya nilai-nilai semantik pada pelestarian dan konservasi bangunan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam pengembangan metoda pelestarian bangunan heritage di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian dapat diadaptasi guna mendukung kebijakan konservasi dan pendidikan. Penelitian lanjutan dengan mengeksplorasi teknologi yang terjangkau dan melibatkan komunitas sangat disarankan, guna memastikan keberlanjutan pelestarian heritage dimasa depan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami penerapan model blended learning di STAI Al-Azhary Mamuju dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran serta pengembangan kompetensi siswa di abad 21. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang menganalisis data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara.Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran campuran secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, sehingga berujung pada peningkatan hasil belajar. Di samping itu, model ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran blended learning tidak hanya mendukung peningkatan prestasi akademik tetapi juga mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan pekerjaan yang semakin yang kompetitif atau komplek.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran penerapan metode bernyanyi terhadap kemampuan keaksaraan awal pada anak usia dini 5-6 tahun dan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penerapan Metode Bernyanyi Terhadap Kemampuan Keaksaraan Awal pada Anak Usia Dini 5-6 Tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif. Subyek penelitian yaitu peserta didik. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bernyanyi terhadap kemampuan keaksaraan awal pada anak usia dini didesain sedemikian rupa, sehingga membuat suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Metode bernyanyi dilakukan pada satu topik pembelajaran, metode tersebut lebih membantu dan memudahkan anak dalam mengenal, menghafal, menyerap dan memahami huruf dan mempraktekkan bunyi hurufnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu cara mengemas pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam menyampaikannya kepada anak, anak-anak senang dengan bernyanyi, guru harus memahami apa yang disukai oleh anak, dengan mengemas topik-topik dalam bentuk lagu, diharapkan anak dapat dengan mudah menerima. Guru menjadi kunci utama dalam kelancaran pembelajaran dengan metode bernyanyi, karena sebelum guru mengajarkan lagu sebaiknya guru benar-benar paham akan lagu yang diajarkan.

Abstract. Pedagogical competence is the main ability that educators must have to manage learning effectively. This research aims to discuss the meaning of pedagogical competence, the application of learning theories, and the role of information and communication technology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The research method used is literature analysis and theoretical study. The research results show that pedagogical competence includes the ability to understand student characteristics, design learning, and carry out comprehensive evaluations. The application of learning theories, such as behavioristic, cognitive, constructivist and humanistic, has been proven to support the effectiveness of PAI learning. Behavioristics helps build positive habits, cognitive improves deep understanding, constructivists encourage active participation, and humanistics develops students' potential holistically. Apart from that, the use of information and communication technology, such as e-learning, video conferencing and multimedia, is able to encourage learning that is innovative, interactive and in line with the needs of students in the digital era. Thus, the development of PAI teachers' pedagogical competence needs to continue to be improved through targeted training, optimal use of technology, and strengthening learning strategies to produce learning that is relevant to the needs of the times Abstrak Kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan utama yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik untuk mengelola pembelajaran secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas pengertian kompetensi pedagogik, penerapan teori belajar, serta peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur dan kajian teoritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik mencakup kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran, serta melakukan evaluasi secara komprehensif. Penerapan teori belajar, seperti behavioristik, kognitif, konstruktivistik, dan humanistik, terbukti mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran PAI. Behavioristik membantu membangun kebiasaan positif, kognitif meningkatkan pemahaman mendalam, konstruktivistik mendorong partisipasi aktif, dan humanistik mengembangkan potensi siswa secara holistik. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, seperti e-learning, video konferensi, dan multimedia, mampu mendorong pembelajaran yang inovatif, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik di era digital. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI perlu terus ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan yang terarah, penggunaan teknologi secara optimal, dan penguatan strategi pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman.

This research explores the relationship between self-leadership, knowledge sharing, and innovative work behavior within higher education institutions. In the context of globalization and digitalization, innovation is essential for enhancing the competitiveness of educational entities. Self-leadership is pivotal as it motivates individuals to pursue goals independently, while knowledge sharing acts as a mediator that fosters collaboration and information exchange among individuals. The study employs a literature review methodology to analyze various relevant sources, revealing that the development of self-leadership and a culture of knowledge sharing significantly enhances innovative work behavior, ultimately contributing to improved educational quality and institutional competitiveness. The findings offer valuable insights for academic leaders aiming to cultivate an environment conducive to innovation.

This study aims to integrate the learning of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) with the traditional hula hoop game in Pramuka Siaga extracurricular activities at MIS Dadirejo. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include fourth and fifth-grade students actively participating in Pramuka activities. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the innovative use of hula hoop games can enhance students' motor skills, such as body coordination and balance, as well as their understanding of concepts like force, energy, and gravity taught in IPAS subjects. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating traditional games into active learning to simultaneously improve students' physical and academic skills.

The training titled "Innovative Studentpreneur: Integrating Design Thinking into the Business World" is designed as a solution to enhance students' entrepreneurial competencies through creative and innovative approaches. This training focuses on providing an in-depth understanding of the principles of design thinking to create business ideas that are both solution-oriented and sustainable, thus fostering the development of competitive ventures. The target participants of this training are final-year students from the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Nasional PASIM Bandung, located at Jalan Dakota No. 8A, Bandung. This training aligns with the vision and mission of both the university and the faculty, which aim to produce graduates capable of creating businesses and becoming studentpreneurs. The training is designed to be engaging and interactive by combining various methods such as discussions, simulations, and lectures to enhance participant involvement. Based on the implementation of this Community Service (Abdimas) activity, it can be concluded that the event met the needs of the partner, Universitas Nasional Pasim, and that the material presented was well understood by the participants. However, for future Abdimas activities, it is recommended to focus on more technical training, such as the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis techniques, and the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This training is expected to continue supporting the development of students' skills and their relevance to the demands of the workforce.

Tempe is an inherent food source for Indonesians, with a large number of tempe consumers in the local community. This community service program aims to improve students' understanding and skills in processing cempedak seeds into tempe, including drying methods that allow long-term storage. This activity was carried out from July to November 2024.  This activity was carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage.  The program on the utilization of cempedak seeds in tempeh production shows promising potential as a food innovation based on local resources. The success rate of this program is not only measured from the production aspect, but also from the transfer of knowledge to students who act as agents of change in alternative food development. Some of the advantages of this activity program are that it provides an alternative utilization of cempedak seed waste into products with nutritional value. In addition, the production cost is relatively affordable compared to the use of soybean. The disadvantage of this program is that the availability of raw materials depends on the cempedak harvest season.

The rapid advancement of technology in the digital era has emphasized the need for optimizing learning processes through digital media, particularly in elementary education. Despite the proven benefits of digital tools in enhancing student engagement and comprehension, many educators, including those at SDIT AUM, face challenges due to limited understanding and skills in utilizing such technologies. Specific issues include low proficiency in using digital platforms, minimal creativity in designing interactive learning materials, and inadequate adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools. Previous studies have highlighted the effectiveness of practical training programs in improving teachers' competencies in using digital media, emphasizing the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge, hands-on practice, and continuous evaluation. This community engagement program addressed these challenges through a structured approach, including training on digital platforms like Canva, Gamma, and Zoom, combined with direct practice and interactive discussions. The results revealed significant improvements, with educators demonstrating increased understanding of digital media (from 45% to 85%), enhanced skills in creating interactive materials (from 40% to 80%), and greater motivation to adopt AI-based tools (from 50% to 90%). These findings affirm the effectiveness of the program in empowering teachers to create innovative and engaging learning experiences, with the potential to serve as a replicable model for other schools striving to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methods and digital transformation.

The aim of this research is to explore the effectiveness of using Augmented Reality (AR) technology as an innovative medium in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) to increase elementary school students' awareness and understanding of preserving natural resources. This research uses a quasi-experimental research method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects were fifth grade students at an elementary school in Indonesia, who were divided into an experimental group that used AR media and a control group that used conventional learning media. The research results show that the use of AR media significantly increases students' understanding of the concept of preserving natural resources compared to traditional learning methods. In addition, students in the experimental group showed higher levels of learning motivation as well as active participation in class discussions. The implication of this research is that AR technology can be an effective and interesting learning tool in teaching complex environmental topics. The use of AR not only helps students understand concepts visually and interactively, but also motivates them to be more actively involved in efforts to conserve natural resources. The results of this research provide a basis for the development of technology-based learning media that can be applied in various educational contexts, especially to support sustainable education at the elementary school level.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has driven significant changes across various sectors, with startup emerging as key players in the global economy. Despite their immense potential, many startup face significant challenges, including a high failure rate within the first five years of operation. Design Thinking, a human-centered approach, has surfaced as a solution to address these challenges by helping startup understand user needs, identify problems, and create innovative solutions. This study aims to analyse the application of Design Thinking in building an innovative and competitive startup ecosystem. Using a literature review methodology, this research identifies various tested approaches and strategies, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by startup in implementing Design Thinking. The findings indicate that the application of Design Thinking can enhance a startup's competitiveness by accelerating product innovation and improving responsiveness to market changes. The main challenges include a lack of understanding of the method and limited human resources with the necessary skills in technology and design. We suggest establishing Startups Incubator, with the framework adapted and modified to include active participation from stakeholder. The Startups Incubator will place members as strategic component of socio-economical system; will create a culture of adaptive innovation that is able to solve problems in society, in line with stakeholder needs, market realities and system complexity. By integrating some Startups Incubators, then we can create startups ecosystem that is continuously innovate and market-competitive.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..

The issue of plastic waste has become a global environmental challenge, with Indonesia being one of the largest contributors. This study aims to analyze the business opportunity of eco-friendly custom tote bags as an innovative solution to reduce plastic waste in society. The research adopts the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework to design strategies for a business that encompasses nine key elements. Findings reveal that custom tote bags made from eco-friendly materials such as muslin and canvas offer added value through personalized designs, effective digital marketing, and market segmentation targeting environmentally conscious youth. This study provides guidance for entrepreneurs to capitalize on the market potential of eco-friendly products and suggests optimizing social media for marketing efforts.

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) provides innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility in the Islamic finance sector. Islamic finance, based on Islamic principles, faces challenges in financial inclusion, high operational costs, and limited access to financial institutions. This study aims to explore the application of fintech as a solution to these issues. The research method used is literature review and qualitative analysis of various fintech models based on sharia principles, such as peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding, and digital payments. The results indicate that fintech has significant potential in enhancing operational efficiency and expanding accessibility to sharia-compliant financial services. By utilizing technologies such as mobile applications and blockchain, fintech can reduce transaction costs and offer solutions for underserved communities. However, challenges related to sharia compliance and clear regulations need to be addressed to ensure the successful implementation of fintech in this sector.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, peningkatan kesempatan pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21.

The implementation of creative and innovative learning models based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the digital era is a must in an effort to improve the quality of education that is relevant to the challenges of the times. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of creative and innovative learning models based on HOTS in the digital era and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis was carried out in stages, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the creative and innovative learning mode approach based on HOTS is very important to improve students' critical and creative thinking skills, which are the main needs in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

This research uses data analysis techniques used in this research, namely descriptive qualitative, namely the researcher collects data obtained from observations of the craftsmen. The results of the research are that this business converts waste into high-value goods through the use of natural materials and biochemicals to ensure safety and sustainability. Commitment to quality is realized through team training, strict quality control and responsiveness to customer feedback.

In the era of globalisation and rapid technological advancement, education faces increasingly complex challenges, especially in terms of innovative learning development. This study aims to provide human resource management strategies in creating an innovative learning environment amidst the rapid development of education. The method used in this study is a literature study and qualitative analysis of various relevant sources, including journals and scientific articles. The findings show that there are three strategies: developing continuous professionals, integrating technology in the learning process, encouraging collaboration and creativity. This research is expected to provide insights for educational institutions in designing more effective development programme.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of learning simulations in the Pancasila Education subject in implementing creative learning strategies for grade 2 students at SD Negeri Cangkiran 01. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, where data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 2nd grade teachers and 28 students. The research results show that educational simulations are effective in increasing students' understanding of Pancasila values. This also helps students create more interactive and interesting learning strategies. Demonstrated by better critical thinking skills, better understanding of concepts, and increased student engagement in learning. Educational games based on Pancasila values, stories and role plays are one of the creative learning strategies used. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengetahui peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk membangun karakter bangsa dalam pembentukan generasi berkualitas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur (literature study) yang bertujuan untuk menyusun dasar teoritis dan konsep problematika yang diteliti yang merujuk pada buku, artikel ilmiah, dan penelitian lainnya yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian berkaitan dengan peran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam membangun karakter bangsa, karena melalui pendidikan ini nilai-nilai dasar kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dapat ditanamkan sejak dini. Karakter bangsa yang kokoh dan tangguh dibentuk oleh internalisasi nilai-nilai seperti nasionalisme, tanggung jawab sosial, keadilan, serta toleransi. Hasil nyata dari pembangunan karakter bangsa adalah terciptanya generasi yang memiliki rasa kebangsaan yang tinggi, mampu menghargai keberagaman, dan memiliki semangat gotong royong. Selain itu, pembangunan karakter juga membentuk individu yang berpikir kritis, inovatif, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan global, tanpa kehilangan jati diri sebagai negara Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan dengan visi "Profil Pelajar Pancasila" yang menekankan pentingnya integritas, kemandirian, dan kemampuan untuk bekerja sama dalam menghadapi berbagai dinamika sosial dan global.
