This study analyzes the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting on the firm value of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk during the 2020-2024 period. The main issues examined are how ESG reporting is implemented and the extent of its influence on firm value, as well as which ESG component has the most significant impact. The research method employs a quantitative approach with a causal comparative design, utilizing secondary data sourced from annual reports, sustainability reports, and market data over five years. Firm value is proxied using Tobin's Q ratio, while the level of ESG disclosure is measured based on the GRI Standards framework. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression by incorporating control variables including firm size, profitability (ROA), and leverage to enhance result validity. The research findings indicate that ESG reporting has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a coefficient of β = 0.018 and p < 0.001, with a model predictive capability (R²) of 87.3%. Indofood's ESG Score experienced substantial improvement from 56.3% in 2020 to 78.9% in 2024, accompanied by an increase in Tobin's Q from 0.982 to 1.523. Component-wise analysis reveals that the Social aspect provides the highest impact (β = 0.009), followed by Governance (β = 0.007) and Environmental (β = 0.006). These findings provide empirical support for stakeholder theory and resource-based view in the Indonesian emerging market context.

The use of Search-Based Software Engineering (SBSE) for optimizing software architecture has evolved from fully automated to interactive approaches, integrating human expertise. However, current interactive tools face limitations: they typically support only single decision-makers, confine architects to passive roles, and induce significant cognitive fatigue from repetitive evaluations. These issues disconnect them from modern, team-based software development, where collaboration and consensus are crucial. To address these shortcomings, we propose "ArchEvolve," a novel framework designed to facilitate collaborative, multi-architect decision-making. ArchEvolve employs a cooperative coevolutionary model that concurrently evolves a population of candidate architectures and distinct populations representing each architect's unique preferences. This structure guides the search towards high-quality consensus solutions that accommodate diverse, often conflicting, stakeholder viewpoints. An integrated Artificial Neural Network (ANN) serves as a preference learning module, trained on explicit team feedback to act as a surrogate evaluator. This active learning cycle substantially reduces the number of required human interactions and alleviates user fatigue. Empirical evaluation on two industrial case studies (E-Commerce System and Healthcare Management System) compared ArchEvolve to a state-of-the-art interactive baseline. Results indicate that ArchEvolve achieves statistically significant improvements in both solution quality and consensus-building. The preference learning module demonstrated over 90% accuracy in predicting team ratings and reduced human evaluations by up to 46% without compromising final solution quality. ArchEvolve provides a practical, scalable framework supporting collaborative, consensus-driven architectural design, making interactive optimization a more viable and efficient tool for real-world software engineering teams by intelligently integrating cooperative coevolutionary search with a preference learning surrogate.

Hospitals in DKI Jakarta continue to face service quality challenges, including long waiting times, fragmented information systems, and limited patient access to digital health technologies. Although digital transformation and digital literacy are expected to enhance service quality, the mediating role of patient experience remains insufficiently explored. This study investigates the effects of digital transformation and digital literacy on service quality, with patient experience as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory design was applied using data from 200 outpatients. Measurements were based on validated indicators of digital transformation, digital literacy, patient experience, and service quality. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS was employed for analysis. The findings show that digital transformation significantly improves patient experience and service quality. Digital literacy positively affects patient experience but does not directly influence service quality. Patient experience fully mediates the relationship between digital literacy and service quality and partially mediates the effect of digital transformation. These results highlight the critical role of patient experience in translating digital capabilities into perceived service improvements. Hospitals are encouraged to strengthen digital transformation initiatives, enhance digital literacy support—especially for older adults—and design user-friendly digital services that facilitate communication and access. This study integrates the Technology Acceptance Model and Customer Experience Theory to provide empirical evidence on how digital-based interventions can advance hospital service quality.
