Pencak silat is an Indonesian cultural heritage and tradition that is rich in philosophy, art, and sport. In Kuningan Regency, pencak silat is not only seen as a sport, but also as a means to build character and community discipline. Despite its great potential, the achievement of pencak silat in this area still faces challenges, such as the lack of quality training and understanding of effective techniques. To overcome this, the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) of Kuningan Regency held a coaching workshop aimed at improving and increasing the competence of coaches and achievements in the pencak silat sport in Kuningan Regency. This activity was held on December 28, 2024 at the Muhammadiyah University of Kuningan, which was attended by 60 participants from various pencak silat schools. Competent speakers provided material on the basics of coaching, competition regulations, competition techniques and strategies, and first aid for sports injuries. The results of this activity are expected to form coaches who are able to educate athletes to achieve achievements, especially in the West Java Provincial Sports Week (BK PORPROV) Qualification Round competition. Thus, the socialization of this coaching is expected to contribute to improving the achievements of pencak silat in Kuningan Regency.

Higher education plays an important role in creating quality human resources in the future. As university students, our main task is not only to achieve academic achievements, but also to form strong, competent characters and be ready to face global challenges. Building a generation that is intelligent, characterized and competent as well as a process of self-maturation is an important step to prepare individuals who excel in science with integrity, leadership and good social skills. The intelligent generation has knowledge and skills according to the times, while the generation with character is able to integrate moral values, ethics and empathy in everyday life. In the context of higher education, this process is not only related to the formal curriculum, but also non-academic experiences that play a role in the personal growth of each student. The process of self-maturation in higher education trains students to be more independent, critical, and have a broad outlook on life and be responsive to various social problems. The formation of balanced character and competence will prepare students to contribute optimally in various aspects of life, including in the world of work, society and as responsible citizens. Therefore, it is important for every student to understand the essence of this process and commit to continuing to develop, both academically and personally, so that they can become a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has noble values ​​that can benefit the nation. and the world. Thus, higher education should not only focus on achieving academic degrees alone, but also on efforts to develop students who are mature in thinking, acting and character, so that they are able to face an increasingly complex and challenging world.

"School Principal's Strategy for Improving Non-Academic Achievement of Students at SDN 081 Panyabungan". Student achievement is important because a school is most often and generally in the spotlight, namely the achievements obtained by students in both academic and non-academic fields. The achievement data for SDN 081 Panyabungan shows several non-academic achievements from 2017-2023, up to 24 non-academic achievements that have been achieved in those 6 years. This research aims to: 1) The principal's strategy in improving the non-academic achievement of students at SDN 081 Panyabungan, 2) Analysis of the interests and talents of students at SDN 081 Panyabungan, 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the principal's strategy in improving the non-academic achievement of participants Educated at SDN 081 Panyabungan. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach with data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions and presenting data. The research results found that 1) The principal's strategy in improving the non-academic achievement of students at SDN 081 Panyabungan uses management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, supervising. 2) Analysis of students' interests and talents, namely conducting surveys and interviews to find out interests and talents, asking what activities they like and activities they want to develop, 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the principal's strategy in improving students' non-academic achievements, namely internal factors (interests and talents) and external factors (parents, society, school). The conclusion of this research is that non-academic education strategies are important for school principals and teachers to understand and pay attention to students' needs. Support from teachers, parents, the community and the school committee is also very important to achieve the goal of improving students' non-academic achievements.

This study was conducted because the author saw the facts at PT Pelita Mulia Bersinar Each employee has different knowledge that is adjusted to their level of education, this is a determinant for the placement and success of the goals of the targets to be achieved by the company; The experience of employees certainly varies according to how long they have worked in the field which will indirectly form different thought patterns. In addition, it will also affect decision making to achieve the best quality of livestock production; The variety of employee socialization styles with partner farmers who have their own characteristics and different socialization models; and The achievement of livestock production quality in a company is fluctuating which is influenced by different employee competencies, in this case, influenced by different levels of employee knowledge and experience. The purpose of this study is to study, find out, and analyze the influence of employee knowledge on the quality of livestock production; the influence of experience on the quality of livestock production; and the influence of employee knowledge and experience on the quality of livestock production. While the method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach, while the technical data analysis, namely descriptive statistics Analysis and Inductive Statistics (Inferential) with correlation and multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study and discussion show that employee knowledge has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; experience has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; and employee knowledge and experience have a positive effect on the quality of livestock production.

Anemia, caused by iron deficiency, can affect physical health and academic performance, particularly in adolescents and students. Factors such as diet, habits, and socio-economic status contribute to the incidence of anemia. Anemia can lead to fatigue, reduced concentration, and decreased physical endurance. Therefore, improving nutritional status is crucial to support health and academic achievement.

Clustering is one of the methods in data mining used in grouping data based on certain characteristics. This study aims to compare the performance of the K-Means Clustering and Hierarchical Clustering methods in clustering Senior High Schools (SMA) in Surakarta based on the parameters of the number of students, facilities, accreditation scores, and school achievements. In this study, a comparison was made between two popular clustering methods, namely K-Means Clustering and Hierarchical Clustering, to group Senior High Schools (SMA) in Surakarta City based on various relevant attributes. The attributes used include graduation rates, number of students, teaching quality, and available facilities. The results of the study show that both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. K-Means is more efficient in terms of processing time, while Hierarchical Clustering provides a deeper understanding of the structure of relationships between SMAs. K-Means clustering provides better clustering results in terms of separation between clusters, with a higher Silhouette Score (0.52) and a lower Davies-Bouldin Index (0.88). This shows that K-Means is more efficient and better in clustering SMA based on the given data.

Local wisdom plays an important role in education, especially in shaping students' characters in accordance with the nation's cultural values. This study aims to examine the integration of local wisdom Sedekah Bumi in achieving the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) in elementary schools. Sedekah Bumi, as a local tradition rich in cultural values, can be an effective medium in shaping students' characters in accordance with Pancasila values. The research method used is literature study and qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the integration of Sedekah Bumi in the elementary school curriculum can improve students' understanding of Pancasila values, such as mutual cooperation, social concern, and love for the environment. This implementation also supports the achievement of P5 which includes believing and being devoted to God Almighty, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking, and creativity.

Thus, there is a need for a computer-based system that can facilitate teachers in identifying outstanding students. . The system is an application that is made, SPK using the WP method. With the application of the following method, the best option can be determined from various choices and their features through the weighing process. Thus, the results of this research can help teachers and principals at SDN Daha Walu in obtaining the highest score ranking based on the system that can be used as a reference for decision making.

Welfare is crucial in the economy, indicating that people are able to meet their basic needs, such as food and clothing. Moreover, the existence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) greatly supports the achievement of this welfare by providing economic opportunities that help people access their living needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in improving community welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a literature study approach supported by secondary data. The results of this study reviewed from an economic aspect state that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in improving community welfare. The greater the welfare, the better the country's economic growth and development. In addition, there is legal support through various regulations designed to support the development of MSMEs and realize community welfare.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using a guided inquiry learning approach on the development of critical thinking skills in sixth grade elementary school in Mathematics. This research uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method, namely the researcher does not control the variables, only takes data regarding the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis in this research uses descriptive and regression analysis. This research was motivated by teachers' difficulties in providing a good understanding of grade 6 elementary school mathematics learning material on the application of ratios in everyday life, namely scales. teachers' limited knowledge regarding the application of inquiry-based learning methods, as well as students' low critical thinking abilities in mathematics learning and their overall low academic achievement. The population in this study were 77 grade VI students at Wadungasri Elementary School, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, and a sample of 25 students was taken. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data processing techniques with validity testing using expert judgment techniques. Reliability test uses Alpha Cronbach. Analysis prerequisite tests are normality test and linearity test. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression test. Research results: the guided inquiry learning model has an effect on students' critical thinking skills by 1.673%.

The aim of this research is to determine if the discussion method enhances student learning outcomes in social studies for SD/MI. A literature review approach was utilized to conduct this investigation. This method is based on several relevant articles that explore how discussion techniques influence learning outcomes in social studies at the SD and MI levels. Findings from various journals indicate that the discussion method significantly improves academic performance, and its implementation effectively boosts student achievement, particularly in social studies classes for elementary students.

Education is an essential component in an individual’s life which plays a role in providing self-development, determining the future, and forming national identity. In the educational process, reading skills are an important aspect because reading is the key to gaining knowledge. A high interest in reading will encourage students to learn independently and broaden their horizons. However, interest in reading is often influenced by internal factors such as understanding the benefits of reading, and external factors such as the social environment and the availability of learning media.  Games Book-based learning media is one solution to increase students’ reading interest. This media combines game elements with learning, creating an interactive and fun learning atmosphere. Games Books are also able to stimulate creativity, increase learning motivation, and support collaborative learning. In its implementation, this media is designed to attract students’ attention with educational games such as mazes, puzzles, puzzles and other games. As a result, the use of this media has proven to be effective in increasing students’ reading interest. This research aims to explore the potential of using Games Books in increasing students’ reading interest, especially at the elementary school level. With a creative educational approach, it is hoped that this media can make a positive contribution to the learning process, support the achievement of educational goals, and create meaningful learning experiences.

Ethical business conduct is increasingly considered important as a strategy to face competition professionally in the era of globalization and digitalization. Business ethics help companies build strong trust, reputation and loyalty among customers, employees and other stakeholders. This research explores various forms of ethical behavior in business, including transparency, social responsibility, and commitment to fair and sustainable practices. Through theoretical approaches and case studies, this research shows that companies that adopt ethical behavior not only improve their image in the eyes of the public but can also achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The results show that companies that conduct business ethically tend to gain stronger customer loyalty, higher employee productivity, and mitigation of reputational risks. In addition, ethical business behavior also has a positive impact on the achievement of long-term goals and corporate sustainability. Therefore, ethical business behavior is not just a moral choice but also an effective business strategy in facing competition professionally

The Professional Strengthening Program for Teachers (P2K) implemented at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Maros aims to improve students' teaching skills through a practical approach. This classroom action research (CAR) focuses on the application of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model to improve the early reading skills of grade I students. The learning process is carried out in two cycles that include planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. The results of the study indicate that the use of letter card media is effective in increasing active student participation, learning interest, and student learning outcomes, as indicated by an increase in the average score from the first cycle to the second cycle. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in learning strategies, especially through the use of simple interactive media, to overcome the challenges of student heterogeneity at the elementary school level.

This study aims to study the concept of curriculum administration process. Curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and learning materials and methods used as guidelines in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. The curriculum administration process consists of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The curriculum is a planning document that contains the objectives to be achieved, the content of the material and learning experiences that students must do, strategies and methods that can be developed, evaluations designed to collect information about the achievement of objectives, and the implementation of documents designed in real form. Thus, the curriculum plays an important role in the success of student education. One aspect that can increase the success of the curriculum is the administration of the implementation of the curriculum at the relevant educational institution, in other words, the implementation of the curriculum is institutional in nature. This study focuses on the literature study method by collecting literature (related materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Administration. The term curriculum administration emphasizes efforts to direct the curriculum so that the curriculum can be implemented appropriately in various educational activities

This study aims to describe the importance of ethical and cultural leadership in education, especially in creating a conducive learning environment, which not only focuses on academic achievement, but also on the formation of students' moral character. One of the main challenges in the world of education today is the decline in polite behavior and moral ethics in the school environment, which results in rampant violations of social and religious norms. Ethical and cultural leadership is expected to provide solutions to this problem by instilling strong moral values and maintaining the sustainability of cultural values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method to analyze the concept of ethical and cultural leadership. The results of the study show that ethical educational leaders must uphold the principles of justice, responsibility, and transparency in every action, while cultural leaders must be able to maintain and adapt cultural values to remain relevant to the times. These two types of leadership are expected to create a healthy organizational culture and build integrity in educational institutions, as well as motivate their followers to play an active role in achieving holistic educational goals. Turnover Intention influenced by a combination of individual, organizational, and work environment factors. In this context, psychological theories such as Herzberg's two-factor theory can help understand this dynamic by dividing factors that influence job satisfaction into motivators and hygiene factors. Motivators, such as recognition and achievement, contribute to higher job satisfaction, while hygiene factors, such as working conditions and management policies, play a role in preventing dissatisfaction. This study aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, job stress, managerial support, and employee engagement on turnover intention in various sectors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Likert scale-based survey to collect data, which were analysed using Pearson correlation tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and managerial support have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention, while job stress shows a significant positive relationship. In addition, employee engagement through organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) has been shown to reduce turnover intention even though the level of job satisfaction is low. This study provides practical implications for organizations to design employee retention strategies through stress management, increasing job satisfaction, and managerial support. This study contributes to the enrichment of the literature on human resource management, particularly in understanding the dynamics of turnover intention, and recommends further research with a longitudinal approach to validate the results in other sectors.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of digital technology and learning motivation on students' academic achievement at MA-YA Ikhsan, Pasuruan Regency. In today's digital era, technology has become an important component in the learning process, which can increase interaction between students and subject matter. The method used in this study is quantitative, involving 30 students randomly selected from the school population. Questionnaires were distributed to students to collect data on the frequency of digital technology use, level of learning motivation, and students' academic achievement. The results showed that 80% of students often use digital technology routinely to learn, and 70% of them feel more motivated when learning with digital media. The average academic score of students who actively use technology reaches 85, while students who are not active only reach 75. These findings indicate a significant positive relationship between the use of digital technology and learning motivation on students' academic achievement. Therefore, it is important for schools to continue to integrate technology into the learning process in order to improve the quality of education. Through this study, it is hoped that educators can understand the importance of utilizing technology in learning and creating an environment that supports student motivation. This research can also be a reference for further studies on the impact of technology in education in various contexts.

The research aims to analyze the form of contract delay in the Civil Code and outline the implications of contract delay due to force conditions in the Covid-19 pandemic. To answer this problem, normative legal research methods or library research are used. This normative type of research uses qualitative analysis, namely by explaining existing data with words or statements sourced from prime legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data obtained from the literature will be analyzed deductively. Analysis is a method of analyzing general legal knowledge data obtained from laws and literature and then implemented on the problems raised, so that answers to specific problems are obtained. The results of the research show that the form of contract delay is regulated in articles 1244-1245 of the Civil Code which determines that force majeure can eliminate the element of default in the agreement, as long as the force force actually occurs and prevents one of the parties from carrying out its obligations, the type of contract delay is a contract in banking institution agreements, contracts in certain collateral imposition agreements, and contracts in business agreements. The implications of contract delays due to force majeure conditions in the Covid-19 pandemic where actions occur by not carrying out or delaying carrying out the achievements stated in the contract resulting in default and ultimately civil legal disputes between the parties involved in the contract. Dispute resolution through court or litigation refers to procedural law regarding the requirements under which a dispute or legal action can be submitted and the efforts that can be taken by the parties. as for preferences for conflict resolution (ADR) or non-litigation or preferences for conflict resolution using mediation, arbitration and negotiation methods

This research aims to analyze the implementation of summative evaluation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban. Summative evaluation is carried out through written and oral tests to assess student achievement in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, especially in Al-Qur'an and Hadith subjects. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that summative evaluation is effective in assessing student achievement while identifying learning needs. Challenges that arise, such as varying abilities to memorize and read the Qur'an, are successfully overcome through individual approaches and varied evaluation strategies. This research highlights the importance of combining formative and summative evaluation to provide ongoing feedback. Recommendations include teacher training, use of technology, and collaboration with parents to increase the effectiveness of evaluation and learning.
