One of the assets owned by the company is employee work productivity, in order to produce good productivity for the company. To increase employee productivity, a good communication is needed in the company. A leader provides direction for his employees to communicate well and create a sense of comfort at work. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between work communication on employee work productivity at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional I . This study used a quantitative method with data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents who were the sample. Based on the values ​​obtained, it states that the T test with a significant value of work communication 0.000 <0.05 means that work communication has a positive and significant effect on work productivity in the HR & General services division for employees, so that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the results of the coefficient test determination is 82% while the remaining 17% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. So the advice that can be given is to improve work communication so that employees have good work productivity and understand the goals desired and trusted by the company.

The land registration process requires certainty of the physical data of the land object as well as certainty of the juridical data of the land subject as well as the party providing information regarding the truth of land ownership. The certainty of physical data and juridical data will determine the quality of the certificate product and guarantee against lawsuits from other parties who feel they own the land. Participation will be realized if the community has an understanding of the greater benefit value if their land is registered and certified. The formulation of the research problem includes: how is the conversion of land rights regulated and what are the legal consequences of the conversion of land rights. The type of research used is normative legal research. The conclusions of this research include: Regulation of conversion of land rights, including Law no. 5 of 1960 was promulgated on September 24 1960, which marked the formation of the National Land Law. Inventory Information System is an information technology-based system that aims to assist organizations or institutions in managing and monitoring inventory more efficiently and provides an overview of the inventory information system, the main focus of its development, and the expected benefits of implementing this system. Using a manual system for each product written with a book, of course, is not efficient can result in  inventory data easily lost and damaged, easy to occur errors or data loss.  To overcome the occurrence of these problems is there is a web-based inventory information system application to solve the occurrence of errors that are often found in the world of work. Based on the results obtained This research can overcome the problem of data loss, data errors, with the help of this information system can help solve problems that often occur. The rise of disease outbreaks caused by microorganisms such as SARS, bird flu, HIV and COVID-19 has made people use products that contain antiseptics such as soap and hand sanitizer. However, if used continuously it will dissolve the layer of fat and sebum on the skin so that the skin becomes sensitive, dry, and irritated. The development of antiseptic products can be done with natural ingredients such as green betel leaf extract (Piper betle L). It is known that green betel leaf (Piper betle L) has long been used in traditional medicine and can be a natural antiseptic ingredient for making hand sanitizer. This study aims to determine the formulation of hand sanitizer from betel leaf extract (Piper betle L) accompanied by a physical stability test. The materials used in this study were methyl paraben, triethanolamine (TEA), glycerin, aquadest, 95% ethanol, lime juice, green betel leaf extract obtained from the reflux extraction process. The research was conducted by varying the betel leaf extract 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%. Tests were carried out by covering organoleptic observations (shape, color, odor), pH, homogeneity, dispersion.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of factor analysis of the exprential marketing variables, namely the variables sense, feel, think, act, and relate to customer satisfaction in shopping for products in Indomaret Pajjaiang, the sampling method is using a questionnaire. This study uses the Validity Test method. and Reliability Test for Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Variable simultaneous influencesense(U1), feel(U2)think(U3), act(U4), andRelate(U5)have a significant effect on consumer decisions in shopping for products at Indomaret Pajjaiang.Thiscanbeevidencedfromtheresults of the analysis of the X test Xcount> Xtable (92,231> 2,28) which shows that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable in consumer satisfaction shopping for products in Pajjaiang Indomaret is strongly influenced by variables other than research. (sense, feel, think, act, and relate) either partially or simultaneously and positively and significantly effect on the dependent variable, while the most influential variable in consumer shopping decisions is the variable which is the relate that has the highest coefficient of 9,604.

Given the number of   supermarkets (supermarket) which is located in the same area, then by itself would give birth to the fierce competition to seize visitors and buyers. Additionally the competition also came from some retailers in traditional markets and shops are scattered in the same area. Sinar Bone Supermarkets is one of the famous retail among some retail in the city of wiwirano Konawe utara. In the motion of daily operations, Sinar Bone Supermarkets as shopping centers provide a variety of different goods with different types, brands and sizes at varying price levels. Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara .Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Sinar Bone Supermarket. "Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service " The method used in  this  research is  descriptive quantitative method in  accordance with  the  purpose of  the  research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara , especially in the service sector should be implemented properly.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether environmental awareness, green product advertising, environmental knowledge, and green buy intention can affect each other as well as whether Makassar residents' environmental knowledge is influenced by their intentions to make green purchases. Descriptive research methodologies are used in this study. Data from samples in Makassar were also gathered by researchers via an online survey method. Makassar population sampling is made easier with the use of the probability sampling technique. The study's findings indicated that while environmental knowledge had a positive and significant impact on green purchase intention, green purchase intention had a positive and significant impact on environmental knowledge, and environmental awareness and green product advertising had a positive but not statistically significant effect on green purchase intention. The restricted sample size of 164 respondents resulting from time constraints during the research process is the research's main weakness.

In order to address a number of issues, this study attempts to determine the most effective marketing techniques for Lazisnu items, particularly when it comes to social media marketing. Field observation techniques and a qualitative approach with a scientific foundation were used in this study to interpret the occurrences that were observed. The study's findings indicate that the internal and external variables of the research object have an impact on marketing strategy efforts. The existence of Lazisnu, the degree of rivalry among rivals, people's enthusiasm in starting their own businesses, and people's limited saving capacity are examples of external variables. Internal issue factors, on the other hand, prevent marketing strategies from being successful. These include subpar human resource quality, less creative promotional efforts, a lack of infrastructure and funding, and a failure to keep up with digitalization trends in the marketing industry.

The research in this dissertation is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of quality educational institutions that have a good process to create high student achievement, design a good curriculum taught by qualified teachers and good products as evidenced by the students being able to compete with superior schools. inside and outside the city so that, with a good process, Madrasa are no longer underestimated and even become the community's main choice of superior schools. The research approach uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are 1) single case data analysis, 2) cross-site analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: ( 1) The formulation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by : formulating the vision and mission of the madrasa, determining the goals of planning for the development of student talents and interests that have been carried out by the madrasa, mapping talents and interests based on abilities and fields of study . Recruitment of basic education students with implementation of strict selection assessment taking into account several assessments, namely the recruitment of the academic path through with report cards and Olympics. Non-academic selection recruitment is seen from the results of students' memorization of the Koran, sports, arts and so on . (2) The implementation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by: 1) Programs of extracurricular activities provided for all students according to their potential, interests, talents, and abilities, so that students can develop maximally. 2) Supporting activities through routine and spontaneous activities that are carried out optimally can develop students' talents and interests.

Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa is a cemetery managed by the Gotong Royong Social Foundation, has been using infographics in promotional media in the form of brochures, catalogs and business cards since 2017. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using infographics in promotional media. The EPIC model is used as a method to determine the effectiveness of infographics in the promotional media that have been used, using the indicators of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication. Respondents in this study were people who had used the services of Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa. The results of this study indicate that the use of infographics in promotional media is very effective, with an EPIC index score of 3.38 indicating that the decision scale is very effective. While the tabulation of the EPIC and EPIC Rate dimensions indicated that the four dimensions of the EPIC model (empathy, persuasion, impact and communication) had a value greater than the minimum value of Very Effective of 3.25. This research can be used by stakeholder are related to cooperatives and UMKM, regarding the perspective of the use of infographics in promotional media that has proven to be effective, through the use of infographics to display products or services in promotional media for the cooperative development and UMKM.

To determine whether or not a business is feasible, a business feasibility analysis is needed. This study will analyze the feasibility of vannamei shrimp pond cultivation in Bumi Pratama Mandira Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province which is carried out semi-intensively so that it can lead to the possibility of experiencing profits or losses. The purpose of the study was to determine the amount of investment costs, total production costs, income and income as well as a feasibility study using the calculation of Break Even Point (BEP), R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, Return on Investment (ROI), and Payback Period. (PP) vannamei shrimp farming business. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research. The population in this study were people who worked as vaname shrimp cultivators in Bumi Pratama Mandira Village, so that in this study a sample of 3 vaname shrimp cultivators was used using purposive sampling technique as a sampling technique. Types of research data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are the third effort of vannamei shrimp farmers in Bumi Pratama Mandira Village, Ogan Komering Ilir District, South Sumatra Regency.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of motivation and attention of students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom because teaching and learning activities still use conventional methods. This makes students have difficulty in understanding the material being studied so that basic competencies and KKM are not achieved. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. In this study, researchers used multimedia with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning medium by using a computer that can display text, images, video, and audio so that the learning process is more enjoyable for students. The results of this study are multimedia-based learning media using the Mind Map method. The validity value of media experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.8 which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 61% initially to increase to 86.11%.

CompanyInteractive profile is a multimedia based program that can used for support information andpromotion already there is on the SLM-SAIN GGBI. SAIN already do promotion with stage ToT (Training of trainers) as much three times, however even then not yet can reach whole region GGBI services, Year 2017-2020 ( before pandemic ) still a little churches involved in Movement Dear Indonesian children, so hinder achievement SAIN 's vision and mission for reach out , disciple and give socialization to children and churches.  LSM-SAIN GGBI needs a medium for help serve information and more promotions interesting and effective in reach children and churches, protect those who are still must keep going socialized as well as educating, without must do activity physical, that is with company profileinteractive.Interactive company profile could used for develop system information based on the website on the LSM -SAIN GGBI and could serve more view interesting for used children.  Results planning this in the form of company profile the interactive containing information and promotion of LSM-SAIN GGBI, Education, Socialization, and Games. Results from study this based onfrom test validation media expert is 37, from expert Theory is 36. Criteria this is atbetween 31-40 i.e belong to in valid category and results test try effectiveness product is 27. Criteria this are between 21 – 30 are classified as in category effective. So that toolhelp interactive company profile this could declared valid and effective as well as worthy for used.

Product quality is a key factor in influencing consumer satisfaction. The study is aimed at investigating and analyzing the impact of product quality on consumer satisfaction levels in the clothing industry. The study uses survey and interview methods to collect data from 54 responden involved in the purchase of products at King's Wire Shops in Semarang. Data analysis results show that product quality has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for companies in their efforts to improve consumer satisfaction through improved product quality.

This article discusses the process of rebranding the product photo of Madu Riduwan UMKM in Gebang Putih Village. Product photo rebranding is an important strategy in strengthening brand identity, increasing visual appeal, and achieving marketing success. Through photo analysis prior to rebranding and planning for photo concept selection, Madu Riduwan UMKM managed to produce more attractive, professional product photos and strengthen their brand image. The results of this product photo rebranding are expected to expand market reach, increase brand awareness, and build closer relationships with consumers.

Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs.

Farmers often have difficulty in choosing the pesticides to use. Where pesticide products are very widely circulated in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but farmers often experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product. The inappropriate use of pesticides on shallots used by farmers can affect the yield of shallots. The WASPAS assessment criteria in the selection of pesticides on shallots consisted of price criteria weighing 40%, size criteria weighing 10%, area criteria weighing 30% and expiration criteria weighing 20%. The results of the recommendation for the selection of pesticides on shallots were obtained from the highest Q_i value. Of all the pesticides on shallot plants above, the highest Q_i value is Agrithane with a Q_i value of 0.897. Agrithane has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage weight.

The many variations of Muslim clothing make customers confused in determining which clothes to buy. One solution is to use a recommendation system that can help customers find clothes according to their wants and needs. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide product recommendations to Muslim clothing stores using the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation results will only display a maximum of 6 Muslim clothes that have been seen or purchased based on the similarity value of the highest Muslim clothing to the recommendation level with the lowest similarity. The results of Muslim clothing recommendations from customer A are Queen Dress (P0007) with a similarity value of 2.00, Trimuji Toyobo (P0006) with a similarity value of 1.40, Wonder Set 3in1 (P0008) with a similarity value of 1.00, Afnan Atasan Tunik (P0009 ) with a similarity value of 1.00 and Abaya Embroidery Maxi (P0010) with a similarity value of 1.00

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities carried out by individuals or groups that aim to prosper individuals and groups. One of the problems faced by MSMEs Dapoer Cesky is a lack of knowledge and understanding of the benefits of branding, they do not have a good entrepreneurial spirit and they have not received training or assistance regarding technical branding strategies. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, namely surveys and designing logos and supergraphics. It is important for MSMEs players to understand that the branding of a product is the single most important factor to ensure its successful use by the general public or other target markets. This is because according to marketing techniques, branding functions as a means to evoke positive consumer perceptions.

The purpose of this study: 1). To find out and analyze the effect of wages on employee productivity, 2). To find out and analyze the effect of length of service on employee productivity, 3). To find out and analyze the effect of skills on employee productivity. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of CV. Wuri Wijaya in Boyolali district. This study was conducted by sampling, with a saturated sample technique, a sample of 45 data was obtained. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression, the least squares method. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1). Wages have a positive but insignificant effect on employee productivity, 2). Length of service has a positive but insignificant effect on employee productivity, 3). Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
