The high cost of education in Indonesia makes it difficult for people from the middle to lower economic classes to continue their education to a higher level. Due to budget constraints, many students decide not to continue their education to a higher level. The Indonesian government seeks a solution to deal with this problem by providing a financial assistance program in the form of KIP-K scholarships to outstanding students from the middle to lower economic classes. The KIP-K scholarship program also seeks to develop quality human resources. One of them is registered in the Education Management study program at Surabaya State University. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the provision of KIP-K scholarships has an impact on the academic performance of Surabaya State University students class of 2021 enrolled in the Education Management study program. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use normality test calculations, T tests and simple regression analysis. The results of the study state that there is an influence between the provision of KIP-K scholarships on the learning achievement of Surabaya State University Education Management students class of 2021, with a coefficient value of 54.1%.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

Background: Waste that continues to accumulate every year is an unresolved environmental problem at the regional to global level. This problem can actually be overcome by applying good waste management according to its type (organic and inorganic). However, waste management is still rarely practiced in the community, for example for residents of Tegal Sari Village RT 1 and 3, Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The waste segregation, disposal, and processing system in the village is not optimal. Objective: Therefore, the Desa Relasi program aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of residents in managing organic and inorganic waste through Takakura composting and inorganic crafts. Methods: The program was formed based on the results of problem priorities obtained during PBL through identification and analysis of health problems in the village by collecting secondary and primary data (with interviews and questionnaires). Results: Activities in the program are in the form of counseling, cadre debriefing, demonstration, and practice. The evaluation instruments used were pre-post test questionnaires (I and II), observation, and evaluation through chat. Based on the results of the knowledge test during counseling, 72.73% of residents experienced an increase in knowledge, 22.73% were stagnant, and 4.55% experienced a decrease (pre-post test I). While in post-test I - II, 77.72% experienced an increase, 18.18% did not experience an increase or decrease, and 4.55% experienced a decrease. Conclusion: There was an increase in knowledge in most participants regarding organic and inorganic waste management. Therefore, it is hoped that Tegal Sari Village residents will be able to apply good waste management so that it can produce use, sale and aesthetic value and advance the village.

Children must be safeguarded from violence and prejudice while living, growing, developing, and participating in society to the fullest extent feasible, in accordance with human dignity and values. This study's focus is, thus, on ending child abuse in the Indonesian city of Bandar Lampung. The Bandar Lampung Police Women and Children Protection Unit's (PPA Unit) preventative efforts include community outreach and counseling on child protection, school-based preventative socialization and legal education on sexual violence crimes, and training and education on sexual and reproductive health rights as a required course, CCTV facilities and emergency management buttons, violence prevention teams specifically for sexual violence and standard operating procedures for prevention and competency tests and exploration activities against sexual violence and collaboration with agencies -Agency related to child protection.

An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

This study aims to describe the effect of using the jigsaw cooperative learning model on the writing skills of review texts of class XI MAN 2 Padang City students. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods. The research design used was The Posttest Only Control Group Design. The study population was class XI MAN 2 Padang City using a purposive sampling technique for sampling. The selected sample consists of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The data in this study were scores of students' review text writing skills in class XI MAN 2 Padang City using the jigsaw cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. The research instrument is a performance test. Based on the results of data management, it shows that the average value of students using the jigsaw cooperative learning model is 85.42 while the average value of students using the conventional method is 73.50. The results of the hypothesis test show that tcount > ttable (6.09 > 1.68). Thus, it shows that the jigsaw type cooperative learning model is better than using conventional methods.

There are various kinds of business applications in this country, including one of them is a business in the family. Business management education in the family is very important to ensure the survival of each family member.  This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses the success of business education and management in the family. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to the success of business management education in the family, these 8 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determining factors for the success of business management education in the family including Market Assessment, Understanding Customer Satisfaction, Understanding Innovation Development, and Being Able to Find Appropriate Human Resources.

Archiving is a process or activity that starts from creation, receipt, collection, regulation, control, maintenance, care, and storage as well as evaluation according to a certain predetermined system. As time goes by and also the many activities that have been carried out at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, more and more archives have been created. The purpose of this study was to find out the causes of archive management and to find out the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to archive management in the HR and general division at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach in which data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, several things can be improved for more efficiency and effectiveness in archiving 1) What can be improved is the system currently used. Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, namely the system regarding this is quite good, it's just that in recovering it is still difficult to find because letters are in other classification sections such as payment archives in the information system classification. 2) Tools and equipment used in managing archives are wooden and glass cabinets. The arrangement is still disorganized because the order folders are just piled up. The archive storage space is too small so many archives accumulate and cannot be put in the cupboard. 3) There are still many archives whose duration of archive destruction is too long, considering the number of incoming documents or document production is quite high and quite a lot because archives that are old and no longer needed will be destroyed within a yearly period.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning interest on the level of understanding of accounting. This study uses primary data which includes questions in the form of a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale. The research sample is 133 students who had completed introductory accounting courses. The results showed that emotional intelligence had an effect of 64,4% on students understanding of accounting and learning interest had an effect of 72,2% on students understanding of accounting, simultaneously emotional intelligence and student learning interest had a positive and significant impact on the level of accounting of faculty students economics study program of management and accounting at Pasim National University.    

A notary is a public official who aims to serve the public in the field of legal services in making authentic deeds by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2004. This goal can be achieved if human resource management provides job descriptions and specifications to achieve employee work effectiveness one of which is the Notary Office of Ebony Kiki Haga, S.H., M.Kn, which requires employee work effectiveness in service activities. In this case, the administrative staff is the most important role related to the effectiveness of the notary's office. Work effectiveness has not been achieved properly because there is no defined job description and specifications, so there is often a miscommunication regarding the division of work. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using field methods (observation), interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, then testing the credibility of the data using the triangulation method. The result of this research is that the work effectiveness of administrative staff has met 3 (three) indicators of work effectiveness, after doing job analysis with the results being able to apply job descriptions and specifications for administrative staff.

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

This article aims to review and seek to inform about the concept of reviewing tourism marketing through information technology as a tourism industry management plan. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand tourism marketing reviews through information technology as a management model planning in the tourism industry requires several important things including: (a) Travel consumer, (b) Trends in tourism technology, (c ) Digital Marketing (DM) and (d) Virtual Reality (VR). Technology is a central element and a foundation for actors in the tourism industry promoting media that is relevant to the development of information technology, especially in the form of social media and websites.

In addition to causing a recession in the national economy, this issue has also decreased peoples' purchasing power and ability to withstand the rising cost of living.This study outlines the efforts made by the Bandung Regency government to provide good guarantees for street children through preventive measures, financial education assistance, fostering enthusiasm and shelter supervision, developing regulations and policies, and providing freedom of choice for street children in the medium term through playing, direct support, approaches to tackling social issues, and suggestions for revenue management. the enhancement of human resources, research into the growth of street children, and evaluation of good street child conduct are all attempts to better society.The problem is that because of spiritual issues, many of them try to escape and destroy necessities of life. Despite having a sizable state budget, it is impossible to employ street children in suitable jobs. Additionally, there is still a dearth of assistance and backing from many organizations.

Based on the analysis that the author conducted regarding the Recognition of Ulayat Rights in the Republic of Indonesia, the district/city government is the first line to provide recognition and protection of customary rights over customary law community lands. This research aims to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the implementation of the company's Internal Control System. Data analysis used the positivism philosophy method in a family business company engaged in the manufacturing industry since 1946. Informants were determined by purposive sampling, namely, taken from the top management, middle management, and staff groups. Data analysis techniques in this study used a case study approach through interviews. Research results: GCG implementation is not following best practices by this family business company, and Internal Control System implementation has not become aware by management.

This study examines the correlation between corporate governance and voluntary disclosure of information. The sample used was companies that conducted an IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. Using purposive sampling technique, 129 data were obtained. The analytical tool used was multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The study found that the number of board of directors influenced voluntary disclosure of information, while foreign  ownership, institutional ownership, management  ownership, public share ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees were not found to influence voluntary disclosure.GCG, . voluntary disclosure, foreign   ownership, institutional ownership 

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this.
