The independent variable studied was the provision of Tui Na massage, while the dependent variable was eating behavior. The results were analyzed using a paired sample T test. The results of the study prior to the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (80%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (20%). After the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (65%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (35%). The results of data analysis using the paired sample T test showed that the p-value = 0.000 is smaller than the critical value = 0.05, because the p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in children. toddlers in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022 Giving Tui Na massage that has been done is able to launch the blood circulation system so that it can increase the supply of oxygen and the flow of nutrients in the body's cells, especially in the digestive organs so that the digestive organs are able to work optimally. Optimal work of the digestive organs will make toddlers feel hungry quickly because food absorption is better, so toddlers feel hungry more often and are able to eat well.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. This type of quantitative research Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples was 75 respondents at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno NganjukThe research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.230 + 0.193X1 + 0.481X2 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a simultaneous and significant effect on UD Customer Satisfaction. Brontoseno Nganjuk.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of capital and production costs on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at the city of Palangkaraya drinking water filling depot. This research will provide a clearer picture of the factors that affect the income of a drinking water-filling depot business. The quantitative approach to multiple regression analysis is a method of conducting research by focusing on the relationship between variables using quantitative data. From this study, capital and production costs significantly influence the income of micro and SME enterprises at drinking water filling depots in Palangkaraya City. Revenue increases when capital and production costs increase; income decreases when it decreases. Together, these two effects explain 60.3% of income inequality. Suggestions for future researchers are to expand the scope of their research by considering other factors that can affect the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) drinking water stations, such as Business location, product quality, and marketing strategy.

This study aims to examine the effect of the science and social studies module on story material in the area where I live on the learning outcomes of IV grade students at SDN Lebakrejo IV Purwodadi. This type of research is quantitative using experimental research methods, the form of Quasi Experimental Design research and the design of this research, namely Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research is the test instrument. The population in this study amounted to 27 students. The instrument includes a pre-test and post-test using the t-test statistical analysis technique. The results showed that there was a significant influence from the use of the science teaching modules which had been developed according to the needs and characteristics of students, namely the t count (3.52) was greater than the t table (2.06), so it could be concluded that the difference between the mean post-test scores of the two groups were statistically significant.

Oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguraikan kepemimpinan Nehemia yang revolusioner dan kaitannya dengan pemimpin-pemimpin masa kini. Metode yang penulis gunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan studi literatur, yakni menganalisis tesis (kepemimpinan masa kini) dengan meneladani (kepemimpinan Nehemia yang berhasil membawa perubahan dan berwibawa), membandingkan dan menyimpulkan berbagai pendapat yang mengacu pada eksposisi Alkitab, buku dan jurnal. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan Nehemia membawa perubahan yang besar pada saat kepemimpinannya, sehingga dari kepemimpinan Nehemia para pemimpin masa kini mengetahui relevansi dan belajar dari kepemimpinan yang Nehemia terapkan sepanjang kepemimpinannya, yang dapat menjadi teladan dan acuan perubahan terhadap kepemimpinan para pemimpin masa kini.

This study aims to describe the effect of the snowball throwing learning model on the results of learning to read Indonesian for grade IV SD students No.198 Inpres Bontorita Takalar Regency. The subjects used in the study were 30 students. This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of Pre Test Post Test Design, namely an experiment which in its implementation only involves one class as the experimental class without any comparison class (control class).The success of the learning process in terms of aspects, namely: the achievement of completeness of students' classical Indonesian learning outcomes, student activities in learning Indonesian. Learning is said to be successful if the above aspects are fulfilled. The data collection technique used is the score data for reading results which are collected using a reading test.The results of the descriptive statistical analysis using the Snowball Throwing Learning Model for positive reading skills, students' reading skills using the Snowball Throwing learning model show better learning outcomes than before the Snowball Throwing learning model was applied. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it is known that the calculated t value obtained is 11.5444 with a frequency of db = 30–1 = 29, at a significance level of 5% obtained t table = 2.04523. So, t count > t table or the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This proves that there is influence in applying the Snowball Throwing learning model to reading skills in Indonesian language class IV SD No.198 Inpres Bontorita.

This research was conducted to examine the influence of personality, motivation and social environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. Case Study of Management Study Program students at Tidar University. This study took a sample of 175 respondents where the data was taken by the questionnaire method. This research is a research with quantitative method, where research data is tested using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of personality, motivation and social environment together on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, personality and social environment have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. However, motivation shows a positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to be a material consideration for the University and also the awareness of students to develop the spirit and interest in entrepreneurship so that it can give birth to many entrepreneurs and contribute to the country's economy.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, workload and incentives on employee loyalty. Data was collected using a questionnaire on employees of the Public and State Property Section, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sampling technique is saturated with a total of 35 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS software version 25. The results of multiple linear analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. Y = 2.382 + 0.202 (X1) + 0.452 (X2) + 0.151 (X3) + €, so that it can be partially concluded that Career Development does not have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty, Workload and Incentives have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty in General and Property Sections State, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta.                                                                    

This research departs from the phenomenon of interpersonal relationships that are owned by the children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Orphanage which are still low and medium, this is marked by the orphans who do not know each other closely, do not understand each other's personal characteristics, are not familiar, lack of cooperation, orphans they still lack the courage to express their ideas or opinions, there are still social conflicts between them, they close themselves off because they lack confidence in getting along with other orphans, they lack a sense of initiative in making friends and working together. Researchers try to provide group guidance services with sociodrama techniques to orphanages to improve interpersonal relationships, the goal to be achieved in this study is to find out whether or not there are significant differences in the interpersonal relationships of orphanage children before and after being given sociodrama technique group guidance services, as well as effective whether or not the sociodrama technique group guidance services to improve the interpersonal relations skills of orphans at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. This research is classified as a pre-experimental study using a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study was the adolescent children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. The population is young women at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Riau Orphanage, totaling 20 people. The sample is adolescents who are indicated to have a poor level of interpersonal relations, namely 8 people, sampling based on purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used non-parametric statistical tests using the Wilcoxon signed rank test method with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.00. pretest and posttest. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation, a significant p-value of 0.011 < α (α = 0.05) is obtained, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon test, it can be interpreted that the interpersonal relationship skills of the orphans increased after being given treatment, namely the sociodrama technique Group Guidance Service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan workplace spirituality pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis eksplanatori yang menjelaskan fakta/data-data yang diperoleh dengan metode survey menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung ke DP3AP2KB Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 101 pegawai, skala likert dipergunakan dalam studi ini. Metode analisis statistik mempergunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terkuat untuk me ingkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (2) workplace spirituality berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (3) self efficacy berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai, dan (4) workplace spirituality berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai.

   This study aimed to investigate the effect of inquiry model on students' learning outcomes in social studies at the elementary school level. The study employed an experimental research design, using a sample of 23 sixth-grade students from SDN Trawas 1. The results showed that the use of the inquiry model in social studies significantly improved students' learning outcomes compared to the conventional method. In teaching social studies, the inquiry model can be applied by choosing topics that are interesting and relevant to students' daily lives. Thus, the use of the inquiry model in teaching social studies at the elementary school level can provide significant benefits to students, such as improving their learning outcomes and motivating them to learn independently and creatively.  

This study aims to understand the influence of brand ambassadors, cash-on-delivery services, and online customer reviews on the purchase choice of generation Z shopee sites in Surakarta City. For this study brand ambassadors (X1), cash on delivery services (X2), and online customer reviews (X3) are used as independent variables, while purchasing decisions (Y) are used as the dependent variable. Shopee users in Surakarta City who belong to the z generation and aged 10 to 24 years make up the population. With a sample of 100 respondents, simple random sampling was used as a sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis is used for statistical data analysis techniques.

Communication cannot be separated from human life, because it is a process of interaction between a person or group of people and their environment. In this case, good communication is very influential on the quality of service. The better the quality of service in the company, the higher the achievement of customer satisfaction. At the same time, poor service can undermine customer trust and satisfaction. . The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and Telkomsel customer satisfaction in Palangka Raya City. Data collection was carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires to Telkomsel service users in Palangka Raya City who were selected by random sampling. Respondents were asked to provide value or satisfaction points for Telkomsel's service quality. The procedure used in this study is a simple regression procedure with cross section data type. The data obtained was processed using the Eviews 12 application. The results of the data analysis obtained the regression model Y = 15.706 + 0.8041X. From this study it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the Simultaneous and Partial Effects between Product Quality and Promotional Strategies on Consumer Buying Interest (Survey on wedding photography and videograph vendors Hillostory Tasikmalaya). The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used is 40 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used in data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that simultaneously product quality and promotional strategies have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Partially the promotion strategy has an effect on consumer buying interest.    

Kajian ini membahas tentang Metode Dakwah yang digunakan Yayasan Thoriqoh Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Mujaddidiyah kepada para jamaah. Karena seiring perkembangan Teknologi yang saat ini semakin canggih, semua bisa dimanjakan oleh teknologi, terkadang kebahagiaan juga bisa didapatkan melalui teknologi. Namun ternyata itu belum cukup, karena dengan pesatnya teknologi, media sosial terkadang dapat membuat dampak buruk jika salah menggunakannya. Selain itu pengguna juga belum mendapatkan ketenangan hati, ketentraman dalam dirinya karena spiritualitas yang kurang. Maka dari itu mereka butuh adanya perbaikan diri, akhlak, serta memperkuat keimanan. Dalam hal ini metode penyampaian pesan dakwah kepada generasi muda agar mudah diterima dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kajian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena secara mendalam. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Metode Dakwah Thoriqoh Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Mujaddidiyah di kota Surabaya, serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat metode dakwah yang diterapkan. Sumber data diperoleh melalui hasil observasi dan wawancara terhadap da'i dan para jama'ah thoriqoh . Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Metode Dakwah menggunakan tiga cara yakni 1. Metode ceramah 2. Metode Diskusi 3. Metode Konseling. Pengaruh dakwah thoriqoh ini yakni, jamaah muda-mudi banyak menghabiskan waktu di pondok, mengikuti kegiatan, dan dapat menerapkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity, competence, and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Kantor Pengawasan Dan Pelayanan Bea Dan Cukai (KPPBC)Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas Semarang. The research population included all employees of the Office KPPBC Type Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang, totaling 205 people and 67 people were taken as a sample. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression statistical methods. The results showed: Integrity, Competence, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, integrity has a significant positive effect on employee performance, competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structure, Company Size, Company Growth on company value in companies listed on the IDX30 Index. The research period is 2019 – 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, so that 21 companies are obtained as research samples. The data analysis technique used in analyzing data uses Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that partially Profitability has a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value. Firm size has a significant effect on firm value. Company growth has no significant effect on firm value. The results of this research simultaneously show that profitability, capital structure, company size, and company growth have a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work stress and work life balance on employee productivity at PT. Pacific Medan industry. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and population questionnaires used are employees who work at PT. Pacific Medan Industri, with a population of 207. The number of samples drawn using the Slovin formula, the sample obtained was 68 respondents with = 0.1 . Data processing using SPSS Version 23 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of the research variable work experience partially positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Based on information from the teachers, the students’ SKI learning outcomes are low. The reason for this is that using varied teacher  media will result in students learning to feel bored and less enthusiastic and students become passive. The purpose of this research was conducted at private MTs N’L sorkam kanan in North Sumatera to be precise, students in class IX.A and IX.B. It can be seen that in the learning carried out after using flash card media on student SKI learning outcomes. This study used experimental research where class IX B was used as an experimental class. The class was given treatment using flash card media with a total of 24 students and for the control class, class IX.A was not given treatment but only used conventional media.  As every day in learning, the number of students here is  26 students will be seen that there is a good differences in the results when using flash card media with conventional media. So with that, trials were carried out with preter and portert tests to find out differences in students SKI learning outcomes before and after being given treatment.  Flash card media on the learning outcomes of SKI MTs Students private MTs NU Sorkam right in North Sumatra, which was seen in a paired t test with editorial T1 pretest and T2 posttest which produces sig= 0,000 which is smaller than the significant 0,05 and the tcount test is 10,021 while the t tabel of 24 students, the t tabel is 0,173 then Ha is accepted. 2. There are differences in student SKI learning outcomes using flash card media and conventional media as shown at sig= 0,018 which is smaller than the significant 0,05. 3. Student SKI learning outcomes using flash card media are better than conventional media seen at it sig=0,018 which is smaller than the significant 0,05 can be seen that student SKI learning outcomes using flash card media are better than conventional media.
