Business continuity, which is closely related to the long-term maintenance of the system in accordance with environmental, economic and social considerations, is an important point that needs to be considered by every MSME actor. The store business is one of the new MSMEs that is of concern so that it continues to carry out business continuity by being carried out based on currently related internal and external factors. Toreko created a unique business idea from brownies, innovating brownies into brownies cookies and using raw materials from mocaf flour. mocaf itself is a modified cassava flour product. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the sustainability position of the toreko business through a SWOT analysis, formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented by the toreko after knowing the position of the sustainability position of the business it has. The aggressive strategy is the main choice strategy obtained from the results of IFAS and EFAS. The SWOT matrix is used to determine and arrange the steps for implementing the strategy related to the choice of strategy. An aggressive strategy is carried out until the threat that the store has is smaller than the opportunities that exist. Improving sales promotions and maintaining satisfaction with customer loyalty is the key to realizing business continuity properly.

Perkembangan teknologi untuk digitalisasi berdampak pada sistem pembayaran, analisis untuk situasi masalah yaitu memeriksa kualitas e-wallet Go-Pay dalam berbagai aspek, urgensi kegiatan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Go-Pay bagus produk e-wallet, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas e-wallet Gopay, Dalam penelitian ini, selain teknik metodologi, dilakukan pencarian literatur pada perpustakaan untuk memperoleh informasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi data dan menggunakan sumber data yang sudah tersedia, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang etis dan logis. Terdapat tabel hasil, pembahasan, dan dampak dari beberapa jurnal yang membahas tentang Go-Pay. Keunggulan Go-Pay inilah yang mendorong pengguna Gojek untuk menggunakannya. Ketertarikan menggunakan sistem pembayaran digital Gopay juga dipengaruhi oleh utilitas yang dirasakan dan kenyamanan penggunaan. Tingkat dalam mempermudah dan keuntungan menggunakan aplikasi Go-Pay juga mempengaruhi minat pengguna Indonesia. Dari hasil dan pembahasan jurnal tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa GOPAY memiliki brand image dan kualitas aplikasi yang baik sehingga mempengaruhi kepuasan dan niat untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen saat menggunakan dompet Go-paye sangat penting dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan.

Customer loyalty is a customer's commitment to a brand, store or supplier based on a very positive nature. And customer loyalty consists of several variables, namely: quality, satisfaction and trust. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of quality, satisfaction, and trust on customer loyalty with internet packages of sympathy (study on major potential university students) as of April 1, 2022. This study used 152 respondents as research samples. By using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula and processing data using SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the three variables used in this study proved to have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. And through the results of this test, it can be seen that the test value of the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination is 0.502 which means that 50.2% of customer loyalty there are factors obtained, namely quality, satisfaction, and trust. While the remaining 100% - 50.2% = 49.8% is explained by other variables such as price, promotion, and brand image which are not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of Excellent Service and Price in Creating Customer Satisfaction at PT. Medan Trans Lestari rides. The type of data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative data analysis techniques which only use numerical calculations and then draw conclusions. The testing technique carried out in this study uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, hypotheses then multiple regression tests and finally the coefficient of determination test. In this study using statistical software SPSS Version 25. The results of this study are based on the results of the t test test which can be seen in the table above, the hypothesis test criteria are accepted, namely H1 is accepted, which means that partially Service Excellent has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that, partially, it can be concluded that H2 is rejected, which means that partially, price does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then simultaneously the variables Service Excellent (X1) and Price (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Trans Lestari rides.

Dan masih jarang juga Bank buka pada saat hari libur, karena masyarakat masih membutuhkan pelayanan perbankan yang dimana hari libur adalah kesempatan bagi mereka untuk bertransaksi secara maksimal. Sehingga banyak dari nasabah/pelanggan belum mendapatkan pelayanan maksimal dari bank dimana tempat mereka untuk bertransaksi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Customer Satisfaction, Customer Delight dan Customer Trust terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dengan ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan restoran otentik di Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan convenience sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan memilih sampel secara bebas sekehendak peneliti. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dari 155 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis multivariat. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (2) Customer Delight berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (3) Customer Trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 99 people. The data technique used is multiple linear regression using SPPS 24. Based on the results, customer value has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. There is a significant influence between customer value and customer satisfaction simultaneously or jointly on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. R Square of 0.631 or 63.1%, this means that 63.1% of the customer loyalty variable can be explained or influenced by customer value and customer satisfaction at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine how influential the store atmosphere variables and service quality are on customer satisfaction in silkygirl beauty products at Matahari Department Store Thamrin Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population used is employees who are consumers of slkyygirl beauty products, with the number of samples taken using the slovin formula, the sample obtained is 94 respondents with α = 0.5 . Data processing using SPSS Version 25 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial testing, the product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Then based on the partial results it can be concluded that H2 is rejected which means that partially service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In testing the F test that has been carried out by the author, it is known that the store atmosphere variable (X1) and service quality (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Silkygirl store in Matahari Department Store, Medan.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).

The purchase decision is the root of the achievement of a sale which on the purchase decision has an impact on turnover and sustainability of each organization. The purchase decision is one of the form of consumer behavior in using a product. In using a product to make a buying decision, consumers will go through a process that is a description of consumer behavior analyze various options to make decisions in make a purchase. The purchase target will be achieved if the attributes Purchasing drivers are met by the company, one of these attributes is: Quality of service, promotion, location.The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of samples set as many as 97 respondents. The analysis used includes the test validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially. Service quality affects satisfaction, however for the promotion variable has no positive and significant effect partially to customer satisfaction. And location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. For the simultaneous test, the quality of service, promotion and location has an effect on customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction is one of the factors or measures of success for any development in a business. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Major Success Blessing. The population in this study are registered clients from 2021, which are 56 clients. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on service quality, corporate image and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Major Success Blessing. One of the service provided by the Hospital is by providing fast service, so give satisfaction to secoety. Service provided by the Hospital in increasing customer satisfactions whit using technology the SIMRS application. Contitution Republic of Indonesian No. 44 year 2019 about Hospital in chapter 1 paragraph 3 every Hospital must organize SIMRS application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of knowledge and motivation of nurses on the use of the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa. Population in this research were 149 respondents. The sampling technique in quantitative research with a sample of 109 respondent and the sampling technique in qualitative research with a sample of 10 respondent. The method on this research is a mix method with cross sectional and generic quality approach. The results of the study obtained a p-value 0,001 < 0,05% which means that there is an effect on level of knowledge nurses on the use of  the SIMRS application and there is an influence on the motivation of nurses in using the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa.

Tingginga kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan disambut baik oleh swasta. Terdapat 63% Rumah sakit di Indonesia di milii oleh swasta. Di Tangerang terdapat 15 Rumah sakit swasta tipe B yang satu dengan lainnya bersaing dalam melakukan kegiatan bisnis untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru, tetapi juga meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan lama atau customer loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui customer satisfaction, customer trust, dan customer loyalty. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di rumah sakit X Gading Serpong Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien rumah sakit X Gading Serpong Tangerang yang berjumlah 120 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer satisfaction, customer trust, dan customer loyalty masing-masing pasien termasuk dalam kategori “Baik”. Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel customer satisfaction, customer trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pasien Rumah sakit X di Gading Serpong Tangerang. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa customer satisfaction (X1) dan customer trust (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel customer loyalty (Y) dengan nilai F hitung (46,673) > F tabel  (3,10).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan melalui prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan rumus CSI dil lengkapi dengan tabel customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 82% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja berada pada kategori sangat puas.

One way to maintain business continuity in the midst of intense competition is to maintain customer satisfaction. Product diversity is considered important here because the more diverse the number and types of products sold in one place, the customer will feel satisfied if he makes a purchase at that place and he does not need to make a purchase elsewhere. In addition, good service makes it easier for customers to find the goods they want. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of product diversity, service quality mediated by the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions. The analysis technique that will be carried out in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, model test, and hypothesis testing. The minimum sample selected in the study was 92 respondents. The adjusted R² value of 0.301 means that the effect of the product diversity variable (X1) and service quality variable (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y1) is 30.1%. The adjusted R² value of 0.422 means that the magnitude of the influence of the product diversity variable (X1), service quality variable (X2) and customer satisfaction (Y1) on repurchase intention (Y2) is 42.2%

The Covid-19 pandemic and the hospital class transition caused a decrease in the number of outpatient visitors at the Pandan Arang Hospital, Boyolali, except for the Gastroentero Hepatology (GEH) clinic. This study aims to determine the service quality by management to create patient satisfaction and loyalty, especially at the GEH clinic. In this study, the factors of service quality, customer experience, and customer perceived value that link trust and customer satisfaction to customers loyalty to find out motivate consumers or patients in the selection of hospitals. The methodology in this research is a mixed-method approach to Sequential Exploratory design, starting with interviews with the management and consultant doctors of GEH, followed by distributing questionnaires to GEH clinic patients with a total of 307 respondents at different and sequential times. The results of the study are Pandan Arang Hospital prepared infrastructure and competent human resources according to type B hospital qualifications. During the pandemic era, Pandan Arang Hospital provided outpatient services according to the recommendations of WHO and the Ministry of Health with a separate service flow between Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19 patients. The results of quantitative research found a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer experience, customer perceived value on trust; a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer perceived value, and trust in customer satisfaction; the positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Performance Management is a procedure related to how to guide and develop the quality of employees at work. Where, the work of employees becomes a benchmark for the company’s budgeting system. By optimizing performance, good performance management is needed to realize the company’s goals. The research subject is Cafe Uncle Jack, has been operating for 5 years (2017) as a culinary business and consists of Mrs. Lina as Leader, Mrs. Lini as Manager, Barista, Cashier, Waitress, and Cooker. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of human resources at Cafe Uncle Jack including several series of activities provided by the new employment. In a series of activities that occur in Uncle Jack’s Cafe, a qualitative descriptive method will be formulated in the form of interviews related to performance management. Based on the results of the interview, Cafe Uncle Jack gives full attention ti it’s employees so that the quality of performance and customer satisfaction can be guaranteed.

The very rapid development of technology, information, and communication in the current era of globalization is very helpful and facilitates the work of the world community, one of which is currently popular is the internet. This study aims to determine the contribution of service quality and product quality to Indihome customer satisfaction in the city of Padang. The methodology of this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 100 customers who were taken by the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously service quality and product quality had a positive and significant effect on Indihome customer satisfaction in the city of Padang. While partially the service quality variable has no significant effect on Indihome customer satisfaction in the city of Padang, and the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Indihome customer satisfaction in the city of Padang. Product quality is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction.

This research is quantitative to answer questions about the influence of service quality and promotion on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 Shopee marketplace customers at Panca Budi University. The model used is Multiple Regression and processed using SPSS. The research results indicate that service quality and promotion together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The promotion has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The determinant coefficient, in this case, means that 82.5% of consumer purchase satisfaction can be obtained and explained by service quality and promotion.

Outdoor Digital Printing Machine is a printing machine or digital printing machine whose printouts are intended for outdoors and are weather-resistant, both hot, sunlight and rain. Outdoor machines use a special type of ink, namely solvent ink. The principle of the outdoor machine itself is to print the design results that were previously in the computer. To drive an outdoor machine requires expertise and understanding in its use and there is a mode of acceleration of the printing process on an outdoor machine whose acceleration of the printing process is not yet known, where the acceleration of the printing process can affect consumer satisfaction. This study aims to 1) Knowing about Digital Print Tools as well as. 2) Knowing the use of Outdoor Digital Printing Machines. 3) Knowing the print speed of the outdoor machine. 4) Knowing the percentage of customer satisfaction. The research method used is the R&D method. By using the R&D method, the results obtained to determine the speed of the outdoor engine on the printhead motor with LOW mode have a speed of 124 m/s, MIDELL mode has a speed of 161 m/s, while HIIGH mode has a speed of 241 m/s. s. The results obtained to determine consumer satisfaction with the speed of the print rate through the time of using the machine using the Guttman scale, namely the overall process time of the outdoor digital printing printing machine on customer satisfaction has a conformity, which is indicated by the percentage of answers "Yes" an average of 75%.
