The criminal act of falsifying administrative documents related to civil registration is a form of crime that has serious implications for the order of state administration, public trust, and the validity of civil registration data. This study aims to analyse the motives and driving factors of perpetrators in falsifying administrative documents related to civil registration through the application of strain criminology theory. The research method used is normative legal research with a criminological approach, supported by a literature study of relevant laws, regulations, doctrines, literature, and court decisions. The results show that the falsification of administrative documents is influenced by the gap between the cultural goals of society—such as obtaining employment, education, and social status—and the limitations of available legal means. Social pressure, economic conditions, and negative experiences such as frustration and bureaucratic obstacles encourage individuals to commit illegal acts as a form of adaptation. In addition, other contributing factors include weak social control, opportunities created by an ineffective administrative system, and the influence of a permissive social environment on forgery practices. The conclusion of this study confirms that the crime of falsifying administrative documents is not solely an individual problem, but also a structural and systemic one. Therefore, prevention efforts must be comprehensive, not only through strict law enforcement, but also by improving the administrative system, strengthening bureaucratic oversight, and reducing the socio-economic pressures faced by the community.

Effectiveness is a fundamental component that functions to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set in an organization or program. BPJS organizes the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) program to provide protection and a sense of security to workers against the risk of work accidents in the form of financial support. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, field observations, and documentation reviews. The data analysis process includes the stages of data reduction, information presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, this study uses a triangulation method that includes source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that in general the implementation of the work accident insurance program at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has been carried out effectively, in accordance with the three main indicators of effectiveness used as references in this study. However, in the indicator of achieving program objectives, there are still several targets that have not been fully realized. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Work Accident Insurance program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilandak Branch Office, South Jakarta, has shown good effectiveness, although there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of achieving program objectives as a whole.

The research employs a quantitative approach through a survey by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents who have utilized Grab services (GrabFood or GrabExpress) in the last six months. Data analysis is conducted using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that shipping costs have a positive but insignificant effect on consumer behavior (sig. 0.172 > 0.05), while price has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence consumer behavior with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that 50.8% of consumer behavior is influenced by shipping costs and prices, while the remaining percentage is affected by other variables outside the model. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Grab maintain competitive pricing and continue to innovate its services to attract more consumers.

Employee transfers are common in companies, but regulations regarding transfer provisions are still very minimal. The absence of specific provisions governing transfers is often misused by employers, resulting in industrial relations disputes, one of which occurred between PT. Amartha Manunggal Prima and Khairunnisa Utami. This study aims to analyze the validity of the transfer process carried out by the company if there are no provisions or legal basis underlying the transfer process. This study uses a normative legal method, by analyzing the conformity between the considerations of the Panel of Judges in Decision Number 24/Pdt.Sus-PHI/PN JMB with laws and regulations, especially Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Ratification of the Job Creation. Based on the results of the analysis, a transfer process is one of the company's rights to regulate human resources for the interests and progress of the company and in general transfers are regulated in work agreements, joint work agreements, or company regulations. If the mutation process is not regulated, then the mutation must be based on an agreement between the two parties as mentioned in the Supreme Court Decision Number 567 K/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2016 which stipulates that mutations without the consent of workers can be canceled through the industrial relations court. In addition, mutations must not conflict with existing laws and regulations, especially Article 32 of the Manpower Law which regulates the placement of workers,

Research instruments are essential components in educational research as they function to collect valid and reliable data. However, many studies still use instruments carelessly without proper testing. This study aims to examine the design and development of educational research instruments that comply with scientific standards. The method used is library research by collecting and analyzing written sources such as books, scientific articles, and other relevant documents. The findings indicate that instrument development must follow systematic stages, including variable analysis, blueprint design, item formulation, validity and reliability testing, and final revision. The instruments discussed include both test and non-test types with various data collection techniques. The implication is that this study provides methodological guidance for researchers in designing appropriate instruments to enhance the quality of educational data and research outcomes.

Education is the main foundation in forming quality Human Resources. In achieving educational goals, support is needed from various aspects, including the availability of adequate learning facilities and competent teachers. Learning facilities play an important role in supporting the learning process, while teacher competence greatly determines the success of transferring knowledge to students. These two aspects are believed to have an influence on student learning achievement, including in Integrated Social Studies subjects that require conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. This research was conducted to answer three main questions: (1) whether there is an influence of learning facilities on student learning achievement in Integrated Social Studies subjects grade VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagun; (2) whether the competence of social studies teachers affects student learning achievement in Integrated Social Studies subjects grade VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagun; and (3) how much influence the two variables simultaneously have on student learning achievement in the Integrated Social Studies subject class VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagun. The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of each independent variable on the bound variable both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population is 309 students of grade VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagung and the sample is 76 students taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique, and 3 social studies teachers of Class VIII as additional informants. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires for independent variables and documentation of UAS values for bound variables. Data analysis was carried out using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression tests, as well as t-tests, F tests and R2 tests with the help  of JASP software. The results of this study after processing data using the t-test showed that neither learning facilities nor the competence of social studies teachers had a significant effect on student learning achievement, because the significance value of learning facilities was above 0.05. However, the results of the F test showed that simultaneously the two variables had a significant effect on student learning outcomes with a significance value of <0.001. In addition, the determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.179 showed that 17.9% of the variation in student learning achievement was influenced by learning facilities and the competence of social studies teachers together. These findings show the importance of synergy between the quality of educational facilities and the competence of teaching staff in supporting student learning outcomes.
