Community Service (KKN) is a form of intracurricular which is an implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education providing work and learning experiences for students in community empowerment. This KKN activity is an opportunity for creativity for students to think more critically in helping to advance the village through the potential and natural resources available in the village. Community service activities in the form of KKN are carried out for more than 1 month, starting from November 4 to December 7, 2024, located in Pealinta Dolok Saribu Village. The target of this community service activity is the general public of Pagaran Dolok Saribu village, elementary school children. The service is carried out in several stages, including observation, practice and discussion with village officials. After students conduct a survey of the location around the village, the Community Service Students determine the work program activities, namely 1. Revitalization of the Small Park Environment located in the PKK park, 2. Making Christmas Trees made from used bottle waste. 3. Social Education Activities, free tutoring carried out in the KKN Student post 4. Posyandu activities and elderly gymnastics in Pealinta Dolok Saribu village. Through KKN Activities in Pealinta Dolok Saribu Village, students can provide knowledge, time and energy that they have learned during their time on campus through various work programs that aim to help and provide benefits to the village.

His research discusses the influence of wives in earning a living on family welfare, where this research was made based on observations regarding wives who work to earn a living, who are the backbone of the family in order to meet all the needs of their respective households. The majority of the labor force for women always increases every year. Because of the big role that women play as housewives, most of them play a big role in the welfare of their families, from paying for housing, education and even food. The role of the husband as head of the household and the wife as a housewife must go hand in hand. The husband as head of the family is responsible for earning a living for the welfare of the family. On the other hand, as a housewife, the wife must have creativity in managing the family economy. And what needs to be understood is that in the household each husband and wife have their own roles. So that general conclusions can be drawn, namely: a. The husband is obliged to provide his wife with shelter and other support. b.  The wife must follow her husband and live at her husband's place.  The amount of maintenance obligations depends on the husband's discretion.  So providing maintenance is based on the husband's ability, not the wife's request. Families are formed through the marriage process. Marriage is a pattern of behavior created by God for regeneration in the development of human life in a world that is always dynamic in accordance with the times. With marriage, a life together in the household is formed. The journey of a household is like an ark that sails across the vast ocean and goes through a long journey where winds and storms will definitely come which will become obstacles on the journey.Recently, the reality is that many households find it difficult to realize the goal of marriage. Many households are unhappy due to various problems such as disharmony, economics, infidelity and so on. It is often found in household life that husband and wife complain and complain to other people or to their family, as a result of not fulfilling the rights that must be obtained or not carrying out obligations from one of the parties. Lack of understanding and even ignorance of husband and wife regarding the rights and obligations in the household is often be the cause of disharmony and rifts in the household. In order to achieve a good household, individuals in the household should know each other, understand and carry out their respective rights and obligations.

The philosophy of management focuses on individual active involvement in decision-making and task implementation to create an inclusive and adaptive organization. This article explores participation management from a philosophical viewpoint, highlighting ethics and collective responsibility in management practice. Hence, the analysis shows that participation management can help an organization become more effective by strengthening communication, increasing a sense of ownership, and developing a collaborative work culture. Therefore, participation management also creates space for creativity and innovation when facing changes in the dynamic organizational environment. In conclusion, the integration of philosophy in participation management can ignite more humanistic, inclusive, and sustainability-oriented leadership practices. Participation management has emerged as a strategy to address complex challenges in today's organizational landscape.

This study discusses the influence of conflict management on employee performance in organizations. Conflict that is not managed properly can have a negative impact on productivity, but if handled constructively, conflict can be a source of innovation and performance improvement. Effective conflict management includes strategies such as avoiding, accommodating, compromising, competing, and collaborating. Proper conflict management can increase collaboration, trust, and creativity in the workplace. This study also highlights the importance of emotional intelligence in managing conflict, where emotionally intelligent individuals are better able to resolve disputes constructively, thus positively impacting team performance.  

Sundanese culture is one of Indonesia's rich and unique cultures. Sundanese culture is known as a culture that upholds high manners. Sundanese has very diverse arts, for example pupuh, pupuh can be categorized as one of the Sundanese arts. Pupuh is an inseparable part of Sundanese tradition and culture, so preserving it means preserving cultural heritage. Pupuh is also a traditional poetic work in Sundanese literature that has characteristics that have certain rules such as the number of syllables (guru wilangan), the final sound of the word (guru lagu), and the number of lines (pada lisan) in each stanza. In addition, pupuh also has its own character or characteristics that distinguish it from one another. However, pupuh is not just written poetry. Pupuh is also often combined with music and dance. So that it becomes a complete art performance. Pupuh production involves creativity in word choice, rhyme and rhythm to convey a message. The themes raised in pupuh are very diverse, ranging from love, affection, life, daily life, to advice and moral teachings. Through pupuh, we can understand more about the history, customs and noble values of the Sundanese people.Pupuh kinanti and pupuh balakbak are pupuh in Sundanese literature. Pupuh kinanti is a pupuh known for its expression of affection. The characteristic of pupuh kinanti lies in its guru wilangan and guru lagunya. While pupuh balakbak is a pupuh that is more inclined to the theme of humor, satire, and even social criticism. The language used is more relaxed and straightforward, has a different guru song and guru wilangan from kinanti. The basic difference between pupuh kinanti and balakbak lies in the theme, atmosphere, and social function. Pupuh kinanti is more introspective and explores inner feelings while pupuh balakbak is more extroverted and functions as a means of entertainment.Besides being a form of self-expression, pupuh also has social functions such as education, entertainment, and cultural preservation. Pupuh has developed over time, both in terms of form and content. Pupuh is not only present in literary works, but also in the daily life of the Sundanese community, for example in folk songs or rhymes.

Abstract: Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities in Penari Village, Pasuruan, East Java, were carried out by students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya as a form of service to the community. This program lasts for one month with the aim of increasing public awareness of various aspects, such as education, health, environment and socio-culture. Various activities were carried out, including Takbiran Bersama and Coloring Competitions for children, which aimed to strengthen religious values, strengthen social relationships, and develop creativity and fine motor skills in children. The approach used in implementing this KKN is a participatory method, where students collaborate with the community to design and implement programs that suit local needs. Takbiran Bersama activities help strengthen togetherness and religious traditions, while coloring competitions provide fun education for children and support their psychological and social development. The results of this KKN activity show a positive impact, both in terms of increasing community participation in social activities and strengthening relationships between universities and village communities. The programs implemented are also able to contribute to increasing environmental awareness and community life skills. Overall, this KKN succeeded in achieving its main objective, namely helping to develop village communities and providing students with practical experience in applying their knowledge in the field.

Indonesia has an important pottery cultural heritage to preserve. This study aims to integrate culture-based education into the Merdeka Curriculum through P5, focusing on pottery making. The objectives of this study are to improve students' creativity, mutual cooperation, and social skills, as well as to strengthen the relationship between schools and communities in preserving local cultural traditions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe the implementation of P5 activities through pottery making in improving creativity and mutual cooperation at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Serang. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation from 1119 students and teachers. The results of the study will provide an in-depth picture of the impact of these activities on students at the school. Pottery making activities at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Serang develop students' creativity, motor skills, and mutual cooperation. By drawing designs, shaping, and painting pottery, they learn to think creatively, solve problems, and work together in groups. This activity supports the formation of Pancasila characters, such as togetherness, responsibility, and personal initiative, in accordance with the objectives of the Merdeka curriculum. P5 activities at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Serang have succeeded in achieving the goals of the independent curriculum, creating a Pancasila Student Profile that is creative, cooperative, and has good character. Students develop creativity and collaboration skills through challenging projects. This study emphasizes the importance of an art project-based approach to building the character of Pancasila students in the era of character education.

Human resources are an asset for organizations and agencies, because humans are part of the elements in every organization that can trigger creativity. Without effective human resources, it will be impossible for the organization to achieve its goals.The analysis used to test the research hypothesis uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study show that there arethere is a positive influence of the physical environment on work motivation, there is a positive influence of situational leadership on work motivation, there is a positive influence of the physical environment on teacher performance, there is a positive influence of situational leadership on teacher performance, there is a positive influence of work motivation on teacher performance, there is a direct influence of the physical environment on performance through work motivation, there is a direct influence of situational leadership on performance through work motivation.In an effort to improve teacher performance, management ensures that the physical work environment is adequate, and that situational leadership is supportive so that it can increase work motivation.

The dynamic development of digitalization today increases the important role of digital leadership as a key factor to optimize employee performance. Research specifically through the development of creativity and innovative behavior in the workplace. This study aims to examine the indirect effect of digital leadership on performance through creativity and innovative work behavior of employees. The research was conducted at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The research approach used is quantitative with survey research design where data is collected through questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This study involved 74 respondents who were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The research findings explain that digital leadership does not directly affect the performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk employees, but has an indirect influence through innovative work behavior. Meanwhile, creativity is not proven to mediate the effect of digital leadership on employee performance. Digital leadership is able to increase employee creativity, but employee creativity is not able to improve the performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk employees. The research findings underscore the important role of digital leadership to drive employee performance. The results also imply that management can apply digital leadership as a strategy to increase creativity and innovative behavior in the workplace where innovative work behavior drives employee performance.

Waste banks are blessed with processing. This processing has the aim of making waste into products that can be sold and gain economic value. Based on the results of the study, it shows that customers have a major contribution to improving the waste bank economy. In this study, the results of customer activeness from the blessing waste bank related to customer activeness in the waste bank are very good. Educating the community by providing knowledge related to waste and providing training. Providing guidance and support to customers by facilitating customers so that customers can become independent and able to create their own creativity.

In a company, human resources are considered the most important and determine the success of a company, humans act as managers of the production factors used in company operations. Human resources in a company are said to be unique because basically humans find it difficult to free themselves from conflicts of interest such as the interests of the organization and the interests of the individual himself. It is impossible for a company to operate its activities without humans. No matter how simple a company is, human resources are the core of the company's activities so that the company is the result of activities of humans by humans and for humans. Human resources that support the smooth achievement of company goals are employees who have the ability to work well, have initiative, creativity, high responsiveness and the ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively. Managing human resources really depends on the character of the leader. Leadership style greatly influences the achievement of an organization's goals, where it influences employee performance. Therefore, a company definitely needs a leadership role in controlling the company to achieve common goals. This can be used as a consideration for the company which will later influence decision making and every company policy. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is very important for the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of children. PAUD SPS NUSA INDAH BUKIR in collaboration with KKN students from Bukir Village, Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan held an art exhibition using sawdust to encourage children's creativity. Painting technique training and exhibition of works were included in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation process of the event. The results of the exhibition showed that sawdust helped children become creative and improved their fine motor skills, imagination, and social skills. Children felt more confident after receiving gifts. The involvement of KKN students in the exhibition showed the synergy between education and community service, which had a positive and sustainable impact. It is hoped that this exhibition will serve as a model for activities in PAUD that combine art, creativity, and environmental awareness.

Employees who have high skill-upgrading and self-leadership will have self-confidence in their abilities. Skill-upgrading and self-leadership make employees able to organize themselves, focus on the goals they want to achieve, and have the nature of never giving up in solving problems so that it will have an impact on the resulting employee performance. The aim of writing this article is to review and synthesize existing literature related to employee performance so that it can contribute to the understanding of skill-upgrading and self-leadership which have an impact on employee performance. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis methods using inductive thinking patterns. Employee performance is developed properly and correctly if supported by strong skill-upgrading and self-leadership. Skill-upgrading is a way for employees to improve their quality with qualified skills, while self-leadership motivates employees to be able to lead themselves and use their creativity in carrying out a task. Skill upgrading can be done through training specifically to improve technical skills, specific expertise and knowledge that employees need in their work. Self-leadership abilities can be developed by yourself by managing time, setting goals, improving your abilities, being consistent in your activities, and doing self-reflection.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how innovatice behavior and creativity affect the productivity of millennial workers in Bandar Lampung's tourist and hospitality sector. In order to accomplish this, a quantitative technique was used in the research, and data was gathered via a Likert scale questionnaire. Because the exact number of population members is unclear, the study used a purposive sampling method to establish the sample size, which amounted to 150 respondents. Software called SPSS 26 was used to examine research data, instruments, and hypothesis testing. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis approach. The study's findings demonstrate that innovative and creative behavior benefit millennial workers' performance in the tourism and hospitality sectors in Bandar Lampung. Workers show efficacy in putting ideas into practice, but they are not as proactive in seeking out novel chances. Despite a propensity to be cautious when attempting new ideas, employee innovation has proved to be crucial to organizational success. As a result, encouraging innovation is crucial for raising employee performance and fostering organizational expansion.

This research aims to explore the world of creative behavior, focusing on aspects of innovation, imagination, and its influence in everyday life. In addition to having a significant impact in the realm of business and management, creative behavior also has a great influence in everyday life, covering various aspects such as art, education, health, and social relations. The importance of creative behavior in the context of management is emphasized, where innovation and imagination are vital triggers of creativity. Furthermore, this study aims to identify the factors that influence an individual's level of creativity, with the hope of making a tangible contribution to the development of innovative management strategies. Through a deeper understanding of these factors, leaders and management practitioners can develop a holistic approach to encourage creativity in the work environment. This research aims to explore and analyze the role of diversity and equality in modern organizations. The research method used is a qualitative approach, by conducting case studies of several different organizations in the private sector. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with senior managers, employees, and through analysis of internal company documents. The results show that diversity in terms of background, gender, and expertise can contribute significantly to innovation and creativity within organizations. Meanwhile, the implementation of equality in organizational policies and practices has a positive impact on employee satisfaction, loyalty, and work productivity. Analysis using VOSviewer showed that key concepts that emerged included inclusiveness, fairness, collaboration and respect for individual uniqueness. Nonetheless, challenges related to conflict management, organizational culture adaptation, and managing change remain a key focus in the implementation of diversity and equality in various organizational contexts. The findings provide a deeper understanding of how organizations can leverage diversity and equality as strategic resources to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth in an increasingly complex global marketplace.

Co-working spaces have gained popularity in recent years as a flexible and cost-effective solution for freelancers, startups, and small businesses looking for a collaborative work environment. This article examines the key success factors for a co-working space business model, drawing on insights from industry experts and research studies. By identifying these critical factors, co-working space operators can optimize their business model and enhance their chances of success in a competitive market. The development of the use of co-working space is now increasingly promising. Many of the startup companies and freelancers who use co-working space as a place for daily activities to work. Co-working space also helps to differentiate work and daily activities from these workers. However, the business model of co-working space is relatively vulnerable. This study aims to evaluate the factors that can increase the success of the co-working space business model, considering the importance of co-working space as the development of creativity. This study involved 116 users from two businesses that achieved success in managing the co-working space. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey and structurally analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study identified that shared workspace management and supporting co-working space operations played an important role in determining the success of this business model. Membership management has no significant effect. Therefore, the management of co-working space can be focused on these two elements

The purpose of this study is to improve the children's creativity at the Salvation Army Orphanage by using casework procedures. One tactic to stress problem solutions through organized and systematic social interventions is the casework technique. Children who took part in the program shown gains in their ability to think creatively, express themselves, and solve problems. Youngsters who had a natural desire to work and greater self-confidence also benefited. This journal's goal is to foster the imaginations and inventiveness of the kids at the Salvation Army Orphanage through the application of casework techniques, which span the engagement, intake, contract, assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring, evaluation, and termination phases.

This research aims to explain the method of activities carried out in solving problems related to the development of MSMEs in the region. Through this activity method, it is hoped that empowerment and development of local potential can be achieved by improving the problems faced by MSME actors. Steps such as consultation with local authorities, direct approaches to MSME players, as well as providing education and assistance in the form of banners and stickers are expected to help improve marketing and branding of their products. Apart from that, by creating new business ideas such as making grass jelly iced milk, it is hoped that it can encourage innovation and creativity in local businesses. In the process, follow-up and monitoring of MSME actors as well as evaluation of work program results are carried out to ensure the success of implementing solutions and evaluating their effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits in improving the economy and strengthening local potential in Medokan Semampir RW 03. By utilizing digitalization and community empowerment holistically, it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for the development of MSMEs and improve the quality of life of local communities.
