This research aims to describe the implications of using Canva media in increasing students' interest in learning in class X in the subject of using Canva media in increasing the learning motivation of class This research uses a qualitative approach using the case study method, which provides descriptive data about the reality in the field using observation, interviews and documentation instruments. The research subjects were class X students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. The object is the PAI teacher at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. The use of Visual Learning Media Based on the Canva Application makes children more active and enthusiastic in learning, because the appearance of Canva media is attractive, the images and colors are appropriate and attracts children's interest in learning which is supported by children's curiosity about this visual media is very high, so that children don't get bored of learning. So it can be concluded that the research results are expected to show that the use of Canva-based learning media can increase students' interest in learning. in PAI subjects."    

This research aims to decrypt the implementation of Morning Spiritual Gathering (MSG) activities as an effort to increase the spiritual intelligence (SQ) of teachers at the Darul Ilmi Muhammadiyah Tarakan Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documents. The results of the study show that the Morning Spiritual Gathering has a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and interaction between teachers and students, as well as strengthening Islamic ukhuwah between teachers. In addition, this activity also increases teachers' sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy in teaching. MSG encourages teachers' self-reflection and creates a more Islamic environment, supporting the development of students' character. Some teachers proposed a variety of learning methods to increase participant engagement. Overall, MSG activities contribute to improving teachers' spiritual intelligence and a more conducive learning atmosphere in Islamic boarding schools.

The quality of educators is something that must always be considered by the government. The quality can be seen from how the characteristics of educators when providing learning in the classroom. This Mini Research will look at the Learning Characteristics of IAT Lecturers at UIN Raden Mas Said Surkarta. In this case, the researcher wants to examine two IAT lecturers only, the two lecturers are: Dr. H. Abdul Matin bin Salman Lc,.M.Ag and Dr. Hj. Ari Hikmawati S.Ag. M.Pd. This research includes descriptive qualitative research analysis. The data collection methods used are questionnaire method and RPS analysis. Respondents of this method are 2 students in each batch. In this case the researchers took from the class of 2016 - 2023, so that the respondents were 16 students. After the data is collected, then the researchers describe, and then the researchers compare and analyze using Permenristekdikti Article 11 Number 44 of 2015 related to “Learning Process Standards”. The conclusion: (1). The learning of IAT lecturers at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta is in accordance with the Learning Process Standards in Permenristekdikti Article 11 Number 44 of 2015 which is Integrative-Interconnective. (2). Learning Characteristics of Dr. H. Abdul Matin bin Salman Lc, M.Ag is more about Interactive, Holistic, Scientific, and Contextual learning. (3). Learning Characteristics of Dr. Hj Ari Hikmawati S.Ag. M.Pd is more about Integrative, Thematic, Effective, and Collaborative learning.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of store atmosphere and customer lifestyle on purchasing behavior, focusing specifically on Parewa customers. Employing a quantitative survey methodology, the research integrates an explanatory approach with a correlational design to explore the relationships between these variables. The study follows a cross-sectional framework, with data collected at a single point in time. The individual purchaser serves as the unit of analysis, and the research is carried out within a natural, real-world environment. The findings demonstrate a statistically significant and positive correlation between store atmosphere and customers' purchasing decisions. This implies that an inviting and comfortable store environment increases the likelihood of customer purchases at Parewa. Additionally, the results show a significant positive correlation between lifestyle and purchasing behavior, suggesting that customers with enhanced lifestyles are more inclined to purchase Parewa products. These insights underline the importance of aligning store ambiance and customer lifestyle preferences to drive sales effectively.  

A hotel is a building with rooms that are rented out as a place to stay, event venue and place to eat. Batam has a fairly good hotel population because it directly borders Singapore. One of the hotels in Batam is the AP Premier Hotel, this hotel has four star status in Batam. The problem with this hotel is that the attendance system is often problematic, disrupting payroll at the end of the month. With these problems, the author proposes to create a manual attendance which aims to assist HRD in making payroll at the end of each month, using a direct implementation method. The results obtained from this activity are in the form of softcopy and hardcopy in the form of manual attendance which will be carried out at the hotel.

This research aims to analyze the market power of the company PT. Hexa Karya Utama uses the Lerner Index as a measuring tool. The Lerner Index is an indicator that describes a company's ability to set prices above marginal costs, which reflects monopoly power and market power. In the context of the timber industry, where competition is increasingly fierce, understanding market forces is crucial for effective business strategies. The analysis results show that PT. Hexa Karya Utama has a significant Lerner Index value, which indicates quite good market strength.

This study aims to determine the ratio of the concentration of the processing industry, labor absorption, and the value expenditure on labor in the province of bali. The data analysis method used in this analysis is the CR4 concentration analysis method. The data used is the analysis data on the number of large and medium processing industries, labor, and expenditure on labor in 2018 – 2021 obtained from the Central Statistic Agency (BPS) in the province of Bali. The result of this study indicate that : (1) In terms of CR4 analysis calculations, the concentration of the processing industry in the province Bali in 2018 – 2021 has a role in labor absorption. (2) In terms of CR4 analysis calculation, the concentration of the processing industry in province Bali in 2018 – 2021 has a role in the amound of expenditure given to labor. (3) In terms of CR4 analysis calculation, the concentration of the processing industry in the province Bali in 2021  has a role contributing to the PDRB in the province of Bali, as well as a comparison of the CR4 ratio in the province of Bali from 2018 – 2021.

This study explores the role of industrial organization and market structure behavior in enhancing industrial performance in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to understand how organizational strategies and market structures influence industrial behavior and performance within the context of Indonesian industries. The method applied in this study is qualitative analysis, examining case studies from several industries in Indonesia, as well as analyzing organizational structures, competitive strategies, and external factors affecting industrial performance. The findings indicate that market structure and organizational behavior play a significant role in determining the competitiveness and efficiency of industries. The implications of this research are crucial for policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers to develop strategies that promote industrial growth, sustainability, and improved economic performance.

In an era of increasingly fierce competition in the energy sector, companies are required to not only meet customer needs, but also to improve service quality and customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze and improve the performance of the Marketing and Customer Service Division at PT XYZ by applying the 5W1H method and the Fishbone Diagram.  The study identified a number of factors that contributed to the division's low performance, including a lack of adequate training and decreased work motivation. Through in-depth analysis, this study provides strategic recommendations to improve the quality of training, the development of an integrated information system, and the establishment of clear service standards. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction, as well as strengthen the company's position in a competitive market.

Research on Feasibility Analysis of the Etawa Peranakan Goat Milk Production Business (PE) at Tharraya Farm in Geli Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency aims to analyze the income of the goat milk (PE) production business at Tharraya Farm and analyze the feasibility of the goat milk production business (PE) in Tharraya Farm. The research area was determined purposively, namely based on certain criteria or objectives, taking into account that the Etawa goat milk industry in the area could provide the information needed in the research. Data analysis techniques used were I=TR-TC. The results of this research obtained an income of IDR 72,240,000 / year. Receipts amounting to Rp. 176,526,000 a year and total costs of 104,286,000. The livestock business is profitable and feasible to develop with an R/C of 1.69, п>0, while the percentage ratio of п/C x 100% is 60%. Road infrastructure is a vital element in supporting economic, social, and transportation activities in a region. Labuhan Batu Utara Regency faces challenges in managing and maintaining road conditions, especially in hard-to-reach areas. This article presents a recent literature review from the past five years on the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping and managing road conditions. The discussion covers technological innovations such as drone usage, machine learning, and crowdsourcing integration within GIS. Additionally, several international and national case studies are referenced to provide insights into the challenges and opportunities of GIS implementation. This article recommends strategies such as open-source GIS implementation, integration with mobile applications, and regular data updates to support efficient road condition management in Labuhan Batu Utara Regency. 

The educational program “Strengthening Awareness of Rights and Obligations through an Educational Program at Class IIA Pamekasan Narcotics Prison” aims to improve the understanding of prisoners regarding their rights and obligations in the context of prison guidance. Implemented at Class IIA Pamekasan Narcotics Prison, the program integrates a participatory-based educational approach with materials covering basic rights, legal protection, and responsibilities as prisoners. Methods used include lectures, group discussions, and case simulations, with evaluation conducted through surveys and interviews. The results of the program showed a significant increase in prisoners' awareness of their rights and obligations, as well as positive changes in behavior and participation in prison activities. Challenges encountered include limited resources and initial resistance from some participants. However, the success of this program shows great potential for improving the quality of rehabilitation in prisons. Recommendations for similar programs include improved educational materials and adaptation for other prisons to expand the positive impact. This program makes an important contribution to the development of more effective and humane coaching practices in prison settings.

The purpose of this research is to study how personal branding and value creation impact the business performance of noodle SMEs in Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data from a number of MSME actors in the area through questionnaires. According to the research, personal branding and value creation have a significant impact on the company's performance level. Strong personal branding can enhance the company's reputation, while value creation serves to provide additional relevant value to customers. The results of this research emphasize that effective personal branding and value creation strategies are crucial for supporting the sustainability and development of SMEs. The conclusions of this research can be used by entrepreneurs to create better marketing strategies.

This community service activity aims to improve the skills and quality of education management in groups of mothers through Al-Banjari arts assistance. Al-Banjari art, as a form of Islamic art, is not only a means of cultural expression, but also a medium for strengthening character education and social skills. The methods used in this program include needs identification, arts management training, direct practice, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in the mothers' skills in playing Al-Banjari art as well as their ability to manage art groups independently. Apart from that, this activity also has a positive impact on strengthening solidarity and self-confidence of participants. Thus, this program makes a real contribution to strengthening non-formal education based on local arts and culture.

This study discusses the urgency of green marketing strategies and practices due to changes in consumer behavior trends. Currently, environmental sustainability issues are a major concern for society, not interacting in their product and service consumption activities. This study was conducted using a qualitative method, namely a literature review. Of the 15 article titles described, most of them show that the implementation of environmentally friendly marketing strategies brings positive benefits to businesses. Specifically, what is studied in this study is its influence on environmentally friendly purchasing decisions, customer loyalty and brand image enhancement. These findings can be practical recommendations for business actors and marketing practitioners to develop various environmentally friendly product and service innovations and carry out innovative green marketing practices in the future. So that they are able to gain benefits in the form of increased sales, customer loyalty and positive brand image as well as contributions to environmental sustainability or desires.

This study examines the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Promotion on the use of the GoPay application towards the Consumptive Behavior of undergraduate students in the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. In the digital era, electronic wallets like GoPay have become popular due to their ease of use and various attractive promotions offered. This study employs a quantitative method by collecting data through a survey questionnaire distributed to 50 students who are GoPay users. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that both Perceived Ease of Use and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Consumptive Behavior among students. Perceived Ease of Use has an effect of 0.309, while Promotion has an effect of 0.319 on Consumptive Behavior. These findings confirm that ease of use and effective promotions can enhance Consumptive Behavior among students. This research is expected to provide insights for more prudent financial management among students and more effective promotional strategies for electronic wallet service providers.

This study aims to identify the effect of “jellyfish” learning media on numeracy skills for grade II students at SDN 06 Ciputat on multiplication material. Based on initial observation early observations, students had difficulty mastering the concept of multiplication due to monotonous learning procedures and the lack of use of interactive media. The research was conducted through 4 meetings with a simple experimental approach including a pre-test, implementation of the “jellyfish” media, and a post-test to evaluate the learning outcomes. post-test to evaluate the learning outcomes. Dengue fever is still one of the main health problems that threaten people in Indonesia, including Jambi City. Tahtul Yaman neighbourhood, Jambi Province is one of the residential areas that has dengue fever data. In general, most residents use water tanks, the environment looks less clean, and there are still puddles and water reservoirs in the homes of some residents. This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding to the community about dengue fever and its mitigation strategies, with an emphasis on prevention through vector control, especially the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This counselling will be focused on the Tahtul Yaman Village community. The method used was lecture method and interactive discussion using powerpoint, posters and leaflets on DHF and 3M Plus. After the education, there was an increase in knowledge reaching 89.25%. It is suggested that prevention efforts should focus on controlling the larval population and minimising mosquito breeding sites. Mosquito eradication programmes such as 3M Plus need to be carried out routinely and involve the active participation of the entire community. Effective dengue prevention will create a healthier and safer environment for the community.
