  Pancasila contains five basic meanings that are interrelated with the nation's history, national ideology, ethics and various other aspects. Ethics is a system of values ​​or moral norms that serve as guidelines for a person or group of people to behave and act. The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. This article discusses the civil aspect in contract cases, which are used by many people in various business collaborations. This article uses a normative research method, and uses a statutory approach. The provisions limiting the authority to make this exoneration clause have not been explicitly regulated. The only provision is the UUPK, although it uses the term standard clause which turns out to be different in meaning from the exoneration clause. In this case the standard clause is defined as a clause made unilaterally by the business actor, but its contents may not lead to an exoneration clause. Meanwhile, the exoneration clause as explained earlier is a clause that contains an attempt to limit, or even completely eliminate, the responsibility that should be borne by one of the parties, in this case the business actor. Legal protection is to provide protection for human rights that are harmed by others and this protection is given to the community so that they can enjoy all the rights granted by law so that the achievement of business/economic development goals in Indonesia is achieved in accordance with the values ​​of justice of the Indonesian people.

Language has an important position in human life, namely as a communication tool that connects individuals with each other. The irreplaceable role of language forces humans to be able to master language. Effective communication can be achieved if there is the same meaning between the communicator and the communicant regarding the message conveyed. The research aims to explain the form of wise expressions in the novels "Rindu" and "Pukat" by Tere Liye; the meaning of wise expressions contained in each wise expression in conversation; and the power of the meaning of wise expressions in conversation to make the writer a character. The research design used was descriptive qualitative with semantic studies and the sample in this study was 44 respondents. The results show that there are four forms of wise expressions used in Tere Liye's two works, namely wise expressions of advice, ethics/morals, education, and religion. The meanings contained in wise expressions in conversations according to Djajasudarma's theory in the novel "Rindu" include broad, emotive, dramatic, propositional, central, fictional and idiomatic meanings. Meanwhile, the meaning of wise expressions in "Pukat" includes broad meaning, motif, dramatic, propositional, central, pictorial and idiomatic.

The purpose of this activity is to provide students with understanding and skills related to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the Theme of Local Wisdom in Traditional Sports for SKOI East Kalimantan Students. The advantage of this activity is completing school programs related to P5 in the independent curriculum. The method used is 1) Preparatory stage, preparing material from guidelines, PPT and Project Module Strengthening Pancasila P5 Student Profile, 2) Implementation stage, delivery of material and demonstrations related to traditional sports games, 3) Evaluation stage, sharing or discussion of values and students' understanding in implementing the socialization of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) were in the good and responsive category, meaning that there was an understanding of students about the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Meanwhile, students looked very enthusiastic in paying attention to the explanations conveyed by the service team with a positive response and were not ashamed ask if there is a misunderstanding in the service team's explanation. Students are very enthusiastic in terms of listening to traditional sports, which are media for introducing local wisdom values such as game sports, stilts, Bakiak, Asin Naga/Gobak Sodor, and Gasing and the monitoring results of the service team, as a whole the students have done the task given quite well. This can be seen from the results of understanding and demonstrating items from all types of traditional game sports

Learning the History of Islamic Culture (SKI) in Madrasahs has the aim of providing knowledge about Islamic history and culture to students, then from this history students are expected to be able to take inspiration, values ​​and meaning in that history. However, in reality, after being investigated, learning the history of Islamic culture in Madrasas found several problems (problematics) in SKI learning. This research aims to find out what the problems are and how to overcome them by using the library research method by reading sources from the internet such as journals which the researchers then analyze. Then the results of this research are that the problems of SKI learning include: problems of students, problems of educators, problems of facilities and infrastructure, problems of insufficient learning time, negative views about SKI, problems of learning that is less interesting or monotonous, and problems of the dominance of cognitive aspects of knowledge. In SKI learning, the solution to overcome this problem is for teachers to better master the learning material and teachers are required to be creative and innovative in creating an SKI learning atmosphere that is interesting and easy to understand by students by using interesting strategies, media and methods using advanced science and technology technology.

This research aims to reveal and analyze the fiber of Galunggung's mandate: The Successor Rulers to the Throne of the Galuh Kingdom. The research method used is a type of descriptive research analysis of the fiber of trust in Sundanese culture with the application of content analysis techniques carried out with systematic characteristics. Therefore, the researcher's focus is on studying the fiber of meaning that exists in Sundanese culture by using the concept of structural description to explain the types of meaning contained in poetry, starting from connotative meaning and denotative meaning. The results of this research reveal three mandates which are a form of advice to the next generation to always obey the adages of their parents in order to live a safe and prosperous life, then the next generation must also always guard their words when speaking, and the last is that every event has a cause and effect so that When behaving, there needs to be rules that lead to goodness so that the results you reap will be good.

Background: Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child mortality, and infectious diseases. According to WHO, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is around 35-75%, and it increases with the growth of gestational age. Objective: This study aims to increase insight and knowledge and to find out the incidence of pregnant women with anemia before and after the intervention. In addition, to analyze the effect of giving a mixture of honey to increase hemoglobin levels in anemic pregnant women. Methods: The design in this study used the Quasi-experimental design method. Quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental) with a quantitative approach to one group design pre-test and post-test. The population in this study were all pregnant women who came to check their pregnancy at the Pratama Hidayah Clinic in January 2022. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, namely taking samples based on considerations with the desired elements by inclusion criteria with the number of a sample of 15 respondents. Results: Test using the Shapiro Wilk method. The significance value of the pre-test variable is 0.994 and the significance value of the post-test variable is 0.153 or > 0.050, meaning that the data in this study are normally distributed. So the statistical test used is the T-test with a p-value of pre-test - post test of 0.000 < 0.050. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average pre-test and post-test variables. This means that there is an effect of giving a mixture of honey increases hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. Conclusion: From the research conducted that there is a significant difference between the value of the pre-test and post-test, besides that there is a very strong relationship between the effect of giving a mixture of honey to the increase in hemoglobin levels in the mother. pregnant with anemia.

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes regarding the material of faith in angels through the use of audiovisual media. This media refers to a learning strategy that utilizes sound and image elements, so that in the process of absorbing the material, students can involve their senses of sight and hearing. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, practical tests, and interviews, then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the material of faith in angels after the application of audiovisual media. In the first cycle, many students still had difficulty understanding the material. However, in the second cycle, a significant increase in the accuracy of their understanding was observed. Thus, the application of the audiovisual method has proven effective in improving students' skills in understanding the meaning of faith in angels.

Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

Every place in the world has a name given to give it an identity and make it known. With this basis, the researcher focuses on the names of sub-districts and cities in the Tasikmalaya City and Regency area, including the name Tasikmalaya itself which will be studied using lexical semantic theory. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis above, there are several regional names of cities and districts in Tasikmalaya which have interesting origins based on the meaning of regional naming which has lexical meaning, including the areas Tasikmalaya, Singaparna, Manonjaya, Parung Ponteng, Jamanis, Rajapolah, Mangunreja, Mangkubumi, Cibalong and Indihiang. Of the ten regional names that have been explained, each regional name has a history and meaning, a combination of lexemes in the process of naming the region so that this becomes a distinctive feature for people who do not know about it. It can be concluded that the naming of regions in Tasikmalaya originates from the uniqueness and characteristics of naming according to the origins that describe a place or an event in the area concerned.  

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of government spending on education and health on the Human Development Index in the border areas of North Sulawesi province in the last eleven years. This study uses secondary data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi and the Directorate General of Financial Balance for the period 2011 – 2021. The analysis used was multiple regression analysis of panel data that combined the data of four districts using a panel data analysis model on the eviews application with data collection of Health, Education and Human Growth Index. Regression testing shows Y = 63.9 + 2.9 X1 + 6.47X2. In the T test, it explains that the Education variable has a significant influence on HDI and the results of the Health variable have a significant influence on HDI, the amount of government spending on education and health can be seen from the R-square of 0.96, meaning that X1 and X2 have a significant influence on Y by 96 percent and the rest by other factors.

Data collection techniques in this research are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques are the process of systematically searching and compiling the data obtained by organizing the data into categories, breaking it down into units, synthesizing it, arranging it into patterns, selecting the important meanings that will be studied, and making conclusions so that it is easy. understood. The results of research on the traditional house buildings of the Simalungun tribe show that there are many symbols found in the traditional house buildings of the Simalungun tribe.

This research discusses the application of the Pacta Sunt Servanda principle to unwritten agreements related to fisheries product sharing. The aim of this research is to find out how the Pacta Sunt Servanda Principle is applied to unwritten agreements and to find out what are the obstacles to the application of the Pacta Sunt Servanda Principle to unwritten agreements regarding fishery product sharing. This research uses a normative juridical type of research. By using several approaches, namely: legislation (statute approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach).The results of this research show that the principle of pacta sunt servanda indeed requires parties to mutually fulfill their obligations in accordance with Article 1338 of the Civil Code. The agreement will be implemented if it meets the requirements in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the parties mutually agree as per the meaning of Article 1313 of the Civil Code. When the agreement is ratified by the parties, the principle of pacta sunt servanda will apply. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that there are obstacles to the application of the principle of pacta sunt servanda in unwritten agreements regarding fishery product sharing, profit sharing agreements are general or not specific to a sector, so that we know about marine fisheries product sharing agreements as the author's research object. referring to law number 16 of 1964 concerning fishery product sharing agreements.

One learning model that can be used to accommodate the diversity of student characteristics is differentiated learning. Thus, this article aims to describe the development of differentiated learning in the aspect of product differentiation. The development of product differentiation learning is implemented in the activity proposal text teaching module for class XI SMA. This research uses the method literature review (literature review). This research presents search results regarding articles related to the topic of differentiated learning. Relevant articles are then reviewed and synthesized in such a way that they can provide information in the form of a more meaningful presentation. Based on the results of the studies, synthesis and exploration that have been carried out, it can be understood that each student has different talents and interests. Product differentiation is intended so that students are able to process according to their talents and interests. Apart from that, the results of the study of differentiated teaching modules for learning proposal text activities that have been developed show that learning to write proposal texts can be said to implement a differentiated learning model from the product aspect.

Achievement in sports is generally associated with athletes who have a healthy and perfect physique. However, physical perfection is no longer the main requirement because now many individuals with physical disabilities have become athletes and have succeeded in increasing their existence as inspiring figures. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the meaning of life for TNI athletes with physical disabilities who are able to excel in sports. This research method is qualitative phenomenological through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the process of rising from adversity to become a path to achievement consists of data on perceptions of the meaning of life as an athlete with a disability, social support, negative experiences, and motivation.
