This research discusses the importance of talent management as a key element in improving employee performance and maintaining an organization's competitive advantage. Using a literature review approach, this research examines theory and empirical results that are relevant to understanding the impact of talent management on company productivity and competitiveness. The analysis results show that talent management makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of recruitment, employee retention and work productivity through training, career development and mentoring programs. Research also finds a significant relationship between talent management and the creation of unique organizational capabilities that are difficult for competitors to imitate.

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, the quality of human resources (HR) plays an important role in determining the success of the company. This research explores the impact of HR training and development on improving employee productivity as a strategic step to create a competitive advantage. Training is designed to strengthen employees' technical capabilities, while development aims to increase their intellectual and emotional capacity to face future challenges. The research findings show that well-designed training and development programs not only improve skills, but also increase employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty. This in turn has a positive impact on work productivity and company competitiveness. This research uses a literature study approach by reviewing various literatures to understand the relationship between training, development and productivity. The results are expected to be a reference for companies in designing sustainable HR management strategies.

The objective of this research is to explore resource consumption accounting within the economic unitunder study. Additionally, the research aims to analyze competitive advantage as a process ofuniqueness for an organization or a specific superiority when compared to its competitors. Based onthis, the researcher posits that sustainable competitive advantage refers to the organization's objectiveability to adapt to changes in the market environment and to thoroughly examine the industryenvironment. The research problem stems from the fact that many companies in today's world strive for leadershipand excellence in production through the recognition of the importance of modern systems, particularlyresource consumption accounting, in achieving competitive advantage. However, the challenges andexternal factors that accompany production processes may hinder this achievement. The studyinvestigates whether resource consumption accounting has an impact on competitive advantage. The research is based on the hypothesis that there is a significant correlation between resourceconsumption accounting and sustainable competitive advantage. The importance of the research lies inhighlighting the role of resource consumption accounting in achieving sustainable competitiveadvantage, and in assessing the impact of resource consumption accounting on the realization of suchan advantage.

This study deals with the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) on business performance through competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of Total Quality Management on business performance with competitive advantage as a mediating variable on oil palm fruit producers in Lampung Province. The sample taken in this study was 115 heads of oil palm fruit farmer groups in Lampung Province. Sampling using a non-probability sampling method with random sampling techniques. This study uses a quantitative research type with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) and uses SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive and significant influence on business performance and competitive advantage on oil palm fruit producers in Lampung Province. Competitive advantage in mediating is not full because its influence is smaller than the direct influence.

One factor that greatly affects job satisfaction is the quality of human relations. PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, as a leading cosmetics company in Indonesia, strives to create a conducive work environment for its employees. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the application of human relations principles at PT Paragon contributes to increasing employee job satisfaction. Using SWOT analysis, this research will identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the implementation of human relations in the company and formulate recommendations for future improvements.

English proficiency is a crucial skill in the globalization era, especially in business, communication, and industry sectors, which demand this international language as a competitive advantage. Over the past decade, advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have significantly impacted English learning, including through online platforms like YouTube and Canva. This study examines the utilization of these two platforms in English teaching at MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya, particularly on the topic "Word Order of Adjective." The methods used include visual presentations with Canva and interactive videos from YouTube. In its implementation, students engaged in dialogues, watched instructional videos, and participated in quizzes as a form of comprehension assessment. The study results indicate that using YouTube and Canva significantly enhances students' participation and learning motivation while reinforcing vocabulary acquisition and comprehension through an interactive approach. Recommendations are provided for the application of these digital media in high school English learning, with suggestions for further research involving long-term impacts and variations in teaching methods across different educational contexts.

MSMEs need an understanding of business values ​​and also need activities to increase these values. Because increasing business value in MSMEs is no less important. This community service (PKM) is carried out with the aim of increasing understanding of business values ​​that can be increased through the SMART GOAL concept in partners, namely MSME Ngabrotram which is engaged in the culinary field. The SMART Goal Setting concept is implemented to make Ngabotram have more value and can increase its business value in the future. This PKM program is in the form of a tiered workshop accompanied by mentoring for the partners concerned which leads to profit, not just turnover. This PKM is one of the efforts to increase the competitiveness of MSME Ngabotram in order to achieve competitive advantage. The problem felt by partners is that there is no and cannot be measured specific goals of the business being run. Finally, they do not understand how goals are set and how to analyze a measurable goal. This greatly affects the business development side which has an impact on its profit. The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in community service journals and increasing the understanding and skills of partners as business actors

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of digital marketing, innovation, service quality on competitive advantages through customer satisfaction of Car100 Showroow. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study was 109 Civil Servants (PNS) who worked at the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat office. In this study, data collection was carried out using the census method in which the entire population was taken as a sample. By using the census method, this study aims to obtain accurate and representative data from the entire existing population. This step will make it easier for researchers to analyze and describe the characteristics and events that occur in the population. This research uses Smart-Pls as a data processing tool. The results of this study, Digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Innovation has a positive and highly significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and highly significant influence on customer satisfaction. Digital marketing has a direct positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. Innovation has a negative but significant influence on competitive advantage. Customer satisfaction has a positive and highly significant influence on competitive advantage. Service quality has a positive and significant direct effect on competitive advantage. Digital marketing has a positive and significant indirect effect on competitive advantage through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Innovation has a positive and highly significant indirect effect on competitive advantage through customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and highly significant indirect effect on competitive advantage through customer satisfaction.

Technology and globalization have triggered increasingly fierce competition in the workplace, including in local government, such as Maros Regency. In the context of public service, improving employee performance is crucial, especially at the Public Service Mall, to provide effective services to the community and achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and training on employee performance. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach involving 100 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and correlation, while hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a negative influence of motivation and training on employee performance with an R-Square value of 0.114. The limitation of this study lies in its scope, which only covers one government office in Maros Regency and does not consider other variables or moderators that may affect employee performance more comprehensively.

This study aims to examine the influence of social capital and technology use on increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojonegoro District. Using a quantitative survey-based approach, data were collected from 30 MSME respondents. The results of the analysis show that both social capital and technology use have a significant positive influence on MSME competitiveness. Social capital supports network development, information access, and collaboration, while digital technology improves operational efficiency and market reach. The synergy between these two factors provides a substantial competitive advantage. This study recommends training and strategic policies to improve both aspects to support MSME competitiveness.

This service aims to analyze how to build good time management for housewives. The implementation method used in this PkM activity is by conducting face-to-face meetings with participants consisting of housewives. Providing training and discussions as well as conducting live questions and answers. The training uses lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. This aims to increase participants' awareness and understanding of the importance of building educational institutions that have competence and competitive advantage. Meanwhile, in the evaluation or assessment stage, participants will be given feedback about the service program that has been implemented. In this case, it will be a consideration for the service team in order to provide benefits for Sei Krio housewives. Based on the results of the service activities for housewives, suggestions are given, including: 1. Be more enthusiastic, especially for housewives, so that the time they have can be used correctly and effectively. 2. To continue to actively participate in training and competency development activities. 3. Community service activities like this can be carried out regularly either in the same location or in different locations to increase thrifty and saving behavior for children.

Since the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015, it should encourage all economic actors, including SMEs and Micro Enterprises, to improve themselves in order to improve the quality of production of both goods and services. If this is not done, then Indonesia will be an "soft" market for other ASEAN countries because Indonesia has the largest population (population size) in ASEAN, namely no less than 270 million people. SMEs and Micro Enterprises, which are the embodiment of people's economic democracy, will be very hard hit if the heavy flow of goods and services from various ASEAN countries invades the Indonesian market.
