Education plays a crucial role in developing quality human resources, with one of the key aspects being the enhancement of students' interest in reading and literacy skills. However, fostering a reading culture among elementary school students remains a significant challenge, particularly at SDN Cilangkara 02, and which lacks a proper library. In response, the 2025 Cilangkara Village Community Service Program (KKN) students implemented the "Literacy Corner" initiative, which aimed to provide a simple, comfortable, and accessible reading space. This program adopted a participatory and educational implementative approach, involving teachers, students, the literacy community, and university students. Activities included conducting a needs assessment, collecting book donations, constructing and decorating the literacy corner, organizing the reading space, and holding an inauguration event. The results of the program showed a notable increase in students' interest in reading, as well as the development of a habit of interacting with books. Moreover, it helped cultivate a literacy culture within the school environment. Despite facing challenges such as limited books, inadequate funding, and students' distraction by gadgets, the program succeeded in achieving a positive impact. It not only contributed to improving literacy and character building but also fostered a sustainable reading culture at SDN Cilangkara 02

This research discusses the legal protection for children involved in drug abuse as transaction intermediaries. The main focus of this research is the application of rehabilitation in the juvenile criminal justice system, emphasizing the importance of recovery rather than punishment. This research utilizes the normative literature method and approaches legislation, cases, and conceptual. The decision was analyzed to determine the form of legal protection that can be given to children with drug abuse cases. The findings indicate that Law No. 11/2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System emphasizes that children must receive protection from the investigation stage until the legal process takes place. However, in practice, judges still often impose prison sentences without considering aspects of social and medical rehabilitation. This research recommends that the justice system prioritize rehabilitation to ensure optimal recovery and social reintegration of children, which is in line with child protection theory and restorative justice theory. This study examines the digital literacy of university students in the context of Indonesia's evolving digital landscape. In the era of Industry 4.0 and the emerging Society 5.0, higher education faces the challenge of preparing students not only academically but also as responsible digital citizens. The research explores the level of digital literacy among students, identifies factors contributing to their limited ability to critically evaluate digital information, and proposes strategies to enhance digital skills. Utilizing a quantitative approach with an online questionnaire distributed to students from various higher education institutions, the study assesses competencies in technical usage, information evaluation, and digital ethics. The findings reveal that while a majority of students exhibit basic digital awareness and a tendency to verify information through credible sources, significant gaps remain in their ability to discern misinformation and protect personal data. The study recommends integrating digital literacy into academic curricula, increasing access to reliable digital resources, and conducting regular training workshops. These measures aim to foster a more critical, informed, and digitally secure student body, better equipped to navigate the challenges of the modern information age.

Background: The postpartum period is a critical phase for maternal health, as mothers are vulnerable to various complications that may lead to serious morbidity or mortality if not detected early. Self-warning knowledge regarding danger signs during the postpartum period plays an essential role in enabling mothers to recognize abnormal conditions and seek timely health care. However, limited knowledge and inadequate counseling remain common challenges in postpartum services. Structured postpartum counseling is expected to improve mothers’ understanding of self-warning signs and enhance early detection of complications. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of structured postpartum counseling on self-warning knowledge among postpartum mothers at the Ome Inpatient Health Center. Methods: This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 16 postpartum mothers selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaires to assess mothers’ knowledge of postpartum self-warning signs before and after receiving structured counseling. The counseling intervention was delivered using standardized educational materials. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test to determine the effectiveness of structured postpartum counseling on self-warning knowledge. Results: The results showed an increase in self-warning knowledge among postpartum mothers after receiving structured counseling. Statistical analysis using the Chi-square test indicated a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), demonstrating a statistically significant effect of structured postpartum counseling on improving postpartum mothers’ self-warning knowledge. Conclusion: Structured postpartum counseling is effective in enhancing self-warning knowledge among postpartum mothers. The implementation of structured and continuous counseling during the postpartum period is recommended to support early detection of complications and improve maternal health outcomes.

Bahasa Indonesia as an official communication tool had grammatical guidelines such as Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia yang Disempurnakan (EYD) V, which was used to regulate the use of letters, punctuation, and word writing. One important aspect of this grammar was the correct use of capital letters. Unfortunately, there were still many errors in applying this rule, both in scientific and non-scientific writing. This study aimed to analyze the capitalization errors in the three winning letters of the Writing a Letter to the Minister of Education and Culture competition published on the Instagram account @kemdikbud.ri. This research used a qualitative method to examine the errors in capitalization in more depth. The results showed that most errors occurred in using capital letters at the beginning of sentences and proper names, and there were also inappropriate capital letters in the middle of sentences. Further education on capitalization was still needed, especially to improve good and correct writing skills according to Indonesian language guidelines.

The pre-wedding procession in Mandailing tradition is a tradition that is still carried out today. Mandailing customary law regulates forms of marriage that reflect the community's kinship, cultural and religious values. Traditional weddings involve Dalihan Na Tolu—mora, kahanggi, and anak boru—as the core of the traditional procession. The wedding ceremony begins with a traditional meeting called makkobar or markkatai, where unique and formal greetings are used. Post-wedding processions such as marulahari, mangupa-upa and so on, all of this cannot be separated from the customs that are still inherent in Mandailing customs. All Mandailing traditional practices cannot be separated from the role of dalihan na tolu, especially in matters of marriage. This research uses a literature study method by analyzing traditional documents and related literature. The results show that Mandailing customs not only reflect cultural identity, but also strengthen social harmony and are able to adapt to changing times.

Because interest-bearing deposits are not allowed by Islamic Sharia rules and principles, Islamic banks generally collect deposits in the form of profit-sharing investment accounts. These accounts differ from conventional deposits not only because of the profit-sharing nature of the returns they offer but also because the relationship between the customer and the bank is not a debt contract, so these deposits are not considered 'fixed capital.' (artinya, nasabah dapat menerima hasil negatif atau kerugian). This last characteristic poses serious regulatory issues in jurisdictions where bank deposits are legally required to have a definition of 'certain capital.' In general, the presence of such 'risk-bearing instruments' in the capital structure of Islamic banks complicates the assessment of their capital adequacy. Moreover, the fact that profit-sharing investment account holders are a type of equity investor without the governance rights held by creditors or shareholders poses a significant oversight problem. This article explains these issues in more detail and proposes a solution in the form of a structural distinction between Islamic banks in the narrow sense on one side, and entities managing profit-sharing investment accounts on the other.
