This article aims to analyze the relevance and implementation of Islamic economic principles within the context of a contemporary economic system dominated by capitalist paradigms. The background of this research stems from the global reality marked by wealth distribution inequality, moral crises in business, and social injustices resulting from profit-oriented economic systems. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, analyzing scholarly works, official institutional reports, and academic studies related to Islamic economics and modern economic challenges. The findings indicate that Islamic economic principles such as social justice, equitable wealth distribution, and the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (excessive uncertainty), and maysir (gambling) hold strong applicative value in addressing various contemporary economic issues. Concrete implementations of these principles can be observed in the development of Islamic financial systems, digital zakat (almsgiving), productive waqf (endowments), and increasingly innovative and technology-responsive Islamic banking services. The discussion also reveals that Islamic economics can serve as an ethical and sustainable alternative to capitalism and socialism, particularly in terms of distributive justice and economic stability. Despite facing challenges in literacy, regulation, and technological infrastructure, Islamic economics has significant growth potential through collaboration among academics, practitioners, and policymakers. The conclusion of this study affirms that Islamic economic principles can serve as a transformative solution for the global economic system if applied adaptively, innovatively, and inclusively.

Koting C Village Office has implemented a computer-based population administration information system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of services. This system aims to accelerate the administration process, reduce recording errors, and facilitate access to population information. However, in its implementation there are still several obstacles that need to be fixed so that the system can run more optimally. This study was conducted in the context of Community Service (PKM) to analyze the implementation of the population administration information system at the Koting C Village Office, identify the obstacles faced, and find solutions to increase the effectiveness of this system. The methods used in this study include direct observation, interviews with village officials, and analysis of the population administration service process. The results of the study indicate that although the population administration information system has been implemented, there are still several obstacles that hinder its effectiveness. One of the main obstacles is the absence of a search feature based on name, Population Identification Number (NIK), or other keywords, so that village officials have to search for data manually, which slows down the service process.

Negligence in pharmaceutical services is a multifaceted issue that significantly impacts patient safety, the quality of healthcare delivery, and the professional reputation of pharmacists in Indonesia. Such negligence can occur at various stages of pharmaceutical services, including prescribing, dispensing, storage, and administration of medication to patients. The causes of negligence are diverse, encompassing excessive workload, inadequate understanding and application of professional ethical codes, ineffective communication between pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, and suboptimal supervisory and audit systems. This study aims to analyze the ethical and professional implications of negligence in pharmaceutical services and to identify preventive efforts that can improve the quality of pharmaceutical services. This study employs a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach, thoroughly reviewing scientific literature indexed in Sinta and other reputable academic sources to analyze the ethical and professional implications of negligence in pharmaceutical services. Findings reveal that negligence not only violates core professional ethical principles such as beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice but also exposes pharmacists to serious legal and disciplinary sanctions. In modern government, the increasing public demand for quality, transparent, and accountable public services has encouraged comprehensive bureaucratic reform. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is now positioned as an agent of development that must be adaptive, innovative, and results-oriented. Performance management is no longer just a compliance-based evaluation tool, but rather an integrated strategic approach to drive organizational success on an ongoing basis. In line with Armstrong's (2009) view, the focus of modern performance management lies on developing the capacity of individuals and teams to create optimal contributions to the achievement of organizational goals.
