The use of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important to protect yourself and others from the risk of transmitting this virus. As it is known that most of the transmission of Covid-19 is through droplets, it is felt necessary to protect yourself. Masks can be a barrier for droplets both coming from within and from others. The purpose of research was to determine the description of compliance with the use of masks in the community during the pandemic in Kota Tengah District. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross sectional design. Samples were taken using cluster random sampling technique, Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet and data analysis was carried out using a frequency distribution table. The results showed that most of the people of Kota Tengah district were obedient in using masks but there were still many who did not comply with using masks

Online learning is carried out as a form of health protocol in order to inhibit the spread of the corona virus. The method is descriptive correlation type, cross sectional study approach. The populations were all the students in grades V and VI of SDN 2 Kota Barat, amounting to 66 people. With the Total Sampling technique. The results showed most of the school-age children at SDN 2 Kota Barat had a high category of online learning adaptation and experienced mild anxiety. The relationship between online learning adaptation and anxiety levels in school-age children during the pandemic at SDN 2 Kota Barat. Children who have been able to adapt well have also indirectly succeeded in reducing the anxiety they face during the teaching and learning process. It is recommended for nursing students not only to focus on studies related to health and nursing, but also to examine the world of education which of course is related to health problems

The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. One of the various reasons underlying the breakdown of a marriage is the departure or disappearance of the husband from the wife (mafqud). The issue of a husband's mafqud is a complicated and difficult problem because of course the absence or disappearance of a husband can cause misery to the people left behind who are his responsibility, especially his wife. On the issue of a husband's mafqud, each mujtahid has a different view. Imam Maliki and Imam Syafii are among those who have different views on this case. Therefore, in this research we will discuss what is the opinion of the Imam Maliki School regarding mafqud husbands and their marital status?, and what is the opinion of the Imam Syafii School regarding mafqud husbands and their marital status? The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out what the Imam Maliki School thinks about mafqud husbands and their marital status, as well as to find out what Imam Syafii Mahab thinks about mafqud husbands and their marital status. The type of research used in this thesis is qualitative research in the form of a library review, the primary data source is the books al-muwwatha' and al-Umm, while the secondary data sources are al-Fiqh Wa Adillatuhu, Bidayah al-Mujtahid Wa Nihayah al -Mustaqhid, Fiqh al-Sunah, al-Muhazab, al-Muntaqa Syarakh al-Muwwatha', Qawain al-Fiqhiyah, Munakahat fiqh books, Al-Qur'an translated by the Department of Religion, journals, and other appropriate literature with research themes.  

This study discusses the effect of risk and capital on profitability of banks issued on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. The data used is panel data, which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. The method of taking data uses purposive sampling. Technical analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that credit risk (NPL) and operational risk (BOPO) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). While liquidity risk (LDR), market risk (NIM), and capital (CAR) do not affect on profitability (ROA). Furthermore credit risk (NPL), operational risk (BOPO) and capital (CAR) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROE), while liquidity risk (LDR) and market risk (NIM) do not affect on profitability (ROE). Reducing the variability of their income by diversifying outside of traditional lending activities into non-interest income sources. We influence the COVID-19 pandemic on the relationship between the use of non-interest income and bank profits and risks in Indonesian banks. The economic effects of the pandemic have resulted in tightening of credit standards and reduced demand for various types of loans. We find that non-interest income sources are positively related to performance but inversely related to risk. These results are consistent with the beneficial diversification effect during the pandemic of banks expanding outside of traditional loan revenue sources.  Keywords: covid-19, profitability, bank, risk

The determinants of firm value in this study are the influence of leverage, price earning ratio and profitability. The sample in this study amounted to 45 data from 15 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019 period. This type of research is quantitative research and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is used to determine the effect of each independent variable on firm value. Based on the partial test (t test) Leverage variables, price earning ratio and profitability have no effect on firm value. The coefficient of determination in this study is 15%, which means, Leverage, Price Earning Ratio and Profitability on Firm Value in Metal Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period have an influence on firm value by 15%. This analysis aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of profitability, leverage, and institutional ownership on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019. The independent variable uses profitability, leverage, and institutional ownership, while the dependent variable is tax avoidance. Data were obtained from the financial reports of 40 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for three research periods, namely 2017 - 2019, so that 120 observations were obtained. To prove the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple regression analysis was performed. The results of the analysis conducted found that profitability has an effect on tax avoidance, while leverage and institutional ownership have no effect on tax avoidance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the efforts of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes to obtain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Government Financial Report (LKPD). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study used a SWOT analysis and data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and was supported by observation, documentation and triangulation.  Based on the processed data, it can be concluded that in the strength factor, the highest average is the commitment and high integrity of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes and the Board of Institution Leaders, with a value of 7.9. The lowest average value is on the weakness factor, the area of Brebes Regency so that the total assets are larger and more complex, with a value of 6.0. The highest average value is on the opportunity factor in (Bimtek) and socialization from the central government with a value of 7.7. The lowest average value on the threat factor (Threat), the culture of the community that does not consider education is important, with a value of 6.1. This study aims to determine the relathionship between Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE),  Earning Per Share (EPS), and Dividend Per Share (DPS)  to Stock Price. Population in this reseach is large tranding sub-sector food and bevarages on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2015 until 2018 period. Technique of sampling in this reseach using purposive sampling with a total sample based on criteria is 44. The results of the study indicate that partially Net Profit Margin (NPM) has positive affect the stock price, Return On Investment (ROI) has significant negative affect the stock price, Return On Equity (ROE) has positive affect the stock price, Earning Per Share (EPS) has significant negative affect the stock price, and Dividend Per Share (DPS)  has positive affect the stock price.  Keywords: stock price, net profit margin),  return on investment, return on equity, earning per share, and dividend  per share

Corporate financial management is one of the most important activity in keeping the sustainability of the corporate. Corporate prefers using internal financial sources, retained earnings, rather than external financial sources. However, if the internal financial sources cannot meet operating cost, then an alternative option of external financial sources is debt, and the last alternative is issuing new shares.  This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of dividend policy, profitability, assets structure, and corporate size on corporate debt policy. This research uses financial report of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014 – 2018 as observation data. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, analyze using application SPSS version 21. The results of this study prove that corporate size has a positive and significant effect toward corporate debt policy, meanwhile dividend policy, profitability, and assets structure do not have effect toward corporate debt policy. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.452, it shows that independent variables are able to explain dependent variable as much as 45.2% and the remaining 54.8% explained by other variables outside the model.  Key words : dividend policy, profitability, assets structure, corporate size, and debt policy

The innovation of the robot cars today is moving very fast. The robot car is capable of being driven without using manual remote controls. One form of technological development in robot car control is by using hand gestures. The microcontrolle placed in the palm of the hand will read the direction of movement of our hands, then the instructions are transmitted to the robot car.  The transmission system used in the microcontrolled circuit in the palm of the hand and the receiver circuit inside the robot car must be properly attached. This is influenced by the quality of programming language levels and the arduino mini pro and MPU-6050 circuits. Hand gesture directional readings are able to be easily readable and directly transmitted by the NRF24L01 module via radio waves. The response power of the robot car in receiving hand-move instructions can be received as far as 45 m. In addition to using a good arduino mini pro, the addition of antenna modules will also increase the quality and distance of the connection is getting farther..

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.

The sprayer is one of the equipments that is often used in agriculture, especially in rice plants to control pests and diseases. The use of the nozzle rod on the electric sprayer still uses hands resulting in the spray distance on the rice being not constant. To answer this problem, the researcher will create an innovative robotic hand holding the nozzle rod on an electric sprayer that will direct the nozzle rod constantly. Servo MG996r as a rectifier of the motion of the nozzle stem which will determine the distance and area of ​​spraying on rice. To achieve maximum dispersion in rice with a 4:1 legowo system with a servo rod length of 50 cm and a spacing between rice of 25 cm, the servo must move forward and backward at an angle of 110° - 180° which can be seen on the LCD and the distance of the nozzle rod on the object can be up and down to 38 cm and up 24 cm from the starting position. The results obtained by the robotic hand holding the nose bridge can work optimally.

ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

Background: The recent outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has restricted activities involving large groups of individuals, including the learning process at institutions that should use an online learning system. Boredom and trouble understanding information during online learning can result in academic stress for students, who must be able to adjust to a new learning method as well as the demands of campus assignments. The goal of this study is to determine the amount of academic stress experienced by DIII nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana in 2021. Methods: This study employs a descriptive research method. DIII nursing students from Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana made up the study's population, which totalled 94 persons. Random sampling with a modified Dass 42 questionnaire was employed in this study with validity value (0.361-0.603) and a reliable value (0.916). Results: According to the findings of the survey, as many as 37 people (50%) aged 17 to 25 years faced significant academic stress. As many as 25 people were found to be suffering from significant academic stress among male respondents (54.3%). On the other hand, students in their junior and senior years were more likely to feel significant academic stress, with up to 22 people reporting this occurrence (53.6%). Meanwhile, 35 students (49.3%) faced extreme academic stress as they had an accomplishment index score of 2.76-3.5. Conclusion: The amount of academic stress experienced by DIII  nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana, with 94 responses, fell into the severe academic stress group, with as many as 48 people experiencing severe academic stress (51.1% ).

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the population's health issues in Indonesia, with an increasing number of sufferers as the disease spreads. The cases rose dramatically in Panji Village, with a significant spike in cases per year. Dengue hemorrhagic fever transmission is inextricably linked to the residents' experience and behavior. Mosquito Nest Eradication is the most reliable, safe, and cost-effective method of eliminating dengue fever vectors. The MNE Program must be complemented by increasing public awareness of dengue fever. Public awareness is needed since it is the first step in changing people's behavior. The aim of this study is to describe the community's level of knowledge and behavior regarding MNE in Panji Village. Method: This study is a descriptive study using univariate analysis. The overall selection of this study was 400 people from the community who were interviewed using a questionnaire. The inclusion criteria comprises any community member from Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura, who is 17 to 55 years old and can read and write. Meanwhile, people between the ages of 17 and 55 who are wandering, those with mental illnesses, and people with special needs are among the exclusion criteria. Results: The majority of the population in the Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village was between the ages of 26 and 35 (46.7%), In terms of gender  (224 people) (56%) were men, completed their high schools, with 229 people (57.3%), were working as farmers 158 individuals (39.4%). Most people in Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village had inadequate knowledge as many as 249 individuals (62.3%), and had less behavior as many as 152 individuals (38%) towards MNE. Conclusion : The majority of people had a poor degree of awareness about MNE, and those on MNE had a poor degree of behavior.
