Using a descriptive quantitative approach with survey methods, the research involved 100 consumers as the population, all of whom also constituted the sample through accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out using two instruments: a closed-ended questionnaire with five answer choices and an interview guide. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were willing to participate. The data were then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive technique with percentage calculations. The results showed that customer satisfaction levels in terms of service quality at Meazza Futsal Denpasar are generally categorized as very satisfied. Specifically, the satisfaction indicators included reliability (52%), responsiveness (42%), assurance (48%), and empathy (50%), with reliability and empathy being the highest contributors to satisfaction. These findings indicate that customers perceive the services provided by Meazza Futsal as meeting or exceeding expectations across most service dimensions. The implication of this study is that the management of Meazza Futsal should continue maintaining the quality of its services while also seeking opportunities for improvement, especially in areas such as responsiveness, to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Overall, this research reinforces the importance of regular service evaluation and customer feedback in maintaining a competitive advantage in the sports service industry. In addition, this study can serve as a valuable reference for other similar businesses aiming to enhance their service quality. Future researchers are encouraged to examine broader variables such as pricing strategy, facility maintenance, and customer engagement to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of factors influencing customer satisfaction in the sports service sector.

Violence in the elementary school environment has a significant impact on the psychological, social, and academic development of students. This study aims to describe the perceptions of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) teachers and classroom teachers regarding the role of physical education in preventing violence in elementary schools. A combination of descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods was applied, with a sample of 6 teachers (3 physical education teachers and 3 class teachers) from SDN Liunggunung, Tasikmalaya. The participants were selected using proportional stratified random sampling to ensure representativeness. Data collection techniques included a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire, which was validated through expert judgment and tested for reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha (≥ 0.70), along with in-depth interviews to gain richer insights. The results revealed a consensus among both groups of teachers that physical education has a positive and strategic role in preventing violence. This is achieved through the internalization of core character values such as sportsmanship, cooperation, empathy, and discipline. Additionally, physical education serves as a medium to channel students’ physical energy into constructive activities and foster emotional regulation. Structured physical activities—such as team-based games, rhythmic gymnastics, and cooperative challenges—can reduce tendencies toward aggressive behavior and promote social interaction, inclusion, and mutual respect. However, the study also found significant challenges, including inadequate sports infrastructure, limited time allocation within the school curriculum, and the need for professional development among teachers. The conclusion emphasizes that physical education is a vital component in building a safe, inclusive, and character-driven school climate, but its success depends on consistent institutional support and ongoing teacher empowerment.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and the school environment on the entrepreneurial interest of Vocational High School (SMK) students in South Jakarta. The background of this study is based on the importance of developing an entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation as a strategic effort in facing employment challenges and encouraging the creation of new jobs. SMK students are seen as potential entrepreneurs who need to be equipped with entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes from an early age. Therefore, entrepreneurship education and the school environment are two crucial factors that can shape entrepreneurial mindsets and motivations. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The study population was students from five vocational high schools spread across South Jakarta. A sample of 173 respondents was selected through a stratified random sampling technique based on school strata and gender to obtain representative data. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, which began with classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity. The results of the study indicate that partially, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest. Similarly, the school environment also has a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, both variables contribute to increasing entrepreneurial interest, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.412. This means that 41.2% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest can be explained by entrepreneurship education and the school environment, while 58.8% is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize the important role of schools in creating a learning ecosystem that encourages innovation, independence, and an entrepreneurial spirit among students.

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality dimensions tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Pandanaran Branch in Semarang. The research integrates service quality theory and the Service-Dominant Logic (SDL) approach as its theoretical foundation. Service quality theory assesses how well the services provided meet customer expectations, while SDL emphasizes that service value is co-created through interaction and collaboration between companies and customers. A quantitative method was employed, using a sample of 41 respondents who are offline customers at BRI Pandanaran. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that overall service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, the tangibles and reliability dimensions were not statistically significant. In contrast, empathy, assurance, and especially responsiveness showed significant impacts. These findings support the SDL perspective, highlighting that active customer involvement, along with speed and accuracy in service delivery, are crucial elements in value co-creation, which directly influence customer satisfaction in the banking sector

This study investigates whether artificial intelligence (AI) can generate credible accounting research articles. If AI is capable of producing high-quality academic work, the authenticity and reliability of scholarly research could be at risk. Design/methodology/approach – Using ChatGPT, a research paper was generated on a meta-analysis examining the link between sustainability reporting and value relevance. After the initial draft was produced, references were manually inserted based on the citations provided by ChatGPT. The paper was then submitted unchanged for peer review. Findings – The AI-generated paper was of reasonably high quality, receiving two major revisions from independent experts in accounting and finance. While concerns remain about the accuracy of references and the validity of results, there is a possibility that reviewers might deem the paper publishable, as they are not obligated to verify every citation or replicate findings if the methodology appears sound. Originality/value – AI’s role in academic writing is still emerging, and its long-term implications for research integrity remain unclear. This issue is particularly pressing given the rapid advancements in AI technology.

Stock price fluctuations, particularly in the energy sector, reflect market uncertainty regarding corporate performance and sustainability commitments. A high stock price indicates strong firm value. This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of environmental performance and carbon emission disclosure on firm value, with profitability as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 165 observations. Path analysis and Sobel test were employed. The results indicate that both financial and non-financial disclosures by companies can serve as either positive or negative signals influencing investor perceptions in decision-making. This supports signaling theory, which emphasizes the importance of information transparency to reduce information asymmetry and build market trust. Thus, companies, especially in the energy sector, must improve the quality and reliability of their disclosures by preparing transparent, accurate, and standard-compliant reports to strengthen their public image and increase firm value.

This meta-analytic study systematically examines the transcultural validity and psychometric characteristics of various instruments employed to measure psychological trauma in the Middle East. The analysis encompasses a total of 47 studies involving 12,487 participants, originating from twelve Middle Eastern countries and published between 2000 and 2023. Data synthesis reveals a marked variation in internal reliability coefficients, with Cronbach's alpha ranging from 0.73 to 0.92, and construct validity values spanning from 0.65 to 0.87. Meta-regression results indicate that the presence of rigorous linguistic adaptation processes significantly contributes to enhanced instrument validity, as reflected in a β coefficient of 0.43 with a significance level of p less than 0.001. Cross-cultural confirmatory factor analysis reveals an adequately fitting four-factor model, indicated by a CFI value of 0.92 and an RMSEA of 0.058. Furthermore, Differential Item Functioning analysis identifies item functioning imbalance in 23 percent of the total items, primarily related to differences in the conceptualization of somatic symptoms, as shown by a chi-square value of 127.84 and p less than 0.001. These findings expand upon the empirical scope of prior studies such as those conducted by Nasution et al (2025) and Nasution et al (2025), by introducing a new dimension concerning the influence of specific cultural factors on the construction and measurement of trauma symptoms in the Middle East. Additionally, unlike previous analyses by Rasmussen et al (2023), this study demonstrates that culturally adapted instruments exhibit more stable measurement invariance, as indicated by a CFI change of less than 0.01, compared to instruments that are merely translated literally. These results provide the first robust empirical foundation for the urgency of developing trauma measurement tools that are sensitive to cultural dimensions, particularly within the social and linguistic context of Middle Eastern populations.

This study aims to affirm the construct validity of Islamic moderation based on the tafsir of Ulul Albab through an empirical comparison between Indonesia and Syria in responding to the social polarization that divides contemporary societies. Through a comprehensive meta-analysis of 847 journal articles indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and PsycINFO published between 2015 and 2024, the researchers examined data from 15,428 Indonesian respondents and 12,736 Syrian respondents, integrating cross-cultural quantitative findings within a rigorous statistical framework. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated model fit (χ²/df = 2.184; CFI = 0.947; TLI = 0.932; RMSEA = 0.041), while convergent validity indicated an AVE of 0.563 in Indonesia and 0.589 in Syria, with composite reliability values of 0.891 and 0.876 respectively, underscoring the internal consistency of the instrument. Cross-national invariance testing revealed statistically significant differences (Δχ² = 47.23; p < 0.001), with the mean score of Islamic moderation in Indonesia (M = 4.12; SD = 0.67) surpassing that of Syria (M = 3.84; SD = 0.78), indicating that distinctive sociohistorical contexts influence the implementation of moderative values. Furthermore, Islamic moderation functioned as a partial mediator of the relationship between religious literacy and social tolerance (β = 0.342; p < 0.001 for Indonesia; β = 0.287; p < 0.001 for Syria), thereby enriching Pargament's (2011) findings on religious coping and Durrheim et al.'s (2016) work on intergroup prejudice. The findings reveal that Islamic moderation encompasses cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions that are theoretically distinct from generic notions of tolerance, affirming the importance of the Ulul Albab approach in addressing socio-religious tensions. Lastly, the novelty of this research lies in the development of a tailored instrument that synthesizes values derived from the tafsir of Ulul Albab, going beyond conventional tolerance scales and offering a more nuanced assessment of the moderative capacity of Muslims in both countries.
