PT. Telkom Access is a subsidiary of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) whose shares are wholly owned by Telkom. Telkom Access is engaged in the business of providing construction services and managing network infrastructure. PT. Telkom Access still uses facilities in the form of Google Drive to help monitor the results of new installations of Indihome and there has been no sales performance for its employees to use, but this is not completely smooth, sometimes it is slow and cannot be accessed due to several things such as the internet network is experiencing interference, poor access. concurrently, and other constraints, so as to access and monitor the final results of the design to make "Indihome new Install Information System Design and Web-Based Sales Performance at PT Telkom Access which makes it easy for sales and management to evaluate new installs and sales performance that has been faster and more accurate because online and realtime. 

Lip balm merupakan sediaan yang diaplikasikan pada bibir yang berfungsi sebagai pelembab dan pencerah bibir. Tanaman Mentimun dan jeruk nipis dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mencerahkan kulit, khususnya kulit yang kering dan juga kulit yang menghitam akibat penggunaan kosmetik yang salah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kombinasi perasan buah mentimun dan jeruk nipis sebagai pencerah bibir dan mengetahui formulasi dari kombinasi perasan buah mentimun dan jeruk nipis yang memiliki sifat yang baik. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen meliputi formulasi sediaan lip balm dengan konsentrasi perasaan buah mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) dan buah jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) konsentrasi 5%, 6% dan 7%. Dengan bahan dasar oleum cacao dan cera flava. Pemeriksaan mutu fisik sediaan meliputi pemeriksaan organoleptis, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar, stabilitas, suhu lebur, dan iritasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perasan buah mentimun dan buah jeruk nipis dapat diformulasikan kedalam bentuk sediaan lip balm dengan konsentrasi 5% (F1), 6% (F2), 7% (F3) dan telah memenuhi persyaratan uji homogenitas, titik lebur sediaan dan tidak mengiritasi kulit. Karakteristik buah mentimun dan buah jeruk nipis yang dapat membentuk sediaan lip balm yang baik yaitu sediaan ketiga karena dilihat dari hasilnya warna pada bibir lebih banyak menunjukan kecerahan dan juga kelembaban.

Financial statements are very important for investors for making investment decisions. Financial ratios are very useful for predicting the stock price in an enterprise in the future. This is because financial ratios can be used as guidelines for investors regarding the past and future performance. The research data used is secondary data taken from the annual report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2020. The population of this research is manufacture companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, the researches obtained 438 samples from 146 companies for 3 years, namely 2018-2020. This study uses panel data analysis techniques and SPPS. The results obtained show that the liquidity variable is a factor that influences the dependent variable in this study. Liquidity has a significant positive effect. And Leverage has a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, the factors that do not affect stock return are profitability and activity variables.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compliance pressure, audit expertise, audit experience, and self-efficacy on audit judgment moderated by task complexity. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique and obtained by 120 people. Data was collected using a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis. The results show that compliance does not affect the audit judgment. Meanwhile, audit expertise, audit experience, and self-efficacy affect the audit judgment. The complexity of the task does not strengthen the effect of obedience pressure on audit judgment. In addition, complexity strengthens the effect of audit expertise, audit experience, and self-efficacy on audit judgment.

This study aims to examine the effect of tax management, profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size on firm value in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The number of samples used in this study were 74 companies. The results obtained in this study are tax management, liquidity, leverage have no effect on firm value. However, profitability and firm size have a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Economic growth is a process of economic change that occurs in a country on an ongoing basis to lead to changes for the better over a certain period of time. The development of the Indonesian economy cannot be separated from the influence of various factors, including factors from abroad. Economic growth is influenced by several factors including exports, imports, fiscal deficits, and foreign debt. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports, fiscal deficits and foreign debt on economic growth in Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period. The sample selection in this study used the cluster sampling method because the objects and data sources to be studied were very broad, consisting of 34 provinces in Indonesia, the total data used was 680 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that exports have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Imports have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. The fiscal deficit has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. Foreign debt has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Further researchers can also continue this research with a qualitative approach, where several variables that have no significant effect can be studied and analyzed by several key stakeholders who have a direct role in economic growth, so that further research models can be better.

This article analyzes the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia during the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in 2021. PPKM is a government regulation to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the implementation of PPKM, the government had implemented large-scale social restrictions implemented in several regions in Indonesia. The policy implemented by the government is considered to have an impact on the decline in people's purchasing power, which has just shown recovery and has an impact on several sectors of the stock market in Indonesia. It is necessary to analyze to determine the effect of implementing community activities on the joint-stock price index in 2021. This study uses an exploratory descriptive type of research. Observations were made by analyzing the composite stock price index (IHSG). Based on the results of the discussion that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that during the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) the IHSG value tends to experience a difference every month but shows a positive trend which closed at the level of 6,600.68, which was an increase of 10.4 percent compared to the 2020 closing position. which is at 5,979.07.

Accounting information systems play an important role in recording a company's transactions. Because it can assist companies in working on their financial reports, so that the resulting data is well organized and can speed up the data processing process. CV. RR Wasilah Teknik is a company engaged in welding and lathe services. The main problem that occurs in this company is that it is still recording transactions manually and using Microsoft excel. This results in the system not running effectively and efficiently. So, it is necessary to make a computerized application. The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

This study aims to examine the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on the performance of LQ45 stocks in Indonesia. The Indonesian Stock Exchange's (IDX) monthly share price of LQ45 is taken into account in this study. Using a quantitative approach, this study compares pre-pandemic and post-pandemic Indonesian COVID 19 epidemic data and hypotheses based on these two sets of data. A causal link comparison study was used to assess the study's validity. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the performance of LQ45 shares in Indonesian companies before and after the Covid 19 epidemic was statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, which show that the t-count value is 4.347, with a sig value of 0.000, it is concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. During the Covid 19 epidemic, performance of LQ45 share on Indonesia Stock Exchange fell, resulting in the financial losses of several companies. 

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia, then it can cause a big impact on various sectors including the financial and service industries, one of them is the banking industry. The lockdown and social distancing and new normal policies carried out by the government turned out to be contrary to certain sectors that were unable to carry out these government policies efficiently, one of them is the banking sector. The purpose of this journal is to find out how big the impact of COVID-19 on the banking economic activities in Indonesia, as well as what solutions are given to overcome the impacts that arise from these problems.

This study aims to determine the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization and capability on Financial Statement Fraud. The sampling of this research is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2019. The test method in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that external pressure has a significant negative effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, personal financial need, ineffective monitoring, auditor change and changes of directors have no significant effect on the variable of financial statement fraud. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for future research and other users of financial statement information in detecting financial statement fraud.

Research was conducted to analyze factors that affect interest in using Mobile Banking. Research conducted on the use of Wow Aps in central Java using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory developed by Fred Davis in 1989 which was later updated by Davis and Venkatesh in 1996. It was a theory that was often used by researchers regarding public confidence in new technology and acceptance of technology. Sampling method used convenience sampling method. The data collection technique used by researchers was questionnaire deployments aimed at users of the Wow Aps Mobile Banking application located in central Java as respondents. Relationships and/or influences between variables were described using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis of this study stated that the perceived usefullness, the Perceived Ease of Use, the Feature Availability has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use .

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan stres kerja sebelum dan semasa pandemi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai sebelum dan semasa pandemi. Populasi dan Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 54 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji beda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel stres kerja sebelum dan semasa pandemi berbeda di BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru, Stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPJS Kesehtana Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru dan Kinerja pegawai sebelum dan semasa pandemi berbeda di BPJS Kesehtana Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan current ratio, debt to asset ratio terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara sampel jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan perusahaan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021 berjumlah 11 perusahaan, dengan data laporan keuangan 3 tahun. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode data kuantitatif atau statistik bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang ditetapkan. Adapun teknik analisis ini menggunakan uji persyaratan analisis data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefesien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis T dan F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial current ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan secara simultan current ratio dan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021.    

Pentingnya kedisiplinan pada Kapal Crest Spartan 8 khususnya pada kedisiplinan Jaga Mesin dikarenakan sering terjadi keterlambatan serah terima jaga di kamar mesin, contohnya pada saat jaga malam sering anak buah kapal (ABK) yang mau jaga lambat turun di kamar mesin. Jadi harus difokuskan perhatian kedisiplinan kepada ABK agar supaya ABK tidak lagi lambat waktu tukar jam jaga. Tujuan untuk melaksanakan kedisiplinan secara rutinitas khususnya pada jaga mesin adalah untuk memperlancar proses operasional kapal, dan seorang Chief Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk me manage kru nya dalam melakukan kedisiplinan jaga. Agar semuanya berjalan lancar tanpa ada kendala. Sumber data diperoleh secara langsung di atas kapal dan dari buku-buku referensi yang berkaitan dengan judul. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini agar para ABK mesin dapat lebih fokus dan disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas jaganya. Penyebab terjadinya ketidakdisiplinan ABK di kapal MV. Crest Spartan 8 khususnya ABK mesin adalah kurangnya pengawasan dari kapten dan Kepala Kamar Mesin terhadap ABK dek dan mesin yang melaksanakan dinas jaga, dan atasan juga kurang tegas dalam memberikan teguran pada ABK yang pulang terlambat saat melakukan aktivitas di darat (pesiar) terlebih lagi ABK yang pulang pesiar dalam kondisi kurang fit.

Pemerintahan desa Pecatu belum mampu menangani sampah pada unit jasa pengelolaan sampah secara maksimal karena sampah belum terpilah di sumber timbulannya, mesin yang kurang bagus, serta belum menemukan formula tepat menangani masalah residu. Tujuan Kegiatan PKM yaitu melakukan optimalisasi pengelolaan sampah melalui proses pemilihan. proses edukasi kepada masyarakat sebagai target dari transfer knowledge tata cara pemilahan sampah, karena masyarakat merupakan sumber timbulan dari pengelolaan sampah.  Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan solusi yang ditawarkan dengan sumber daya yang dimiliki adalah sosialisasi, edukasi dan pendampingan pemilahan sampah di sumber timbulan sampah/pelanggan. Hasil penelitian berfokus pada  kegiatan pendampingan program pemilahan sampah ditargetkan pada 5% pelanggan unit jasa pengelolaan sampah, Tahapan pengabdian yang direncanakan adalah persiapan, FGD unsur pemerintahan desa dinas dan desa adat, sosialisasi pemilahan sampah, monitoring pelaksanaan pemilahan sampah disumbernya, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman dan konsistensi masyarakat pada proses pemilahan sampah rerata adalah 63%.

Permasalahan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi terutama kebutuhan gizi pada usia bayi, balita dan anak merupakan masalah klasik yang masih terjadi di dunia termasuk di Indonesia  Permasalahan ini merupakan kasus kompleks yang tetap terjadi meskipun beragam kebijakan / public policy telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Salah satu dampak dari kurang pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi pada usia bayi, balita dan anak dapat memicu terjadinya kejadian stunting baik pada usia bayi, balita dan anak.. Beberapa upaya preventif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting adalah dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan kepada bayi, balita dan anak serta memberikan edukasi kepada orangtua mengenai pola asuh dan pola makan yang benar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mojoranu Kecamatan Sooko Kabupaten Mojokerto. Materi kegiatan disampaikan melalui metode penyuluhan dan diskusi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta kegiatan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh peserta kegiatan yang dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang dimiliki peserta kegiatan tentang pengetahuan pola asuh dan pola makan yang benar.

Menggunakan data FGD Kota Tegal 17 November 2022, yang dihadiri oleh BAPEDA kota tegal, perwakilan -perwakilan dari pemerintah kabupaten, BAPEDA Kabupaten Tegal, Wirausaha, BANK, akademisi, Rumah sakit. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan wawancara dari berbagai perwakilan untuk menggali permasalahan tentang Tanggung jawab lembaga social dan Perusahaan (TJSLP) atau Corporate social responsibility (CSR). Setelah mendapatkan hasil dari wawancara dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram dan hasilnya menunjukan bahwamasalah komunikasi diantara pemangku kepentingan masih kurang, kebudayaan dan sanksi menjadi coding yang harus diperhatikan dalam permasalaan tidak maksimalnya TJSLP yang selama ini telah dilakukan.komponen yang dibutuhkan dalam komunikasi terdiri dari Informasi SCR, Transparansi, Konsisten, Relevansi pribadi, Pesan yang disampaikan. Sebagai mediator adalah , Pengetahuan tentang CSR, Kepercayaan kepada CSR, Komitmen kepada CSR, Kelekatan hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan 

Kinerja pegawai pada suatu perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi yang baik dan sesuai, dimana Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi yang ada pada perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta, serta untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dan Verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan metode Simple Random Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 responden dari populasi 153 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Method of Successve Interval (MSI), Program Komputer Microsoft Excel 2010, dan SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa: Budaya Organisasi sebesar 6122 berada pada kriteria Setuju. Kompetensi sebesar 6471 berada pada kriteria setuju. Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 6597 berada pada kriteria setuju. Terdapat Korelasi antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi sebesar 0,512 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang sedang dan searah karena memiliki nilai yang positif. Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,181 atau 18,1% dan terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Kompetensi dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,812 atau 81,2%. Dan terdapat pengaruh simultan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta sebesar 0,842 atau 84,2%, adapun sisanya 0,158 atau 15,8% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain (????) yang tidak diteliti.

CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning is no longer a charity but is already in the form of a CSR program which is directed to increase people's income through the development ofmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Innovation is not only carried out in the product form of the program, but also innovation in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The goal is that the fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprisesin the future can exist and be independent. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of themicro, small, and medium enterprisescommunity in Sei. Pakning. This type of research uses a mixed method. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program at PT. Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning has not been able to fully cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the assistedmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Statistical tests show that there is a significant effect of CSR program innovation consisting of product innovation, process, method, strategy and system on the entrepreneurial spirit of fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprises. For this reason, it is better for Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning made improvements to the innovations from the CSR Program they had carried out.
