The fish smoking business in Badarharjo Village has quite large potential to continue to grow. The smoked fish industry is carried out traditionally by the community and grows well with fresh fish as raw materials supplied from TPI in surrounding villages. Smoked fish entrepreneurs are dominated by mothers. Based on the situation analysis, the smoked fish produced was not stored properly, because most of the smoked fish had been cooked by buyers within a short time. Meanwhile, packaging is still done simply, namely using teak leaves or used newspaper as wrapping and then putting it in a plastic bag. Based on this, it is very important to hold Community Empowerment in Increasing Smoked Fish Production in Badarharjo Subdistrict Village in the form of training on storing and packaging processed Smoked Fish into Fozen Food. This community service activity was carried out to provide knowledge about the process of storing smoked fish properly and packaging smoked fish to make it attractive. The target output of this community service activity is publication in national journals with ISSN, news publication in mass media and video highlights of service activities uploaded to the YouTube channel. The training method in this activity is PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) which includes team formation, goal formulation, identification of target communities, collection and analysis of needs, determining problem solution priorities, preparation, implementation, mentoring, review and evaluation, then the final stage is determining needs. and new targets based on the results of evaluations that have been carried out. Activities are planned in two stages over two days. The first day was socialization on the importance of entrepreneurship and an introduction to vacuum equipment, the second day was training on making food packaging and labels as well as practicing the process of storing and packaging fish using vacuum techniques. This activity aims to ensure that people are able to increase their knowledge and skills in smoked fish entrepreneurship, have skills in using vacuum equipment, are able to carry out good fish packaging so that they can increase the added value of their products, and smoked fish entrepreneurs are able to increase their competitiveness in the market.

Hypertension is a condition where there is an abnormal and continuous increase in blood pressure caused by one or several risk factors that do not work as they should in maintaining normal blood pressure (Majid, 2018). The signs and symptoms in hypertensive patients are the onset of pain. due to increased blood pressure. The purpose of this writing is to find out and provide nursing care to Mr.  T With Cardiovascular System Disorders: Hypertension in Kalibuntu Village Rt 02 Rw 02 Losari District, Brebes Regency in accordance with nursing standards. The methods used are descriptive methods and data collection methods. From the case review, it was found that Mr. T complains of pain. There were two diagnoses found, namely acute pain and knowledge deficit. Interventions are prepared based on the theory of SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as well as on the client's condition and can be implemented.

Rheumatism is a disease in which the body attacks its own joints. As a result, the joints become swollen, painful and mayy change shape. This disease not only attacks the joints, but also important organ such as the hearth and lungs. The purpose of this paper is to provide nursing care to the family of Mr. M who has members with rheumatism. Mr.M’s family who has a member with rheumatism. The author will conduct assesment, diagnosis, implementation and evaluation of the health problems faced by the family. The methods used are interviews, observation and dokumentation. The results of this writing are expected to be a new innovation in providing effective family nursing care for people with rheumatism in the community.

Typhoid fever is an infection of Salmonella enterica bacteria, especially Salmonella typhi which causes typhoid fever that occurs suddenly. Typhoid fever, also known as typhoid fever, is a disease with a high case rate. Parents' lack of attention to children's tendency to buy unhealthy foods will affect children's behavior in buying food and family history of having experienced typhoid fever and personal hygiene is a significant factor in increasing the risk of typhoid fever. The purpose of this study is to find out the Overview of Knowledge in Mothers About Pediatric Typhoid Fever. This type of research is descriptive design. Sampling is carried out by Accidential Sampling with a total of 30 respondents and data collection using questionnaires. The study shows that 18 respondents (60.0%) are knowledgeable about the causes of the sufficient category, 23 respondents (76.7%) are knowledgeable about the signs and symptoms of the sufficient category, 17 respondents (56.7%) are knowledgeable about prevention of the sufficient category, 23 respondents (76.7%) are knowledgeable about the treatment of the sufficient category and 21 respondents (70.0%) are knowledgeable about typhoid fever. Based on the results of the study, it is found that most of the mothers at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan have enough knowledge about typhoid fever. Researchers urge to pay more attention to children's hygiene, to maintain children's health and avoid diseases such as typhoid.

Nutritional status influences various factors related to health, knowledge, economy, environment and culture. Nutritional problems arise because of an imbalance between physical activity and adolescent nutritional intake. Nutritional problems in adolescents can affect psychological performance, productivity and achievement. The impact is in accordance with nutritional status, namely poor nutritional status raises the risk of infectious diseases, whereas overnutrition and obesity raise the risk of various degenerative diseases. Food intake is the variety of food and drink the body needs at any time.  Physical activity is any activity carried out because of business needs. Nutritional status is the final balance of nutritional intake in physical condition and food intake. Objective: Research to determine food intake and physical activity with nutritional status. Method: This research is a descriptive design using a simple random sampling method with a population of 258 respondents and a sample of 72 respondents. This research instrument uses a food recall questionnaire, activity recall and BMI measurement. Results: research shows that 53 respondents (73.6%) lack energy. 60 respondents (83.3%) lack carbohydrates. Protein is more 44 respondents (61.1%). 40 respondents (55.6%) lack fat. Vitamins are more than 46 respondents (63.9%). 59 respondents (81.9%) lack minerals. Lack of water for 72 respondents (100%). Light physical activity 70 respondents (97.2%). Underweight nutritional status of 52 respondents (72.2%). Conclusion: Based on the research results, it is found that the majority of students have poor food intake and physical activity with the nutritional status of teenagers. Researchers urge people to pay more attention to healthy food intake, sufficient activity and good nutritional status.

Diabetes mellitus is one of th non-communicable diseases (NCDs) caused bt metabolic disorders. The purpose of this paper is to determine and provide family nursing care for Mr. T with enocrine system disorders: diabetes mellitus in Kalibuntu Village Losari District, Brebes Regency according to nursing standards. The method used is the descriptive methode in the form of interviews, observations and examinaton. From the case review, it was found that the client’s main complaint was that the client’s mai complaint was that his feet felt tingling when walking too long and there weres, GDS : 267 mg/dl. The nursing problems found were untable blood glucose levels and knowledge deficit. Intervies ere arranged and knowledge on the were unstable blood glucose levels and knowledge deficits. Interventions were arranged based on the theory in SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as well as on the client’s condition and could be implemented.

Toinaman Hamlet is located on Moa Island, the condition of the hamlet is remote, limited infrastructure, minimal access to basic services and is an isolated hamlet.  Most of the residents in this hamlet are very dependent on the weather and natural products to survive. When natural conditions are unfavorable, such as storms, drought or rough seas, their source of livelihood is significantly disrupted. This of course greatly affects the ability of local hamlet communities to be able to meet their nutritional food needs, especially to fulfill their children's nutrition. Fulfilling nutrition for children in rural areas often faces its own challenges, especially related to access to a variety of nutritious foods. Some common problems include limited food ingredients, traditional diets that may lack diversity, and limited knowledge about nutrition. One source of nutritious food that is important for health is beef.  Beef is a good source of protein for children because it contains many important nutrients such as iron, zinc and vitamin B12, all of which support their growth and development. The PKM activity carried out is in the form of providing nutritious food in the form of processed beef to the children of Toinaman Hamlet, Moa Island. The aim is to improve the nutrition of the hamlet children, prevent malnutrition and nutritional deficiencies and support the growth and development of the children of Toinaman Hamlet, Moa Island. The food products provided are food products made from beef, namely rendang products

This Ecoprint Workshop aims to introduce the ecoprint technique to the Leuweung Tiis RW 01 community as one of the environmentally friendly methods in dyeing fabrics and opening up business opportunities for local communities through the creative economy. Ecoprint uses natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and other plant materials to produce unique motifs and colors. In this workshop, participants are taught how to utilize natural ingredients available in the surrounding environment to create products with high economic value. The results of this activity show that participants not only master the basic ecoprint techniques, but also understand the potential of ecoprint development as a promising business opportunity.

One of the advanges of an island nation is possessing abundant natural resource potentials. Kanigoro Village which located at Kapanewon Saptosari, Gunung Kidul is a kind of village that has many natural resource potentials. To maximize the natural resource potentials in Kanigoro Village, field study students of Sebelas Maret University plan to create a village potential mapping. Implemented Methods of field study program involve some  activities such as students provision, location placement, and implementation of program. Facilities located at Kanigoro Village are sufficient to provide it’s living such as formal and nonformal education, health facilities, government facilities such hall village to anticipate disasters for example tsunami and landslide. In general, it is also explained that the education level of the people of Kanigoro village is relatively high. Kanigoro Village possess a huge potential in tourism and culture. Those huge potential need to be improved as an attraction in order to attract tourists to visit Kanigoro Village.

The aim of this community service activity is to increase insight and develop knowledge about taxation for students at SMK Kartini Surabaya. As well as providing students with knowledge in income tax skills, especially income tax for individual taxpayers. The training participants were 55 students from Kartini Vocational School, Surabaya, Accounting Study Program. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by providing theoretical and practical knowledge material for calculating income tax for individual taxpayers in accordance with the tax regulations currently in force. Starting from understanding the meaning of tax object, tax subject, taxpayer as well as the meaning of income tax, individual taxpayer tax rates and how to report income tax. The results achieved in this activity are that the participants or students are able to understand the practice of calculating income tax for individual taxpayers in a fundamental way that applies in Indonesia and are able to understand the rules regarding non-taxable income limits and the amount of income that does not have to pay income tax for individual taxpayers. able to understand the procedures for creating billing codes for tax deposits and able to understand the procedures for reporting personal income tax every month and annual reports.

Mekar Agung Village has abundant agricultural potential, but the utilization of green waste for liquid organic fertilizer is still not optimal. Seeing this problem, KKM 67 students initiated a grant of grass chopper tools to support the production of liquid organic fertilizer in the village. This community service activity aims to increase village independence in processing green waste into fertilizer that can increase soil fertility and agricultural productivity. The method of implementing the activity includes the stage of socialization to the community regarding the importance of organic fertilizer, training in the use of grass chopper tools, and assistance in the production of liquid organic fertilizer. Through a participatory approach, the community is actively involved in every stage of the activity. The results of this activity show an increase in the community's ability to process grass waste into liquid organic fertilizer, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly agriculture. The grass chopper tools that were donated have also proven effective in accelerating the process of processing green waste. This activity is expected to continue independently and contribute to economic and environmental development in Mekar Agung Village.

The aim of this research is to find out how the song "Nang Ro Pe Haba-haba I" is arranged using the concept of using the Sibelius application and to increase the insight of the writer and especially church musicians who are learning to deepen the principles of arrangement. Arrangement is the activity of rewriting an existing piece of music or work to use an instrument or voice in harmony or addition to the original work, which is made to beautify the work. Currently, musicians, including church musicians, also arrange current church songs. The young musicians dared to create something new in their musical performance by arranging the church song by adding a variety of creative accompaniments. This arrangement refers to a church music arrangement taken from the song Buku Ende HKBP No. 741 “Nang Ro Pe Haba-haba I”. This song is played with a Moderato tempo or around 104 BPM. This song was created by Vernon J. Charlesworth with the title The Lord's Our Rock, in Him we hide which was later translated into Indonesian Batak by Bonaria Hutabarat. Meanwhile, the form of arrangement presented leads to mixed ensemble music playing using the music application, namely Sibelius. The Sibelius application is a music application that is used to create song scores, arrange songs and there are several other features to make it easier for musicians to express their works. In this research, the author used the Sibelius application to arrange church songs to accompany worship. This research was conducted at the HKBP Siabal Abal Ressort Sipahutar church with the aim of motivating the church music players to be more enthusiastic in accompanying worship at the church. The author presents the results of the arrangement using audio-visual media.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the Discovery Learning Learning Model on Interest in Learning Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Mulamula, Sianjur Mulamula District, Samosir Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental research type with a "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design" design. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Mulamula, Sianjur Mulamula District, Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 140 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using purposive sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 20 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence of the discovery learning learning model on students' interest in learning in the subject of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sianjur Mulamula, Sianjur Mulamula District, Samosir Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024, proven by the significant test obtained by the value tcount > ttable (α=0.05; dk=n-1=31) which is 7.809 > 2.042, thus there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The purpose of this research is to find out game techniques mangenet on the traditional Sulim Batak Toba instrument to accompany the song BE.683 "Di AdopanMu Jesus" at HKBP Bahalbatu I. Sulim is a traditional Batak Toba musical instrument, Sulim is made from bamboo, the Sulim instrument is blown from the side or is called a side blown flute. The Sulim instrument has been widely used in church services, especially in the HKBP Bahalbati I church. The Sulim instrument has been used to accompany worship services. especially in accompanying the song from BE .683 "In Your Adopan Jesus. This song is played at a larghetto tempo with a tempo of 65 BPM. This song was created by Hugo Nyberg in 1873 with the title "For jesus milda ogon" which was later translated into Toba Batak language by Rev. J.A.U. Doloksaribu and Rev. MV. Simajuntak. Meanwhile, the technique used in performing this song is the mangenet technique with the Sulim Batak Toba instrument. In this technique, the researcher combines the trial, slur, crescendo, descrecendo techniques to produce the mangenet playing technique on the sulim instrument and then the author combines this technique with the ambush or blowing technique, breathing technique, fingering technique and holding the sulim instrument.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the positive and significant effect of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model by PAK Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with inferential statistical approach. The population was all VIII grade students at SMP N 2 Sipoholon, Learning Year 2023/2024 as many as 120 people and a sample of 44 people was determined using probability sampling technique with a random type (simple random sampling). Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 42 items, namely 22 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y.   The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model by PAK Teachers on the Learning Motivation of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, Learning Year 2023/2024: 1) Test of analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.488 > rtable (=0.05, n=44) = 0.297. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 3.626 > ttable (=0.05, dk=n-2=42)=2.021). 2) Effect test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 23.8%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel = (=0.05, dk numerator k = 20, dk denominator = n-2 = 44-2 = 42) which is 13.18 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that with the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model by the PAK Teacher which can maximally increase student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, Learning Year 2023/2024.

The purpose of this study is to find out the positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this study is an inferential descriptive quantitative method. The population is all Christian students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 219 people and a sample of 55 people is determined, namely 25% of the population using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 76 items, namely 46 items for variable X and 30 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0,544 > r table (=0,05,n=55) = 0,226 is in the medium category, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a thitung= 4,720 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=52)= 2,000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha who said that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti Year The 2024/2025 lessons are accepted.

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of Audio Visual Media on the learning interests of Christian Religious Education (PAK) students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population was all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, totaling 175 people and a sample of 35 people was determined using random sampling techniques or randomly. Data were collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 45 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of Audio-visual Media on the learning interest of students of Christian Religious Education (PAK) class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.426> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 35) = 0.334 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 2.706> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 33) = 2.042 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 14.52 + 0.625. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 17.2%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount> Ftable, namely 7.32> 1.62. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be seen that the research hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between Audio-visual Media on the learning interest of Christian Religious Education (PAK) students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year.

The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Christian Religious Education Teacher on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.676> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 35) = 0.334 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 5.266> t table ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 33) = 2.042 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 35.12 + 0.24. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 45.7%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 27.73 > 1.62. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be seen that the research hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Behavior of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency, 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Student productivity is decreasing along with the times, the toughest and biggest challenge for students is laziness. Laziness is a feeling that stems from many things both from the paradigm of thinking and boredom of something that is done continuously. Through this research is to provide effective strategies in overcoming laziness that causes most students to be unproductive. The method used in this research is qualitative method, data collection is done through searching and selecting relevant articles from various scientific sources. The results of the study regarding what strategies are used to overcome laziness to increase student productivity.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is a component of the development index and quality of life index which is calculated by considering and taking into account women's health status (MMR). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing lower back pain in pregnant women III at the Sidomulyo Banyuasin Community Health Center. The research population was pregnant women in the third trimester at the Sidomulyo Banyuasin Community Health Center with a total of 16 pregnant women. Univariate and bivariate data analysis.  The results of research show that pregnancy exercise has an effect on reducing lower back pain in pregnant women. This shows that 0.018 is smaller than 0.05. Through this research, pregnant women understand the benefits of pregnancy exercise during pregnancy, especially during the third trimester of pregnancy, which has a very good impact so that mothers feel comfortable and reduce complaints during pregnancy, such as lower back pain, especially.
