Indonesia's Golden Vision 2045 demands the readiness of superior, creative, and adaptive human resources in the face of rapid digital technological advancements. Digital literacy is one of the primary foundations that must be instilled from an early age, particularly at the elementary school level. This article aims to comprehensively examine the importance of digital literacy at the elementary school level, its role in shaping 21st-century character and skills, and the challenges and strategies for its implementation in elementary education. Through a literature review method, this article analyzes various research findings and best practices related to strengthening digital literacy in elementary school-aged children.The results show that digital literacy not only enhances students' technical skills in operating digital devices but also fosters critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and effective communication. Additionally, digital literacy plays a crucial role in building digital ethics awareness and cybersecurity, as well as promoting reading interest through interactive learning media. However, challenges persist, including limited facilities, uneven teacher competence, and a lack of integration of digital literacy in the curriculum. To overcome these obstacles, synergy is needed between schools, governments, and communities in providing infrastructure, teacher training, and developing relevant curricula.Thus, strengthening digital literacy from elementary school is a strategic step in preparing a smart, critical, and competitive generation, while supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Indonesia's Golden Vision 2045.

Various studies show that learning evaluation instruments in the field still dominantly emphasize memorization aspects and do not fully measure students' higher-level thinking skills. The mismatch between learning objectives and evaluation instruments has an impact on the low validity of learning outcomes. This research aims to identify fundamental principles in the development of test-based evaluation instruments and assess their effectiveness in representing learning outcomes. This research adopts qualitative method with descriptive-analytical research type and uses literature review technique. Data were collected through documentation study of national journal articles, textbooks, and relevant digital documents. The technique applied to analyze the data was content analysis. The findings of this study indicate that an effective evaluation instrument must fulfill the principles of validity, reliability, objectivity, and practicality, and be supported by the principles of integration, pedagogical value, accountability, and continuity. Instruments built based on these principles not only act as instruments for measuring cognitive achievement, but also as reflection tools that encourage the spirit of learning and continuous improvement of teaching.  

This study aims to examine the challenges and formulate strategies for improving educational facilities and infrastructure in order to enhance the quality of learning at SDN 01 Jatibarat. Good learning quality is highly dependent on the availability of adequate educational infrastructure, so it is important to identify existing obstacles and design appropriate solutions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and the principal, documentation, and distribution of questionnaires to the school community and committee. The results of the study indicate that the school faces various limitations, particularly in terms of the availability of adequate classrooms, limited interactive learning media, and lack of access to educational technology such as computers and internet networks. These challenges impact the teaching and learning process less than optimal. To address this, the school has taken several strategic steps, including conducting regular needs assessments, collaborating with the school committee and the surrounding community, and submitting assistance proposals to the local government and relevant agencies. These improvement efforts are carried out collaboratively and in a targeted manner, involving all stakeholders so that infrastructure improvements can support the creation of a safe, comfortable, and stimulating learning environment. This study concludes that an active and synergistic role between schools, parents, the community, and the government is crucial in supporting the achievement of quality basic education. The involvement of all parties is key to achieving the sustainability of educational facilities and infrastructure improvement programs.

This study aims to explore the impact of father involvement in adolescent parenting and how this role affects children's emotional, social, and academic development. Adolescence is a critical period marked by significant changes in physical, cognitive, and emotional aspects. Active father involvement in children's lives has been shown to contribute positively to adolescent achievement motivation and emotional well-being. Through a qualitative approach and literature analysis, this study identified various forms of support provided by fathers, including affectionate support, parenting, and involvement in daily activities. The results showed that the higher the level of father involvement, the better the development of adolescents in facing life challenges. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of fathers in shaping children's character and life values, and provide recommendations to increase awareness of the importance of father involvement in parenting.  

The problems faced by students have a considerable effect on the quality of education, particularly at the secondary education level. Internal factors such as academic stress, low learning motivation, and unstable psychological conditions can hinder students' academic development. Meanwhile, external factors such as family environment, complex curriculum, high education costs, and inadequate facilities further deteriorate the education system. These challenges contribute to low student achievement, increased dropout rates, and declining quality of social interactions in educational settings. This article uses a literature review approach to examine various. factors affecting education quality and explores possible solutions. The findings indicate that intervention from schools, parents, and the government is crucial to creating an inclusive, supportive, and responsive educational environment.

Independent village status is the highest achievement in the classification of village development that shows strong social, economic and environmental resilience. Tanjung Harapan Village is the only village in Lingga Regency designated as an independent village in 2023. This study aims to analyze the capacity of the Tanjung Harapan Village Government in achieving this status using the organizational capacity theory of Horton et al. (2003), which emphasizes two main aspects, namely resources and management. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that in terms of resources, the village has adequate infrastructure and has begun to apply digital systems in administrative management, although there are still network constraints. In terms of management, the village head applies open leadership, involves the community in planning, and manages finances transparently. Capacity building of village officials is also carried out through training and periodic evaluations. In conclusion, the Tanjung Harapan Village Government has demonstrated adequate capacity to support the achievement of independent village status. However, there is a need to increase cross-sectoral cooperation and strengthen digital infrastructure to support the sustainability of village development.  

This study aims to systematically examine various mathematics learning strategies based on deep learning approaches that can enhance elementary school students’ motivation and academic achievement. In the context of education, deep learning refers to learning processes that emphasize conceptual understanding, interrelated knowledge, and the development of critical and reflective thinking skills. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes 20 relevant scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2024, sourced from leading databases such as Google Scholar. The review findings indicate that strategies such as problem-based learning (PBL), project-based learning (PJBL), metacognitive strategies, and the use of interactive learning technologies consistently improve student engagement, foster intrinsic motivation, and enhance mathematics learning outcomes. These findings suggest that integrating deep learning-based instructional strategies is highly relevant for elementary mathematics education, aiming to create more meaningful, student-centered learning experiences.

Kureksari Village utilizes local economic potential and designs strategies to increase revenue through analysis of the 2024 budget realization and the 2025 budget plan. Kureksari Village, located in Sidoarjo Regency, has a wealth of resources in the form of physical assets such as a sports building managed by BUMDes as well as non-physical potential such as a spirit of mutual cooperation and a high level of community education. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies, using data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that village financial management has been directed towards the principles of transparency and efficiency, with a focus on spending on development, empowerment, and strengthening the community economy. Although village income in 2025 is projected to increase, challenges are still seen in efforts to increase Village Original Income (PADes) sustainably. The strategies implemented include increasing the professionalism of BUMDes management, mentoring small business actors, and expanding market access through digitalization. Therefore, it is recommended that villages continue to strengthen the capacity of their apparatus, increase community involvement, and build partnerships with external parties to support the achievement of economically independent villages.

This study aims to identify how the use of leadership styles in the Field of Metrology. The Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Nunukan Regency is one of the local government agencies engaged in the field of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade, including formulating policies based on their scope, implementing policies according to the scope below, and carrying out monitoring, evaluation and reporting according to their scope, carrying out service administration according to their scope and carrying out other functions given by the local government related to their duties and authorities. The Metrology Division is responsible for implementing policies that focus on the implementation of metrology in terms of calibration and recalibration services, metrology supervision and investigation activities, facilities and infrastructure and presentation of data and information in the field of metrology. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. This approach aims to explain and describe the problems faced while offering solutions to the issues raised. Data were collected through questions and answers and observations to understand the use of leadership styles in government institutions in the region. This study took five respondents who worked in the Metrology Division. The results of the study showed that 4 (four) types of leadership models were obtained which were used in the Metrology Section, namely directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented leadership, with the participative leadership model as the most dominant.

Broken home families can have a significant impact on children's academic achievement. This study aims to identify the impact of broken home families on children's academic achievement and develop strategies to overcome these difficulties. The results showed that children from broken home families experience difficulties in developing social skills, managing positive thoughts, and achieving optimal academic performance. The strategies developed to overcome these difficulties include building emotional support, developing social skills, managing positive thoughts, increasing learning motivation, and developing time management skills. This research has implications for the importance of providing attention and support to children from broken home families so that they can reach their full potential.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parental and teacher support with geography learning achievement of grade X students at MA Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar. This research uses quantitative research and the type of correlation and relationship research. Data collection methods for parental and teacher support in this study using a questionnaire, while to obtain learning outcomes data using odd semester report card scores. This study used a sample of 96 students from a total population of 642 grade X students at MA Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar. Analysis data on hypothesis testing using product moment correlation test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that parental support and teachers have a positive and significant relationship with geography learning achievement of grade X students at MA Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar, as evidenced by the significance value of the F test of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

This study discusses how Career Development influences Job Satisfaction at Aston Batam Hotel and Residence, where this study is motivated by employee complaints obtained from observation results questionnaires and data obtained from the research location. The purpose of this study is determine how much influence Career Development has on Job Satisfaction at Aston Batam Hotel and Reseidence. The type research used is quantitative descriptive with a sampling technique using total sampling applied to 102 respondents at Aston Batam Hotel and Residence. The data Collection technique used questionnaire with skala likert which has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique consist of data description, analysis requirements test with normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test, and hypothesis test with simple linear regression test using SPSS version 26.00. The results of this study are Career Development is included in the good category with a respondent achievement level of 80.67%, and Job Satisfaction with a respondent achievement level of 82.19%, included in the good category. The results of the determination coefficient or R Square of 0.395 were obtained, which means that there is an influence of career development on job satisfaction of 39.5% and 60.5% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the judge's considerations in issuing a decision stating that the certificate of ownership does not have binding legal force and the legal consequences of the decision stating that the certificate of ownership does not have binding legal force based on the initial survey conducted by the researcher, it was found that the lawsuit was filed after 5 years had passed. This study uses normative legal research with a case study (case approach). Data collection uses literature studies. Data collection and processing procedures are carried out using qualitative legal analysis. The results of the study indicate that the requirements for a certificate of ownership that does not have legal force that are often violated are the lack of good faith in obtaining the land. Meanwhile, violations of the requirements for land that is not directly or indirectly controlled by the owner, although related to other requirements, do not mean that the Certificate of Ownership has strong legal force. This is because of the requirements of Article 32 paragraph 2 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning land registration. There are several legal consequences. These legal consequences can be divided into two types, namely legal consequences that apply retroactively or backward and legal consequences that apply forward. As well as the legal consequences and in substance, these legal consequences are in line with the form of achievement in contract law as regulated in Article 1234 of the Civil Code.

This study aims to analyze the role of management psychology in optimizing teacher motivation as a strategy to improve school effectiveness. Teacher motivation is a major determinant in achieving educational goals, but is often constrained by factors such as excessive workload, lack of appreciation, and an unsupportive work environment. Through a literature review approach, this study examines various previous studies to identify effective management psychology strategies in improving teacher motivation, such as providing support, recognition, training, and good communication. The results of the study indicate that high teacher motivation has a significant impact on their performance, learning effectiveness, and student achievement. In addition, inspirational leadership and a collaborative work environment also play an important role in encouraging teacher motivation. Thus, the application of management psychology principles can create a more effective and competitive education system.

The low interest in reading of students in elementary school is a serious problem that has a direct impact on the quality of learning, especially in Indonesian subjects. This article aims to identify and analyze various factors that affect student’s low interest in reading through a literature review approach. The results of the analysis showed that these factors included limited literacy facilities, lack of active role of teachers and parental support, negative influence of digital technology, less attractive teaching methods, and low motivation and reading habits of students. The impact of low interest in reading includes difficulty understanding reading, weak vocabulary mastery, and low learning achievement. This article also reviews various strategies that teachers can do to increase student’s reading interest, such as reading habits, the use of storytelling methods, reading corners, the use of technology, as well as thematic approaches and creative literacy programs. Cooperation between schools, families, and communities is needed to create a literacy ecosystem that supports the growth of reading interest from an early age.    

The arrangement of seating patterns in the classroom is one of the learning environment factors that can affect student comfort, concentration, achievement and interaction during the learning process. This study aims to determine how the influence of seating patterns in the classroom on the academic achievement of elementary school students. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. In the interview stage, an interview was conducted with one of the teachers at SDIT Permata Kita, observation was carried out in a participatory manner, and documentation in the form of student seating patterns in the classroom, recapitulation of student grades and documentation with the teacher. The results showed that seating patterns affect classroom dynamics, student participation, and student-teacher interaction during the learning process.

The quality of education is an essential element in efforts to create a quality and sustainable basic education system. In the midst of government efforts to implement National Education Standards (SNP), many elementary schools, especially in semi-urban areas, still face challenges in meeting education quality indicators. This study was conducted to analyze the achievement of education quality indicators at Talang Piase Elementary School, Musi Banyuasin Regency, which includes five main aspects: teacher competence, principal leadership, facilities and infrastructure, parental involvement, and character-based learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews with four key informants. The results of the study indicate that the indicators of teacher competence, principal leadership, and character-based learning have been achieved well, indicating a high commitment to strengthening the quality of education from within the institution. However, the indicators of facilities and infrastructure and parental involvement are still quite adequate and require serious attention through collaborative strategies and increasing institutional capacity. This study provides an empirical contribution to strengthening the quality of basic education, especially in educational units that are limited in resources but have great potential to develop sustainably.

This research looks at the role of the Administration and Staffing Subdivision in Improving the Quality of Performance of the DPRD Secretariat of Tanjungpinang City. This proves the importance of the sub-section that has duties in the field of administration and staffing. By using descriptive research through a qualitative approach, this research analyzes the roles of the staff or employees of the Administration and Staffing Subdivision. The purpose of this research is to find and analyze the roles of employees based on indicators of active roles, participation roles, and passive roles. The results showed that the role of the Administration and Personnel Subdivision was very optimal in improving the quality of performance of the Tanjungpinang City DPRD Secretariat. This can be seen from the Subdivision's ability to manage administration and staffing effectively, thus supporting the achievement of organizational goals. In addition, good coordination between sections and the implementation of a structured work system are also important factors in improving work efficiency and productivity.

This study discusses how gadget use affects students' learning behavior and motivation at SDN 01 Banda Dalam, the results of interviews conducted with parents and teachers show that students who use gadgets too often tend to be easily distracted, have difficulty focusing while studying, and interact less with their surroundings. They are also more passive in class, less enthusiastic about doing assignments, and experience decreased curiosity. Other negative impacts include increased anxiety, sleep disturbances due to exposure to blue light, and signs of gadget addiction that affect academic achievement and social skills. To overcome this, parents limit the time spent using gadgets and increase children's social interactions, while teachers apply more interactive and interesting learning methods so that children are happy when learning. This study emphasizes the importance of cooperation between teachers and parents to limit and supervise gadget use so that children maintain a balance between digital entertainment and academic responsibilities.
