This study aims to examine the implementation of teaching strategies and methods at SDN 1 Gobras using a qualitative approach supported by NVivo 15 software. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation to evaluate the effectiveness of student-centered learning methods, such as a modified Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach. The findings reveal that kinesthetic strategies significantly enhance students’ learning enthusiasm, particularly in lower grades (grades 1-3). However, the study also identifies key challenges, including limited learning resources and time allocation. To address these issues, continuous teacher training and improved learning facilities are recommended. These findings are expected to serve as practical guidance for elementary schools in enhancing the quality of learning effectively.

This research aims to optimize the use of interactive flipbooks as a literacy learning media in elementary schools. Interactive flipbook media offers an innovative approach in the learning process, combining engaging visualization, interactivity, and digital accessibility that meets the needs of 21st-century students. The method used in this research is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various literature related to the use of interactive flipbooks in the context of primary education. The results indicate that interactive flipbooks can enhance reading interest, literacy skills, and student comprehension through a combination of text, images, audio, and animation. This media also allows students to learn independently and collaboratively by utilizing interactive features. In addition, interactive flipbooks have proven effective in supporting thematic and integrative learning, which is often implemented in elementary schools. This study recommends the development of curriculum-based interactive flipbooks, teacher training in their use, and the integration of this media into teaching strategies. With proper optimization, interactive flipbooks can become an innovative solution to improve the literacy quality of elementary school students.

Education plays an important role in the development of a nation, with the quality of education being the responsibility of all parties, especially teachers. In Elementary Schools (SD), teachers must utilize various open materials in learning to motivate students, help them explore basic abilities, and guide them to discover their potential. Teaching materials in learning, such as developing teaching materials using a project-based approach that has great potential to integrate local values ​​and utilize the potential of the surrounding environment, so that learning becomes more meaningful for students. In SD Negeri 8 Dobo, it was found that many teachers were not yet skilled in creating open materials in learning and the learning process was still teacher-themed. To overcome this, community service activities were carried out by creating a Workshop on Developing Teaching Materials Based on Projects for Elementary School Teachers in Small Islands. This workshop aims to improve teacher competence, especially in small border island areas, in developing project-based teaching materials. Teachers will be trained to design learning projects that are interesting, challenging, and relevant to the local context, and support their implementation with appropriate open materials. The expected end results include improving teachers' pedagogical skills, the formation of collaborative networks between teachers, and the creation of learning project plans that can be implemented in their respective schools. In addition, this activity will also provide practical strategies to overcome the geographical and social challenges facing teachers in border areas. Thus, this workshop is expected to be a strategic step in improving the quality of education in the region.

This study aims to analyze the role of library facilities and infrastructure management in improving educational services at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara. In improving the quality of educational services, the existence of a well-managed library as a center for information and literacy resources is important, which supports the teaching and learning process in schools. Good management of facilities and infrastructure in the library can increase interest in visits and create a conducive learning atmosphere, which ultimately contributes to improving the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, which collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara. The results of the study indicate that library facilities and infrastructure management has a very important role in improving the quality of educational services in schools. Efforts made by the library to improve educational services include developing book collections that are relevant to curriculum needs and student interests as well as improving facilities and the quality of library staff. Library management involves the stages of planning, organizing, developing human resources, leadership, controlling, and maintenance to maintain smooth library management and improve the quality of services provided to students. Overall, systematic and student-oriented management has the potential to increase the role of the library as an effective and efficient learning center in supporting the educational process in schools

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline on the Quality of Education in SD Negeri Se Gandus District, Palembang. This type of research is quantitative research with a research design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study is 169 teachers of State Elementary School in Gandus District, Palembang, which is a number. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study stated that 1) there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership on the quality of education in Gandus Palembang District; 2) there was a significant influence of teacher discipline on the quality of education in Gandus Palembang District; 3) there is a significant influence on the leadership of the principal and the discipline of teachers on the quality of education in Gandus District, Palembang.

The Community Service carried out at this school aims to provide a direct contribution to the quality of education and skill development for students and teachers in the school environment. This activity is focused on empowering and increasing the competence of students and teaching staff in facing educational challenges in the modern era. The methods used include education, sharing sessions and mentoring based on real needs in the field .This service activity is carried out with the aim of increasing the quality of the learning process through the application of methods that are more effective and enjoyable for students. It is hoped that, through this activity, a more inclusive and innovative educational environment can be created, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education in schools and encourage active community participation in supporting educational progress in the area.

This research examines the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the Plus Class of Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong Middle School, which previously used traditional methods with blackboards, now switching to the use of digital technology. The background to this research was triggered by the development of information technology which is changing the education system and the need to update learning methods to make them more relevant to the digital era. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores the transition process, the challenges faced by teachers and students, and the impact of the use of technology on the quality of learning. The research results show that the application of digital technology enriches the learning experience, increases student engagement, and provides more flexible access to material. However, the main challenges faced are the need for training for teachers and limited infrastructure improvements, which need to be addressed immediately to optimize the potential for digital transformation in PAI education.

Education plays a vital role in creating quality, competitive human resources, which is a national priority, including in Indonesia. This study focuses on the effectiveness of managing the committee funds at MTsN 1 Banyuwangi to support educational financing that is not fully covered by the state budget (APBN). Using a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the results show that the management of committee funds has been efficient. In 2021-2022, the received funds amounted to IDR 1,357,610,000, with a realization rate of 93.87%. The following year, committee funds amounted to IDR 1,130,600,000, with 100% realization and a surplus of IDR 33,600,000, which was carried over to 2023-2024. In this period, the received funds amounted to IDR 1,351,125,000, with a proposed budget of IDR 2,080,715,000. As of now, the realization stands at 64.93%, and the management is ongoing as the school year has not yet finished. The committee funds play a crucial role in fulfilling the educational financing needs not fully covered by the national budget and contribute to the improvement of educational quality at MTsN 1 Banyuwangi.

One of the strategic efforts to improve the quality of learning in schools is educational supervision. This study examines how to implement educational supervision to improve learning. Educational supervision includes classroom observation, professional teacher guidance, performance evaluation, and providing constructive criticism. The research methods used include in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and school supervisors. The results of the study indicate that teachers can improve their pedagogical skills, create a more interactive learning atmosphere, and improve student learning outcomes with effective supervision. Effective supervision also helps teachers create different learning methods that are in accordance with student needs. Therefore, educational supervision plays an important role in building a good learning culture in schools.

Paulo Freire’s concept of liberal education is still not implemented in the world of education in developing countries. Educational actors still adhere to the banking system to oppress students. This study raises a social correlation between educators and students called school family kinship. The education curriculum needs to be used as an indicator of success in terms of the intelligence of the children. The curriculum has continued to transform since 1947 to 2022 but has not found its identity.  Now, the independent learning curriculum is intensively grounded, but there are gaps between regions and between socio-economic groups in terms of learning quality. The implementation of the independent learning curriculum is considered not to have a significant positive effect in the outermost and marginalized areas. Therefore, the old pattern called banking system of education is still used. Students are considered empty piggy banks that must be filled by the teacher. Teachers are still recognized as the all-knowing in knowledge that must be poured into the brains of students. As a result, students can only follow what is transferred by the teacher. This is the basis for the author to try to provide briefings to Catholic teachers and education personnel in Wini and Wekfau parishes regarding the implementation of an independent curriculum in Catholic Schools. This study uses qualitative methods with observation techniques carried out in coastal parishes (Wini) and in the mountains (Wekfau) in terms of geographical location to find out the similarity of perceptions of the independent curriculum. This study aims to examine the application of artificial intelligence technology in the transformation of education management in Junior High Schools to improve learning effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, as well as analysis of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence-based digital learning. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify the challenges, opportunities, and impacts of artificial intelligence technology in learning in junior high schools. The results of the study show that the application of artificial intelligence can increase the effectiveness of learning, especially in terms of personalization of learning and management of student learning time. The contribution of this research provides insight into the importance of artificial intelligence technology-based education management in improving the quality of learning at the junior high school level.

The issue of nazir waqf, which is still traditional-consumptive due to lack of knowledge about waqf and poor human resources, is one of the obstacles in the implementation of waqf legislation. The problem of naziran will be discussed in this article, along with its definition, tupoksi, professional nazir standards, challenges, and solutions. The findings of this study lead to the conclusion that morality, management, and business, along with other additional information and insights, are necessary for professional nazirs. Professional Nazirs also need to have human skills, technical abilities, and interpersonal skills. Other challenges include expertise, coaching, recruitment, incentives, competencies, and supervision. In addition, the paradigm shift and the existence of Nazir are some of the solutions that can be applied, such as associations, the establishment of Nazir schools, and the improvement of Nazir welfare. The guidance and supervision of Nazir Waqf is carried out by the Minister and the Indonesian Waqf Board, with the aim of improving professionalism and ethics in the management of waqf. Improving the quality of professional nazir is expected to have an impact on increasing the productivity of waqf assets, increasing public trust, and making a real contribution to economic and social development.

This article discusses the concept of School-Based Management (SBM) as an education management approach implemented in Indonesian schools. MBS aims to encourage schools to be independent, active, transparent and accountable in improving the quality of education. This article explains how SBM facilitates schools to develop education quality improvement programs according to their needs through participatory and democratic decision-making. School autonomy in decision-making results in more effective and efficient education programs, involving principals, teachers, staff, parents, students, school committees and communities. The article also discusses the importance of curriculum development and community participation in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause smoking behavior in class XI students at SMP X Surakarta. Smoking behavior among teenagers, especially in school environments, is a significant problem, because it can affect students' physical and mental health. This research uses observation and interview methods with students who are involved in smoking behavior. The results of the research show that the main factors influencing students' smoking behavior are the influence of peers, boredom during class, and the emotional pressure or stress felt by students. Apart from that, family factors also play a role in smoking habits, such as the presence of family members who smoke. Smoking intensity varied between students, with the most frequently chosen smoking areas being hidden areas at school and home. The impacts of this behavior include serious health risks and reduced quality of life. Therefore, this research suggests increasing health education in schools, providing education to parents, strict supervision in the school environment, and providing alternative positive activities for students. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into efforts to prevent smoking among teenagers and create a healthier environment.

This research aims to explore the role and strategy of community relations at SMA Antartica Sidoarjo in improving internal and external collaboration. Effective public relations can strengthen communication between schools, students, parents and communities, and create an environment that supports the teaching and learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that Antarctica High School has implemented various public relations strategies, such as organizing collaborative events, utilizing social media, and partnership programs with external institutions. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for developing further strategies to strengthen collaboration and improve the quality of education at Sidoarjo Antarctic High School.

This research aims to decrypt the implementation of Morning Spiritual Gathering (MSG) activities as an effort to increase the spiritual intelligence (SQ) of teachers at the Darul Ilmi Muhammadiyah Tarakan Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documents. The results of the study show that the Morning Spiritual Gathering has a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and interaction between teachers and students, as well as strengthening Islamic ukhuwah between teachers. In addition, this activity also increases teachers' sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy in teaching. MSG encourages teachers' self-reflection and creates a more Islamic environment, supporting the development of students' character. Some teachers proposed a variety of learning methods to increase participant engagement. Overall, MSG activities contribute to improving teachers' spiritual intelligence and a more conducive learning atmosphere in Islamic boarding schools.

This research aims to explore the development of human resources in the field of education. HR development is a series of activities aimed at improving the quality and abilities of employees in the organization. This is not just training, but also includes the process of identifying needs, planning, implementing and evaluating existing development programs.  Human resource development is carried out in order to improve a person's quality, which in time will increase productivity. The results of various studies show that the quality of human resources is a determining factor in productivity. In the world of education, human resource development has a very crucial role. The reason is, the quality of education really depends on the quality of the educators. Teachers, lecturers and other educational staff are the spearheads of the learning process. The main aim of human resource development is to improve the quality of learning, so that it has an impact on increasing student achievement and overall school progress. Therefore, investment in developing educational human resources is an investment in the nation's future. By increasing quality educational human resources, educational institutions will become more advanced and developed.

In the development of adolescent emotional stability, there is a huge contribution from the friendship environment. The ability of adolescents to strengthen interpersonal relationships with peers cannot be separated from stability in their emotions. The majority of adolescents in Indonesia have good quality friendships and are equal to maintaining their friendships, Participants in this study were students at SMKS Dhuafa Padang whose average age was 15-18 years. This research is quantitative by using the Emotional Stability and Friendship Qualities Scale so that it can find a correlation between these two constructs or variables. In this study, the data analysis used was Pearson correlation analysis by showing the coefficient r = 0.427 with a significance value of <0.001 (P <0.05). These results indicate that there is a relationship between emotional stability and friendship quality. That is, the higher the quality of friendship, the better emotional stability.

English has become an important subject at the elementary school level, unlike when it was introduced at the middle school level. Today, English is included in the curriculum of elementary schools, as well as in kindergartens and early childhood education. English is introduced through enjoyable informal methods, such as playing and singing, to align with students' development. This aims to provide a strong foundation in foreign language acquisition. However, teaching English in remote areas like Samuda Kecil still faces challenges, such as a lack of resources and facilities. Digital technology, such as interactive videos from YouTube, is one innovation that has addressed these obstacles. The community service group at Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palangka Raya, who teaches at SDN 1 Samuda Kecil, uses the interactive video "Days of the Week" as a teaching medium. This video helps students listen to correct pronunciations and increases their motivation to learn. As a result, students find it easier to remember vocabulary and show significant improvement in understanding the material. Interactive media like this has proven effective in enhancing the quality of English learning in remote areas.
