In the design of this tool, we designed a tool that is able to open and close the door automatically. To replace opening and closing manually using a PIR sensor (passive infrared). When someone is in the radius of the sensor, the door will open or close. We also use the Atmega 8535 micro, the reason we use the Atmega 8535 micro is because the Atmega 8535 micro already has an ADC (analogue digital converter) or analog to digital converter. Which serves as an input wave leveler to the microwave.

This study aims to: 1) describe the effect of skills on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency, 2) describe the influence of facilities on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency and 3) explain which variables dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency. The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that 1) skills had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency, 2) facilities had a significant effect on the employee performance of the Majene Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency and 3) More Dominant Facilities had a significant effect on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. and find out which variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.   Keywords: leadership, supervision, work discipline, employee performance

Keselamatan Pelayaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan menduduki posisi sentral dalam segala aspek di dunia pelayaran. Pengabaian atas Keselamatan Pelayaran cenderung akan mengakibatkan kerugian dari segi materi, medis, pencemaran lingkungan perairan dan kerugian jiwa. Namun melihat kasus kecelakaan kapal yang semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan korban jiwa yang semakin banyak, keselamatan pelayaran perlu mendapat perhatian yang ekstra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Dengan populasi Karyawan Operasional Kantor Syahbandar dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi dan Nahkoda diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis Quota Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yaitu Sumber Daya Awak Kapal (X1), Alat Telekomunikasi (X2), dan Pemanduan (X3) yang diteliti terbukti secara individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen yaitu Keselamatan Pelayaran (Y). Dengan variabel Sumber Daya Awak Kapal (X1) memiliki pengaruh tertinggi dari pada variabel lain dalam mempengaruhi Keselamatan Pelayaran (Y). Pada uji koefisien determinasi (R Square) nilai Adjust R Square sebesar 0.619 artinya 61.9% peningkatan Keselamatan Pelayaran dipengaruhi oleh variable Sumber Daya Awak Kapal, Alat Telekomunikasi, dan Pemanduan. Sedangkan sisanya 38,1% dijelaskan oleh sebab – sebab yang lain di luar variabel yang diteliti.

Bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang merupakan salah satu bangunan bergaya arsitektur Belanda yang dibangun di tanah Jawa. Arsitektur indische Belanda merupakan arsitektur yang memadukan antara budaya Barat dan Timur. Arsitektur indische Belanda hadir melalui karya arsitek Belanda dan diperuntukkan bagi bangsa Belanda yang tinggal di Indonesia, pada masa sebelum kemerdekaan. Bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang dibangun pada tahun 1760, dan bangunan ini merupakan salah satu bangunan tertua di kawasan Kota Lama Semarang. Fungsi awal bangunan ini adalah kantor pengadilan (Rad Van Justitie), kemudian menjadi Gedung Pengadilan Negeri Semarang pada masa Orde Baru, pada tahun 2006 dikonservasi dan dimanfaatkan sebagai rumah makan (adaptive reuse). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik gaya arsitektural indische Belanda pada bangunan ‘Ikan Bakar Cianjur’ Semarang. Agar terjaga keasliannya dan dijadikan sebagai pendataan bangunan cagar budaya sebagai langkah awal untuk dilestarikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif-rasionalistik dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan objek pada bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang dan menganalisa gaya dan karakter bangunan dari masa ke masa. Hasil penelitian merupakan temuan karakteristik pada bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang terhadap outline, irama pada arsitektur dan interior bangunan, dan kualitas bangunan yang dapat dimanfaatkan The "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building is one of the Dutch architectural-style buildings built in Java. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Dutch Indische architectural style in the 'Ikan Bakar Cianjur' Semarang building. Maintaining its authenticity and serving as a data collection on cultural heritage buildings is the first step to being preserved. This study uses qualitative-rationalistic research with descriptive methods, namely describing objects in the "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building and analyzing the style and character of the building from time to time. The results of the study are characteristic findings of the "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building on the outline, the rhythm of the architecture and interior of the building, and the quality of the building that can be utilized. 

The background of this study is the issues encountered by the Sub-district Government in managing financial administration. This study aimed to find out how the management of financial administration at the Nelle Sub-District Office of Sikka Regency. This descriptive qualitative study provided an overview of planning, budgeting, reporting, accountablility, and evaluation. The data relied on primary data obtained from observation, interviews, and secondary data. The informants of the study were the Head of the Sub-District and the Head of Finance and Treasurer. The results indicated that the management of financial administration at the Nelle Sub-District Office was not fully in accordance with Permendagri NO.77 of 2020, While the obstacles faced by the Nelle Sub-District Office were the level of time discipline and the lack of human resources in quantity. Hence, the planning and reporting of accountability for the implementation of programs were not optimal.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Galesong Utara. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t, dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regresi linear berganda 3.453 + 0,429X1 + 0,467X2, koefisien korelasi (r): 0,767, koefisien determinasi (r2): 0,588, uji-t dengan hasil t-hitung: 2,859 > t-tabel 2,051, t-hitung: 3,972 > t-tabel 2,051 dan uji f dengan hasil f-hitung : 19,278> f-tabel 3,35 sehingga diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara  disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Galesong Utara.

This study aims to describe the procedure for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General and Personnel section. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations, interviews, documentation and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The author of this final project is the result of research conducted from May to June 2020. The results showed that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in the general and staffing section, namely incoming mail, starts from receiving letters, scheduling letters, directing letters, storing letters. While the outgoing letter starts from drafting the letter, approval of the letter concept, typing the concept, giving the coordination stamp, signing the letter, recording the letter, storing the letter. The procedure for managing letters at the education office is running optimally.

Baznas Kota Denpasar memiliki berbagai upaya dalam melakukan penghimpunan dananya seperti penghimpunan dana melalui system transfer bank, penerimaan secara langsung tunai ke kantor Baznas dan berbagai UPZ yang yang telah dibentuk oleh Baznas kota Denpasar juga dengan menggunakan sistem kencleng yang didistribusikan ke sekolah-sekolah islam di kota Denpasar seperti MI, MTS, MA dan SMK Islam dan TPQ lainnya. Program sistem kencleng diutamakan untuk anak-anak yang bersekolah di sekolah-sekolah islam tersebut dalam rangka untuk mendidik anak-anak berinfak dan bersedekah untuk sesamanya yang membutuhkan.Program kencleng ini bertujuan untuk mendidik anak-anak belajar berinfaq dan sedekah sejak usia dini. Selain itu, dengan adanya program ini mengajarkan anak-anak agar memiliki rasa peduli terhadap orang lain, belajar ikhlas dan bisa mengatur keuangannya.

Because to make a company superior, sophisticated technology will not be enough because it will be useless if the technology is sophisticated but users or employees are not competent enough to use the technology. But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

Dalam Islam, zakat merupakan upaya untuk mengentaskan atau meminimalisir masalah kemiskinan. Salah satu cara dalam pengelolaan dana zakat dengan cara dikelola secara produktif dan berkelanjutan, yaitu pemberian modal usaha. Fokus penelitian ini: 1) Bagaimana implementasi zakat produktif sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi usaha duafa di Sahabat Mustahik Bali?; 2) Apa saja yang menjadi hambatan dan solusi dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi usaha duafa di Sahabat Mustahik Bali?. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) Bagaimana implementasi zakat produktif sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi usaha duafa di Sahabat Mustahik Bali, 2) Apa hambatan dan solusi dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi usaha duafa Sahabat Mustahik Bali. Untuk mencapai tujuan, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber datanya adalah pengurus serta beberapa duafa penerima modal usaha di Sahabat Mustahik Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data melalui uji kredibilitas dilakukan melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pengelolaan zakat produktif terdiri dari melakukan survey untuk melihat kebutuhan para mustahik kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan program kerja, lalu membuat struktur organisasi dan pembagian tugas. Pelaksanaannya dengan sistem hibah, yaitu pemberian modal usaha yang pengawasannya dilakukan 1 bulan sekali, 2) Pengawasan yang dilaksanakan oleh Sahabat Mustahik Bali belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga kerja. Solusi yang didapatkan yaitu dengan menambah dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM yang ada sehingga bisa mendampingi mustahik dalam mengelola usahanya dengan maksimal.

Kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) senantiasa harus ditingkatkan, guna menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat  di Era 4.0. Peningkatan komptensi dapat melalui hard skill maupun soft skill dan intergrasi di antara keduanya, hard skill dan soft skill. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) pegawai PT. Bumida Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Cabang DKI Jakarta, baik pendidikan formal melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan ke Strata-1 atau Strata-2 dan non formal, berupa peningkatan kompetensi hard skill atau soft skill. Manfaat dari peningkatan kompetensi hard skill dan kompetensi soft skill sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja, karena kedua hal ini adalah saling melengkapi dan menyatukan kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill untuk keberlangsungan (survive) perusahaan dan kesuksesan seorang pegawai menjadi seorang professionalisme.  

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk  menguji pengaruh beberapa variabel seperti  Pemahaman sistem akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi,  kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap Kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini kepala bidang dan seksi keuangan sebanyak 57 di kantor kabupaten Magelang, dan data yang  diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket), sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemahaman Sistem Akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, sedangkan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, serta Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan.

Di masa Pandemi setelah pemerintah mengumumkan PSBB semua sektor kegiatan dibatasi secara ketat, tidak hanya kantor-kantor, rumah makan dan toko yang tutup, namun juga tempat ibadah, terutama gereja. Semua umat Kristen di Indonesia mengikuti peraturan itu dengan beribadah  di rumah saja ataupun melalui Daring. Gereja-gereja tampak lengang, bahkan sepi pada hari Minggu, hari untuk beribadah bagi umat Kristiani. Apalagi  ketika itu sudah memasuki Tri Hari Suci yang mengenang kesengsaraan  Tuhan Yesus yang didera, disalibkan dan wafat di kayu salib, sebelum akhirnya dipercaya bangkit dan dirayakan pada hari Paskah. Pada masa pandemi, sebagian gereja  memang  masih ada yang tetap dibuka untuk para jemaatnya terutama gereja yang anggota jemaat tidak lebih dari 30-40 orang, dengan protokol yang sangat ketat, yaitu  sebelum memasuki gereja di cek suhu tubuh, kemudian mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan handsanitizer, harus memakai masker, tidak bersalam-salaman, duduk berjarak kurang lebih 1 sampai 1.5 meter, dan ibadah dipersingkat hanya satu jam dan paling lama satu setengah  jam yang biasanya beribadah selama dua jam. Pada Pandemi di gereja POUK melaksanakan ibadah memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi yaitu ibadah secara daring yaitu dengan Live Streaming. Disinilah akan kelihatan apakah jemaat masih memiliki kesetiaan kepada Tuhan ketika ibadah dilaksanakan secara daring atau Live Streaming atau sebaliknya semakin jauh dari Tuhan.                                

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. This research aims to find out: (1) What are employees' perceptions of the physical work environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency Office, (2) What efforts are being made to improve the physical working environment conditions at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The sample used was a saturated sample because the number of samples taken in this research were all employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency Office, totaling 53 people. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques which were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was recapitulation of questionnaire results and explanation of the questionnaire results. The research results found that 81.13% of employees in the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office felt comfortable and satisfied with the direct physical work environment. And there are still 18.87% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the physical working environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. There are 81.57% of employees at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office who feel comfortable and satisfied with the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment. And there are still 18.43% who do not feel satisfied and comfortable with the condition of the physical work environment that has intermediaries or the general environment at the Purworejo Regency Regional Personnel Agency office. Efforts are being made to further improve the condition of the physical work environment, namely by means of redesigning the office, more can identify disturbances in the office environment because it is located on the side of the road, the lighting and lighting facilities in the work space are adequate, the color combination does not disturb employees and the air quality in the office is further improved with adequate ventilation. 

Di Kota Semarang ditemukan beberapa masalah terkait dengan penggunaan Aplikasi SI D’nOK yaitu aplikasi Sistem Informasi Dokumen Online Kependudukan ( disingkat SI D’nOK)  dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Semarang. Masyarakat sebagai pihak yang menjadi sasaran program ini memiliki peran penting akan keberhasilan aplikasi SI D’nOK, yang di launching sejak  tahun  2018. Namun  pada saat pra  survay  (Oktober 2020),  ditemukan  adanya sebagian masyarakat yang belum mengetahui penggunaan dan adanya aplikasi tersebut, masih banyak yang mengurus surat surat kependudukan dan mendatangi langsung ke kantor Disdukcapil dan kurangnya sosialisasi dari pemerintah Kota Semarang mengenai aplikasi SI D’nOK. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi SI D’nOK terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Semarang Timur), menganalisis pengaruh peran Pemerintah terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dan menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi SI D’nOK dan peran Pemerintah terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat Kota Semarang. Penelitian  kuantitatif  ini  menggunakan  tipe  eksplanatory  untuk  menjelaskan  pengaruh  antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi nya adalah masyarakat di lokasi wilayah Kecamatan Semarang  Timur  dan  sampel  sebanyak  67  orang.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  teknik  Non Probability Sampling (Random Sample), dengan pengambilan sampel secara random. Hasilnya bahwa pengaruh Aplikasi Sistem SI D’nOK dan Peran Pemerintah Kecamatan terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Kecamatan Semarang Timur Kota Semarang dinyatakan signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesa yang menyatakan : “Ada Pengaruh Aplikasi Sistem SI D’nOK dan Peran Pemerintah Kecamatan Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat” dapat dinyatakan diterima.

The purposes of this research were to analyze the sources of cash, to analyze the application of cash, to analyze the liquidity level, and to analyze the effect of source and application of cash on liquidity at the National Logistical Supply Agency of Maumere Branch Office. The results of analysis showed that in the period of 2017-2018, the sources of cash weretaken from the decrease of accounts receivable, inventory of indirect material, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the decrease of sales revenue bank,the increased of account payable, the increase of  accrued expense, the increase of regional division connection, the increase of capital, the decrease of cash. The application of cash in 2017-2018 covered the increase of down payment, merchandise inventory and tax payable. In the period of 2018-2019, the sources of cash were taken from the increase of down payment, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the increase of procurement payable and tax payable, the increase of accrued expense, the increaseof regional division connection. The application of cash in the period of 2018-2019 covered the increase of accounts recerivable, the increase of merchandise inventory and inventory of indirect material, the increase of prepaid expenses, the increase of sales revenue bank, the decrease of account payable, the decrease of profit or loss accumulation, and the increase of cash.Based on the results of this research, it can be conclueded that if the cash of National Logistica Supply Agency increased, the liquidity level would also increase, meanwhile if the cash of National Logistic Supply Agency descreases, the liquidity level will also decrease. Keywords: Source of Cash, Application of Cash, Liquidity

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas Bauran Pemasaran produk simpanan pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ayani Singaraja. Bank Syariah Indonesia merupakan penggabungan (merger) dari 3 Bank BUMN yaitu PT Bank BRIsyariah Tbk, PT Bank BNI Syariah dan PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis data kualititatif yang menjelaskan secara deskriptif mengenai Aktivitas Pemasaran Produk Simpanan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ayani Singaraja. PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ayani Singaraja melakukan aktivitas pemasaran produk simpanan menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran atau Marketing Mix yang terdiri dari konsep 7P yaitu : Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Place (Tempat), dan Promotion (Promosi), People (Orang), Process (Proses), dan Physical Evidence (Fasilitas Fisik).

Motivasi dan disiplin pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik  Kabupaten  Paser masih terbilang rendah, hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari absen untuk pegawai yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa ijin. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Responden yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 pegawai yang terdiri dari 25 orang pegawai negeri sipil dan 9 orang pegawai tidak tetap. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah dengan sampling jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,302 yang berarti variabel yang diteliti memberikan pengaruh sebesar 30,2% terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser, sedangkan sisanya 69,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai Fhitung ˃ Ftabel atau 8,154 ˃ 3,3046 dan nilai probabilitas 0,001 ˂ 0,05. Menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Paser. Diharapkan kepada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik untuk terus memberikan motivasi kepada setiap pegawainya sehingga mereka bekerja dengan lebih baik lagi di masa yang akan datang.
