Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. This community service activities take place in Sumberbrantas from June to October 2022.   Keywords: Information system, Sumberbrantas Village, Website & Application  

Aturan humaniora menganggap Islam otoriter dan historis dari perspektif disiplin tunggal. Di satu sisi, ini adalah pandangan interdisipliner tentang humaniora. Karena itu akan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut kegiatan penelitian Islam dalam menganalisis unit, metode penelitian, norma, model sejarah terjemahan Islam. Di sisi lain, melalui sudut pandang seatu disiplin ilmu humaniora, ia memiliki beberapa kelemahan karena membatasi dimensi dimensi budaya dan ketidakmampuan untuk secara komprehensif dan lengkap, masalahnya adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kompleksitas itu, menggambarkannya, menjelaskannya, dan menemukan solusi untuknya.  

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

Garbage is the rest of the goods that are not used in human daily life. In this day and age, waste is a scourge of endless problems in everyday life, most people do not know how to recycle the waste, one of which is the people of Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Sei Rotan Village has fertile soil so that the people there, especially mothers, take advantage of the fertile land to channel their hobbies by planting various types of flowers and will place them in the yard of the house, but the Sei Rattan Village women share their hobby of planting flowers with buy the pot even though with the garbage it can produce a beautiful pot. With that we held an activity of making flower pots with used cloth as a planting medium which aims to reduce waste and create creative things such as flower pots from used cloth as a planting medium.The activity of making flower pots from used materials as planting media uses stages as a process to create the flower pot work. In this activity we target the community, especially women in Sei Rotan Village. The waste by creating good works is more than just a pot product such as bags, chairs, etc., and also the people of Sei Rotan Village increase their turnover by selling pots with recycled materials and reducing spending on buying flower pots.

This research is entitled “Students' Perception On the Use of YouTube to Develop Their Vocabulary”. The objective of the research is to identify, classify and describe the ways English Students use YouTube to develop their Vocabulary. It is also to analyze and describe students' perception on using YouTube to develop their vocabulary. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The research collected the data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample was 30 students' from the 2022 batch of English Department Faculty of Humanities. Thirty students' responses were collected by online questionnaire with google-form and answers collected by online interview with Whatsapp. The collected data were quantitatively analyzed by percentage formula. Using theory Freeman and Anderson (2011: 250) and to analyze the university students' perception about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary base on the theory of Nelson-Smith (2008:32). The results showed that most of the respondents had positive responses about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary. Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that University students have positive perceptions on the use of YouTube in the use of media YouTube is considered useful to students, English Department, Sam Ratulangi University Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. Education is an integral part of human life starting from birth until the end of life. Students' interest in learning is an important aspect in the learning process, especially in character formation and understanding learning concepts. Teachers have a crucial role in facilitating students' interest in learning, because they are the main actors in the internalization of character education. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the educational landscape by forcing a transition to distance learning. The impact is felt in the decline in students' interest in learning, which is caused by various factors such as physical health and changing learning environments. This research highlights the decline in students' interest in learning since the start of the pandemic, focusing on changes in learning motivation and behavior.    

The Cooperative, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Sector (CMSME) is             a business sector that has proven to play an important role in overcoming the consequences and effects of teh economic crisis. The objective of this study was to determine the effects if cooperative programs, human resource capabilities and member participation on the success of Sharia savings and loan cooperatives BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri Pasuruan. The study conducted on cooperative members who minimum has been a member for 2 years.

In 2016 - 2018 the number of visits to 6 poles including general surgery poly, echocardiography, eye poly, internal medicine, ENT poly, poly urology fluctuated from 11.23% to -5.23%. Fluctuations in the number of visits can be caused by several factors, one of which is consumer behavior in health service selection decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on service selection decisions.This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients in 6 outpatient clinics at Jemursari Islamic Hospital in Surabaya. The number of samples is taken by quota sampling within one month.The results showed that the marketing mix at 6 Polis RSI Jemursari Surabaya with a good category of 77.5% resulted in high service selection decisions. The results of the ordinal regression test show a significance value of 0,000 which means that there is an influence of the marketing mix on the decision of choosing the Jemursari Hospital. Of the seven marketing mix elements that have the lowest influence on service selection decisions are the 47.1% price mix element, while the most influential marketing mix element is the human resource mix element with a percentage of 68.6%.The conclusion in this study is the positive influence of the marketing mix on the decision to choose outpatient services at the Jemursari Hospital in 2019.

Jakarta teaches many things to be human The theory we use according to some well-known experts. The method we use in this journal is by listening to the song and reading the lyrics to the song. The result of our analysis is that every lyric of the song “Jakarta Hari Ini” contains many meanings that we must learn. Our recommendation to establish a relationship should lower each other's ego so that they complement each other's shortcomings.

Humans have the ability to think and always try to improve their knowledge. Human nature is naturally full of curiosity so humans are always looking for answers to their curiosity. Humans seek answers to their curiosity through knowledge, and through knowledge will lead to its own satisfaction according to the demands of the times. The knowledge gained is not only knowledge, but is emphasized on knowledge and truth. Learning everything by studying the right scientific foundation is one of the efforts made by humans to obtain the truth. This study aims to determine the nature of the philosophy of education in the development of science based on local wisdom. The surrounding nature gives birth to local wisdom that is unique and is a potential in the development of science. Science or science which includes physics, chemistry, biology using scientific steps, scientific thinking, and using scientific frameworks. This is the beginning of the philosophy of science used to study, uncover, and solve scientific problems for human life. This study discusses the importance of a person in developing science based on local wisdom as a means of maintaining natural resources, culture, customs that exist in people's lives.

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal control, organizational commitment, human resource competence on cash receipts accounting information systems. The population in this study amounted to 183 people. The sample in the study was 40 using the method purposive sample. Hypothesis testing is known that the value of t arithmetic for internal control (X1) = 5,300 > t table 2,028 and level of significance 0,000 < 0,05 with β1 = 0,618 in a positive direction, meaning that internal control (X1) significant positive effect on the cash receipts accounting information system, then hypothesis 1 is accepted. t count for organizational commitment (X2)= 3,890 > t table 2,028 and level of significance 0,000 < 0,05 with β2= 0,365 ait means that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the cash receipts accounting information system, then hypothesis 2 is accepted. t count for human resource competence (X3)= 2,266 > t   table 2,028 and level of significance 0,03 < 0,05 with β3= 0,194 with a positive direction means that the competence of human resources has a significant positive effect on the cash receipts accounting information system, so hypothesis 3 is accepted.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ungkapan gaya bahasa metafora menurut Michael C. Halley dan makna gaya bahasa metafora yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu pada album Inti Bumi karya Rasukma yang terdiri dari 9 lagu. Adapun data penelitian adalah ungkapan gaya bahasa metafora dan makna gaya bahasa metafora. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mendeskripsikan data, dan selanjutnya menganalisis data. Instrumen penelitian digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman dokumentasi dengan penabelan dan check list dan ditambah dengan keterangan makna. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah membaca berulang-ulang dengan cermat, menghayati, memahami lirik lagu, mengumpulkan data, menggarisbawahi pada isi lirik lagu, mendeskripsikan hasil temuan, dan menyimpulkan isi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa ungkapan gaya bahasa menurut Michael C. Halley yang terdiri dari metafora being (keadaan), metafora cosmos (kosmos), metafora energic (energi/tenaga), metafora substance (substansi), metafora terrestrial (permukaan bumi), metafora object (benda), metafora living (kehidupan), metafora animate (hewan/makhluk bernyawa), dan metafora human (manusia), serta makna yang terkandung dalam gaya bahasa metafora tersebut.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Compensation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Non ASN Employees (Study of the Regional Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province)". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 71 respondents were employees at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province. Based on the results of testing the competency variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.335 > 1.667 with a sig value. 0.023 > 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β1) is positive at 0.271 which means that the higher the employee's competency, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. The compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.613 > 1.667, with a sig. of 0.001 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.411 which means that the more satisfying the compensation given, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. While the work discipline variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 2.548 > 1.667, with a sig. 0.013 < 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β3) is positive at 0.285 which means that the higher the employee's work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven.

Tujuan..penelitian..ini..adalah..untuk..mengetahui..proses..pelaksanaan Inovasi kurikulum muatan lokal tahfidzul qur’an dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran qur’an hadits. untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan kurikulum muatan lokal tahfidzul qur’an dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran qur’an hadits. untuk mengetahui dan mengungkapkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta solusi Inovasi kurikulum muatan lokal tahfidzul qur’an dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran qur’an hadits. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif artinya peneliti mendeskripsikan kenyataan di lapangan secara benar. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti sebagai human instrumen dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses Inovasi kurikulum muatan lokal dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan kegiatan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan menutup kegiatan pembelajaran namun belum maksimal. Faktor pendukung yang melandasi dan menyemangati Inovasi kurikulum muatan lokal adalah landasan Yuridis Formal, sarana dan prasarana dan pendanaan. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah, jika pengInovasian kurikulum muatan lokal tahfidzul qur’an dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran qur’an hadits di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1Boyolali, maka diharapkan kepada semua guru dan stakeholder dapat bekerja sama dalam memberikan semangat serta motivasi dan ruang gerak yang luas kepada guru muatan lokal tahfidzul qur’an dalam menerapkan aturan-aturan yang relevan.

Fakta bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap korban masih kurang, dikarenakan masih adanya hambatan dalam upaya perlindungan hukum bagi korban trafficking perlu adanya upaya-upaya yang konkrit agar lebih optimal memberikan perlindungan kepada korban trafficking. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi korban perdagangan orang dan upaya dalam mengoptimalkan perlindungan hukum korban perdagangan orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum yuridis empiris. Sumber data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada pihak PPT Seruni dan Unit II Subdit IV Ditreskrimmum Polda Jateng guna mendapatkan informasi data yang lebih akurat serta melalui kepustakaan. Bentuk perlindungan hukum korban trafficking dalam hasil penelitian yang diberikan oleh pihak PPT Seruni meliputi 5 (lima) layanan dasar, yaitu : layanan pengaduan; pendampingan dan bantuan hukum; layanan medis; rehabilitasi; layanan reintegrasi sosial dan pemulangan. Sedangkan bentuk perlindungan hukum korban trafficking yang diberikan oleh Kepolisian berupa : pelaporan/pengaduan korban; diberitahukan bentuk perlindungan dan hak- hak korban; dalam kesaksiannya dapat didampingi advokat/pendamping lainnya; dirahasiakan identitas; proses penyelidikan dilakukan di RPK dan ditangani oleh penyidik khusu; menyediakan tempat perlindungan rumah aman/shelter. Untuk optimalnya perlindungan hukum korban sangat diperlukan meningkatkan komitmen lembaga/instansi; penyuluhan hukum dan sosialisasi dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait tindak pidana perdagangan orang di masyarakat; lebih melibatkan aparat penegak hukum dalam permohonan dan pengumpulan bukti penuntutan restitusi dan kompensasi; pemenuhan hak korban; menggabungkan permohonan restitusi dan kompensasi saat penyelidikan. The aim of the research is to determine the quality factors of human resources that influence employee performance at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. To find out the factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This research uses quantitative research methods. Research results: The influential variables are education (X1), skills (X2), length of service (X3) and work discipline (X4) which together have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen by the F table value being greater than F Calculation or a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Of all these influencing factors, it turns out that the skill variable (factor) (X2) is dominant in increasing the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen in the regression coefficient value (0.313 which is greater than the regression coefficient value of other independent variables) and the significance value (0.000).

The research objective is to determine the significance of the influence of human resource quality on customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. And to find out the variables that most influence customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative research methods. The independent variables are the variables of expertise, skills, experience and discipline which together have a significant influence on the company's customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. Of all the influencing factors (variables), it turns out that the skill variable is the most influential on the company's customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This can be seen where the regression coefficient value is 0.375 which is greater than the regression coefficient value of the other independent variables.

Public service or community service is defined as the provision of services to people who have an interest. The Center for Conservation and Natural Resources is an agency that is engaged in the field of conservation and natural resources which is responsible for supervising the captive efforts and maintenance of protected plants and animals by individuals, companies and institutions. The community is the main source of information for this agency in terms of monitoring the use of natural resources in their environment, but it is the community themselves who rarely provide information because the community must report directly and it takes time and money to report. One alternative that can be done to provide good service is to build an information system application for communication media with the Work System Framework approach. Work System Framework is a system where humans or machines participate in running business processes using information, technology and resources, in conducting analysis and design modeling is carried out with the Unified modeling language. Pelayanan publik atau layanan masyarakat diartikan sebagai pemberian layanan kepada  masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan. Balai Konservasi Dan Sumber Daya Alam adalah sebuah Instansi yang bergelut di bidang konservasi dan sumber daya alam yang bertanggung jawab mengawasi upaya-upaya penangkaran dan pemeliharaan tumbuhan dan satwa dilindungi oleh perorangan, perusahaan dan lembaga. Masyarakat merupakan sumber informasi utama bagi instansi ini dalam hal pemantauan terhadap pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di lingkugannya, tetapi justru masyarakat sendiri yang jarang memberikan informasi dikaranakan masyarakat harus melakukan pelaporan secara langsung dan membutuhkan waktu dan biaya untuk melakukan pelaporan. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik adalah dengan membagun aplikasi sistem informasi untuk media komunikasi dengan pendekatan Work System Framework. Work System Framework adalah sebuah sistem dimana manusia atau mesin berpartisipasi menjalankan proses bisnis dengan menggunakan informasi, teknologi dan sumber daya, dalam melakukan analisa dan perancangan dilakukan kan pemodelan dengan Unified modeling language.

The title of the counseling guidance teacher's efforts in dealing with delinquency in class XI students at SMA N 1 Batur, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, in this study has an educational background that is closely related to a strong character. Meanwhile, development in Indonesia is carried out as a whole, which requires quality human resources, various efforts for the formation of the nation's personality, especially in the younger generation. One of the efforts to improve quality resources is through education. However, every educational process, especially tackling delinquency, has an obstacle and obstacle, which occurs in SMA N 1 Batur, especially class XI, from this research it has a goal. 1) knowing the efforts of BK teachers in dealing with student delinquency; 2) knowing the method used; 3) knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors, by using qualitative methods that produce descriptive data, then data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation, in analyzing data systematically, organizing data, describing data into units and compiling into a pattern that produces a conclusion, namely learning that occurs at SMA N 1 Batur is in accordance with the objectives and procedures for learning, then in each lesson several factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors, are found from internal and external sources, and several efforts have been made by counseling teachers at SMA N 1 Batur Banjarnegara..
