The SIAP application (Presence Activation Information System) has been implemented at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency since 2022. Although good attendance has been the first step, it also requires optimal bureaucratic performance as an effort to achieve institutional goals. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the use of the SIAP Application (Presence Activation Information System) has an influence on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). This study used quantitative methods and involved the entire population, namely 38 employees of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to all BKPSDM employees as respondents, documentation and observation. The results of the analysis using the T test show that the significant value (0.002) is smaller than the probability of 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means "The use of the SIAP application has an influence on employee performance (Y)." Although the SIAP Application Usage Variable (X) and the Employee Performance Variable (Y) are related, respondents' responses show some shortcomings related to the use of the SIAP Application (Presence Activation Information System), such as unstable network access constraints. Nevertheless, good attendance still has a positive effect on improving employee performance. Employee Performance Evaluation shows deficiencies in the indicators of Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, and Independence.

Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Since human resources are an important part of an organization, including in the Indonesian fisheries industry, human resource management and development is very important for the success of an organization. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. Literature search can utilize sources in the form of journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many approaches can be used to improve operational efficiency. Increase efficiency in all stages of production, from fishing to distribution, with the adoption of advanced technology and automated equipment. Training and Skills Development ensures that employees have a good understanding of the latest practices and technologies through regular training that enhances their technical and managerial skills. Good Production Planning and Management; Energy and Resources Management; Use of wise energy and resource management practices to reduce operational costs Partners and Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and relevant institutions to improve supply chain efficiency and coordination. Semen Z is one of the largest cement supplier companies in Indonesia and will continue to increase every year. The development of the cement industry is in line with the continued development of infrastructure projects, both private and Indonesian government. PT. Semen Z has good integration from raw material providers to cement that is ready to be used by every project that requires it. Development of PT. Cement Z will occur in the quantity of raw materials, human resources, and production processes, up to distribution to consumers. The activities carried out are land clearing/stripping, blasting, excavation and loading, as well as transportation and destruction. Raw materials sourced from this mining process include limestone, silica stone and clay. In this study mining was only carried out on limestone and clay was obtained from suppliers. The units used in the inventory data are limestone and clay raw materials (tons), ammonium nitrate chemicals (tons), diesel fuel (liters), electricity (kWh), emissions (tons), B3 waste (tons), non-B3 waste (tons) and products (tons). Every activity process carried out will have an impact on the environment, so the Company's commitment to a green industry or clean industry is required. To determine the environmental impact analysis on cement production activities, the Company conducted an environmental impact analysis using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The aim of this research is to identify improvements in environmental performance, especially those that are hotspots in the Company's production process. The research results show that the highest identification of environmental impacts is obtained from activities at the Limestone mine, in accordance with the Pareto rules approach where if the contributors are more than 80% of the food it will affect the results of the impact analysis obtained.

In the dynamic technology business landscape, the key levers of success are human resources. This research examines the critical role of human resource management (HRM) in improving the performance of technology-based organizations. Through literature exploration and case studies, this research identifies six key HRM functions that contribute to performance: (1) strategic recruitment and selection to attract and retain skilled technology talent, (2) continuous development and learning to equip employees with relevant technology skills, (3) creation of innovative and collaborative work culture, (4) effective performance management systems to drive accountability and goal achievement, (5) competitive compensation and incentive strategies to motivate and retain employees, and (6) health and wellness programs that prioritize work-life balance and employee satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of technology integration in HRM, such as the use of digital recruitment platforms, online learning systems, and data analysis tools for data-driven decision-making. The findings show that proactive and adaptive HRM, which focuses on talent development, creation of a supportive work environment, and strategic use of technology, significantly improves the performance of technology-based organizations. This research offers practical insights for HRM practitioners and leaders of technology organizations to harness the potential of human resources and achieve competitive advantage in the digital age.

The purpose of the scientific article entitled "The Influence of the Reward and Punishment System" is to conduct a literature review with the aim of conducting an investigation into the influence of the reward and punishment system on employee performance. In addition, it is very important to formulate hypotheses regarding the influence of each variable that will be used for further research on the topic of sustainability in the field of Human Resource Management. The method used in the process of writing this article is known as qualitative research, which includes library research, drawing from internet sources such as Google Scholar, relevant journals and articles, and the use of the Mendeley application for the compilation of bibliographic references. The following are the conclusions that can be drawn from this article: The performance of employees in the performance of this system is very positive and significant. 2) Employee punishment is better than facing employee performance. 3) the tax and legal system has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the role of HR management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. This research uses qualitative research by looking at the role of human resource management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. And for data analysis used, namely reviewing the data, reducing the data, compiling the reduced data, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of HR Management in improving employee performance is to direct and control all employees so that they are effective in carrying out work by evaluating employee performance and ensuring that each employee carries out the duties and responsibilities according to their job and the management carries out job training to improve skills and performance assessment in human resource procurement. The efforts that have had a positive impact on employees that have been carried out by management are fulfilling employee rights by providing compensation and job training to improve skills and increase career paths as well as providing performance targets for each employee.

The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how Microsoft navigates cultural diversity in its global business environment, shedding light on the formation of core values and organizational behaviors. Through an in-depth examination, the analysis explores the implications of cross-cultural aspects on human resource management strategies, such as recruitment, performance management, and career development. Of course, in the world of education, teachers are educational personnel. Educators are important stakeholders in educational development and are the most influential factor in producing quality educational activities and results. Therefore, teachers must obtain sufficient education, training, development and experience to improve their qualifications in order to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Responsibility is carried out with the help of skills that bring success, which determines the quality of education. Therefore, training and development is a basic need which is expected to influence increasing teacher competence and performance.

This research aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment, training and career development functions, as well as assessing the performance of PT's human resources (HR). Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the functions of recruitment, training and career development, as well as employee performance assessment at PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch has been running effectively and efficiently. Based on the audit findings, several recommendations for PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch as input material that can be used in improving recruitment, training and development functions, as well as performance appraisals, among which companies must document work agreements, company regulations and policies in writing to provide legal certainty for employees and the company, evaluation employee training and career development programs are carried out regularly, companies should add more diverse performance assessment methods to provide a more comprehensive picture of employee performance.

This study focuses on audit management of human resources at PT. Sarana Mentari Cemerlang Surabaya, with an emphasis on employee productivity, efficiency, and work quality. The method of data collection that is used is deskriptif, which involves gathering data through observations and wawancara. The subject of analysis is the employee of the company. The type of data that is used is qualitative, with initial data from employees and human resource management. The study's findings indicate that while the company's human resource management program has good potential, its implementation is still subpar. Programs for hiring, selection, training, and employee development turned out to be very effective, even though there is still room for improvement. Penilaian kinerja karyawan dianggap baik, notwithstanding the possibility of bias arising from a closed session. The compensation program and the JASA balas seem to be working well, but improvements are needed to raise the level of transparency and keadilan. Programs for health and safety at work are doing well, but home improvement needs to be improved. Although the work-related stress reduction program appears to be effective, it is recommended to increase employee turnover in PHK.

This study aims to determine the role of human resource audits on training and compensation on employee performance and career development as an intervening variable at PT XYZ. The research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT XYZ who were placed in outlets in Taman sub-district, Sidoarjo. The sampling technique in the study used Purposive Sampling Technique with the criteria of employees who deal directly with consumers totaling 35 people. Data obtained by filling out a questionnaire. The data was processed using the SmartPLS statistical tool and analyzed using the inner and outer models. The results of the study found that training and compensation have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and training has a positive and significant effect on career development.

Telkomsel is the leading provider of cellular telecommunications services in Indonesia based on market share. At the end of March 2008, Telkomsel had 51.3 million subscribers, which based on industry statistics represents an estimated market share of almost 51%. Telkomsel provides GSM cellular services in Indonesia, nationally via the dual band GSM network 900/1800 MHz and internationally via 288 international roaming partners in 155 countries (at the end of 2007. The aim of this research is to analyze the company's condition by looking at the financial ratios that describe company performance and analysis of the company's optimal capital structure. The data in this research is secondary data originating from the Central Statistics Agency, the Agency for the Application and Assessment of Technology, the Directorate General of Posts and Telecommunications and the Directorate General of Telematics Applications, Department of Communications and Information Technology. Data used in This research is data about the condition of the cellular telecommunications industry in Indonesia which includes expenditure, infrastructure, customers, human resources (labor). Data was taken from company condition reports (annual reports) PT. Telkomsel, PT. Indosat , and PT Excelcomindo for the quarterly period 2005-2008.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. The method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with a case study approach through interviews, documentation, observation with one of the teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. This research will focus on the definition of educational ethics, human resource management such as the performance of employees or teaching staff and the productivity of teaching staff and the work morale of teaching staff. The research results show that ethics in human resource management principles must match the commitment of words with the achievement of personal performance through actions or work implementation. Which can build and create results from performance that are in line with common goals.

The aim is to find out whether the financial performance of the Cornflower Agent business is optimal or not. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. With this data, researchers can find out what types of fixed assets are used by Cornflower Agents, namely buildings, machines and vehicles. The limited resources in the Cornflower Agent business are human resources, because they have been replaced by machines that can make the grinding process easier.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of budget realization and financial performance at the personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Pematang Siantar. The data used in this study is secondary data pbtained from the BKPSDM budget realization report data analysis the data used is quantitative analysis by calculating the efficiency ratio and growth ratio of budget realization in 2020-2022. The results of the study show that the performance of the budget realization Office of the personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Pematang Siantar from 2020-2022 can be seen from the analysis of the spending efficiency ratio with an average of 87.30% which reflects a fairly efficient, where the realization of spending is smaller than the budget. Then the analysis of spending variants Bkpsdm Pematang Siantar as a whole for 3 years showed good financial performance. Where from 2020-2022 Bkpsdm Pematang Siantar uses less than the budgeted amount.

This research aims to address the issues surrounding the allocation of employee benefits at TVRI Nusa Tenggara Timur. Currently, the decision-making process for benefits is solely based on recommendations from supervisors, without taking into consideration employee performance, potentially leading to social jealousy and suboptimal outcomes. In this study, we develop a Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assess employee performance. AHP allows for a hierarchical and objective breakdown of multi-factor problems. The criteria used for evaluation include attendance, behavior, length of service, and dependents. It is expected that the implementation of this DSS will enhance transparency and objectivity in decision-making, minimize employee dissatisfaction, and provide a more robust basis for benefit allocation decisions. This research offers practical contributions to human resource management and decision-making at TVRI Nusa Tenggara Timur.
