Marriage is a sacred bond entered into by a man and woman to continue their lives. According to Law No. 1 of 1974, the definition of marriage is a spiritual and physical bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family in accordance with the belief in the Almighty God. A legal marriage is carried out according to the religious law and the state law of both parties. However, it does not rule out the possibility of a mixed marriage where the nationality of both parties is different. In this writing, we discuss a mixed marriage regarding the legal consequences of mixed marriages regulated in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and discuss the mechanism for separating assets in mixed marriages according to Denpasar Court decision Number 536/Pdt.P/2015/PN.Dps. Based on this decision, both parties entered into a mixed marriage between Indonesian citizens and US citizens, but the two parties did not make a prenuptial agreement for the separation of their respective assets as a condition for carrying out a mixed marriage. In this case, even though a foreigner is married to an Indonesian citizen and has registered their marriage and lives in Indonesia, they still have limited rights to buy and sell immovable assets

The elderly who are cared for in an elderly care home require spiritual needs to be met, and there are times when the elderly use the resources available either from the family, people who are religious experts either in the hospital or others in the elderly community. Therefore, the fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the elderly must be done so that the elderly on the eve of death can die in a calm and peaceful state. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the fulfillment of spiritual needs in the elderly near death from the perspective of the caregiver at the Kendal elderly Social Service Center (PPSLU). This study uses descriptive survey research design. The sample in this study amounted to 36 respondents. Sampling using total sampling. The results showed that the majority of hospitalists were aged based on a median value of 41 years, male gender as much as 53%, high school education as much as 53%, have long worked >3 years as much as 89% and meet the fulfillment of spiritual needs in the elderly near death as much as 44%. The caregiver is only limited to fulfilling the spiritual needs of meaning, purpose and hope in life but in the spiritual needs of relationship with God; spiritual practice has not been fulfilled. This is because the caregiver's understanding of spiritual needs is only limited to religion or belief.

Education has the function of instilling, developing, and implementing rational values, regularity, diligence, and productive attitudes which in turn are able to bring about humans who have noble character, are devoted to God Almighty, and have human values. The aim of this activity is to increase the competency of PPKn teachers in the field of Anti-Corruption Education, eradicating corruption through more effective and systematic educational strategies through students and teachers in anti-corruption outreach efforts. The implementation method is training which aims to increase understanding of the dangers of criminal acts of corruption and strengthen commitment as an extension of the eradication of corruption, followed by training in the form of mentoring prospective Anti-Corruption Counselors. It is hoped that the results of this activity will be that participants will later become anti-corruption educators, which requires a strong will and determination to lead the anti-corruption movement, namely perfection in conveying basic anti-corruption information and integrity. willing to have anti-corruption teacher qualifications

The focus of this paper is the theme of the Mission of Moses to Free the Israelites from Egyptian Slavery Exodus 6:1-12. The salvation of the Israelites is inseparable from the struggle of Moses who was blessed by God. But with God's word to Moses all problems were resolved with an outstretched hand. The purpose of this paper is to discover the location of God's role for the Israelites who were enslaved by Egypt at that time. The methodology used is the exegesis methodology. There are 6 analyzes used, namely analysis of Story, Structure, Syntax, Semantics, Context, and Theological Reflection. The six analyzes have been done on separate sheets and are summarized in this article. The findings obtained from this writing include: First, God's inclusion in Moses, who struggled with a lack of self-confidence. Second, God's inclusion appeared in Moses when Moses freed the Israelites from Egyptian slavery. Third, God always accompanies those who rely on God in their work. Thus Christians are invited to always rely on God in their life journey.  

The controversy surrounding the lineage of Habibs has recently become increasingly widespread and even sparked debates that have led to hatred within society. This issue is often exploited to exacerbate differences, potentially damaging Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, a wise middle ground is needed to prevent discussions about lineage from becoming increasingly wild and divisive. One important solution is to return to the teachings of the Quran. This holy book provides comprehensive guidelines on morality, brotherhood, and the principles of human equality. The Quran emphasizes that a person's honor in the sight of God is not determined by ancestry, social status, or nationality, but by their level of piety. This message is universal and relevant to all humanity, regardless of background. Piety itself is born from a transcendental moral awareness and is manifested through righteous and beneficial behavior. Therefore, Muslims should focus more attention on character development and self-improvement, rather than pride in lineage, which only fuels controversy with no real benefit to social life.

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The process shows a circle of interaction that ends with the Halal Product Guarantee Law. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. Empirical studies explain that the economic subsystem played by business actors has great energy to adapt quickly and utilize legal regulations and community culture to expand and develop their business. The research background is related to inter-ethnic marriages carried out by couples with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, namely the Batak and Nias Adanva ethnicities. Differences in different linguistic and cultural backgrounds result in differences in interpreting and understanding the message or information conveyed, this can giving rise to misunderstandings. This research was conducted in Hutagodang Village, Kec. Batang Toru. South Tapanuli Regency.The main problem in this research is the description of intercultural communication and communication barriers between inter-ethnic marriage couples in Hutagodang Village. This research aims to find out and explain how intercultural communication in inter-ethnic marriage couples and what communication barriers occur in inter-ethnic marriage couples.

The purpose of developing audio-visual media to produce and determine the feasibility of the material God is present in the audio-visual-based universe developed in the subject of Christian Religious Education and Ethics grade III Elementary School. The research is a research and development (research and development) of audio-visual media that aims to produce products and test the effectiveness of products. The research took place in a public elementary school in Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli Regency. The research was conducted from August to September 2023. Research and development was conducted using the ADDIE model proposed by Dick and Carry.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as an effort to strengthen student character, including design; management; processing assessments and reporting results; evaluation and follow-up. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods in Depok state schools in 2022. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data was analyzed using interactive techniques including data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that the research results in cultivating the P5-based mutual cooperation character show that (!) the process of implementing the mutual cooperation character during P5 activities begins with diagnostic assessment, introduction, contextualization, real action, reflection-follow-up and celebration of learning. This P5 activity was carried out over a period of 1 week-1 month based on 3 themes (2) strategies given by the teacher to students, namely, a) competition for the themes "entrepreneurship" and "unity in diversity". Through P5 actions, students can strengthen the character dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, especially those who are faithful, devoted to God Almighty and have noble character, work together, be independent, have global diversity, reason critically and creatively.   Keywords: Innovation, Mutual Cooperation, Character, Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles

This research method uses qualitative research using a content analysis approach which involves the process of collecting data contained in Arnita's video on Rukun Indonesia's Youtube account. The subject of this study is a podcast sourced from Rukun Indonesia youtube account. data collection methods are observation and documentation. Content analysis was used to describe the content of Arnita Rodelina Turnip's dakwah message on Rukun Indonesia's Youtube account. The results of this study show the message of preaching arnita rodelina turnip video in rukun indonesia youtube account is the message of preaching the creed of belief in God, the message of preaching the Shari'ah about the obligatory prayers tahajud, and the message of preaching morals about tabayyun, Ta'aruf and tolerance.

Hate speech is a term used for negative language on social media bringing someone down. Someone's envy or hatred tries to destroy other people in a way that is not good, one of which is slander. That means the person who commits slander considers himself to be above the law so he can manipulate the law for his personal gain. In fact, the writer of the letter James states that there is only one legislator, namely God, only God is able to harm someone based on His law. Humans should not play with the law, but rather become law-abiding beings. The data analysis used in this research follows the steps of grammatical analysis. It is very important to look up the meaning of each sentence to see or have an idea of what is meant in Warning Against Slander. James 4:11-12 this is one of the verses in the letter written by James, who is believed to be the brother of Jesus. The letter of James is addressed to Christians in general, containing moral, ethical, and practical advice on how to live as a believer. In this context, James emphasizes the importance of not slandering or judging fellow believers. He reminded that slandering or judging other people seemed to take on the role of a judge that only God should have. James shows that such behavior is contrary to Christ's teachings on love and forgiveness. The need for self-actualization is achieved to maximize all abilities and potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-confidence and self-actualization. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. Correlation research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables as they are without treatment. The population in this study were students of Class X at SMK YATPI Godong, Grobogan Regency. The sample used was 199 students from class X at SMK YATPI Godong, Grobogan Regency. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between self-confidence and self-actualization of YATPI Godong Vocational High School students. and able to optimize the strengths or potential that students have.

Based on the research results, it shows that the role of Religious Education Teachers as a leadership role is very important in increasing students' interest in learning and the level of Religious Education Teachers' role as leadership towards students' interest in learning.               

Disaster mitigation is an effort to reduce casualties and provide a proper and good understanding to the public regarding natural disasters. This activity aims to provide early insight and knowledge regarding natural disasters. The method of implementing this community service uses the socialization method with Rutong State Elementary School students as participants. This socialization material focuses on mitigating the tsunami and earthquake disasters, a major threat to Rutong Village, located in a coastal area.

Basically, if a Christian who serves in government lives outside the control of absolute norms, then he tends to break the rules when carrying out his duties and responsibilities. The Bible teaches that sin is the greatest violation of God's law, so that humans are considered guilty before Him and deserve punishment (Romans 3:23 ; 6:23; Isaiah 59 :2). Acts of corruption are regarded as evil deeds in God's eyes, because they do not meet God's standards in leading (cf. Romans 13 :1-4) and should be God's servants who serve the interests of the people. In principle, followers of the Christian religion are called by God to sit in government with the aim that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the teachings of the Bible. To achieve this, adherents of Christianity are expected to prepare themselves to live in faith and holiness according to the teachings of the Bible. According to the author's opinion, it is very important to build faith from an early age before someone plunges into the world of government. This is so that they can be formed and matured in their faith so that they can become witnesses of Christ in community service. Saint Augustine once said, as Price explained, that if Christians live according to the values of the Bible, then they will show genuine love for others  

Tanah Toa Village is one of the gods that belongs to the Kajang sub-district, Bulukumba district. So far, Tanah Toa has been recognized as a national cultural heritage, especially in the Kajang Dalam area. The non-coastal location makes agricultural activities the dominant activity among the community. Only a few residents run the business of smoking fish. Pera smoked fish business actors obtain raw materials for skipjack tuna in the Bonto Maritime area which is a coastal area. While the production of smoked fish is sold to markets around the Kajang sub-district and the city of Bulukumba. The quality of smoking that is not maximized causes smoked fish to not last long. Smoked fish produced can only last a maximum of 3 days. This makes it difficult for smoked fish production to be traded outside the province or made into souvenirs for tourists who come from out of town. The durability of the smoked fish produced is not yet good because the smoking process only lasts about 2 hours, so the water content is still there. The use of fish smoking technology is also not owned by business actors, making it difficult for business actors to have difficulty in producing good quality smoked fish.

The purpose of this research is to describe and find out the moral values ​​contained in the collection of short stories by Ustad Salim Menangis by Budi Maryono. This study uses a qualitative method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach and sociology of literature. The data collection technique used in this study was listening, reading, and taking notes. The technique of presenting research data uses informal techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of the study show that there is a moral value contained in the collection of short stories by Ustad Salim Crying by Budi Maryono. There are three types of moral values, namely the human relationship with oneself, the human relationship with God, and the human relationship with the social sphere and the natural environment. The moral values ​​of human relations with oneself include working hard, promising, having principles, responsibility, managing time, never giving up, awareness, regret, and self-improvement. The moral values ​​of human relations with God include praying, trusting God, worshiping God, second chances from God, sacrifice, and surrender. The moral values ​​of human relations with the social sphere and the natural environment include caring, helping, loving, respecting, family responsibilities, advice, helping each other, establishing hospitality, and mother's love.
