Data collection on employee attendance at a company is a must, with the aim of monitoring discipline, calculating employee salaries, and other needs. Data collection on employee attendance at companies that are used today is very diverse, following the development of technology. The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.

Increasing competition especially in the culinary business , make Pecel Solo Restaurant should strive to meet the expectations of customer with the needs and desires of customer so that what is accepted by consumers as expected earlier. The purpose of this study was to determine if there are any the difference (gap) between the expectation with the customers perception of service quality dimensions on Pecel Solo Restaurant. The sampling technique using non probability sampling technique with the sample size is 68 respondents. Data analysis methods used are Mann Whitney , and the Importance Performance Analysis

The research in dynamic with the title “attractant Marina shore of Marina Semarang in increased the number of tourist visits” purposes aimed at finding an attractant of the Marina shore of Semarang with the analysis and identified using the tourist methods, accessibility, ameniti and ansilari. This study uses a kualitative method with 10 responses. The scpersonal technique used observation to the field, online interviews with data sources, the visitors and tourism and tourism later were documented in photographs. Kualitative analysis using data processing from data finding, then on alaysis and developed to the conclusion. From research results suggest that the beach Semarang beach is fairly good, but is less optimal in their breeding. Infant health can be known one of them through the assessment of nutritional status. In general, Body Mass Index (BMI) has been used as a method for measuring the nutritional status of children. If there are two children who have same body weight and height, they may have different nutritional status. Whenever this occurs, the use of BMI for measuring the nutritional status shall be deemed less accurate. The anthropometry will be vital in measuring the nutritional statuss. The guidelines for determining the nutritional status Anthropometry parameters are selected and recommended which includes an assessment of the age, weight, body length or height. This research aims to build a model of C4.5 adaboost so it can recognize patterns and be able to classify the nutritional status of children into five classes: normal, fat, very fat, thin and very thin. The variables used in this classification is Gender, Age (Months), Weight (kg) Height (cm). C4.5 (decision tree) Method has a good performance in dealing with the classification of nutritional status but the C4.5 has a weakness in the class imbalance. Adaboost isone ofboosting methods that could reduce imbalances class by giving weight to the level of classification error which may alter the distribution of data. Experiments carried out by applying the adaboost method C4.5 to obtain optimal results and a good degree of accuracy. The experimental results obtained from C4.5 method show that accuracy is 89.53%, the error rate is 10.47%, while the results of C4.5 with adaboost show 90.23% accuracy and 9.77% error rate. It can be concluded in the classification of nutritional status of children with C4.5 and adaboost proven method to solve problems of class imbalance and improve the high accuracy and can reduce the level of classification error.

The aim of this study is to design a production accounting information system for the determination of the cost of production that can help the SMEs Jepara carving in the determination of the cost of a product exactly. Information on the cost of a product is very important as a basis in determining the selling price of a product. so far the SMEs Jepara carving in determining the cost of a product is done by estimating the costs of production and often do not include a production cost that nominal little cost. So the cost of production does not reflect actual cost consumption. This can certainly cause the production cost to be undercost or uppercost. The approach in determining the cost of production using the method of ativity-based costing, activity-based costing method is the determination of the cost of a product based on activity. Research methods that Research method using Reseach and Development (R&D) method with prototype system development model. This study was conducted on SMEs carving Jepara. The result of this research is in the form of accounting information system product for determination of cost of production at SME Jepara carving which can assist in determination of cost of product. Implementation of the activity-based costing method as an approach in determining the cost of products is able to provide benefits that the charging over the cost can be more precise. Efficiency in costs can be obtained. The use of activity based costing method can also decrease the selling price of the product, so that Jepara carving SMEs will be better able to compete both for domestic market and international market.

It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

Based on observations, UKM have limitations in terms of online marketing.This research aims to present a web design that is able to provide information that can be used to improve marketing or promotion of UKM products in Kendal City.the method used to develop the system is R&D (Research and Development).The results showed that this system is said to be feasible as an effective online promotion media based on the assessment of web expert validator with a value of 2.9 and a validator of UKM with a value of 3.4

Latar Belakang: Kanker payudara adalah kanker yang berkembang dari jaringan payudara. Kanker payudara adalah jenis kanker yang paling umum di Indonesia Tujuan untuk mengenali perbedaan pengaruh promosi audio visual SADARI dan demonstrasi kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja sebagai deteksi dini kanker payudara di SMAN 16 Surabaya. Metode: Quasy – eksperimen design dengan Pretest – Postest two group with control design . Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan Simple Random Sampling dan menggunakan 114 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner serta analisis data menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil:Hasil uji perbandingan tingkat pengetahuan diperoleh p = 0,000 ( p > 0,05), sikap diperoleh p = 0,000 ( p > 0,05), tindakan yang diperoleh p = 0,000 ( p > 0,05), maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh promosi kesehatan SADARI audio visual dengan demonstrasi terhadap perilaku remaja sebagai deteksi dini kanker payudara di SMAN 16 Surabaya. Simpulan: Maka diperlukan pemberian promosi kesehatan SADARI kepada remaja untuk deteksi dini kanker serta pemberian promosi kesehatan menggunakan metode audio visual dapat memberikan dampak terhadap perilaku remaja.

Community service activities carried out in Babakan Village,  Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are community service activities that become the annual agenda of the Immanuel College of Health Sciences in Bandung. In 2018, the Nursing D3 study program focuses community service activities at Babakan III Elementary School. The target of these community service activities is for students in grades 1 through 6. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of SD Babakan III students about personal hygiene, and to know the optimization of personal hygiene. Method: This activity was carried out in SD Babakan III using a community empowerment approach. The intended community is  elementary school students in Babakan III, Ciparay Subdistrict, especially classes 3 and 4, as many as 85 students were trained for 2 days. The form of training provided is through the provision of material with lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pre-test and posttest, there was an increase in students' knowledge, from 60% to 90%. This training also provides enrichment about personal hygiene for class teachers in SD Babakan III, Ciparay District. Conclusion: This training was conducted at SDN Babakan III with a total of 85 students, with a good level of knowledge (90%) after 2 days of training. It is hoped that the training that has been carried out will be able to become the foundation for behavior change in the school environment and at home by applying the principles of healthy living. 

Gunung Anyar is a village in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya Municipality. In this area the puerperal mother cannot breastfeed properly. One way to overcome this problem is to make herbal drinks from katuk leaves. Some houses in Kelurahan Gunung Anyar have enough area to plant katuk leaf seedlings. Training on making herbal drinks from katuk leaves can improve the skills of cadres and pregnant women. This activity can also build innovation and creativity in varying the utilization of katuk leaves. Method: This activity is carried out through demonstration of making herbal drinks with the target being cadres and pregnant women. Results: The results of the training were very good. All participants actively participate and can train other pregnant women to make herbal drinks from katuk leaves at home. Conclusion: Training can be done at home by pregnant and lactating mothers

Simpang Tuan Village in Tanjung Jabung Timur Distric has a fairly  high smoking problem that is 79.9% (Primary Health Care Data). Based on these data, it can be concluded that smokers in Simpang Tuan village are already at the stage of addiction, as a result smoking behavior is difficult to stop. The PKM-M team has provided a method that is quite effective in dealing with people who smoke by conducting socialization activities on the dangers of smoking, giving stickers, signing petitions and making commitment boards. The purpose of this program is as a community service effort to create a smoke-free area. Methods: This program is carried out for 1 month, from April to May 2019, and ends with an evaluation of activities, namely by visiting residents' homes and asking what changes have been experienced after this program. Results: Through this program, the PKM-M team has obtained satisfactory results, because the response and appreciation of the community towards this program is very good. This can be seen from the evaluation results that show 80% of people have reduced cigarette consumption at home and people are starting to realize not to smoke in the surrounding environment. Conclusion: this method effective to reduced cigarette consumption 

Students are expected to get knowledge about clean and healthy lifestyle or in Indonesian is called Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). In fact, the program that is set by the government in PHBS application isn't optimally executed. The first survey data shows that the mental-disabled student's knowledge about PHBS (hand-washing) is less. The purpose of this research is for knowing the influence of hand-washing Education towards PHBS knowledge to mental-disabled students. Methods: The population of this research is 30 mental-disabled students from state mental-disabled elementary school of Tuban or SDLB Negeri Tuban with hand-washing learning SOP and questionnaire paper for knowledge scoring. The independent variable is clean hand-washing training and the dependent variable is PHBS knowledge to mental-disabled student  that scored by structural interview with pre-test and post-test. Results: As the result, it shows the most respondents have enough knowledge before the treatment, that is 18 (60,0%) students and almost all respondents have good knowledge after the treatment, that is 28 (93,3%) student. Conclusion: From this research result, the school is expected to apply the clean hand-washing training to develop PHBS knowledge learning in school periodically.

The West Batu Layar village has development as a tourist area with negative effects wich increase the cases of exploitation children such as prostitutes, harassment and promiscuity. The foundation of Galang Anak Semesta (GAGAS) Mataram with the Down to Zero program organize training for children's rights, reproduction health, and prevention of Commercial Sexual Exploitation in Children (Eksploitasi Seksual Komersial pada Anak/ESKA). But, the medical treatment has not been maximally for prevention and handling of victims. The purpose of this activity is to counseling and training of child health cadres. Method: This activity uses the Community Empowering approach, which is approach activity through a member of the LPAD of West Batu Layar village. Evaluation of the activities is carried out by posttest directly and in writing to the participants present. Results: This activity have formed a team of health care with increasing of knowledge the participants after treatment more than 25%, so this activity can be said to be successful. Conclusion: The formation of health cadres caring for the exploitation of children in the village of batu layar barat amountes to 10 people, with the level of knowledge of participants increased by more than 25% after being carried out counselling for 3 days. It is expected that the formed of the health cadres of children can become health cadres for children who experience exploitation to apply the principle of healthy living.

Children’s sexual abuse was increasing at Tuban district. Data from the Social Service for Women Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A), and NGOs in Tuban District recorded an increase in violence against children, especially victims of sexual abuse from 2013 to 2017, even after Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 13 of 2013 concerning Child Protection was implemented. The impact of cases of sexual violence on children is very severe because it can cause severe trauma, loss of self-confidence, victims will feel hate towards themselves to personality disorders as adults. Methods: One effort that is promoted as an action to prevent incidents of sexual violence against children is an educational workshop sexual abuse in children. The purpose of this community service activity is twofold, namely to increase understanding of sexual education in children and to increase children's awareness of acts of sexual violence, namely to fourth grade students at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban. Result: The workshop was conducted by giving counseling to 86 students grade IV at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban, followed by educational games using giant ladder snake media that have been modified to contain content on sexual education and sexual violence in each box with participants as the pieces to evaluate participants' awareness of sexual violence then closed with a child's self-reflection with a picture of himself to identify the possibility of violence in children. Conclusion: This activity succeeded in increasing the understanding and alertness of grade IV children at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban and finding students who were victims of violence which were then treated by counselors from NGOs caring for children. Suggestions, the government and educational institutions need to launch a sexual education program and increase awareness of sexual violence against minors as an effort to prevent sexual violence against children.

Remaja adalah masa transisi usia dimana seseorang belum dikatakan dewasa namun bukan lagi seorang anak. Remaja  akan fase pencarian identitas diri, gejolak hormon, dan tekanan yang besar dari sekolah serta lingkungan sekitarnya. Proses pematangan fisik  yang terjadi lebih cepat dari proses pematangan kejiwaan (psikososial)  menyebabkan   remaja harus menghadapi perubagan fisik, kognitif dan emosional yang dapat menimbulkan kondisi stres dan memicu perilaku unik pada remaja. Perilaku –perilaku yang dimunculkan oleh remaja untuk menghadapi kondisi stres seperti  cemas,  depresi, merokok,  menjadi anak  jalanan,  adiksi game, kekerasan, penyalahgunaan obat, sampai bunuh diri. Bunuh diri merupakan kematian no.2 terbanyak di dunia pada usia 15 – 29 tahun (WHO, Preventing Suicide, 2014), 350 juta orang di dunia diestimasikan mengalami  depresi,  dan  depresi  merupakan  penyebab  disabilitas  utama  di dunia. (WHO, Depression, 2012). Gangguan mental emosional: gejala depresi dan anxietas pada usia ? 15 tahun sebesar 6% atau sebesar > 14 juta jiwa Gangguan jiwa berat (Psikosis): gejala psikosis sebesar 1,7/1000 atau sebesar > 400.000 jiwa.   Salah satu penyebab dari timbulnya gangguan mental emosional sampai akhirnya mengalami psikotik adalah karena remaja tidak mampu dalam beradaptasi pada masa transisi atau dalam menghadapi perubahan kehidupannya. Secara alamiah sebenarnya apabila tubuh baik fisiologis maupun psikologis  terpapar  oleh  suatu  stressor  atau  tekanan  atau  keadaan  yang tidakpasti tubuh akan melakukan suatu mekanisme untuk mempertahankan kondisi tubuhnya seperti semula. Bentuk dari pertahanan diri seseorang berbeda sesuai dengan mekanisme psikis yang diperlukan untuk beradaptasi dengan relitas eksternal.Defence  mekanisme  yang  positif  /konstruktif  akan  membangun  jiwa remaja menjadi pribadi yang handal dan siap menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang dapat dibanggakan untuk keluarga, masyarakat dan negara. Kesehatan jiwa remaja merupakan hal  penting dalam menentukan kualitas bangsa. Remaja yang tumbuh dalam lingkungan kondusif dan mendukung merupakan sumber daya manusia yang dapat menjadi aset bangsa tidak ternilai.
