This research elucidates the impact of globalization on the content and subjects of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum, focusing on the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study utilizes a combination of literature review and thematic analysis to explore the influence of globalization on the curriculum and the strategies employed by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to strike a balance between traditional Islamic teachings and global knowledge and skills. The findings reveal that globalization has influenced the content and subjects taught in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum by necessitating the incorporation of global perspectives, emphasizing universal values, and contextualizing global knowledge within an Islamic framework. However, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah faces challenges in adapting its curriculum, including the need to ensure the preservation of Islamic teachings, address cultural sensitivities, and navigate societal expectations. Despite challenges, globalization offers opportunities for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to enhance its curriculum and prepare students for a globalized world. This includes fostering intercultural communication, promoting global citizenship, encouraging critical thinking, nurturing tolerance and inclusion, and developing cultural sensitivity. The incorporation of global perspectives significantly impacts students' understanding of diversity and multiculturalism by exposing them to different cultures, challenging stereotypes, promoting intercultural communication, and fostering a sense of global citizenship.

Leadership style is one of the factors of employee performance so that a good leadership style will be able to direct and give instructions to the work faced by employees. A good leadership style will also lead to job satisfaction for them, so they will work with feelings of pleasure and joy. Simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount > from Ftable. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.165, meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Transformational Leadership variable and the Meaning in Work variable by 16.5% while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the accounting information system at PT. SHIBA AZAKI. The problem in this study is whether this sales information system has an effect on controlling receivables at PT. SHIBA AZAKI. In this study the author uses quantitative research methods, while the type of associative research uses a questionnaire as an instrument used to obtain data. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. SHIBA AZAKI using 36 people as research samples. The result of this research is that there is a positive influence and significant of the sales accounting information system on the effectiveness of controlling accounts receivable at PT. Service quality in the Islamic concept can be said that the overall features and characteristics of a product or service that depend on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs and in accordance with Islamic values.21 In this concept Islam teaches that providing services in the form of goods or services. must be of quality in accordance with Islamic values, and do not give bad and not quality because it will only harm both parties. Service quality in Islam is defined as a customer's assessment of the superiority or privilege of a product or service as a whole which is of course based on Islamic principles, the quality of service in Islam provides services that basically every activity related must be based on compliance with sharia which is full of values. -moral and ethical values. Improving the quality of service in Islam is very necessary in order to determine customer decision making. However, it will not run well if it is not accompanied by quality decision making. To maintain the quality of service in Islam is not only the duty of the employees, but all the members involved. Judging from the above phenomena, the quality of Islamic services can be taken into consideration for customer decision making. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Islamic service quality on customer decisions in murabahah financing. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, this study used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and the sampling technique used the incidental sampling method using the hair formula. The data obtained were then processed with SEM AMOS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the CR value is 3,418 > 1.96 and the probability is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Islamic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Decision Making in Murabahah Financing.

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems, self esteem, locus of control, budget participation on the budgetary slack at Perusahaan. The population in this study were employees involved in budgeting in each division / department at Perusahaan, amounting to 118 people. This study uses census sampling techniques, namely the use of the entire population without having to draw the research sample as an observation unit. The results of this study show that the accounting information system and locus of control variables have a significant positive effect on the budgetary slack, while the variables of self-esteem and budget participation have no effect on the budgetary slack at Perusahaan.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, personnel capabilities and top management support on the performance of the CV accounting information system. Kurogi Semarang. The population in this study are all employees of CV. Kurogi Semarang, namely as many as 60 employees. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that education has a positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the calculated t value which is greater than t table, namely 2.359 > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.024 <0.05. Personal ability has a negative effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely -2.421 (signed negative) > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. Top management support has a positive effect on the accounting information system. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely 4.467> 1.688, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

 The purpose of this study was to determine the Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts in CV. Merapi Kendal, Central Java. The type of research that will be used is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of CV. Merapi Kendal, Central Java, which found 183 people, while the sample used in this study was 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection through the distribution of the analysis questionnaire used in this study was multiple linear regression The results showed that Internal Control, Human Resource Competence and Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Accounting Information Systems and the adjusted value of R square in the regression model obtained was 0.816, which means that 81.6 percent of Accounting Information System variables can be explained by the variable Internal Control, Human Resource Competence and Organizational Commitment while the remaining 18.4 percent is explained by other variables outside this study.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, incentives, and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The sample used was 82 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data, with data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination was 0.685, meaning that the variables of work ability, incentives, and work discipline could explain the variation in work productivity variables of 68.5%. The results of hypothesis testing with the statistical t test show that (1) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Setting a strategy in running the existing system in the company, therefore it is very important for the company to evaluate the management control system which is one of the basic functions of management. The object of the research is PT. JNE Indonesia, especially at Cikuda Jatinangor agents. This study aims to determine the state of the control system in JNE in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain that the system that applies at JNE is still running well as evidenced by the absence of complaints from company employees, the implementation of activities that run normally, and the programs that are run in the midst of this pandemic do not make income decline JNE’s management performs the control systems very well, and ensures the security of packages that will be sent until they are received by costumers.

This study examines the impact of ethical leadership on both employee engagement and organizational behavior through a multilevel analysis. Ethical leadership, characterized by integrity, fairness, and ethical decision-making, is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in shaping organizational outcomes. Drawing upon data from multiple levels within organizations, including individual employees and their respective teams, this research employs statistical techniques to explore the intricate relationships between ethical leadership, employee engagement, and organizational behavior. Findings suggest that ethical leadership positively influences both employee engagement and organizational behavior at both individual and group levels. Moreover, the study elucidates the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational behavior, underscoring the importance of fostering ethical leadership behaviors for promoting a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee contributions beyond formal role requirements.

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of Work Environment on Employee Loyalty; (2) Effect of Compensation on Employee Loyalty; (3) The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation Against Employee Loyalty in PT. Nawakara Arta Kencana. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires spread with the number of respondents 45 employees. Data analysis technique in this research using normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Working Environment variables have an effect on significant to employee loyalty variable with t value> t table (2,972> 2,016); (2) Compensation variable significantly influence Employee Loyalty variable with t value> t table (5,500> 2,016); and (3) Work Environment Variables and Compensation Variables together affect Employee Loyalty variable in test result showing that the value of f arithmetic> f table (20,343> 3,21) and value of determination coefficient (R2) equal to 0, 492 or equal to 49 , 2%, it means that Work Environment variable and Compensation variable simultaneously influence Employee Loyalty variable as much 49,2%.

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has issued a Minister of Health Decree on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in Office and Industrial Workplaces in Support of Business Continuity in Pandemic Situations. The Minister of Manpower issues a Circular which states for companies that limit their business activities due to the policies of their respective local governments in preventing and overcoming COVID-19, causing some or all workers not to come to work, taking into account business continuity, changes in the amount and method of payment wages are made in accordance with the agreement between the employer and the worker. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression model, multiple and single test. The results of hypothesis testing work life balance statistically have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is statistically positive and significant impact on work engagement, work life balance has an effect on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. Diamond Printing is one of the largest offset printing companies with 32 years of experience and is located in the city of Surabaya, East Java. Data from HRD managers explained that there was no report from observations related to employee work effectiveness in terms of coordination and synergy between employees as seen from the communication and collaboration relationships. The absence of data related to the effectiveness of the performance of CV employees. Diamond Printing in terms of communication network mapping is one of the obstacles faced by HRD in determining KPI (key performance indicator). By using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method with the help of UCINET 6 software, it is hoped that some employees will have advantages, especially in collaboration and communication in group network structures. There are three parameters used in SNA, including: degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. This study involved 104 respondents (the entire population) with a sampling technique using snowball sampling and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The results of this study indicate that most of the collaboration and communication network interactions are dominated by manager level employees and department heads. Based on these findings, an innovation is needed from all stakeholders from CV. Diamond Printing in developing effective communication methods between its members.

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS  for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance

The research goals to obtain information and empirical evidence of the influence of intellectual capital on net profit margin, return on invested capital, and return on capital employed. This research was a quantitative research. This research used secondary data which is company financial reports in 2018-2019 taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this research was Consumer Non-cyclicals companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2019. Sample were 43 companies which taken using purposive sampling method based on several criteria. Data analysis was processed using SPSS 23. Data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results pointed out that intellectual capital had significant positive influence on  net profit margin, return on invested capital, and return on capital employed.
