: The 2013 Curriculum is known as a scientific approach. Scientific approach means a scientific approach that generally involves observation or observation activities needed to collect data. Considerations in choosing the appropriate learning model or method for a particular subject matter are also related to the characteristics that exist in the material. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the emotional intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah and the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the spiritual intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati. The research method used is a qualitative approach that produces narrative data in the form of natural explanations. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis method uses interactive model analysis methods. While the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to obtain the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the application of scientific assignment methods in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati in improving teachers' emotional intelligence uses 3 scientific assignment methods in the learning process, namely articulation, reciptrocal teaching and inquiry. Meanwhile, in improving spiritual intelligence, teachers use 2 methods, namely habit forming, and memorization

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran usaha industri rumahan (home industry) keripik tempe dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, dan juga penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dan sumber literasi yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT sendiri merupakan salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran, analisis SWOT dapat menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman yang termasuk dalam faktor internal dan eksternal usaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam strategi pemasaran masih perlu  untuk diperbaiki sehingga diharapkan dengan memperbaiki dapat meningkatkan daya saing.

This article aims to provide an initial view of the use of abusive words in the film "Bumi Manusia" and can be used as a reference in analyzing the use of abusive words in this film. Therefore, an analysis of the use of the word heinous in this film can provide a deeper understanding of the social conditions depicted in the film. Sociolinguistic studies study the relationship between language and society, and an analysis of the use of the word obscenity in the film "Bumi Manusia" can contribute to this field by enriching our understanding of language use in social contexts. Thus, research on the analysis of the use of the word heinous in the film "Bumi Manusia" from a sociolinguistic perspective is important to do to enrich the understanding of language and society in the context of the film. The research subject is the Earth of Mankind film with an analysis of vile or swear words that has not been studied much. Meanwhile, research analysis on the use of heinous words in the film Bumi Manusia: a sociolinguistic study focuses on the use of vicious words in dialogue in the film Bumi Manusia and how the use of these abusive words is influenced by the social context, such as the speaker’s social status and the communication situation that occurs. This study uses qualitative research as revealed by Bogdan and Taylor, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the person or behavior observed by the researcher. To provide data, basic listening techniques are used with advanced free listening techniques and note taking techniques.

This program is one of the interesting programs on DAAI TV Medan. And it is not surprising that this program has received various awards from the North Sumatra KPID. So that researchers want to examine the production process of the Sumatra Frame program which has been trying to improve the corporate image of DAAI TV Medan. The purpose and benefits of this research are to find out the production process of the Citraloka program in building the image of DAAI TV Medan and I hope this research can be useful for readers. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The theoretical description in this study uses mass communication, communication processes, agenda setting theory, and program production processes. The results of this study are the production process carried out by DAAI TV Medan in making news regularly from pre-production, production and post-production. The pre-production stage here begins with a projection meeting by gathering ideas according to the vision and mission, and related to inspirational values. Production activities, namely a reporter doing live coverage of the field. Then in post-production the process of editing and merging the coverage results into one news package. The Citraloka program has an inspiring value as a means of education for the community. Its consistency as a broadcasting media broadcasting useful news is quite good. DAAI TV Medan has carried out its social responsibility so that it has a good image in the community, and does not look at the ratings that have been achieved, but looks at how useful the broadcasts are.

The methodology of this study is quantitative descriptive research. Researchers frequently use quantitative descriptive research methodologies to describe or explain phenomena or features of a population or sample. This study discovered that financial hardship is negatively impacted by the factors leverage, credit risk, liquidity ratios, and good corporate governance. Liquidity, as determined by the Current Ratio, is inversely correlated with the severity of financial crises. Therefore, the results of this study support the claim that CR lessens financial stress.

The MotoGP One race in West Nusa Tenggara Lombok, Mandalika which was held on March 18 2022, received many responses or reactions from the public on social media, especially Twitter. There are those who agree and disagree about the holding of MotoGP in Mandalika, to find out the responses of the people who agree or disagree is needed that can process tweets data using the sentiment analysis method. The use of BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) for sentiment analysis produces a bidirectional language model that can understand the context of all words from a sentence. The dataset used goes through preprocessing stages such as case folding, data cleaning, tokenization, normalization, and removal of stopwords before sentiment analysis is carried out. This study uses several hyperparameters, namely a batch size of 32, the optimizer uses Adam with a learning rate of 3e-6 or 0.000003, and an epoch of 25. The evaluation results of the model obtain an accuracy of 55%. Precision for positive by 56%, neutral by 59%, and negative by 44%. Recall for positive is 74%, neutral is 29%, and negative is 54%. F1-score for positive is 64%, neutral is 38%, and negative is 48%.

The result of this development is a website-based Sarto Sapi kiosk sales system that is equipped with product search features, shopping carts, and a secure online payment system. This system also allows kiosk owners to manage and update products, as well as track sales and financial reports. The output of this development is increased operational efficiency and growth of the Sarto Sapi kiosk business through the adoption of modern website technology..

This research is motivated by the changing welfare conditions of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari (MGL) in Sukabumi Regency over time. The changes in the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari have had some positive impacts, notably in meeting the household needs of factory workers' families. Furthermore, the changes in workers' welfare can transform their family's lifestyles. This study aims to examine, analyze, and describe the welfare, lifestyle changes, and the influence of welfare on the lifestyle of workers' families at PT Muara Griya Lestari in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari, in general, has changed. Two aspects that have experienced noticeable changes are income and household consumption or expenditure, shifting from the moderate category to the high category. This has had an impact on the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families, which can be seen in three dimensions: activities, interests, and opinions. However, the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families at PT MGL have not reached a consumptive lifestyle and remain within reasonable conditions. Meanwhile, welfare has only a small influence on the changes in the lifestyle of workers' families. Lifestyle changes are influenced by the social and environmental conditions in which the workers reside. Therefore, lifestyle changes are a process that occurs as a result of the interaction between the members of the workers' families and their environment.    

This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing and Personal Selling to Decision Purchasing Insurance Policy PT. Askrindo Sorong Branch. This study has two independen variables is Digital Marketing and Personal Selling, while the dependent variable is Decision Purchasing The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive approach using data analisys, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained by questioners that spread out to 60 customers of PT. Askrindo Sorong Branch which purchasing insurance policy (especially on Fire Insurance Policies). The sampling technique in this study is to purposive sampling approach. The result of the study concluded that Digital Marketing and Personal Selling partially and simultaneously had an effect on Decision Purchasing. The test results showed that the Personal Selling was the most dominant in this study. The coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.283 or 28,3% the independent variables of digital marketing and personal selling affect a 28,3% on the dependent variable. While for the rest, 71,7% influenced or explained by other variabels not include in this study.

Analysis of the marketing strategy for Pos Express services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in South Jakarta is a study that aims to understand and analyze the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) to promote Pos Express services in the South Jakarta area. In this study, an analysis of the market and competitors, market segmentation, targeting and positioning is carried out. The results of this analysis are then used to formulate an appropriate marketing strategy to increase the number of Pos Express subscribers in the South Jakarta area. The results of this study indicate that PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a sizable opportunity to expand the Pos Express service market in South Jakarta by optimizing the use of technology and improving service quality. In addition, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) needs to carry out more effective promotions to attract new customers and retain old customers. The marketing strategies recommended in this study include: improving the quality of Pos Express services, offering competitive prices, increasing promotion and branding, optimizing the use of technology and innovation, and improving the quality of customer service. By implementing the right marketing strategy, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) is expected to increase market share and maintain its superiority in the courier and logistics industry in Indonesia, especially in the South Jakarta area.

Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. Source of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 40 employees of UD. Indokey uses a saturated sampling technique in which researchers use all UD employees. Indokey is a sample. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are that partially the skill variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey, partially the work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. The author chose Homstay Batam as a case study because the lodging business as a service company has a different resource supply chain flow than a product company. Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management are the main focus in this paper, where supply chain is the management of various activities to obtain raw materials that are transformed into a product in a process and continued with delivery to consumers through distribution. The stages in supply chain management include planning, process, production, storage, delivery, and return of goods. Enterprise Resource Planning is implemented with the help of social media. It is concluded that Homstay Batam has done the right division and distribution of resource planning so that the business can run optimally and generate maximum profit.

Habit or consumer habit nowadays is to check Whatsapp apps in a short period of time, whereas it caused individual to be influenced after seeing uploaded content, with no exception for sales ads content. The purpose of this study was to conduct empirical testing of the influence of habit and performance expectations on purchase intention. This study uses a structural equation model (SEM) to test the hypotheses of 278 respondents according to the research criteria. The results shown that habit and performance expectancy were positively related to purchase intention.

This study aims to determine the role of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in managing the eruption of Mount Sinabung. The eruption of Mount Sinabung in 2010 and another eruption in 2013 had a major impact on the people living around Mount Sinabung. The role of various parties was carried out, including the presence of an international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Karo Regency. This paper will describe the role of NGOs using the concept of disaster management which consists of pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster stages. In this study, it was found that during the pre-disaster stage the international NGOs present were FM Yoboseyo Yumen (FMYY) Japan and Mercy Malaysia. During the emergency response stage, the World Food Program (WFP) was present in Karo District. At the post-disaster stage are the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). This research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive research types, and data collection through interviews and secondary data.

The purpose of this study is to examine the closed proportional system discourse which is suitable to be reapplied in the 2024 General Election from a democratic perspective. The research methodology used is a normative juridical approach. Implications A closed or open proportional system cannot be said to be ideal for several reasons, namely, (1) In an open proportional system many candidates engage in money politics by secretly distributing money to the public. However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

Breastfeeding is one of the important roles for mothers and baby because apart from having great benefits for mothers and babies it also has the side effect of improving uterine involution. The Objective of research was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in Telaga Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The statistical test results obtained the value of Chi-Square p = 0.038 with ? ? 0.05. the benefits of breastfeeding help mothers recover from the birth process. Breastfeeding during the first few days makes the uterus contract quickly and slows down bleeding (sucking on the nipples stimulates the release of natural oxytocin which will help uterine contractions). Breastfeeding is an important way for mothers to express love to their babies and make them feel comfortable. Thus, it can be concluded, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in the Telaga Health Center Work Area. It is expected the Telaga Health Center will provide data or information from this research to provide and improve the quality of services for pregnant/postpartum women in preventing uterine subinvolution.    

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

This research is entitled The Role of Administration in Archives Management in Gebang Private Vocational High School (SMK). The formulation of the problem in this study include: how is the role of administration in the management of school archives in Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District and how are the obstacles faced in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational School in Gebang District and the solutions. The expected benefits of this research include: adding insight and knowledge, especially in the field of education and knowing how the role of the administrative section in managing school archives at the Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District with the actual conditions in the field. This research uses the Field Research research method (field research) using a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research results obtained in this study include: The role of administration in the management of school archives is very good. The role of school administration includes, firstly, the head of administration as the person in charge of administrative operations in charge of coordinating all administrative activities, serving, assisting, and fulfilling or providing matters relating to educational information in schools. Second, is as a school education staff. The head of administration is very competent in his field and is responsible for his duties. The head of administration is already professional in carrying out his duties in the administrative section so that it is much more effective. In terms of staff development, school principals and administrative heads of Gebang Private Vocational Schools have done various things, namely involving staff in activities, such as training, upgrading, seminars and workshops. The most important administrative role is as an educational staff and as a provider of information regarding the management of records in schools, as well as being able to work together with all staff in preparing plans for managing school records. The problems that exist in the administrative section in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational Schools, first, lack of facilities and infrastructure for archive storage because the number of archives is increasing continuously. Second, schools use a lot of non-permanent education personnel. As has been explained, the head of school administration is the one who helps carry out the main work to achieve school goals. The solution needed from problems in managing school archives is first, by carrying out maintenance and prevention of damage to archive storage devices. secondly, the required facilities must have met the requirements, such as a large room, complete archive storage equipment and sufficient for storage of archives that are increasing in volume from time to time. third, the staff who manages the archives have met the requirements so that they are responsible for carrying out their work in accordance with their respective duties.
