: Financial distress is a condition where a company experiences a decline in financial condition which is usually temporary, but will develop worse if the condition is not quickly overcome and can cause the company to go bankrupt. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size and institutional ownership on financial distress. The population is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the financial statements for the 2016-2021 period. Samples were determined by purposive sampling techniques with certain criteria and obtained samples of 36 companies. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis method assisted by the SPSS Version 22 program. The results of this study show that profitability as measured by return on equity has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, liquidity as measured by curre ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, while company size does not affect financial distress, institutional ownership positively affects financial distress

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the E-Library of Angkasa Pura II (Elora) in increasing digital literacy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were carried out from the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) with 4 (four) indicators. First, namely the accuracy of the program's targets is appropriate, seen from the exact program targets, which PT Angkasa Pura II is aimed at all employees who intend to increase their knowledge. Second, the socialization of the program cannot be said to be effective as seen from the fact that there are still many employees of PT Angkasa Pura II who have not used the Elora application because the socialization does not vary only through WhatsApp groups and corporate email. Third, the program objectives are appropriate, seen from the Elora application, it really helps employees in terms of increasing digital knowledge and literacy. Fourth, program monitoring has been carried out by the organizing team through monitoring and evaluation. In addition, program monitoring can also be seen at the Management Review Meeting every month, but there is still no follow-up to make improvements as a result of the evaluation carried out.

This study examines the importance of open and honest communication in personal and professional relationships and its impact on group dynamics, team effectiveness, and individual well-being. Through literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that openness in sharing feelings, thoughts, and concerns is key in maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Couples who regularly discuss important issues report higher levels of satisfaction in their relationships. Active listening, where full attention is given without distraction, also increases understanding and emotional closeness between couples. However, the study also identified communication challenges such as misunderstandings and conflicts that often trigger disputes, especially among young couples who face difficulties in conveying messages clearly and understanding emotional context. Emotion management during conflict is a major challenge, as many couples find it difficult to remain calm and rational in situations that trigger negative emotions.  overcome this challenge, strategies such as using humor and spending quality time together have proven effective. Humor can ease tension and improve mood after conflict, while quality time without technological distractions strengthens bonding and communication. The influence of technology in couples' communication is also reviewed, with an emphasis on the importance of setting boundaries for technology use to avoid misunderstandings and loss of emotional nuance. Social support from family and friends was found to play an important role in helping couples overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship. Couples who had a strong support network felt more confident and optimistic about the future of their relationship. In addition, the evolution of communication in relationships suggests that couples learn to communicate more effectively and efficiently over time, with improved communication skills such as empathy, emotion management, and constructive problem solving.

The problems that exist at Khairul Imam IT Junior High School can be seen from the behaviour or attitude of its personnel, including teachers who are unable to do work based on the tasks and responsibilities that have been assigned. This tendency can be seen from the teachers' preference to accumulate or collect work. This research is conducted with inferential principles where the relationship between various variables tests hypotheses and makes generalisations.  The population in this study were all teachers of SMPIT Khairul Imam, totalling 45 people. To determine the performance of SMPIT Khairul Imam teachers, the sampling procedure in this study used the saturated sampling method, namely the entire population (all teachers) who were used as respondents. This research data has 2 variables, namely the dependent variable is the performance of teachers (Y) and as an independent variable is the leadership style of superiors (X). In this study, it was found that the leaders at this research location have been able to carry out their functions well in directing, guiding, motivating, and supervising teachers to carry out their duties.  All of that takes place because there has been interaction, communication and cooperation in the school environment. If the teacher has a good impression of the leader then the teacher will carry out the tasks that have been set with full seriousness and responsibility. So in this study it was concluded that the leadership style has an influence on the performance of Khairul Imam IT Junior High School teachers..    

This journal is written by taking into account the need for good management skills in the formulation of a good education system and how the system works as a bureaucracy. Given how important good management skills are to create a good system, this journal is made by looking at the existing reality of how the system itself is. Good management will create a good education bureaucracy, and a good bureaucracy will also produce a good education management system, and this will have an impact on improving the quality of education. In this journal, we try to open the reader's way of thinking about the urgency of good management in the education bureaucracy and the education system.  

Changes in society will continue for as long as people interact with one another. The phenomenon of urbanization is one form of social change. This is because of geographical, biological, economic, and cultural factors, as well as shifts in social norms, influenced social change. Social change cannot be viewed solely from one perspective because it can result in shifts in numerous social society sectors. This indicates that social change will always occur within society as a whole. Naturally, this social change occurs not only as a result of the individuals who wish to change but also as a result of developments in various fields, particularly technology. Based on theories of social change, the author tries to describe the social changes that take place in society. The type research used is field research while the data collection thecnique is carried out by observation and interview. This research was conducted in Sampung village, Sampung district, Ponorogo Regency to know of the reason why people urbaniz and the impact of urbanization on social and environtmental origin. The result of this study concluded that, 1) the reason how people urbanizm because the economic case, geographical, population compesition, ideology, biological,  and new discoveries, 2) the impact of urbanization can improve the economic case and the spread of technology on the other hand it also results in a redaction in agricultural land and social tempest within the family.

It is easy for the public to access information through various media, and one of these media is YouTube. With the ease of dissemination of information, the development of the Korean Wave in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Many young people are fond of various things about the Korean Wave and imitate the Korean Wave lifestyle. One of the content creators who provides information on Korean culture on YouTube is the SunnydahyeIn channel. This channel provides various information about Korean idols and also Korean lifestyle or culture. There are several lifestyle indicators, namely: (1) style of dress; (2) speaking style; and (3) consumption culture. This study aims to find out the perceptions of members of the Jogja K-poper community which were formed by exposure to information on Korean lifestyle and culture through the SunnydahyeIn YouTube channel, which led to a change in lifestyle within them. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the SunnydahyeIn YouTube media channel has a role in shaping the perceptions of Jogja K-Poper communication members on the Korean Wave lifestyle and Korean culture.

Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of worldviews, products, thoughts, and other aspects of culture. Globalization has become a significant phenomenon in contemporary society and has had a great impact on the economy. One of the main impacts of globalization on the economy of contemporary societies and the acceleration of international trade. In addition, globalization has encouraged a freer flow of investment between countries. But the effects of globalization on the economy also pose challenges that need to be addressed. Increased global competition could threaten the survival of weaker sectors of the local economy. Local companies have to compete with multinationals that have greater resources, more advanced technology, and lower production costs. This can lead to a decline in local employment and difficulty for traditional sectors to survive. In addition, the effects of globalization also create greater economic inequality. Not all segments of contemporary society can access the same opportunities and benefits from globalization. Income inequality, social inequality, and economic inequality may increase, especially between groups connected to the global economy and groups. The impact of globalization on culture has also raised concerns about the loss of local cultural identity. Amid the influence of dominant global cultures, there is a risk that local traditions, languages and values become marginalized or forgotten.

The distribution of probability, also known as the distribution of random variables, is a part of the Statistics course material. This study aims to describe the mathematical representation skills of students on the topic of probability distribution, based on the fact that many students struggle to understand this material. This study uses a descriptive method. The subjects of this research are 12 students from Muhammadiyah University of Jambi. Data in this study were collected through written tests. The data were analyzed quantitatively and descriptively. The results of the study indicate that students' abilities to work on probability distribution material are still considered low. Therefore, there is a need for teaching methods that can help students understand better and achieve better results.

The low student learning outcomes are caused by a lack of ability to understand concepts and many students are not serious about working on questions, so that learning is not optimal and effective. Therefore, the general aim of this research is to describe the influence of TGT type cooperative learning based on badeglar media on the conceptual understanding of class X students at Adi Luhur Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research uses a pre-experimental method, namely comparing the results of the pretest and posttest with the research population being all class X students at Adi Luhur Vocational School and the sample used in this research is the population itself. Data was collected using test techniques with test sheet research instruments. The data is processed according to parametric statistical calculations. The results of this research prove that the use of TGT type cooperative learning based on counting funnel media has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The average percentage of student learning outcomes using t-test calculations where tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.277 > 1.740. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, in other words there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest

The crime of premeditated murder is a term for premeditated murder by a person or a group of people who basically want to kill or eliminate someone's life. The crime of premeditated murder is regulated in the Criminal Code Article 340. The purpose of this writing is to find out what elements are contained in the crime of premeditated murder, whether there are elements of premeditated murder, the purpose of premeditated murder as well as the law or sanctions given and the responsibility of the crime. premeditated murder under Article 340 of the Criminal Code. The method used is library research method. The crime of premeditated murder is listed in the Criminal Code Article 340 with elements of a criminal act who, intentionally, plans ahead and takes the lives of other people. One of the main elements is the planned element. The element of planning in advance means that there is a distance or time between the intention to kill and the execution of the murder and the aim is to make the killing run smoothly. Sanctions for a crime are death penalty, life imprisonment and 20 years temporary imprisonment. A criminal act of premeditated murder must be held responsible for the actions that have been committed.  

This study aims to determine the ability to understand biographical texts for class X students of SMK N 1 Lumban Julu in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a two group post-test design. The sample in this study were students of class X RPL 1 which consisted of 30 students and students of class X RPL 2 with a total of 30 students. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average score of the ability to understand biographical texts of the experimental class students was 84.2 belonging to the good category while the average value of the control class was 59.03 belonging to the sufficient category and did not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), namely 75. Based on the t test, it was obtained a significance level value of α = 0.05 with dk = N-1 = 29, so that a ttable value of 2.045 was obtained. Thus it is concluded that tcount > ttable, namely 8.446 > 2.045 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Quick On the Draw learning model on the ability to understand biographical texts for class X students of SMK N 1 Lumbanjulu in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Harun Nasution lahir pada 19 September 1919 di Pematang Siantar, Sumatera Utara dan meninggal pada 19 September 1998 di Jakarta. Semasa hidupnya, Harun mengikuti beberapa tingkat pengetahuan, maupun didalam ataupun di luar negeri, antara lain Hollandsh Indlandsche School (HIS)., pendidikan Belanda., Modern Islamic Kweek school (MIK), Padang, Sumatera Barat, juga belajar di Mekkah serta di Universitas Al-Azhar pada tahun 1939, selanjutnya di McGill Institute of Islamic Studies, Monteral, Kanada. Kedua, upaya Harun Nasution untuk mengembangkan Islam di Indonesia adalah: Cara fikir Islam membuat bermacam karya ilmiah berupa buku di bidang Pengetahuan Islam, sebagai dosen di beberapa perguruan tinggi di dalam dan luar negeri, beliau kadang pernah menjadi Direktur IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah pada tahun 1973. Ketiga, Pengaruh Pemikiran Islam dalam Sosio Islam - Organisasi Keagamaan di Indonesia oleh Harun Nasution. Dalam hal ini Nahdatul Ulama menemukan pengaruh pemikiran Harun Nasution dalam organisasi, walaupun di bidang pendidikan maupun dalam pemikiran Islam.

Tujuan penelitiannya adalah  untuk mengetahui penerapan metode pembelajaran problem solving untuk meningkatkan Kreativitas belajar siswa pada materi hubungan antara manusia dengan lingkungan sebagai akibat dari dinamika atmosfer Mata Pelajaran  Geografi di Kelas X  SMAN 1 Ngrayun Ponorogo. Metode yang dipakai untuk melakukan penelitian adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif.  Prosedur pengumpulan datanya adalah metode tes, observasi dan wawancara. Dari penelitian ini data tes diperoleh dari nilai prestasi belajar siswa dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2, digunakan sebagai ukuran meningkatnya kreativitas belajar siswa. Data observasi diperoleh melalui hasil aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa, Data  wawancara dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan prasyarat siswa dan untuk interaksi antara guru dan siswa selama pembelajaran dengan penggunaan metode pembelajaran problem solving.   Hasil penelitian dalam skripsi ini dapat dilihat setelah dilakukan tindakan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran problem solving siswa  Kelas X  SMAN 1 Ngrayun Ponorogo. Perubahan kreativitas belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari hasil belajarnya yang cenderung meningkat dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa yang juga meningkatkan. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 66%, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 82.87%. Dengan demikian, berarti pada siklus II kreativitas belajar siswa sudah meningkat dibanding dengan siklus I. Selanjutnya, dibuktikan lagi dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa pada tes pra tindakan, siklus I dan siklus II. Nilai taraf keberhasilan mengalami perubahan yang cenderung meningkat dari 70 pada pra tindakan, meningkat 78.6 pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 87.6 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode pembelajaran problem solving dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa di  Kelas X  SMAN 1 Ngrayun Ponorogo.

Model pembelajaran Complete Sentence secara sederhana dapat diartikan sebagai model pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan cara berdiskusi kelompok dimana setiap kelompok diberikan lembar kerja yang berisi paragraf yang belum lengkap kalimatnya yang akan diisi oleh peserta didik. Indikator keberhasilan peningkatan pembelajaran peserta didik pada penelitian ini dilihat dari 75% peserta didik tuntas KKM (dengan nilai 75). Hasil penelitian yang didapat dari data tes memperlihatkan bahwa pada prasiklus terdapat 44% (14 orang) peserta didik tuntas KKM. Pada siklus I terdapat 63% (20 orang) peserta didik tuntas KKM sehingga siklus dilanjutkan. Kemudian pada siklus II terdapat 81% (26 orang) peserta didik tuntas KKM sehingga siklus dihentikan. Data tersebut memperlihatkan terjadi peningkatan dari prasiklus sampai siklus II. Keberhasilan penelitian sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan didapat saat siklus II, yaitu 81% peserta didik tuntas KKM. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik di setiap siklus mengalami kenaikan. Pada prasiklus nilai rata-rata peserta didik adalah 70,3 atau di bawah KKM. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata peserta didik adalah 74,4 atau di atas KKM. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata peserta didik meningkat menjadi 77,8. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Complete Sentence berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII-F MTsN 8 Sleman pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi Teks Berita semester gasal tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.

The use of image media in Civic Education (PKn) learning, particularly on the topic of understanding the meaning of the Pancasila symbols in fourth-grade elementary school, often faces challenges, especially in enhancing students' comprehension of the abstract concepts involved. This community service program aims to socialize the use of image media as an effective teaching aid in PKn education. The methods employed include training and mentoring teachers in integrating image media into their lessons. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding of the Pancasila symbols and increased motivation to learn. Additionally, the program sparked social change within the school environment, such as new initiatives from teachers to be more creative in using teaching media. This program successfully achieved its goals by fostering positive transformation in the school's learning processes

The purpose of this community service is to increase understanding to the community of Medan Johor sub-district about work supervision and employee performance. The specific target in this community service is for the people of Medan Johor sub-district to know what work supervision and employee performance are. The materials presented in this community service are: what is work supervision, and employee performance. The connection will affect the improvement of community work in Medan Johor sub-district so that the community gets a solution to work supervision and employee performance. From this community service, the results show that the community of Medan Johor sub-district has known and understood the importance of insight into work supervision and employee performance so as to improve work performance.

This research aims to explore the dynamics involved in integrating sustainable digital marketing practices into Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a qualitative approach, the study adopts a mixed-method model combining interviews and case studies. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling to select participants representing diverse MSMEs. Data analysis utilizes thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes. The findings reveal a multifaceted understanding of sustainable digital marketing integration, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and best practices within MSMEs. Insights garnered from this research contribute to a deeper comprehension of sustainable digital marketing strategies tailored for MSMEs, thereby fostering their resilience and competitiveness in contemporary markets.  

This study investigates the impact of character formation, religious education, and school environment on digital literacy-driven communication. The research aims to understand how these factors shape individuals' abilities and behaviors in digital communication. Employing a qualitative research model, data collection will involve interviews and observations. The sampling technique will employ purposive sampling to ensure representation across various demographics. Data analysis will employ thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes within the collected data. The study anticipates revealing insights into how character formation, religious education, and school environment interact to influence digital literacy and communication practices, contributing to a deeper understanding of the dynamics between traditional values and digital engagement.      

Youth play a strategic role in national economic development because their creativity, innovation, and energy can drive the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at both local and national levels. However, many youth groups face challenges in developing their businesses due to limited capital, managerial knowledge, marketing skills, and restricted networking opportunities, which hinder optimal profit generation. Business incubators provide a strategic solution to empower youth groups by offering mentorship, training, and facilities to expand networking and access to capital, enabling sustainable profit generation. This community service program was implemented by creating a business incubator for youth groups, including business management training, marketing strategies, financial management, and direct field mentoring. The results indicate improvements in managerial skills, business productivity, and actual profit generation, along with enhanced marketing networks and digital technology utilization to broaden market reach. The conclusion emphasizes that business incubators serve as an effective mechanism to create independent, productive youth entrepreneurs who contribute meaningfully to local and national economic growth.
