Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan  manajemen konflik dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sekolah di MAS Masyithah Jember. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualititaif, yaitu mendeskripsikan data yang telah didapat di lapangan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara , observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, jarak, kesimpulan, dan ferifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi penyelesaian konflik yang digunakan kepala madrasah di MAS Masyithah Jember dengan cara silaturrahmi, tabayyun, islah agar konflik didalam madrasah tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas sekolah.  

Aturan humaniora menganggap Islam otoriter dan historis dari perspektif disiplin tunggal. Di satu sisi, ini adalah pandangan interdisipliner tentang humaniora. Karena itu akan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut kegiatan penelitian Islam dalam menganalisis unit, metode penelitian, norma, model sejarah terjemahan Islam. Di sisi lain, melalui sudut pandang seatu disiplin ilmu humaniora, ia memiliki beberapa kelemahan karena membatasi dimensi dimensi budaya dan ketidakmampuan untuk secara komprehensif dan lengkap, masalahnya adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kompleksitas itu, menggambarkannya, menjelaskannya, dan menemukan solusi untuknya.  

Politik dalam Islam adalah sesuatu yang mengacu pada konsep dalam ajaran Islam. Cara pemerintahan periode Nabi muhammad SAW dan Khulafaur Rasyidin, mencontohkan praktik politik didalam Islam. Etika politik tampaknya sudah usang di masa sekarang. Etika politik sudah hilang dan tidak ada lagi. Fakta ini menunjukkan bahwa politik adalah arena atau kontes dalam perebutan kekuasaan dan kepentingan individu, ada kecenderungan umum dan pembenaran dari berbagai pendekatan untuk mencapai satu tujuan yang diinginkan. Salah satu strategi untuk mempertahankan dan menegakkan ajaran Islam adalah melalui gerakan massa politik, yaitu politik Islam. Dalam arti luas, politik dilakukan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung oleh agama Islam. Politik dalam Islam bertujuan untuk memajukan seluruh umat, khususnya Muslim di dunia. Faktanya, Islam telah membentuk kehidupan sosial bagi manusia. Kita tidak dapat terus memperjuangkan hak-hak Muslim di masyarakat saat ini tanpa berpolitik. Dapat dikatakan bahwa politik dalam agama Islam adalah salah satu cara untuk mengamalkan ajaran Islam sesuai dengan konteks dan keadaan yang sudah ada. Politik tanpa Islam akan mengakibatkan terbentuknya umat Islam yang tidak memiliki kebebasan untuk mengamalkan syariat Islam.

Novels usually only contain writings and rely on the imagination of the reader to describe what happened. Writers and authors must be able to describe their imagination so that the reader can be carried away in the story. For this reason, writers and authors usually use language style to make the story more lively. Tere Liye is one of the well-known Indonesian writers who has its own characteristics in the writing style of each novel. The style of language used by each writer and author of novel will be different. In this study, it will be discussed the style of language used in the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. The “Hujan” novels managed to enter the ranks of the Best Seller novels when it was published. It's not only the storyline that can attract readers, but the language it uses also manages to attract people to read novels. This study uses an analytical method, namely by analyzing the contents of the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. This study will discuss the language styles contained in the novel “Hujan” including allegory, alusio, anticlimax, antithesis, asyndeton, hyperbole, climax, metaphor, correction, paradox, personification, pleonasm, polysyndeton, repetition, rhetoric, simile, and synecdoche.

This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan di Kelurahan Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang menggambarkan subjek dan objek terhadap fakta yang ditemukan. Purposive sampling, atau metode pemilihan sumber data untuk diwawancarai dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu digunakan dalam penarikan informan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara, studi observasi, dan studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik manual data analysis procedure (MDAP). Keabsahan data ini diuji dengan triangulasi sumber lalu kemudian dianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan di kelurahan Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang belum berjalan secara maksimal. Hal ini  karena belum terpenuhinya variabel-variabel teori kebijakan yang digunakan George C. Edward III, yaitu variabel komunikasi dan sumber daya, penyebabnya ialah terdapat kendala-kendala yang menghambat implementasi kebijakan aplikasi e-kelurahan diantaranya yaitu kurangnya pemberian sosialisasi dan informasi kepada masyarakat terkait, kurangnysa staff yang bertugas dalam membantu pekerjaan di kelurahan, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukung, nik masyarakat yang tidak valid dan tidak terdaftar di Disdukcapil, aplikasi e-kelurahan yang belum sempurna, masyarakat yang tidak memiliki smartphone android, dan tidak lengkapnya syarat-syarat pengurusan surat masyarakat yang ingin mengurus ke kelurahan.  

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tindakan kuantitatif yang diukur adalah keterampilan sepak kuda secara berpasangan. Menurut (Ihsan et al., 2017:117) metode penelitian eksperimental digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh suatu perlakuan (variabel bebas) terhadap objek tertentu yang diamati (variabel terikat) sebagai akibat yang diberikan. Intrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh nilai sepak kuda adalah menggunakan latihan sepak kuda berpasangan. Dengan prosedur Pretest - Perlakuan -Posttest.Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, setiap pertemuan diadakan tes Ketika menjelang akhir latian. Yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan sepak kuda. Adapun jumlahsiswa di ekstrakulikuler sepak takraw MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Tretep adalah 25 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria 15 siswa. Sepak kuda atau sepak kura adalah sepakan menggunakan tubuh kaki yang digunakan untuk menimang,mengontrol, dan mengembalikan bola ke musuh. Oleh karena itu,sepak kuda merupakan salah satu Gerakan penting dalam permainan sepak takraw.Berdasarkan perhitungan data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode variasi berpasangan meningkatkan Control keterampilan sepak kuda pada ekstrakulikuler sepak takraw MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Tretep Temanggung. Diperoleh data hasil dari pretest 21,93 dan posttest mencapai 39,93 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode variasi berpasangan meningkatkan keterampilan sepak kuda pada ekstrakulikuler sepak takraw MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Tretep Temanggung sebagian besar cukup. Berarti cocok dengan hipotesis yang tertulis terdapat pengaruh metode variasi berpasangan meningkatkan keterampilan sepak kuda pada siswa ekstrakulikuler sepak takraw MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Tretep Temanggung.

Education is an integral part of human life starting from birth until the end of life. Students' interest in learning is an important aspect in the learning process, especially in character formation and understanding learning concepts. Teachers have a crucial role in facilitating students' interest in learning, because they are the main actors in the internalization of character education. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the educational landscape by forcing a transition to distance learning. The impact is felt in the decline in students' interest in learning, which is caused by various factors such as physical health and changing learning environments. This research highlights the decline in students' interest in learning since the start of the pandemic, focusing on changes in learning motivation and behavior.    

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia through the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media. The problem in this research is the low mathematics ability of students in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method (PTK). The subjects in this research were all 27 class I students at SD Cordova Indonesia. The indicator of success in implementing the action is that students achieve a minimum of 70% completeness with an average learning outcome score of at least 70 from the total number of students. Based on data processing from research results, the average value of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 54.44, then after the first cycle actions were carried out it increased to 63.70. The first cycle action was then continued to the second cycle action and obtained an average score of 71.85 with student completion reaching 74.10% of the total students who took the learning outcomes test. Based on the results in cycle II, it shows that the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia.

In this study the authors used qualitative method techniques with a descriptive qualitative method approach. This study shows that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk carries out strategic management by promoting it on various platforms such as Instagram and TV shows. Then another management strategy is to continue to innovate to produce new products that can attract the attention of consumers and have added value.

ERP is a flexible system that integrates and manages production activities that can increase the performance of a company. This analysis aims to obtain information relating to this ERP system. In this analysis, the author's team chose one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Batam, namely PT Gunung Mas Internasional which had been established since 2015, which is specifically engaged in spring bed manufacturing. This company also uses an ERP application called netsuite  

The rapid development of technology has attracted the attention of researchers to conduct research, especially on the impact of social media and changes in people's lifestyles on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in Klaten City. This study aims to examine the empirical model: The influence of social media and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in the city of Klaten. The research is a survey research, the data collected is secondary data and primary data by taking the people in the city of Klaten as the object of research. Data collection is in the form of a list of questions (questionnaires) both open and closed questions. In this study, it will be known how much influence social media has on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products. The results of the study using the IBM SPSS version 28.0 program stated that social media has a very strong influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in the city of Klaten as evidenced by the number of consumers who buy and know Sophie Martin products through social media as much as 67.2% which can be seen from the results. research correlation test with a strong degree of correlation between social media and purchasing decisions. While the regression analysis states that lifestyle has no influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products. While the correlation analysis states that lifestyle affects 59% with the category of moderate degree of correlation.

The purpose of this study was to determine leadership style and work stress on employee performance in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office. As for this type of research, it is causal quantitative research. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t-tests using as many as 32 samples,namely the apparatus who works in the Sangsit Village Perbekel office Office As for the results obtained, it shows that: 1. Leadership style affects the performance of employees in the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office 2. Work stress affects the performance of employees at the Sangsit Village Perbekel Office.

This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Association University from July to September 2022. With the aim of 1) to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) on the death of house flies (Musca domestica). 2) to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) against the death of house flies (Musca domestica). The design used in this research was an experimental method for each papaya leaf extract concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% carried out 3 times. . The aim of the experiment was to provide accurate data on the death of house flies (Musca domestica) where the death of house flies that occurred in the study was due to the administration of papaya leaf extract. The results of the research showed that papaya leaf extract could kill house flies. This proves that papaya leaf extract is effective against the death of house flies. The appropriate concentration of papaya leaf extract for the death of houseflies from the tests that have been carried out is at a concentration of 1%, the lowest range and the highest range is 3%.

Nursing mothers usually fail to breastfeed or stop breastfeeding early because they do not know breastfeeding techniques. This can cause interference in the breastfeeding process. To achieve successful breastfeeding requires knowledge of correct breastfeeding techniques by providing information in the form of breastfeeding techniques through health education. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a cross-sectional approach with a total of 25 postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. Results: research using the chi Square statistical test, obtained a p-value = 0.003, which means it is smaller than the value α = 0.05. (OR 16.5; 95%; CI 2.246-121.228). there is a relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022.  

Background: Lower back pain (NPB) Ischialgia is a pinched ischialgia nerve in the lower back area which causes the buttocks, thighs, lower legs and even feet to become tingling, painful, and sometimes causing weakness. Nerve mobilization is a manipulation technique by moving and stretching nerve tissue to increase axonal transportation so that it can improve nerve conduction. Nerve mobilization can reduce the pressure in the nerves so that there is an increase in blood flow to the nerves, which can have a regenerative and healing effect on injured nerves (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Lower Limb Tension Test (LLTT) is carried out at the branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses LLTT in the ishiadic nerve, namely LLTT 1 which is related to lower back pain. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the LLTT 1 method in cases of lower back pain on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. Two group pre test and post test method. RESEARCH PLACE: Physiotherapy clinic, RSU Sidoarjo. TIME: Measuring instrument: Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: treatment using the Mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in pain in group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating CTS patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is level 2.

Stunting is defined as the condition of children aged 0 – 59 months, where the height for age is below minus 2 standard deviations (<-2SD) from the WHO median standard. It is further said that stunting will have an impact and is associated with disrupted brain development processes, which in the short term will affect cognitive abilities. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and economic status on the incidence of stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is Cross Sectional Study. The sample in this study was all toddlers who experienced stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency, totaling 31 toddlers using the total sampling technique. The results of the research state that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a relationship between economic status and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and economic status and the incidence stunting in East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. It is hoped that nutrition officers and cadres can increase posyandu visits and carry out health promotions about stunting to the community

Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Method chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. Suggestions are provided for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

Background: Pregnancy is something that naturally happens to productive women. During pregnancy, changes occur in the mother, both physical and psychological. In general, the physical changes during pregnancy are, no menstruation, enlargement of the breasts, changes in the shape of the uterus, changes in the working system of the body's organs, enlargement of the stomach, weight gain, weakening of the relaxation of the muscles of the digestive tract, sensitivity to the senses, and the feet and hands begin to enlarge. The psychological changes in mothers in the first trimester are estimated to be 80%, resulting in feelings of disappointment, rejection, anxiety and sadness. In the second trimester, the mother's psychological life appears calmer and begins to adapt, and in the third trimester, changes in the mother's psychology seem more complex and increase again compared to the previous trimester, and this is none other than because the condition of the pregnancy is getting bigger. Psychological impacts on pregnant women include being sensitive, tending to be lazy, asking for more attention, easily jealous, and anxiety. Pregnant women will be more open to themselves and like to share their experiences with other people. Pregnant women will reflect on all their dreams, dreams, fantasies about objects, events or abstract concepts, such as death, life, success and happiness during pregnancy.Objective: Knowing how the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester is related to the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. Radiation protection is a branch of science and engineering that discusses environmental health which is related to providing protection to a person or group of people from the possible negative consequences of ionizing radiation. This research aims to determine the implementation of radiation protection in the Radiology Installation at Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi Province. This study uses research methods, namely conducting observations and interviews at the hospital. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of radiation protection in the Radiology Installation room at Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi province was not in accordance with Bapeten's operational standards so its implementation was not optimal.
