Critical competence plays an important role in students' ability to solve a problem that occurs. Through PBL, students are trained to develop ideas, or ideas that can facilitate them in problem solving and learning activities at school. By using the Problem-Based Learning paradigm to achieve learning objectives in elementary schools, students' critical competencies are developed. This form of learning looks at the relationship between critical thinking and student learning outcomes by using a qualitative approach with literature study as a source of in-depth analysis. A suitable approach to help students build critical thinking skills is a problem-based learning strategy. Students are encouraged to actively participate in solving problems that arise when using the Problem-Based Learning paradigm, according to the learning outcomes. By using this problem-based learning approach, students are encouraged to investigate a problem in more detail and from a broader perspective. Students can come up with original ideas in this situation or ideas for problem solving. By developing students' critical thinking skills and highlighting the important role that teachers play in fostering an enjoyable learning environment and acting as facilitators in the teaching and learning process, the Problem Based Learning model has been proven to improve the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes in educational settings.

Bullying refers to deviant behavior that is often carried out consciously or unconsciously. Bullying is repeated aggressive and negative behavior towards someone with the aim of hurting him. Bullying is defined as negative actions carried out by a stronger party against a weaker party through the use or non-use of tools with the aim of creating physical and emotional pressure on the weaker party. The increase in bullying cases in schools shows how worrying the current condition of education in Indonesia is. The aim of this research is to find out whether bullying behavior has a significant influence on students' learning motivation and enthusiasm for learning. We hope this can help schools know how big the impact of bullying is at school and help victims overcome the problems and risks of bullying. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review or SRL method, namely selecting each journal or previous research and getting results in the form of references for models/ideas that will be developed in the future. The results of this research show that bullying has a big influence on students' learning motivation, this is characterized by not having the courage to participate actively in the learning process and showing low interest in lessons. Bullying behavior significantly affects elementary school students' learning motivation. Students who experience bullying tend to show lower levels of motivation, loss of interest in learning, and lack of confidence in their academic abilities.

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the development of education quality in developing countries. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that quality education is education that can produce students who have abilities, insight and skills in accordance with established standards, so that they have sufficient opportunities to be competent in any job market without ignoring the moral aspects of their lives. A developing country is a country with a low average income, relatively underdeveloped infrastructure, and a human development index that is poor compared to global norms. Educational policies in developing countries generally originate from the legacy of colonial educational policies. It is said this because developing countries when they first became independent had not yet developed their own educational policies based on the realistic needs of their people. The independence that has been achieved in the political field is not automatically followed by independence in other fields, especially in the field of education. The causes of the low quality of education in developing countries are, 1) lack of qualified teachers, 2) failure of schools to care for students, in fact elementary schools are less effective in supporting the development movement, if the impact is not proven within an appropriate period of time, 3) poor state of the curriculum. not appropriate. The basic problems of the curriculum at the pre-university level include the expansion of cultural adaptation, localization and vocationalization of the curriculum, 4) Inequality in rural and urban progress.

Listening skills are very influential on learning success. Successful learning can run well if students are able to capture messages or information related to the teaching material presented by educators or from reading material. Listening as a learning process is carried out in an integrated manner and receives the same attention as other language skills. However, in reality, most of the listening lessons delivered by educators in elementary schools in particular are still often ignored. In the learning process, educators use learning media, namely less innovative learning media in the form of pictures contained in theme books. Educators still use theme books and worksheets as learning resources and media without any other learning media that can attract students' attention. However, the use of this learning media does not attract students' attention and interest in learning because learning seems boring for students. As a result, many students lack concentration in learning and students are less active in the learning process. Therefore, the author uses the Discovery learning method, which is expected to foster concentration and attract students' attention so that students' listening skills can improve as expected.

Education as an Equal Right without Discrimination Education is considered a right that must be obtained by every individual regardless of background, economic status or physical condition. Within the framework of the national education system regulated by Law Number 20 of 2003, education is fully guaranteed without any form of discrimination. This encourages the importance of implementing inclusive education evenly at all elementary school levels. This article aims to outline creative learning strategies in the context of inclusive education, especially at the elementary school level, using a literature review as a basis. This research explores various library sources through search engines. The article explains that learning for students with special needs in elementary schools does not only focus on developing motor skills, but also on the ability to interact in a social environment. Teachers who implement creative learning strategies can increase the effectiveness of learning objectives, materials, media, teaching methods, evaluation, and student learning environments. Several learning strategies that can be applied to students with special needs in elementary schools include remedial teaching, deductive, inductive, heuristic, expository, classical, cooperative and behavior change strategies. To support this need, it is recommended that teachers explore the use of learning media that are friendly for students with special needs, such as puzzles, to create an inclusive learning environment and support optimal development for all students.
