Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning. However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of interactive learning approaches in developing explanation skills in early childhood. Explanation skills are an important aspect in children's language, cognitive, and communication development, which supports critical thinking skills and effective social relationships. Although important, these skills are still relatively low in early childhood in Indonesia, largely due to less supportive learning methods. Interactive learning approaches involving games, stories, and discussions have been identified as a solution to improve these skills. This study used a quasi-experimental design with two groups of subjects, namely the experimental group given interactive learning interventions and the control group using conventional methods. Data were analyzed using a t-test to compare the pretest and posttest results between the two groups. The results showed that the interactive learning approach significantly improved early childhood skills. This study suggests the need for ongoing training for teachers and collaboration between schools and families to support the implementation of more effective and relevant learning. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies in early childhood education.

This study aims to analyze the role of interpersonal communication in conflict resolution between employees in corporate organizations. The results of the study indicate that conflict is often caused by unclear instructions, misunderstandings in conveying messages, and emotional factors such as frustration and personal tension. However, effective interpersonal communication, such as active listening, expressing feelings without blaming, and an open attitude, have been shown to help resolve conflicts constructively. In addition, organizational culture plays an important role in influencing conflict resolution styles. In organizations with an open and collaborative communication culture, approaches such as negotiation and compromise are more often applied, resulting in mutually beneficial solutions. In contrast, more hierarchical organizations tend to avoid conflict or use coercion, which often results in dissatisfaction. This study emphasizes the importance of developing interpersonal communication skills and an organizational culture that supports openness to create a harmonious and productive work environment.

Language literacy is essential for effective communication, especially in text-based interactions where nonverbal cues are absent. This study aims to explore the mediating role of feedback in clarifying ambiguity in text messages among students. While there is already research on feedback and language literacy, there is a gap regarding how feedback can specifically address ambiguity in digital communication. Using a descriptive survey method, data was collected from 30 students at Medan State University through a questionnaire distributed via WhatsApp. The analysis results show that syntactic ambiguity is the most prevalent type, followed by semantic and referential ambiguity. The findings showed that feedback strategies such as repetition, reformulation, and explicit clarification significantly improved understanding and reduced miscommunication. Students reported that these strategies helped clarify ambiguous messages and encouraged clearer interactions with the lecturer. In conclusion, effective feedback mechanisms are essential for improving communication clarity in text messages, especially in academic contexts. This study underscores the importance of developing feedback literacy among university students to effectively navigate ambiguity, thereby improving their language literacy and overall communication skills. Further research can extend these findings by exploring different contexts and demographics to generalize the results.

This research aims to discuss compassion as the spirituality of discipleship of God and readiness to serve disaster victims. In this modern world, humans live with sophisticated technology and communication tools, as well as internet access which is increasingly easy for anyone to do. Humans have contributed many things based on their knowledge and skills obtained from the development and progress of the times, but sometimes humans actually act arrogant, selfish, indifferent and jealous of other people's happiness. This fact shows that humans are experiencing a crisis in all aspects of life and are no longer merciful. This research uses qualitative methods with library research to collect reference materials in the form of books, Church documents and articles related to the title of this thesis. Many people think that compassion is only for those who need it. Even though compassion is more than sentimental attitudes and feelings. For this reason, the aim of writing this thesis is to offer the meaning and significance of compassion in human life. Compassion is an attitude of deeply feeling the suffering of others, namely sympathy, empathy, pity, care, generosity, simplicity of heart, humility and building a culture of compassion. The principle of mercy is to love God and fellow human beings as oneself.

(2) To find out what obstacles students face in muhadharah at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi. This research is located at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi. This data was collected using observation techniques. This research uses a Quasi experimental design type of research. This research design uses a pretest only design, namely an experimental design in the field of research that involves separating the experimental group and the control group. This design involves two classes, namely the experimental class. Before any treatment is carried out in the experimental group, initial observations need to be made which are called initial observations. After treatment, the experimental group needs to be re-observed with the aim of finding out what changes have occurred in the two groups after treatment. The results of this research show that. First, the implementation of muhadharah activities at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi, namely students giving speeches in front of their friends using free materials, guided by the presenter, opened with the reading of the holy verses of the Koran and sholawatan, followed by speeches and finally filled with remarks and prayers. by the teacher. In the digital era, food literacy—an essential competency for making informed dietary choices—has gained significance in enhancing not only individual health but also communication skills. This study investigates the role of the Google Fit application in improving food literacy and its subsequent impact on positive communication among university students. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, we explored how the use of Google Fit influenced the understanding of food literacy and fostered supportive, constructive interactions among 20 English Literature students at UNIMED. Findings reveal that Google Fit’s features, such as calorie tracking and activity monitoring, significantly enhance students' awareness of nutrition and healthy eating behaviors. Furthermore, improved food literacy encouraged participants to engage in data-driven, empathetic dialogues, thus fostering positive communication. The results highlight the potential of mobile applications to serve as effective educational tools, not only for promoting health literacy but also for cultivating essential interpersonal skills. These findings underscore the importance of integrating digital tools into academic practices to bridge the gap between personal health education and broader social competencies.
